建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,简称BIM)是创建并利用数字化模型对建设项目进行设计、建造和运营管理的过程,同时也被视为一种突破性创新技术。当前我国建筑行业BIM采纳率低的主要原因是各方还未完全意识到BIM应用带来的...建筑信息模型(Building Information Modeling,简称BIM)是创建并利用数字化模型对建设项目进行设计、建造和运营管理的过程,同时也被视为一种突破性创新技术。当前我国建筑行业BIM采纳率低的主要原因是各方还未完全意识到BIM应用带来的增值效应,亟需从全局和系统的角度分析各方在BIM应用中获得的价值。由于BIM应用的系统性和复杂性,本文基于价值理论和利益相关者价值网络(Stakeholder Value Network,简称SVN)等相关方法,提出了BIM技术应用的利益相关者识别、价值流量化、价值路径搜索和价值获取能力分析等方法。以采用DBB交付模式和咨询辅助模式的政府投资项目作为研究对象,构建了包含七类利益相关者和95条价值流的BIM-SVN定量网络,得到了驱动BIM应用的最关键价值路径,通过将SVN模型与传统模型对比,实现了利益相关者的价值获取能力综合评价并得到了各方的BIM应用策略。本研究对SVN方法的应用有利于各方对BIM价值的系统认识,并为BIM驱动策略的制定和实施提供了新视角。展开更多
