目的:探究黄金微针射频与超脉冲点阵CO_(2)激光治疗轻度腋臭术后复发的疗效。方法:选取2016年3月-2020年3月笔者医院收治的62例轻度腋臭术后复发患者为研究对象,依据治疗方法分为观察组(32例)和对照组(30例),观察组给予黄金微针射频治疗...目的:探究黄金微针射频与超脉冲点阵CO_(2)激光治疗轻度腋臭术后复发的疗效。方法:选取2016年3月-2020年3月笔者医院收治的62例轻度腋臭术后复发患者为研究对象,依据治疗方法分为观察组(32例)和对照组(30例),观察组给予黄金微针射频治疗,对照组给予超脉冲点阵CO激光治疗。治疗后随访6个月,观察两组治疗效果、并发症发生率及患者满意度。结果:观察组有效率为90.63%,对照组有效率为83.33%,两组有效率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(18.75% vs 43.33%),治疗总满意度高于对照组(96.88% vs 80.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:黄金微针射频与超脉冲点阵CO_(2)激光均是治疗轻度腋臭术后复发的有效手段,但黄金微针射频的并发症少,治疗满意率高,值得临床推广应用。展开更多
