The results demonstrate that the rusion protein is capable or eliciting significant levelsof specific Abs against HMW-MAA without use of carrier proteins or adjuvants. The rusion proteinwith or without conjugating to KLR appear to be uniqu, in its ability to induce high titers of anti-anti-idAbs, whereas the mAb MK2-23 in combination with IL-2 did not.
