Cultivate Innovative and Entrepreneurial Qualities among Medical Students through Curriculum Ideology and Politics

As the main body of promoting the development of medical science and technology, medical students play an extremely important role in promoting the construction of new medical science. New medicine is a new concept based on the development of traditional medicine, breaking the discipline barrier, aiming to cultivate composite talents, taking reality as the orientation, and combining with the Internet, big data and artificial intelligence. Cultivating medical students’ innovation and entrepreneurship literacy is not only the internal need of the construction of innovative medical talents in new medical sciences, but also the development need of promoting the optimization of medical disciplines and effectively promoting the construction of an innovative country. As the main place for training medical talents, medical colleges and universities should integrate classroom ideology and politics with the new medical background to improve medical students’ professional knowledge, professional ethics, humanistic quality and scientific and technological quality, promote the cultivation of medical students’ innovative spirit, and further innovate medical theories, technologies and concepts. It lays a solid foundation for cultivating top medical talents with both innovative thinking and cultural self-confidence and building an innovative country.

Analysis of the Factors Affecting the Employment Quality of College Graduates:A Case Study of China

The employment quality of college graduates in China is a topic of widespread concern.This paper uses authoritative data sources,including the China Labor Statistics Yearbook,China Statistical Yearbook,and data from provincial statistical bureaus,to examine the employment quality of college graduates in different regions of China.Specifically,the paper explores three aspects:salary level,job intensity,and job stability.The research results indicate that undergraduate graduates experience lower job intensity than college counterparts.However,while North,East,and South China show high salary levels and job stability,issues such as high work intensity,high cost of living,and small living space exist.Therefore,this paper offers policy development recommendations to promote job market reform and improve employment quality.These recommendations aim to address the challenges faced by college graduates in various regions of China and to promote the stability of the country’s social and economic development.By examining the employment quality of college graduates in different regions of China,this paper provides valuable insights for scholars,policymakers,and practitioners.

Reform and Implementation of Teaching Management for Medical Graduate Students

With the expansion of medical graduate enrollment, there are some problems in graduate teaching management, such as shortage of faculty, insufficient funding, and single assessment management. This can be solved by improving the quality of enrollment, strengthening process management and quality monitoring, enhancing the quality of mentors, and building a management team. This provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the management of graduate education in medical colleges, which helps to improve the quality of graduate education and cultivate more high-quality medical talents for the national healthcare industry.

Entrepreneurial Skills and Innovative Behavior as Determinants on the Entrepreneurial Performance of Business Graduate Students

This study addressed the causal association of entrepreneurial performance as predicted by entrepreneurial skills and innovative behavior.Respondents of this research comprised 205 business graduate students from colleges and universities in SOCSARGEN Region in the Philippines.In a quantitative design and through purposive sampling,survey questionnaires were adopted,validated,and utilized.The researcher used the mean and multiple regression as tools in analyzing the data.Findings revealed that business graduate students’entrepreneurial skills,innovative behavior,and entrepreneurial performance were high.This means that business graduate students possessed entrepreneurial skills,innovative behavior was evident,and a very satisfactory entrepreneurial performance.On the individual capacity,entrepreneurial skills did not significantly influence business performance while innovative behavior significantly influenced entrepreneurial performance.

Multidimensional Quality Evaluation of Graduate Thesis:Based on the Probabilistic Linguistic MABAC Method

Graduate education is the main way to train high-level innovative talents,the basic layout to cope with the global talent competition,and the important cornerstone for implementing the innovation-driven development strategy and building an innovation-driven country.Therefore,graduate education is of great remarkably to the development of national education.As an important manifestation of graduate education,the quality of a graduate thesis should receive more attention.It is conducive to promoting the quality of graduates by supervising and examining the quality of the graduate thesis.For this purpose,this work is based on textmining,expert interviews,and questionnaire surveys to obtain the factors influencing the quality of a graduate thesis first.Then,through three rounds of expert consultation,a multidimensional evaluation indicator system for the graduate thesis quality is built.Furthermore,probabilistic linguistic termsets(PLTSs)are utilized to obtain the initial evaluation information and apply the stepwise weight assessment ratio analysis method to determine the weights of attributes.In the ensuing step,the novel multi-attribute border approximation area comparison based on the PLTS method is established.Finally,the proposed method is employed in a case study concerning the quality evaluation of a graduate thesis and the effectiveness of this approach is further illustrated.

Strategies for Cultivating College Students'Innovation and Entrepreneurial Ability

Employment is the first priority for survival today.With the increasingly severe employment situation,the employment problem of college students has become inevitable.In recent years,with the expansion of university scale,the number of university graduates is increasing rapidly,with an imbalance in the number,structure,and social demand of talents;moreover,there are significant differences between college students'employment quality and social expectations.In order to cultivate the innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students,this paper provides new ideas,analyzes the factors affecting the formation and development of college students'innovation and entrepreneurship ability,as well as proposes several strategies to enhance its scientificity,pertinence,and effectiveness,which are conducive to further strengthening innovation and entrepreneurship education as well as cultivating innovation and entrepreneurship talents in colleges and universities,thus providing strong support for talent training and teaching reform in colleges and universities in China.It also provides a solid foundation for China's social innovation and entrepreneurship,along with innovative and entrepreneurial services to meet the needs of society,so as to improve the success rate of entrepreneurship among college students,effectively promote entrepreneurship-driven employment,and solve the employment problems of college students,which are conducive to China's rapid transformation into an innovative country and a powerful country in terms of human resources.

数字金融、创业效应与实体经济高质量发展

基于2011—2021年中国省域面板数据,从五个维度对实体经济高质量发展指标体系进行构建,利用空间杜宾模型检验数字金融对实体经济高质量发展的影响。结果显示:第一,数字金融能显著促进实体经济高质量发展且存在正向空间溢出效应,发展数字金融对本省份和邻近省份实体经济高质量发展均有推动作用。第二,创业效应在数字金融助力实体经济高质量发展的过程中存在显著的传导作用,提升创业效应水平是数字金融赋能实体经济高质量发展的重要机制。第三,门槛模型检验发现,数字金融对实体经济高质量发展的积极影响呈现“边际效应递增”的非线性特点,且创业效应在其中发挥调节作用,能够增强数字金融对实体经济高质量发展的影响效果。据此提出全面建设中国数字金融体系,加强数字金融对企业创业创新活动的引导扶持,充分重视并利用数字金融的空间外溢效应,深度赋能实体经济高质量发展等政策建议。

生产性服务业与制造业协同集聚对城市创新的影响研究

强化国家战略科技力量,提升国家创新体系整体效能是当今中国加快进入创新型国家前列的重要命题。在构建城市创新质量新指标的基础上,运用空间误差模型和空间滞后模型就生产性服务业与制造业协同集聚对城市创新的影响机制进行深入剖析。研究结果显示:生产性服务业与制造业协同集聚能提升城市创新质量,并能通过推进产业结构高级化、提升城市科技投入水平和吸引研发人员流入三个渠道促进城市创新质量的提升,协同集聚对东部和中部地区城市创新质量有促进作用,高端生产性服务业和低端生产性服务业与制造业协同集聚均能促进城市创新质量提升。此外,生产性服务业与制造业协同集聚能够推动新企业注册量的递增,进而提升城市的创业积极性与创业活跃度。生产性服务业与制造业协同集聚具有促进城市创新质量和创业活力两大功能,可以成为推动城市高质量增长和提升城市竞争力的重要工具。

新质生产力对中国式产业链现代化的影响研究

作为传统生产力蝶变的先进生产力,新质生产力是推进重点产业全链条数智化改造升级的核心动力,亦是实现中国式现代化的重要物质技术基础。本文以2010~2022年我国30个省(区、市)面板数据为研究样本,在理论分析的基础上,通过构建多种计量模型,对新质生产力与中国式产业链现代化的关系以及作用机制进行实证考察。研究发现:新质生产力对中国式产业链现代化建设具有正向促进作用。机制检验结果表明,新质生产力可通过提升创业活跃度正向促进中国式产业链现代化。数字化转型在新质生产力与中国式产业链现代化间的关系中发挥正向调节作用。异质性检验结果显示,在南方地区、小规模产业地区中,新质生产力对中国式产业链现代化建设的正向推动作用较强。

雨课堂联合PDCA在康复治疗学毕业实习生线上教学中的应用

目的探讨雨课堂联合戴明循环[P(plan)、D(do)、C(check)、A(act),PDCA]在康复治疗学专业毕业实习学生线上教学中的应用效果。方法于2022年3—4月选取中国医科大学康复治疗学专业2018级65名实习学生作为研究对象。采用雨课堂联合PDCA完成六周线上实习教学,线上实习过程中每周对全体学生的雨课堂分数进行分析。结果全体学生6周雨课堂答题分数[(79.82±9.18)分,(69.78±13.01)分,(59.66±13.42)分,(67.45±15.04)分,(67.63±14.20)分,(67.78±13.78)分]之间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),雨课堂答题分数从第2周开始呈现下降趋势,从第4周开始逐渐提升,并趋于平稳水平。女生每周的雨课堂答题成绩均高于男生,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论雨课堂联合PDCA构建多维度线上实习管理架构,有助于不断提升学生的临床诊疗思维,同时利于教学管理人员进行质量监控,不断提高教学水平和教学质量。

“双一流”背景下地方高校化工类研究生培养模式研究与实践

在“双一流”建设背景下,提升研究生培养质量成为重中之重。同时,地方高校也要主动应对“双一流”建设对研究生教育带来的新机遇和新挑战。该文深入分析目前地方高校研究生培养现状和存在的主要不足,利用该校山东省化学工程与技术优势特色学科的建设契机,提出通过重构多元课程体系、创新教学模式和构建基于新型导学关系的培养模式,实现突出学科特色的研究生复合型创新人才培养目标。通过上述举措的探索与实践,研究生的科研创新能力和综合素质不断提高,专业影响力不断提升。

营商环境能提升返乡创业企业发展质量吗?

实现乡村振兴,改善农村地区营商环境至关重要。良好的营商环境能吸引大批劳动力返乡创业,同时也有助于培育高质量的返乡创业企业。基于2019年全国2139家返乡创业企业调查数据研究营商环境对返乡创业企业发展质量的影响及其作用机制,研究表明:良好的营商环境能显著提升返乡创业企业发展质量;机制分析发现,良好的营商环境通过企业家社会关系网络、企业数字化经营能力来提升返乡创业企业发展质量;异质性分析发现,对发展型返乡创业企业、我国中西部地区和第二产业中的返乡创业企业以及中小型返乡创业企业而言,良好的营商环境更有助于提升其发展质量。因此,建议地方政府切实加大政策扶持力度,推动营商环境全面优化,做好科学规划、分类指导,落实完善差别化扶持政策,精准发力;同时结合企业规模、产业层次、价值类型特点制定针对性重点扶持政策,助推返乡创业企业高质量发展。

全科医学硕士专业学位研究生培养质量保障体系构建研究

全科医学教育服务于国家高层次全科医学人才培养,加强全科专硕培养质量保障体系建设势在必行,但全科专硕培养存在并轨培养模式不统一,培养质量保障体系不健全,高目标定政策、低标准抓落实等问题。基于扎根理论和德尔菲法构建了由六大要素(教学支撑、师资队伍、招生管理、过程质量、出口质量、社会支持)组成的全科专硕培养质量保障体系,并梳理了培养质量保障体系各要素间的交互关系和运行逻辑。

经管专业本科毕业论文质量影响因素及提升策略分析——来自山东省两所高校的经验证据

该研究围绕经管专业本科毕业论文质量影响因素对山东省内两所高校师生进行访谈,并通过问卷调查进行实证分析。研究表明,资料占有、时间投入、课堂学习、精力投入、周边氛围和师生互动对本科毕业论文质量有显著影响,周边氛围和师生互动同时发挥部分调节作用。为此需树立全面质量管理理念,从优化硬件投入、完善毕业论文制度建设、优化学习氛围和增强师生互动等方面综合推进,系统提升本科毕业论文质量。

指导教师素质能力与过程管理对本科毕业论文质量的影响——以西北农林科技大学经济管理学院为例

该文以西北农林科技大学经济管理学院2020—2022年本科毕业论文为研究对象,应用多元回归模型以及条件Logist模型,分析指导教师素质能力与过程管理对本科毕业论文质量的影响。研究发现,指导教师重视程度对论文质量有显著影响;指导教师对本科生毕业论文的影响路径可以分为选题来源、选题创新性、数据处理、工作量和文献阅读五个方面,其重视程度对选题创新性、数据处理、工作量和文献阅读均有显著的正向影响;指导教师专业素养越强、重视程度越高,学生写出高质量毕业论文的概率越大。在教师的正确指导下,加上学生自身的努力,毕业论文质量才能得到根本保证。

数据信息素养嵌入中医药研究生教育的思考和探索

[目的]将数据信息素养嵌入中医药类研究生教育,为提升研究生学位论文质量提供创新思路。[方法]采集浙江中医药大学2016至2021年送审的891篇次博士学位论文的盲审结果数据,根据博士研究生的培养类别、学科专业、送审年份、所属单位、学位论文评阅指标等因素,统计分析研究生学位论文的质量情况,提出目前存在的问题和相关对策建议。[结果]A、B、C档的篇次占比分别为85.07%、12.01%、2.92%,各档间差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。按一级学科分类,结果表明中药学的博士学位论文质量整体优于其他学科;按培养类别分类,结果表明非定向的博士学位论文质量整体优于定向类别;按送审年份分类,结果表明近年来随着博士论文盲审送审数量的增加,学位论文的整体质量也逐渐提升;按所属单位分类,结果表明第二临床医学院、药学院、基础医学院的博士学位论文整体质量较好,优于其他学院。综合说明培养类别、学科专业、送审年份、所属单位、学位论文评阅指标等因素,均有效反馈博士学位论文的整体质量。[结论]为了提升研究生教育质量,尤其是研究生学位论文质量,将数据信息素养融入研究生教育具有非常重要的意义。

矿业类高校毕业生就业困境与对策研究

就业是民生之本,而当前矿业类高校人才培养与大学生就业市场需求尚存在一定.差距,矿业类高校毕业生面临行业就业渠道窄、矿山企业岗位与求职者供需匹配度低、就业信心和就业竞争力不足、职业定位不清晰等现实挑战。为此,可通过多种措施助力矿业类高校毕业生高质量充分就业:第一,建立就业工作责任制,实施本科生导师制;第二,加强思想引领,促进课程思政融入就业育人;第三,协同推进就业与培养,提升人才培养与矿山企业需求适配度;第四,深化校企协同育人,构建用人需求预测与就业信息互馈机制;第五,多主体协同,打造线上信息平台与线下实习实训基地;第六,完善政策宣传机制,前置职业生涯规划;第七,构建校友支持体系,拓宽就业渠道。

基于多方位综合素质培养的研究生教育模式探索与实践—以湖南中医药大学中医诊断研究所为例

医学研究生是医学研究的重要力量,同时也是培养高层次创新医学人才的重要储备。医学教育的根本任务是加强医学相关学科的建设布局和支持力度,培养高层次的、具有国际视野的复合型医学人才。在此背景下,探索如何提升中医学术型研究生的综合素质是高层次医学创新型人才培养的关键课题。文章以湖南中医药大学中医诊断研究所为例,在培养中医诊断学学术型研究生过程中,通过实验室结合可共享数字化学术资源为主的开放式共享平台,联合产学研合作、学科竞赛及人文素质教育的培养模式,探讨了提升中医诊断学学术型研究生综合素质的可行性,旨在为该教育模式的推广提供依据和参考。

土木工程学科博士研究生培养质量提升的体系构建研究

全国大学生职业生涯规划大赛、中国国际“互联网+”大学生创新创业大赛等赛事活动,是由教育部主办,涉及范围广、影响力大的全国性大学生活动,旨在推动高校毕业生更高质量创业与就业。针对麻醉学专业学生在创业赛事活动的难点和痛点问题,南昌大学麻醉学教学创新团队进行了深入调研与实践。通过班级导师、创新创业指导教师利用学生参与高水平科研项目取得的成果,打造成参赛项目,获得了一系列奖励,有效带动了专业学生高质量就业。
