Discussion on the Graduation Practical Ability Assessment Model for Master of Nursing Specialist Students

Objective: To explore graduation practical ability assessment mode of graduate students in nursing (Master of Nursing Specialist, MNS). Methods: All 28 MNS 2020th graduate students in a university were selected as subjects by convenient sampling method, using the improved 4-station objective structured examination (Objective Structured Clinical Examination, OSCE) model. The assessment content included nursing assessment, nursing diagnosis, basic nursing operation, specialist nursing operation, theoretical written test and oral test and overall evaluation. And self-made questionnaire was used to evaluate the effect of the assessment model and the improvement of clinical practice ability of graduate students. Results: The overall satisfaction rate of graduation assessment was 89.51%, the overall satisfaction rate of graduation assessment mode and practical ability improvement evaluation was 84.66%, the pass rate of assessment results was 100%, and the excellent rate was 71.42%. Conclusion: The MNS graduation practical ability assessment model has a high degree of satisfaction, objectively evaluates the knowledge, skills, attitudes and emotions of graduate students, promotes the comprehensive quality and ability of graduate students, which is worthy of promotion.

Reform of the emphasis on cultivating students＇ practical ability and innovative spirit

Graduate education is the main way of high-level personnel training, present, China has formed a shape of postgraduate training mode for China＇s industries to transport a large number of professionals. However, with the urgent social and economic needs of complex, application-oriented, innovative talents, how to train graduate students with innovative thinking and creative ability is a major issue facing our country. By describing the status of postgraduate training innovative, practical graduate analyzed the main reason for lack of innovation, and propose how to improve students from various practical ability and training reform measures graduate innovative thinking.

The Role of Skills Competitions in Improving the Practical Ability of Vocational College Students

Vocational education and general education are two different types of education that are equally important.The orientation of talent training in vocational education is to nurture skilled talents to serve the society.The practical ability of students is both the focus of teaching in vocational colleges and the requirement of enterprise posts.The various types of skills competitions provide a“stage”for students to showcase their abilities.First,this paper explores students’problem-solving ability while preparing for these competitions,expounding the importance of vocational education and skills competitions.Second,this paper summarizes the views of different scholars.Third,based on a specific case,this paper describes the improvement in students’ability while preparing for these competitions.Fourth,this paper analyzes the results of the questionnaire survey conducted to investigate the improvement in students’ability.Lastly,this paper puts forward several suggestions that appeal for vocational colleges to pay more attention to skills competitions.

Teaching Reform and Practice of Software Engineering Graduate Students by Implanting Scientific Research Literacy into Classroom Teaching Content

How to cultivate and improve graduate students’innovation and practical abilities in software engineering through the curriculum and teaching mode reform is an important issue.In this paper,a research literacy-driven teaching mode is proposed.It assists in the reform of the curriculum system.Then,a curriculum system construction framework is proposed,which involves the integration of research literacy into classroom teaching content.It assists in the cultivation of research abilities of graduate students in software engineering.The effectiveness of the curriculum reform is demonstrated through questionnaire surveys and research outcomes of the project team.The results show that the methods explored in this paper can serve as valuable references for future course design and teaching practice in computer-related courses for graduates.

Industry-university-research institute cooperation has important strategic significance and practical value for cultivating the innovation ability of graduate students.Taking Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine as an example,this paper analyzed the current status of the joint cultivation of industry-university-research institute,and explored an effective way to cultivate top-notch innovative talents with innovative spirit,entrepreneurial awareness and innovative entrepreneurial ability,in order to maximally stimulate talents to create the vitality of traditional Chinese medicine.

Research and Practice on Classification Training Model of Academic Degree and Professional Degree for Computer Graduate Students

At present,it is a challenge to train professional and degree graduate students with advanced professional skills in computer science.It is an important way to improve the level of graduate students in computer science to establish the training mode of full-time professional graduate students.By analyzing the training characteristics of full-time computer master’s degree and academic master’s degree,this paper explores the training mode from the aspects of curriculum setting,practical training and dissertation,so as to provide reference for solving the confusion in training and promote the healthy development of full-time computer master’s degree and academic degree education.

提高研究生创新能力的控制学科实践体系建设

面向控制学科研究生开设的控制学科实验课程,探讨了基础实验课程教学与科研方向相融合的新模式。整合并构建了多维度立体化教学资源,建设了“基础+专业+拓展”挑战难度递进的12个特色鲜明、技术先进、应用前沿的综合实践模块。探索了以专题模块型实验贯通整个实验课程教学内容的教学方法,建立了“多阶段形成性评价、多模块结构化评分”的实践教学评价体系。提高了学生自主学习的积极性,强化了学生综合科学素养及创新实践能力的培养。

AIGC重构研究生学术实践:持续使用意愿影响因素研究

[目的/意义]探究研究生持续使用AIGC推行学术实践意愿的影响机制,为推动AIGC在学术领域的合理应用提供理论依据和实践指引。[方法/过程]整合UTAUT2模型及TTF理论,运用结构方程模型,挖掘研究生持续使用AIGC开展学术实践意愿的关键因素。[结果/结论]研究结果显示,绩效期望、个体创新性和努力期望显著影响持续使用意愿;任务特征和技术特征显著影响任务技术匹配;任务技术匹配对持续使用意愿的直接效果没有成立,但通过影响绩效期望对其起到间接显著作用;学术道德规范在社群影响路径中起到了正向调节作用。本研究弥补了现有研究对特定对象的忽视与定性分析解释力不足的问题。

CBL+PBL联合SP教学法在神经外科研究生培养中的探索

目的探索案例教学法(case-based learning,CBL)及基于问题的教学法(problem-based learning,PBL)联合标准化病人(standardized patient,SP)教学法在神经外科研究生培养中的应用效果。方法 选取2020年8月—2022年8月昆明医科大学第一附属医院神经外科专业3个年级研究生共60名,按入科顺序分为传统教学组、CBL+PBL组及CBL+PBL+SP组,每组20名。进行3个月的入科培训后对学生的综合考核成绩、临床技能、病历质量、SP评价及自我感知能力进行评价。结果 CBL+PBL组、CBL+PBL+SP组课后的基本理论、病例分析成绩均优于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。CBL+PBL+SP组的查体、腰穿及影像资料判读均优于其他2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CBL+PBL组与CBL+PBL+SP组的病历书写成绩均优于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。CBL+PBL组与CBL+PBL+SP组的SP综合评价成绩、学生满意度、技能和知识吸收能力、医患沟通技巧、学习动机、理解力、师生互动、课程所花时间、课后考试、临床思维能力、自学能力、团队合作能力及完成课题能力均优于传统教学组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 CBL+PBL联合SP教学法在提高研究生临床操作技能、医患沟通技巧、知识理解及吸收能力等方面具有一定优势,是一种更有效的研究生培养方法。

协同视域下工科研究生产学研用培养模式探究与实践

加强协同创新是提高工科研究生创新实践能力的内在要求,完善产学研用是建立以创新创业为导向培养机制的必然方式。当前,地方高校工科研究生创新实践能力与经济社会对人才的需求仍存在一定的差距,主要表现在创新意识淡薄、实用成果匮乏、聚焦思考不足,究其原因,问题意识缺乏、知识来源单一、学习氛围封闭是导致问题出现的主要因素。为此,作者团队与行业企业联合建成太阳能光热产业示范基地,以实际需求为导向,以工程示范为载体,以成果转化为驱动,以产业应用为目标,探索产学研用的协同创新工科研究生培养新模式,尝试在多个产业示范基地建立具有鲜明工科特色的“科技小站”,通过模式与实践的高效融合,充分释放研究生的内在创新要素活力。

以产业需求为导向的产教融合研究生培养模式探索与实践

为顺应社会经济高速发展对人才的迫切需求,促进人才培养供给侧和产业需求侧结构要素全方位融合,进一步优化产教融合人才培养模式,解决现阶段存在的校企合作不稳定、产学相对脱节、多主体协同机制不完善的问题,湖南大学控制科学与工程学科提出以产业需求为导向的“两翼支撑-三维协同-四链贯通”深度产教融合人才培养模式,以构建校内校外双实践平台为两翼支撑,完善学校、企业、政府三维协同机制,贯通产业链、教育链、实践链及人才链,将产教融合贯通产学研全过程,全面提升研究生的专业实践能力,在新时代高层次应用型工科人才的培养上取得显著的成效,实现研究生培养模式改革和产业迭代双统筹发展,可供国内外高校借鉴。

在“双一流”建设背景下,提升研究生培养质量成为重中之重。同时,地方高校也要主动应对“双一流”建设对研究生教育带来的新机遇和新挑战。该文深入分析目前地方高校研究生培养现状和存在的主要不足,利用该校山东省化学工程与技术优势特色学科的建设契机,提出通过重构多元课程体系、创新教学模式和构建基于新型导学关系的培养模式,实现突出学科特色的研究生复合型创新人才培养目标。通过上述举措的探索与实践,研究生的科研创新能力和综合素质不断提高,专业影响力不断提升。

“互联网+对分课堂”:以研究生创新能力提升为导向的教学模式实践

研究生作为我国建设创新型国家的重要人才储备,其创新能力是创新型人才培养的主要指标。针对当前研究生的创新能力较低、创新意识缺乏问题,开展以研究生创新能力提升为导向的“互联网+对分课堂”教学模式实践研究。结果表明,该教学模式可以显著激发研究生的创新动机、创新意识,积累创新知识,同时提升了研究生的创新思维和总体创新能力。在此基础上,从教学内容、教学方法、教学评价体系等方面提出促进研究生创新能力提升的对策建议。

产教融合背景下护理硕士专业学位研究生实践创新能力培养实践

护理硕士专业学位研究生的实践创新能力培养已成为高校教育改革实践的重点。而在实际培养过程中存在培养模式的系统性及课程体系有待增强,多元主体间的协作融合深度不够,产教融合保障机制和评价体系欠完善等问题。课题组以建构主义、行为主义和协同理论为理论基础,构建“多元—交叉—融合—协同”四位一体的培养体系;建设基于决策导向评价模式(CIPP评价模式)的实践创新能力评价体系,为高校护理硕士专业学位研究生实践创新能力培养提供新思路。

行业特色新工科研究生培养内涵、模式与路径

我国新工科建设已进入全面深化新阶段,通过探索建立面向未来的人才培养新理念、新标准、新模式和新方法引领高等教育创新变革的事业进入关键期。行业特色工科研究生培养具备新工科建设的优势和先机,但行业特色新工科研究生培养内涵尚未被阐明,仍缺少可推广的实践模式与路径,严重制约其理应在新工科建设方面充分发挥的示范引领作用。以油气行业特色工科——石油与天然气工程学科研究生培养为例,调研分析行业特色传统工科与新工科研究生培养特征,揭示“面向未来、适应需要”的培养内涵,构建了“学科交叉、分类培养”的培养模式,提出“以研为本、多维进阶”的培养路径。实践证明,该模式和路径具有较好的适用性和较高的推广价值,可为新工科研究生教育改革提供理论和实践参考。

基于学生能力达成的食品生产实习形成性评价机制研究与实践

通过完善评价方式和手段,明确了评价结果与课程目标支撑的对应关系,构建了基于学生能力达成的食品生产实习课程形成性评价机制,实现了对学生课程学习全程跟踪与评估,准确地反映了学生能力达成程度和实践教学培养质量,保障了教师“教”和学生“学”的产出评价与持续改进。

基于多方位综合素质培养的研究生教育模式探索与实践—以湖南中医药大学中医诊断研究所为例

医学研究生是医学研究的重要力量,同时也是培养高层次创新医学人才的重要储备。医学教育的根本任务是加强医学相关学科的建设布局和支持力度,培养高层次的、具有国际视野的复合型医学人才。在此背景下,探索如何提升中医学术型研究生的综合素质是高层次医学创新型人才培养的关键课题。文章以湖南中医药大学中医诊断研究所为例,在培养中医诊断学学术型研究生过程中,通过实验室结合可共享数字化学术资源为主的开放式共享平台,联合产学研合作、学科竞赛及人文素质教育的培养模式,探讨了提升中医诊断学学术型研究生综合素质的可行性,旨在为该教育模式的推广提供依据和参考。

高水平应用型大学建设背景下旅游管理专硕实践教学模式探索——以北京联合大学为例

实践教学是提升旅游管理硕士专业学位(MTA)研究生实践创新能力的重要途径,对于高水平应用型大学建设具有重要意义。针对目前MTA实践教学中存在的问题,北京联合大学提出了一种创新的“12334”实践教学模式。该模式以旅游业高质量发展需求为导向,围绕培养高层次、应用型旅游人才核心目标,充分发挥校内外导师的指导作用,设计了课堂案例教学、实验室项目(活动)教学和基地真实情境教学3类教学内容,搭建了校内旅游实验教学平台、校外实践基地教学平台和国际交流与合作平台3个实践教学平台,通过认知实践、专业性实践、综合设计性实践和创新性实践4个层次,提升研究生的实践创新能力。这一模式为MTA研究生实践能力培养提供了借鉴,对于高水平应用型大学建设具有参考价值。

新时代农业硕士生的实践能力探索研究

提高研究生的实践能力,是新时代的要求,也是当前高等教育改革的重要方向。基于14所农业院校的调研数据,研究影响农业硕士生实践能力提升的主要因素,结果表明研究生的内部动力、导师注重实践指导、教师重视实践育人、专业实践实训、社会实践活动、性别、年级等对实践能力均有极显著影响,其中研究生的内部动力对实践能力的提升影响最大,其次为导师和教师重视实践育人、实践实训。由此提出激发研究生的内部实践动机、创建有利于实践能力提高的教学模式、加强导师队伍建设和多元化开展实践实训活动的建议。
