Innovation ability is the ability to continuously provide new ideas,theories,methods,and inventions with economic,social,and ecological values in the fields of technology and various practical activities.The ideological and political education of vocational school students should be student-oriented and close to reality and life.It is necessary to improve the pertinence,effectiveness,attractiveness,and infectiousness of ideological and political education,and cultivate socialist builders and successors with all-round development of morality,intelligence,physique,and beauty.In this paper,we investigate and understand the practice of innovation ability education in colleges and universities at home and abroad,especially the current situation of professional practice teaching in Xinjiang Vocational Colleges.The construction of a professional practice base in vocational colleges is systematically studied.

Problems and Countermeasures in the Cultivation of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Ability among College Students in China

This article analyzes the current situation of cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship ability among college students in China.It found that the main reasons for the lack of innovation and entrepreneurship ability are from three aspects:inadequate awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship among college students;inadequate innovation and entrepreneurship ability among the team of teachers;colleges and universities lack systematic innovation and entrepreneurship courses.The discussion will be based on these three aspects from three perspectives,which include providing more practical opportunities and a good environment,building innovation and entrepreneurship tutor teams,as well as strengthening the construction of innovation and entrepreneurship courses,in order to assist in the cultivation of innovation and entrepreneurship ability among college students in China.

Innovation Ability of Traditional Chinese Medicine Graduates Cultivated by Industry-University-Research Institute Cooperation Program:A Case Study of Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine

Industry-university-research institute cooperation has important strategic significance and practical value for cultivating the innovation ability of graduate students.Taking Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine as an example,this paper analyzed the current status of the joint cultivation of industry-university-research institute,and explored an effective way to cultivate top-notch innovative talents with innovative spirit,entrepreneurial awareness and innovative entrepreneurial ability,in order to maximally stimulate talents to create the vitality of traditional Chinese medicine.

Art Education and Innovation Ability Training On College Students

During education, the rational application of art education can not only effectively stimulate the innovative thinking of college students, but also enhance the innovation ability of college students, which is an important way to train innovative talents at this stage. Research on Ways to Improve the Innovative and Entrepreneurial Ability of Poor College Students in Northwest China

Improving the ability of innovation and Entrepreneurship of impoverished college students in local colleges and universities could alleviate employment pressure to a certain extent, solve employment difficulties and help college students realize their self-worth, which are related to social stability and economic development. By using the methods of questionnaire and individual interviews, this paper investigates some of the students who set up files for poverty alleviation in northwest local colleges and universities, and understand the current situation of innovation and Entrepreneurship of poor college students. It is hoped that the ability of innovation and entrepreneurship can be improved by enhancing the awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship, improving the education system, innovating learning mode, building a practical platform and implementing quality management.

Reform of the emphasis on cultivating students＇ practical ability and innovative spirit

Graduate education is the main way of high-level personnel training, present, China has formed a shape of postgraduate training mode for China＇s industries to transport a large number of professionals. However, with the urgent social and economic needs of complex, application-oriented, innovative talents, how to train graduate students with innovative thinking and creative ability is a major issue facing our country. By describing the status of postgraduate training innovative, practical graduate analyzed the main reason for lack of innovation, and propose how to improve students from various practical ability and training reform measures graduate innovative thinking.

Entrepreneurial Skills and Innovative Behavior as Determinants on the Entrepreneurial Performance of Business Graduate Students

This study addressed the causal association of entrepreneurial performance as predicted by entrepreneurial skills and innovative behavior.Respondents of this research comprised 205 business graduate students from colleges and universities in SOCSARGEN Region in the Philippines.In a quantitative design and through purposive sampling,survey questionnaires were adopted,validated,and utilized.The researcher used the mean and multiple regression as tools in analyzing the data.Findings revealed that business graduate students’entrepreneurial skills,innovative behavior,and entrepreneurial performance were high.This means that business graduate students possessed entrepreneurial skills,innovative behavior was evident,and a very satisfactory entrepreneurial performance.On the individual capacity,entrepreneurial skills did not significantly influence business performance while innovative behavior significantly influenced entrepreneurial performance.

Discussion on the Graduation Practical Ability Assessment Model for Master of Nursing Specialist Students

Objective: To explore graduation practical ability assessment mode of graduate students in nursing (Master of Nursing Specialist, MNS). Methods: All 28 MNS 2020th graduate students in a university were selected as subjects by convenient sampling method, using the improved 4-station objective structured examination (Objective Structured Clinical Examination, OSCE) model. The assessment content included nursing assessment, nursing diagnosis, basic nursing operation, specialist nursing operation, theoretical written test and oral test and overall evaluation. And self-made questionnaire was used to evaluate the effect of the assessment model and the improvement of clinical practice ability of graduate students. Results: The overall satisfaction rate of graduation assessment was 89.51%, the overall satisfaction rate of graduation assessment mode and practical ability improvement evaluation was 84.66%, the pass rate of assessment results was 100%, and the excellent rate was 71.42%. Conclusion: The MNS graduation practical ability assessment model has a high degree of satisfaction, objectively evaluates the knowledge, skills, attitudes and emotions of graduate students, promotes the comprehensive quality and ability of graduate students, which is worthy of promotion.

Exploration of the Path to Improve the Innovative Quality and Ability of College and University Students

The improvement of college and university students'innovative quality and ability is necessary for colleges and universities to carry out the fundamental task of establishing moral education and cultivating innovative talents for the Party and the country.At present,there are several problems in the innovation of college and university students,including imperfect system and mechanism,incomplete integration of resources,insufficient understanding of themselves,and so on.In view of these problems,this study actively explores the path to enhance the innovative quality and ability of college and university students by improving the system and mechanism at the macro level,integrating resources to form synergy at the meso level,and motivating college and university students to engage in the process of ascending at the micro level.

Application and Discussion on the Training of Innovative Graduate Talent Against the Background of“Double First-Class”Construction

Against the background of the“double first-class”construction,the training of innovative graduate talent has become an important issue in higher education.This article discusses the importance of the training of top graduate innovative talent,analyzes the status of the training of top graduate innovative talent at home and abroad,and summarizes the current challenges in the training of graduate innovative talent in China.Lastly,this paper proposes relevant reform suggestions in response to problems in the training of innovative graduate talent,which provides important references for improving the quality of innovative graduate training.

Innovative Study on Graduate Student Recruitment Work in Provincial Agricultural Research Institutions

As reserve talents for research,graduate students of scientific research institutions directly participate in the implementation process of various scientific research projects,which greatly promotes the innovation work of scientific research institutions. As an essential part of the national agricultural scientific and technological innovation system,provincial agricultural research institutions urgently need to maintain or expand the team of graduate students. Under the current graduate student recruitment system,provincial agricultural research institutions need to solve the problem of how to innovate on the recruitment methods,continuously expand the recruitment scale,and attract more outstanding graduate students to join the scientific and technological innovation team. This paper firstly introduced the institutional changes and recruitment status of graduate students in agricultural research institutions,then analyzed the problems faced by provincial agricultural research institutions in recruiting graduate students. Finally,combining the work practice of Jiangsu Academy of Agricultural Sciences,it came up with pertinent recommendations,to provide references for graduate student recruitment of provincial agricultural research institutions.

Cultivation of Innovation Consciousness in English Graduation Thesis

基于OBE理念的海洋工程专业研究生创新能力培养体系改革

新时期的海洋工程具有典型的科技密集型产业特征,需要多学科交叉的知识背景。该文针对现有海洋工程专业研究生教育培养体系的不足,结合海洋强国战略实施对海洋工程专业人才培养的新要求,利用OBE(Outcome-based Education,OBE)教学理念,从课程群建设、教学方法以及评级体系三方面,提出一套多学科深度交叉融合的人才培养体系改革方案,对国内诸多高校海洋工程专业教学改革方案及培养模式的制定具有直接参考价值,对其他专业教学改革具有一定的示范和辐射推广作用。
