An evaluation index system for ERCCIP is proposed. The weight of sub-criteria and criteria of the evaluation index system for ERCCIP are determined using the improved FPP. And the ratings of sub-criteria are assessed in linguistic values according to the experts' subjective opinions. Finally,the aggregated ratings of criteria and the overall ERCCIP are calculated.展开更多
In terms of planning aspect,nuclear power plant(NPP)development needs analyses,consideration,and right decision making due to multi criteria involved.This study prioritizes the best site development of Indonesian NPPs...In terms of planning aspect,nuclear power plant(NPP)development needs analyses,consideration,and right decision making due to multi criteria involved.This study prioritizes the best site development of Indonesian NPPs in terms of 21 social,economic,and technical perspectives which comprise transmission network,oper-ating cost,economic impact,geology,geotechnic,seismology,population density,environment,cooling water,meteorology,hydrology,proximity to hazardous facilities,topography,land use,proximity to wetland,evacu-ation route,security,transportation network,legal consideration,impact of tourism,land ownership,historical places,and public acceptance,all identified to be considerations for the best sites.Two Fuzzy algorithms(Chang’s Extent Analysis and Buckley’s Fuzzy AHP)were used to determine the criteria priorities as well as NPP site feasibility of two locations in Indonesia.The results found that geology,geotechnic,and seismology(SA1);security(SO1),population density(SA2),environment(SA3),and cooling water(SA4)had the highest priorities among the 21 criteria.Based on the 5 top priority criteria,West Kalimantan and East Kalimantan provinces serve as the best candidates for the NPP sites.Such an innovative and novel multi criteria Fuzzy AHP–based decision making(MCDM)approach has been proven to become a useful reference to select NPP sites in Indonesia.展开更多
The present building facility management status in China resulted in many problems such as high energy consumption,failure of automation control,services failure and poor indoor air quality.Based on questionnaires and...The present building facility management status in China resulted in many problems such as high energy consumption,failure of automation control,services failure and poor indoor air quality.Based on questionnaires and interviews to professional engineers and building users,a comprehensive evaluation index system was established on facility management of high-rise office buildings.A Fuzzy AHP based upon hierarchy criteria system was established.A Fuzzy AHP Evaluation Model on Facility Management System was set up;α-cut analysis was introduced and incorporated with expert knowledge together,which made up the optimism index λ.The fuzzy optimum crisp weight of each criterion was resulted from data-mining.Case investigations were processed in high-rise office buildings in Shenyang.The results illustrated that indoor air quality,thermal comfort and life cycle cost were the most important indexes in the evaluation of Facility Management System of high rise office buildings.Residents in high-rise buildings in Shenyang pay less attention to maintenance management and environment protection.By comparison with the analysis result of Export Choice,Fuzzy AHP-based evaluation model could act as a scientific reference for the establishment of governmental standards in facility management area in building.展开更多
Legal documents are generally big and complex documents because of specific vocabulary,semantics and structure.One of the major challenges in legal processing systems is to generate summary of legal judgements.Till da...Legal documents are generally big and complex documents because of specific vocabulary,semantics and structure.One of the major challenges in legal processing systems is to generate summary of legal judgements.Till date,in most of the legal systems,the summary of judgements is produced manually by legal experts which are then used by Lawyers,Judges and other legal professionals.The manual process of summarization is very inefficient and time-consuming.Automatic text summarization(ATS)is the process of reducing the content of a textual document,while retaining the core description of text through the use of appropriate tool.The present work proposes a novel Fuzzy Analytical Hierarchical process(FAHP)based feature weighting scheme which helps in producing an efficient and effective summary of legal judgement.Model is applied on a number of legal judgements taken from Indian IT Act.Validation of the model is done using ROUGE(Recall-Oriented Understudy for Gisting Evaluation)tool with recall,precision,and f-measure as performance measures.The generated summaries are further assessed by legal experts and are found to be more promising than the summaries generated by traditional approaches.展开更多
Electronic wallet(E-wallet),which combines software,hardware,and human interaction,is a modern platform for electronic payment.Financial services managers can create more effective strategies for advancing existing po...Electronic wallet(E-wallet),which combines software,hardware,and human interaction,is a modern platform for electronic payment.Financial services managers can create more effective strategies for advancing existing positions by evaluating the success of e-wallet services.The objective of this research is to create an integrated model for assessing E-wallet services using the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process(FAHP)in conjunction with a technique for extent analysis and the ARAS approach(Additive Ratio Assessment).In this study,E-wallet service providers are ranked and evaluated using the ARAS approach and the FAHP priority weights.In addition,a case study from Vietnam illustrates how the methodology is used.The data shows that perceived usefulness,perceived usability,perceived simplicity of use,and perceived threat have the least impact on how acceptable an Ewallet is.As a result,the suggested model improves the efficiency of E-wallet service operations and assists in overcoming the challenges associated with the evaluation of E-wallet services.The case finding demonstrates that the suggested model is a reliable and useful tool for making decisions when assessing E-wallet service providers functioning in a complex and changing environment.展开更多
