Current Situation and Mode of Talent Training in Marine Cultural Industry Based on Collaborative Innovation of Governments,Enterprises,Colleges,Scientific Institutions and Users

Based on the present situation of talent training in marine cultural industry,the collaborative innovation mechanism of governments,enterprises,colleges,scientific institutions and users was used to construct the mode of talent training in marine cultural industry. It is needed to give full play to the active roles of governments,enterprises,colleges,scientific institutions and users in the training of marine cultural talents,develop training mode of innovative scientific and technological talents,speed up the construction of collaborative innovation ability of marine cultural talents,and improve the efficiency of talent training.

LED红蓝绿光质光照模式对螺旋藻生长及藻蓝蛋白积累的影响

光环境对螺旋藻的生长有着一定的影响,本试验为探究LED红蓝绿光质光照模式对螺旋藻生长、产量、形态建成以及关键产物的积累的影响。利用LED的光谱可调性,设置了单红光400μmol/m^(2)·s^(-1)、红蓝光400μmol/m^(2)·s^(-1)、500μmol/m 2·s-1(R∶B=4∶1)、红蓝绿光400μmol/m^(2)·s^(-1)(R∶B∶G=15∶4∶1;R∶B∶G=15.5∶4∶0.5)五个处理组,对螺旋藻培养6 d后进行采收,比较不同处理下螺旋藻形态建成、生物产量、叶绿素a和藻蓝蛋白的含量的影响。结果表明单红光处理的藻丝形态正常,物质产量、叶绿素a含量和藻蓝蛋白含量皆为最高,分别为0.88 g、11.99 mg/g、1.98 mg/g。蓝光和绿光的加入不同程度的影响了螺旋藻的物质积累,但绿光的加入使藻蓝蛋白有下降趋势,而使叶绿素a含量有所增加。

The Establishment of the Innovative and Practical Teaching Mode for Architecture Majors with the Help of “Schools-Enterprises-Governments-Research Institutions”

This paper focuses on the establishment of the teaching mode of innovative and practical architectural professionals, which is assisted by colleges and universities, enterprises, governments and research institutions. This paper believes that through the reform of the teaching mode, we can solve the problems such as the ivory-towered teaching of architecture in colleges and universities, the superficial teaching contents, inadequate teaching staff, students' poor innovation practice ability and tight professional funds. It is expected that this paper can provide assistance for architecture majors in the guidance of innovative ideas, the building of practical ability, and the establishment of knowledge system.

Challenges and Opportunities:the Expanded Government-led HIV/AIDS Programs in China

HIV/AIDS has posed an increasingly serious issue in China. In recent years,Chinese government has taken further intensified efforts to combat HIV/AIDS with high-level political commitment,supportive policy development,increased financial allocation,large-scale of government-led initiatives,expanded international cooperation and great involvement of non-governmental organizations. Meanwhile gaps and challenges coexist impacting the implementation and the results of national HIV/AIDS programs. Thus,further government efforts are needed to improve and tailor the actions to meet the requirement of HIV/AIDS control in China.

基于改进滑模控制策略的汽车LED前照灯驱动器设计

为了实现汽车LED前照灯远近光光照度和色温的无极调节,提出一种基于改进滑模控制策略的新型LED前照灯驱动器设计方案。采用4路独立控制的Boost变换器作为主电路拓扑,分别控制近光暖光、近光冷光、远光暖光、远光冷光灯组,构建了该电路拓扑的数学模型,并提出了一种新型复合滑模控制策略。在此基础上进行了软硬件设计,研制了一台36 W的试验样机,对该控制策略进行了试验验证。结果表明:基于提出的新型基准占空比调制的复合滑模控制策略设计的LED前照灯驱动器可分别通过设置参考电流值和色温给定系数无极调节LED灯的光照度和色温;近光冷、暖LED的输出电压纹波约为1 V,响应时间仅约为0.1 s,系统输出稳定、响应速度快、切换流畅。研究结果可为汽车LED前照灯的自动化设计提供参考。

Agricultural Development Mode Transformation and Government Functions in Guizhou Province

Based on the brief account of the connotation of transforming economic development pattern and government functions,the thesis will introduce the development status of agricultural economy in Guizhou Province:firstly,single agricultural industrial structure;secondly,large gap between urban and rural development;thirdly,low-level utilization of agricultural science and technology;fourthly,fierce contradiction between agricultural mode of production and ecological environment.Then it analyzes the basic requirements for government functions in transforming the development pattern of agricultural economy in Guizhou Province:the first one is the function to guide sustainable development and the structural adjustment of agricultural production;the second is the function to coordinate urban-rural development and equally supply basic public goods;the third is the function to input science and technology to serve agriculture;the fourth one is the dominant function to promote the harmonious development of man and nature as well as to reduce the number of peasants.In order to promote the transformation of agricultural development mode and maintain the sound and rapid economic development,some corresponding measures and suggestions are proposed from the perspective of government functions:firstly,promoting the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure;secondly,the government should take the lead in providing rural public goods;thirdly,strengthening the skills training and technological education of rural labor force;fourthly,reducing the number of farmers and retaining the farmers.

面向个性化LED照明设备定制的云制造应用研究

目前,LED照明设备企业对于个性化定制尚有制造资源不足、信息化水平不高、经营管理落后等问题。为了能够提高定制生产水平以满足用户各方面的个性化需求,结合云制造概念及技术,尝试将云制造应用在LED照明设备制造领域中,提出LED照明设备制造云模式,进行平台架构、工作流程设计以及平台的搭建,并且通过个性化定制产品质量模糊综合评价法验证该平台的必要性。

An Improved Non-isolated LED Converter with Power Factor Correction and Average Current Mode Control

A new type of high power LED drivers is proposed by adopting an improved two-stages non-isolated configuration. In order to improve power factor and achieve accurate average current control under universal input voltages ranging from 100 Vrms to 240 Vrms, the power factor correction and average current mode control methods operating in continuous current conduction mode are designed and implemented. With the LUMILEDS emitter type LEDs, a laboratory prototype is built and measured. And from the measured results, it could be concluded that the proposed driver has many better performances such as high power factor, low current harmonic, accurate average current control and switch protection.

Terminal Sliding Mode Controllers for Hydraulic Turbine Governing System with Bifurcated Penstocks under Input Saturation

Terminal sliding mode controller method is introduced to enhance the regulation performance of the hydraulic turbine governing system(HTGS).For the purpose of describing the characteristics of controlled system and deducing the control rule,a nonlinear mathematic model of hydraulic turbine governing system with bifurcated penstocks(HTGSBF)under control input saturation is established,and the input/output state linearization feedback approach is used to obtain the relationship between turbine speed and controller output.To address the control input saturation problem,an adaptive assistant system is designed to compensate for controller truncation.Numerical simulations have been conducted under fixed point stabilization and periodic orbit tracking conditions to compare the dynamic performances of proposed terminal sliding mode controllers and conventional sliding mode controller.The results indicate that the proposed terminal sliding mode controllers not only have a faster response and accurate tracking results,but also own a stronger robustness to the system parameter variations.Moreover,the comparisons between the proposed terminal sliding mode controllers and current most often used proportional-integral-differential(PID)controller,as well its variant NPID controller,are discussed at the end of this paper,where the superiority of the terminal sliding mode controllers also have been verified.

Heterogeneous responsibilities of three grassland resource governance modes in Inner Mongolia, China

Grassland resource governance is an important part of ecological civilization construction,and it directly af‐fects grassland governance performance.This study deploys principal-agent theory and uses social network analysis to compare grassland resource governance modes in China in terms of institutional settings and insti‐tutional network characteristics.This study found three types of grassland resource governance modes:self-designed,docked,and integrated.The self-designed mode forms a network structure with dual centers and multiple members,and has the second-best structural mode of the three types.The docked mode forms a net‐work structure with a single center in which the institution is the absolute core and is relatively divergent.It has the weakest structural advantage of the three types.The integrated mode forms a network structure with a single institution at the core and other institutions distributed evenly throughout the structure.This mode has the strongest structural advantage among the three types.This study offers the practical application of improv‐ing the practice of grassland governance in China and is theoretically significant because it can contribute to improving grassland governance modes and enriching the public goods resources governance.

LED红蓝光模式对番茄果实光谱特性及着色的影响

为了探究红、蓝光在番茄果实着色过程中的作用关系,在人工光型植物工厂中采用岩棉种植微型番茄,以各发育阶段番茄果实在不同LED红蓝光模式下的反射光谱为切入点,通过对纯红光、红蓝组合光以及不同间隔的交替光照射下番茄果实色相指标和反射光谱的分析,研究了不同的红蓝光照射模式对番茄果实光谱特性及着色的影响。结果表明:(1)R_(6h)/RB_(2h)(纯红光/红蓝组合光6 h/2 h)交替供光模式最有利于番茄果实中呈红色素(如β-胡萝卜素和番茄红素)的积累和叶绿素的分解,最终促成番茄果实更早地转色;R(纯红光)供光模式作用效果仅次于R_(6h)/RB_(2h);相比之下,RB(红蓝组合光)供光模式不利于番茄果实呈红色素的积累和果实着色进程。(2)在促进番茄果实着色方面,红光和蓝光之间既存在协同增强效应,也存在信号串扰引发的削弱效应,红光与红蓝组合光以一定的间隔进行交替辐射,能最大化地发挥单一红光与红蓝混合光在番茄果实色素代谢及果实着色方面的积极作用。(3)转色期番茄果实红绿区域反射比(Red/Green)、修正叶绿素吸收比指数(MCARI)、光化学反射指数绝对值(|PRI|)等光谱参量所反映出的色素含量变化动态与Hue值所反映的番茄果实色相一致,该时期番茄果实反射光谱特性与果皮着色有较高的统一性,转色期番茄果实的反射光谱能够更好地反映番茄果实着色程度和着色进程。

Design of a Novel Multi-Mode LED Dimming and Color Control System

Aiming at the needs of different lighting applications, combined with the characteristics of LED dimming and color control, and using MSP430 digital control technology, a novel LED intelligent dimming and color control system was designed. The system integrated Bluetooth remote, human infrared sensor, voice/gesture control and other control modes, which could achieve LED multi-mode dimming and color intelligent control. System hardware and software were designed to develop a prototype to experimental verification. The designed method proposes new ideas and information for LED control.

Study on the Diffusion Performance of Standard E-Government Information Systems

Standard e-government information system(SEIS) including mobile-government applications are playing more and more important roles in the establishing of national e-government framework. It can be beneficial not only for avoiding redundant e-government IS development but also for improving collaboration among government agencies. Two research questions were explored: what are the factors influencing the performance of SEIS? Will mandatory SEIS create a better performance than non-mandatory SEIS? Specifically, the use of five categories of IS aspects--information system quality, online service quality, offline service quality, diffusion modes and standard network size—is proposed to understand the performance of SEIS through applying both survey study and simulation study. The results show that information system quality and online service quality of SEIS have strong effects on users' expectation and users' satisfaction, which thereafter promotes the performance of SEIS. Government agencies' offline service quality shows a significant effect on users' satisfaction while not on users' expectation. Furthermore, the diffusion speed of SEIS in non-mandatory and mandatory modes and the standard network size also have great influence on the utility of SEIS.

线阵LED显示装置的多学科交叉融合设计研究

以线阵LED显示装置设计研究为主体,通过分解装置设计要素,分析装置设计过程中旋转平台的特殊性,从旋转平台供电方式与装置机械结构设计出发,多学科交叉融合保证装置的性能要求。系统以STC89C52单片机为主控单元,配合红外遥控调控显示内容,通过机械设计技术修正装置平衡效果及旋转平台无线供电效果,基于人眼视觉暂留现象原理,利用电机带动旋转平台实现图像显示,采用3D打印技术完成了装置的制作。通过实验发现装置能够稳定、清晰地完成多种状态显示,多学科知识的有机结合有效解决了科学研究中的复杂问题。

Research on Management Mode of Small-scale Irrigation Works for Farmland Based on Self-governance

The paper analyzes the practical use of management mode of small-scale farmland irrigation works in China,and studies various problems existing in the present management mode.It puts forward a mode named Water-consumer Association which is the most practical one at present.It points out some rules which must be mastered in solving problems appearing in using this mode.

潇河新城光储直柔LED照明系统关键技术研究

介绍山西潇河新城国际会展中心项目的光储直柔新型LED照明系统,系统采用放射状拓扑结构、单极接线方式,有DC 750 V和DC 220 V两个电压等级。系统保护配置方面,开发了集中式保护、主动监控保护装置等一系列新型直流保护装置。容量设计方面,光伏应装尽装,储能容量根据负荷功率和支撑时间决定。项目同时开发了一套系统监控管理系统,在实时监测系统运行状态的同时具备系统调度功能。运行结果显示,该工程项目具有较高的经济效益和社会效益。
