This paper is concerned with a remedy for interface smearing,which is usable when fixed (i.e. non moving and so non conforming) grids are employed. It is simple to employ and has been found to be rather effective. The paper explains its principle, describes how it has been implemented and presents some results obtained with its assistance. A Model on the Void Fraction in Liquid Slugs for Vertical Slug Flow

Aim To develop a hydrodynamic model on the void fraction in liquid slugs for gas liquid slug flow in vertical tubes. Methods Developing the model by considering the gas exchange between the Taylor bubble and the following liquid slug. Results Some experimental data are obtained to check the model. In comparison with previous published results, the predictions from this model are better and in good agreement with the experimental data. The error is within ±20%. Conclusion The proposed model can correctly predict the void fraction in liquid slugs for gas liquid two phase slug flow in vertical tubes. 展开更多

This paper deal with the frictional resistance characteristics of gas liquid two phase flow in vertical upward helical coiled tubes under the system pressure 0.1 0.6MPa. By means of dimension analysis and π theorem, the correlation formulas were obtained for calculating the frictional resistance coefficients of gas liquid two phase flow in helical coiled tubes. 为研究旋转叶片式泵中的气液两相流动规律及泵性能 ,本文根据气泡泡状流模型提出了一个两相流三维数值分析方法 .该数值计算由两部分的计算迭代完成 ,第一部分是已知含气率分布的连续相 (液相 )流场的计算 .液相流动方程的三维数值求解... 为研究旋转叶片式泵中的气液两相流动规律及泵性能 ,本文根据气泡泡状流模型提出了一个两相流三维数值分析方法 .该数值计算由两部分的计算迭代完成 ,第一部分是已知含气率分布的连续相 (液相 )流场的计算 .液相流动方程的三维数值求解采用了流面坐标迭代法 .第二部分是已知液相流场后的分散相 (气泡 )轨迹的计算 .气泡运动方程中考虑了流场压力梯度差产生的力、气泡周围液体产生的阻力及由于液相质量产生的惯性力等影响气泡运动的因素 .通过对气泡运动方程进行数值求解 ,可得到泵内的含气率分布 .再将两部分的计算进行反复迭代 ,最终得到收敛解 .本文将该三维两相流数值计算方法用于多级螺旋轴流式增压泵叶轮的计算、设计 .计算结果表明 :从叶轮回转面上看 ,气泡运动转轨并不明显地偏离液相流线 .然而从叶轮子午面上看 ,几乎所有的气泡 ,不论其初始位置如何 ,它们最终都移向轮毂表面 .该三维两相流数值计算以其简单实用的特点 ,有望成为工程中气液两相增压泵的一种有效设计工具 . 展开更多

对油气井产出物进行海底处理是研制开发水下生产系统的核心问题,而海底多相流的增压泵送和分离则是海底处理技术中的基石。螺旋-轴流式和双螺杆式多相泵是2种最主要的海底多相流泵,目前至少有3家公司的产品达到了商业化运行阶段。与海... 对油气井产出物进行海底处理是研制开发水下生产系统的核心问题,而海底多相流的增压泵送和分离则是海底处理技术中的基石。螺旋-轴流式和双螺杆式多相泵是2种最主要的海底多相流泵,目前至少有3家公司的产品达到了商业化运行阶段。与海底处理技术密切相关的气-液分离技术主要包括G—SepTM紧凑型旋流脱气器、垂直环空分离和泵送系统、超音速气-液分离器等,液-液分离技术则在常规重力沉降分离的基础上出现了静电聚结强化型重力沉降分离和管式分离器。我国应尽快围绕海底油-水分离技术所涉及的一些实质性问题开展相关研究。 展开更多
