Based on the mathematical model of a novel cosine gear drive, a few characteristics, such as the contact ratio, the sliding coefficient, and the contact and bending stresses, of this drive are analyzed. A comparison study of these characteristics with the involute gear drive is also carried out. The influences of design parameters including the number of teeth and the pressure angle on the contact and bending stresses are studied. The following conclusions are achieved: the contact ratio of the cosine gear drive is about 1.2 to 1.3, which is reduced by about 20% in comparison with that of the involute gear drive. The sliding coefficient of the cosine gear drive is smaller than that of the involute gear drive. The contact and bending stresses of the cosine gear drive are lower than those of the involute gear drive. The contact and bending stresses decrease with the growth of the number of teeth and the pressure angle. 展开更多

It is directly based on the simulation of manufacturing process and completely different from the conventional modeling method. The loaded tooth contact analysis (LTCA) method is analyzed, in which the advanced surface to surface searching technique is included. The influence of misalignment errors and contact deformations on contact zone and transmission error (TE) is discussed. Combined modification approach on worm tooth surface is presented. By means of DDDM and LTCA, it is very conven- ient to verify the effect of worm-gear drive's modification approach. The analysis results show that, the modification in profile direction reduces the sensitivity of worm-gear drive to misalignment errors and the modification in longitudinal direction decreases the TE. Thus the optimization design of worm-gear drive can be achieved prior to the actual manufacturing process. 展开更多

Also, the formula is derived which expresses transformation of contact stiffness of elastic components into input shaft torsional stiffness. The crown gear tooth profile equation was introduced according to the national standard double circular arc tooth profile and based on the equal tooth strength principle. The nutation drive meshing coordinate system was set up by introducing the cone vertex error, tilt error, nutation angle error and spiral angle error. The tooth profile equations of the double circular arc external and internal spiral bevel gears were further obtained based on the crown gear tooth profile equation concerning above mentioned error parameters. The influences of the nutation gear reducer tooth contact conditions were analyzed with the gear tilt error and axial misalignment error. The friction drive elevators the influence of the braking distance has very high significance to meet certain safety regulations and comfort.During the emergency braking the delay for the system a frame and a cabin should be within the range from 0.2 to 9.81 m/s~2.However,there are no specialist literatures regarding the issues connected with emergency braking of elevating devices either.The results of the own empirical research work are presented regarding the influence of design changes on the working parameters of the friction drive elevator gears.ASG100,KB 160,PP16,PR2000UD and CHP2000 types of safety progressive gears are analyzed.ASG100,KB 160,PP16,PR2000UD type progressive gears are already produced by European manufacturers.CHP2000 type gears are established as the alternative option for the already existing solutions.The unique cam system has been used in the CHP 2000 gears.The cam leverage gives the chance to unblock,in a very easy way,the clamed gears after braking.Thus,it is a key aspect to perform laboratory tests over the braking process of a newly created solution.The proper value of the braking distance has a significant influence on the value of delay in terms of binding standards.The influence of loading on the effective braking distance and the value of the falling elevator cabin speed are analyzed and the results are presented.The results presented are interesting from lift devices operation and a new model of CHP 2000progressive gear point of view. 展开更多

A variable inertial damper, whose viscous damping coefficient can be adjusted by changing the gap between inertia wheel and motor spindle, is designed in servomechanism of zero-drive hobbing machine and is directly attached on the motor spindle. The mathematical model of servo system with inertial damper is built. By using theoretical analysis and system simulation, it is demonstrated that the variable inertial damper with optimal damping coefficient and moment of inertia should lead to no resonance point in wider frequency range of exciting force. Therefore, its application in zero-drive hobbing machine makes this system not only achieve higher system stiffness to overcome load torque fluctuation, but also gain better stability. 展开更多

齿轮传动系统作为舰船推进装置的重要组成部分,其在舰船运行模式切换过程中能否保持良好的动态特性对舰船结构安全性及机动性有着重要的影响。本文以某舰船中柴燃联合驱动斜齿轮传动系统为研究对象,建立系统纯扭动力学模型,采用MASTA软... 齿轮传动系统作为舰船推进装置的重要组成部分,其在舰船运行模式切换过程中能否保持良好的动态特性对舰船结构安全性及机动性有着重要的影响。本文以某舰船中柴燃联合驱动斜齿轮传动系统为研究对象,建立系统纯扭动力学模型,采用MASTA软件验证该模型的正确性,基于该模型对燃气轮机单机驱动向柴燃联合驱动模式切换时的动力学特性进行分析,寻找模式切换的最佳转速和输入扭矩,探究啮合刚度和双联轴扭转刚度对模式切换过程动态特性的影响。计算结果表明,模式切换时齿轮1的最佳转速为2250 r/min,齿轮7的最佳输入扭矩为3100 Nm;啮合刚度的增大范围在基础值的1~1.2倍时,可以减弱不同切换阶段各齿轮副的振动程度;只要保证双联轴的扭转刚度超过0.8倍的基础值,系统中各齿轮副的振动程度将不再发生明显变化。 展开更多
