Based on the mathematical model of a novel cosine gear drive, a few characteristics, such as the contact ratio, the sliding coefficient, and the contact and bending stresses, of this drive are analyzed. A comparison study of these characteristics with the involute gear drive is also carried out. The influences of design parameters including the number of teeth and the pressure angle on the contact and bending stresses are studied. The following conclusions are achieved: the contact ratio of the cosine gear drive is about 1.2 to 1.3, which is reduced by about 20% in comparison with that of the involute gear drive. The sliding coefficient of the cosine gear drive is smaller than that of the involute gear drive. The contact and bending stresses of the cosine gear drive are lower than those of the involute gear drive. The contact and bending stresses decrease with the growth of the number of teeth and the pressure angle. 展开更多

The friction drive elevators the influence of the braking distance has very high significance to meet certain safety regulations and comfort.During the emergency braking the delay for the system a frame and a cabin should be within the range from 0.2 to 9.81 m/s~2.However,there are no specialist literatures regarding the issues connected with emergency braking of elevating devices either.The results of the own empirical research work are presented regarding the influence of design changes on the working parameters of the friction drive elevator gears.ASG100,KB 160,PP16,PR2000UD and CHP2000 types of safety progressive gears are analyzed.ASG100,KB 160,PP16,PR2000UD type progressive gears are already produced by European manufacturers.CHP2000 type gears are established as the alternative option for the already existing solutions.The unique cam system has been used in the CHP 2000 gears.The cam leverage gives the chance to unblock,in a very easy way,the clamed gears after braking.Thus,it is a key aspect to perform laboratory tests over the braking process of a newly created solution.The proper value of the braking distance has a significant influence on the value of delay in terms of binding standards.The influence of loading on the effective braking distance and the value of the falling elevator cabin speed are analyzed and the results are presented.The results presented are interesting from lift devices operation and a new model of CHP 2000progressive gear point of view. 展开更多

A variable inertial damper, whose viscous damping coefficient can be adjusted by changing the gap between inertia wheel and motor spindle, is designed in servomechanism of zero-drive hobbing machine and is directly attached on the motor spindle. The mathematical model of servo system with inertial damper is built. By using theoretical analysis and system simulation, it is demonstrated that the variable inertial damper with optimal damping coefficient and moment of inertia should lead to no resonance point in wider frequency range of exciting force. Therefore, its application in zero-drive hobbing machine makes this system not only achieve higher system stiffness to overcome load torque fluctuation, but also gain better stability. 展开更多

在电机驱动的齿轮传动系统中,电机本体具有传感器的特性,因此可以通过电机的定子电流、电磁转矩信号来进行齿轮故障分析,由于受转速和负载转矩的影响,使得故障诊断结果的准确率较低。针对此问题,提出一种基于双信号融合与反向传播神经... 在电机驱动的齿轮传动系统中,电机本体具有传感器的特性,因此可以通过电机的定子电流、电磁转矩信号来进行齿轮故障分析,由于受转速和负载转矩的影响,使得故障诊断结果的准确率较低。针对此问题,提出一种基于双信号融合与反向传播神经网络相结合的齿轮故障诊断方法。对电机齿轮传动系统一体化建模,进行电机齿轮传动系统联合仿真。对齿轮的不同故障进行模拟,得到电机侧定子电流和电磁转矩的故障信号,采用双树复小波变换来分析齿轮故障频段信号,提取故障特征量,建立了丰富的齿轮故障样本库。搭建反向传播神经网络并提出改进的自适应学习率算法,实现了对齿轮断齿、磨损故障的精确分类。为了验证所提方法的有效性,搭建齿轮故障试验平台,对相应齿轮故障进行诊断。结果表明,所提方法能够在不同转速和负载转矩条件下准确辨识齿轮的故障类型,相较于只采用定子电流和电磁转矩中一种信号对齿轮进行故障诊断,该方法准确率更高。 展开更多

齿轮传动系统作为舰船推进装置的重要组成部分,其在舰船运行模式切换过程中能否保持良好的动态特性对舰船结构安全性及机动性有着重要的影响。本文以某舰船中柴燃联合驱动斜齿轮传动系统为研究对象,建立系统纯扭动力学模型,采用MASTA软... 齿轮传动系统作为舰船推进装置的重要组成部分,其在舰船运行模式切换过程中能否保持良好的动态特性对舰船结构安全性及机动性有着重要的影响。本文以某舰船中柴燃联合驱动斜齿轮传动系统为研究对象,建立系统纯扭动力学模型,采用MASTA软件验证该模型的正确性,基于该模型对燃气轮机单机驱动向柴燃联合驱动模式切换时的动力学特性进行分析,寻找模式切换的最佳转速和输入扭矩,探究啮合刚度和双联轴扭转刚度对模式切换过程动态特性的影响。计算结果表明,模式切换时齿轮1的最佳转速为2250 r/min,齿轮7的最佳输入扭矩为3100 Nm;啮合刚度的增大范围在基础值的1~1.2倍时,可以减弱不同切换阶段各齿轮副的振动程度;只要保证双联轴的扭转刚度超过0.8倍的基础值,系统中各齿轮副的振动程度将不再发生明显变化。 展开更多

为解决高速电驱传动系统的齿轮啸叫问题,在传统齿轮修形方式的基础上,基于传动系统动态啮合刚度计算,探讨了电驱传动高速端齿轮系振动响应分析及结构优化设计方法。首先,将高速端齿轮系离散为齿轮副单元和轴段单元并进一步耦合轴承—壳... 为解决高速电驱传动系统的齿轮啸叫问题,在传统齿轮修形方式的基础上,基于传动系统动态啮合刚度计算,探讨了电驱传动高速端齿轮系振动响应分析及结构优化设计方法。首先,将高速端齿轮系离散为齿轮副单元和轴段单元并进一步耦合轴承—壳体单元,给出了对应单元的动力学方程,建立了系统动力学模型;其次,推导了动态啮合刚度数学模型,以齿轮副传递误差和动态啮合刚度乘积作为激励力,求解了系统扭转振动响应;之后,结合某电驱传动系统,开展了振动响应仿真并与实测结果进行对比,验证了系统动力学模型及基于动态啮合刚度求解振动响应的有效性;最后,研究了不同齿轮副布局形式及零件结构对动态啮合刚度和传递误差的影响,制定了结构优化方案并对优化前后实测结果进行比较。结果表明,优化后高速端齿轮系振动响应明显下降,齿轮啸叫问题得到有效改善。研究结果可为电驱传动齿轮系统的优化设计提供思路。 展开更多

The proposed Low Cost Driving Trainer Assistance System (DTAS) helps the amateur drivers to learn the basic skills involved while driving a vehicle, in particular a 4 wheeler like a car. The proposed system not only helps the novice drivers to gain confidence but also saves money spent on fuels while learning. The proposed DTAS system uses a steering wheel, an accelerator pedal, a brake pedal, gear mechanism and virtual (simulated) road environment. We also monitor and record the vital system parameters during the training period and analyze the same. The proposed DTAS involves operations like taking a turn, braking, accelerating, using dashboard functions and changing gears. 展开更多

某电驱动桥主减速器振动噪声特性仿真与试验研究 被引量:1

利用Adams软件建立了主减速器“二级斜齿轮副-转子-轴承”仿真模型,仿真结果显示,在0~3000 r/min,噪声主要来源于系统的共振,且高速级齿轮副贡献量较大。此外,进行了主减速器振动试验和实车噪声试验,结果表明,当输入转速为2138.67 r/min... 利用Adams软件建立了主减速器“二级斜齿轮副-转子-轴承”仿真模型,仿真结果显示,在0~3000 r/min,噪声主要来源于系统的共振,且高速级齿轮副贡献量较大。此外,进行了主减速器振动试验和实车噪声试验,结果表明,当输入转速为2138.67 r/min时,主减速器的噪声值激增最为明显,与此相对应的齿轮副啮合频率为605.96 Hz,验证了仿真结果。最后,研究了轴承支承刚度对共振转速分布的影响,并提出系统结构刚度的优化措施。优化结果表明,在1400~2200 r/min转速带,振动幅值显著减小,共振转速向高转速偏移。试验结果与仿真分析结果相对误差均小于5%,证明了Adams仿真结果的正确性和优化措施的有效性,为缩短电驱动桥主减速器开发周期、节省研发成本提供了参考。 展开更多
