Investigation on Plant Species and Health Assessment in Roof Garden in East Area of Zhengzhou City

Using the plant of roof garden as an object, the effect of application of plant species, growth status, and health evaluation on the construction of roof garden in east area of Zhengzhou were investigated through the investigation and analysis in order to put forward the main problems of each plant species and select the suitable plant species and configuration. The results indicated that there was no significant difference between the roof garden greening plants and ground greening plant species, however, there was a big problem in terms of plant disease and root aeration. And so the root shallow, barren resistance, wind resistance, drought-tolerant plants were appropriately chosen in the construction of roof garden, in which low small trees, shrubs, ground cover, and climbing plants was given priority to.

Distribution Characteristics and Optimization Strategies of Spatial Attractiveness of the Roof Garden in Meilecheng Commercial Complex of Handan City

With the rapid development of urban commercial complex in China,its roof garden becomes an important container for outdoor consumption and activities as the link between itself and the city,and more and more attention has been paid to its attractiveness.First,roof garden of Handan Meilecheng is taken as research object,and quantitative method of spatial attractiveness is established based on the number of spontaneous and chain activities and their intensity score.On this basis,data are collected via field investigation,and spatial attractiveness of roof garden of Meilecheng is quantified,and its distribution characteristics are summarized.Second,the cause of the characteristics formation is explained from the perspective of built environment elements.Finally,corresponding optimization strategies are proposed from four aspects:setting of landscape platform,increase of interest in sculpture sketches,design of space boundary,and improvement of spatial accessibility,which could provide reference for planning,design and transformation of roof garden of commercial complex in the future.

Planning and Design of Roof Garden of a Students' Apartment in Sichuan Agricultural University in China

After the introduction of the concept and features of roof garden,it has emphasized roof garden landscape can help to alleviate urban land use pressure,vertically use land resources and improve urban land use efficiency.After the introduction of the situation of domestic and foreign researches on roof garden,a detailed planning for roof garden has been conducted by taking Roof A of Building 22 in the third area of students' apartments in Sichuan Agricultural University as an example.It has analyzed the geography and humanistic environment of the campus,and the architectural and roof condition.Furthermore,it has proposed the reference and concept of this planning and design,and summarized design principles for roof garden.On this basis,it has analyzed the general planning layout and three functional zones of the project,and the design of landscaping sketches and plants.

居住小区空间载体的微气候调节作用及其落位原则

室外立体空间拓展和绿化设施配置不仅可有效补充地面绿量,还能够调节住区微气候,营造舒适活动空间。参照重庆地域特征,建立下沉花园和屋顶花园两类空间载体,并细分为8种设计模式;借助ENVI-met和Ray Man软件开展室外微环境和人体舒适度模拟,进而依据对热风环境和生理等效温度热感觉累计时长的改善程度,提出空间载体落位原则。研究结果拟丰富住区室外立体空间规划内容,为引导室外活动设施的空间选位和规划实践提供支撑。

粉土填充屋顶花园减震性能初探

随着城市化的快速推进,屋顶花园优势凸显,但屋顶花园导致结构顶层地震作用倍增,这影响其在新建和既有建筑中的推广应用.震害研究表明,粉土液化有耗能潜力,且具有耗能强、带宽长的特点,但地基液化还很难用于减震设计.提出基于粉土液化的屋顶花园减震方法,即利用饱和粉土液化后表现出的黏滞流体特性,通过合理设计把屋顶花园变成调谐液体阻尼器.进行了一系列屋顶花园减震单层结构模型的自由振动试验,并利用振动台试验验证了其有效性.从可液化、可减震和可设计三个角度讨论了粉土填充屋顶花园减震功能拓展的可行性,为进行系统研究并最终形成一种经济、环保、简单、实用的结构减震控制方法奠定了基础.

近现代“大屋顶”建筑遗产的设计实践反思与修缮保护——以南京中山植物园办公大楼为例

在近现代本土建筑营造实践中,如何以西方先进技术搭建具有中国特色的传统“大屋顶”一度成为建造热点。由于中西方文化思想与建造技术的碰撞,以形式为主导的“大屋顶”建筑遗产出现了一些具有共性的残损问题。文章以20世纪50年代初建设的南京中山植物园办公大楼为例,从现状残损分析的角度,指出实现典型形式转译与融合中西方建造技术之间的矛盾性,并提出了考虑文物“最小干预性”的修缮加固方式,以此对近现代“大屋顶”建筑遗产的修缮与保护提供更为深刻的认知基础与借鉴方向。

基于SBE和AHP的苏州屋顶花园植物景观综合评价

发展屋顶绿化是提高城市绿地比例、优化景观质量和改善生态环境的有效措施,植物作为其中唯一的生命元素,是体现屋顶绿化艺术价值和生态价值的主要载体。文章以苏州60个屋顶花园植物景观单元为例,分别采用美景度评价法(SBE)和层次分析法(AHP),对屋顶花园植物景观的艺术性和生态性进行了综合评价和分析。结果表明,植物类型的组合、植物景观与环境的匹配度、植物的观赏性和健康度及植物景观的色彩对屋顶花园植物景观的艺术性影响显著,其中植物景观与环境的匹配度可作为评价屋顶花园植物景观艺术性的特色评价因子。植物景观的物种多样性、结构稳定性、植物的扩张性及种植密度是影响屋顶花园植物景观生态性的决定因素,对营造可持续性屋顶花园植物景观意义重大。研究结果为探索屋顶花园植物景观的综合评价方法以及进一步提升屋顶花园植物景观的综合价值提供了依据。

商业建筑屋顶花园植物造景设计——以旭城商业广场“1+1”屋顶花园概念设计为例

文章以旭城商业广场屋顶花园概念设计为例,系统地阐述屋顶花园中植物造景设计在对抗热岛效应及为人类提供舒适的休憩空间上起到的重要作用,并从生态效益、经济效益和社会效益三个方面阐述了屋顶花园植物造景的重要意义,创造出一个自然和谐的生存环境。

未来花园不锈钢伞壳与巨幅有机玻璃水幕屋面设计与施工技术

江苏园博园未来花园项目采用单层不锈钢伞壳结构作为承重结构,巨幅有机玻璃作为屋面,上覆100mm深的水幕。长355m的不锈钢结构连成整体,根据有限元计算结果设置3条温度施工缝,采取后焊接的方式释放温度应力,并通过抛光处理实现镜面效果。通过现场聚合工艺将预制有机玻璃板件、肋条连成直径21m的圆形屋面,每个圆之间填充柔性硅胶条释放温度变形。采用分区分块施工方法,不锈钢结构与有机玻璃屋面交叉施工,并通过调平措施确保有机玻璃屋面的平整性。
