Optimization Strategies of Beijing Elderly Care Service Stations Based on Questionnaire Survey Method: A Case Study of Zhanlan Road Street of Xicheng District

4 elderly care service stations in Zhanlan Road Street,Xicheng District,Beijing are selected,and questionnaires are designed and distributed to the surrounding elderly population to understand their needs and satisfaction with the station environment.By observing elderly care service stations on site,the characteristics,obstacles,and shortcomings of the environment are recorded,and relevant data are collected and analyzed,such as the characteristics of the elderly population being interviewed,the planning and design data of the station environment,and the distribution of service facilities.The overall characteristics of the spatial environment of elderly care stations are summarized,and renovation measures and optimization suggestions are provided for the current shortcomings,thereby providing some basis for the spatial design of community elderly care service stations in the future.

Assessing the Impact of Petrol Service Stations on Selected Physico-Chemical Water Quality Parameters within Port Harcourt Metropolis, Nigeria

This study assessed the impact of petrol service stations on physico-chemical water quality in Port Harcourt metropolis, Rivers State. This threw light on the extent of damage and alteration of water quality in Port Harcourt metropolis as a result of the proliferation of petrol service stations especially the condition of ground and nearby surface water. This serves as a useful tool to government and regulatory authorities for planning especially due to lack of central water supply system in Port Harcourt metropolis. The parameters studied were sampled, measured and analyzed using in situ and other standard methods. Remarkable results above permissible limits of interest for physicochemical parameter analysis revealed pH values from 4.6 to 6.8, electrical conductivity from 0.002 µS/cm to 0.42 µS/cm, salinity from 3 ppm to 4050 ppm, and temperatures from 19.9˚C to 32.6˚C. Total dissolved solids (TDS) varied from 7 ppm to 1000 ppm, biochemical oxygen demand (BOD) from 0.167 mg/L to 2.167 mg/L, chemical oxygen demand (COD) from 0.257 mg/L to 3.253 mg/L, and dissolved oxygen (DO) concentrations from 1.70 mg/L to 4.30 mg/L. Specifically, water samples from NNPC Filling Station (Choba) and Eneka Pond displayed “Poor” water quality with WQI values of 112.003 and 112.076, respectively. Similarly, ALLTEC Filling Station (Eneka) and TOTAL Filling Station (Rumuomasi) had “Poor” water quality with WQI values of 173.707 and 180.946, respectively. In contrast, Excelsis Filling Station (Akpajo) demonstrated “Good” water quality with a WQI of 85.2072, while Total Filling Stations (Slaughter) and Choba River revealed “unsuitable for drinking” water quality with WQI values of 552.461 and 654.601, respectively. Slaughter River also indicated very poor water quality with a WQI of 442.024. The physicochemical and nutrient analyses of the water samples showed that activities of the filling stations within the study area may have polluted groundwater in the environment posing poor aesthetics and great health risk to consumers of the water bodies. The findings underscore the need for immediate remediation efforts and stricter regulatory measures to protect water quality. The study concluded that surface and groundwater near petrol service stations in Port Harcourt are unfit for drinking and irrigation purposes without adequate treatment.

Application of Inventory Theory in Service Stations

A service station plays an important role in the petroleum product distribution terminal. With the increase in petroleum consumption in China, the inventory theory should be applied in the stock control of service stations. In this paper the inventory theory including its background and characteristics is introduced. At the same time, the application of the theory in some trades today, especially in petroleum trade, is analyzed. Then (s, S) stochastic model is advanced, which is established according to the principle of operational research and, based on this model, a sample is given, which discusses the details of application in the stock control of service stations. The sample is simplified but implies the validity of the model in optimizing the storage of petroleum products in the market.

Service Functions of Private Community Health Stations in China: A Comparison Analysis with Government-sponsored Community Health Stations

In China, with the restructuring of health care system moving forward, private community health facilities have been playing a complementary but increasingly important role in providing public health and basic medical care services in urban areas. However, only limited evidence is available con-cerning the service functions of private community health facilities in China. The aim of this study was to explore the functions of private community health stations (PCHSs) to provide evidence-based rec-ommendations for policy-making and practice in the development of urban community health services systems. A total of 818 PCHSs and 4320 government-sponsored community health stations (GCHSs) located in 28 cities of China were investigated in 2008. The percentages of stations that provided health services and the annual workload per community health worker (CHW) were compared between the two types of institutions. The results showed that the percentages of PCHSs providing public health services were significantly higher than those of GCHSs (P<0.05); but no significant differences were found in the percentages of basic medical services providing between PCHSs and GCHSs (P>0.05). The annual workloads of all the public health services and basic medical services per CHW in PCHSs were lighter than those in GCHSs (P<0.05), except for resident health records establishment and health education materials distribution (P>0.05). At present, the GCHSs are still the mainstream in urban China, which will last for a long period in future. However, our findings showed that the annual workloads of CHWs in PCHSs were no heavier than those in GCHSs, and the PCHSs were willing to provide public health services. In view of current inadequacy of health resources in China, it is feasible to further develop PCHSs under the guidance of the government, given that PCHSs can perform the basic functions of community health services, which is useful for the formation of public-private partnerships (PPP) and the improvement of community health services.

Economic Benefits of Land Use in Hefei-Nanjing Expressway Service Stations

Economic benefits of land use in Feidong,Wenji,Dashu and Wuzhuang service stations at Hefei-Nanjing Expressway were analyzed from total output value of unit land and the tertiary industry added value of unit land.Results indicate that economic benefits of land use in Hefei-Nanjing Expressway service stations are lower than average economic benefits of urban land use in Anhui Province.Through analyzing existing problems in land use and operation and management of service stations,it came up with recommendations for increasing economic benefits of land use in Hefei-Nanjing Expressway service stations.

Construction of Rural Grass-roots Water Conservancy Service System in the Context of Institutional Changes

At present,it is urgent to solve problems of reforming and improving grass-roots water conservancy management mode in rural areas and improving rural water conservancy public service ability. Through analyzing institutional changes of grass-roots water conservancy management in rural areas,this paper discussed current situations and outstanding problems in grass-roots water conservancy services in rural areas of Kunming City. On the basis of current situations and problems,it came up with policy recommendations from reform of management institutions,reform of personnel system,construction of human resources,development of rural water use cooperation organizations,and improvement of fund input mechanism,to build rural grass-roots water conservancy service system.

New Passenger Services in Railway Stations Based on Mode Group Diversity Multiplexing Optical Fiber Communications

Nowadays, because of its wide bandwidth and high communication capability, the optical fiber is more and more used for high data rate transmission of information in railway environments. Conventionally, only one service is sent over the fiber at a time. However, many different services can be simultaneously conveyed in railway stations such as passenger information service, cellular phone, Wi-Fi... The objective of the work proposed in this paper is to demonstrate the potential benefits of transmitting radio signals over fiber in a railway environment. The main idea is to exploit the full capacity of the fiber by transmitting multiple services using the same fiber. Since, different services are operating in different frequency bands; we propose a new multiplexing technique called Mode Group Diversity Multiplexing （MGDM） to ensure the transmission of multiple services using the same fiber, without additional infrastructure. There are numerous advantages of the proposed technique, e.g., faster and reliable data exchange, high resolution video surveillance capability, high data rate information exchange in railway stations. We present, in this paper, the physical characteristics of optical fibers, performance of MGDM multiplexing technique, and the influence of the laser excitation conditions at the entrance of the fiber on the performances of the system.

ANALYSIS ON A TYPE OF SERVICING MACHINES MODEL WITH REPAIRABLE SERVICE STATION

This paper deals with a type of servicing machines model, which service station has a life time of the kth Er-langian distribution and can be repaired just like a new one. The cyclic time and the inefficiency quantities of this system in equilibrium are obtained.

Discussion on Improving Decision-making Meteorological Service Level of County-level Meteorological Station

Based on experience of meteorological service at county-level meteorological station in recent 20 years,status quo of decision-making meteorological service,main influence factors of decision-making meteorological service and writing of decision-making meteorological service materials are analyzed,and measures and suggestions of improving decision-making meteorological service level are proposed. The research aims to improve public meteorological service level at grass-roots level,provide scientific decision-making basis for government departments preventing and reducing disaster,and reduce loss of life and property of the country and people caused by meteorological disasters to the maximum extent.

Reliability Modelling and Analysis of Redundant Systems Connected to Supporting External Device for Operation Attended by a Repairman and Repairable Service Station

In this paper, probabilistic models for three redundant configurations have been developed to analyze and compare some reliability characteristics. Each system is connected to a repairable supporting external device for operation. Repairable service station is provided for immediate repair of failed unit. Explicit expressions for mean time to system failure and steady-state availability for the three configurations are developed. Furthermore, we compare the three configurations based on their reliability characteristics and found that configuration II is more reliable and efficient than the remaining configurations.

Models to Simulate Effective Coverage of Fire Station Based on Real-Time Travel Times

In recent years,frequent fire disasters have led to enormous damage in China.Effective firefighting rescues can minimize the losses caused by fires.During the rescue processes,the travel time of fire trucks can be severely affected by traffic conditions,changing the effective coverage of fire stations.However,it is still challenging to determine the effective coverage of fire stations considering dynamic traffic conditions.This paper addresses this issue by combining the traveling time calculationmodelwith the effective coverage simulationmodel.In addition,it proposes a new index of total effective coverage area(TECA)based on the time-weighted average of the effective coverage area(ECA)to evaluate the urban fire services.It also selects China as the case study to validate the feasibility of the models,a fire station(FS-JX)in Changsha.FS-JX station and its surrounding 9,117 fire risk points are selected as the fire service supply and demand points,respectively.A total of 196 simulation scenarios throughout a consecutiveweek are analyzed.Eventually,1,933,815 sets of valid sample data are obtained.The results showed that the TECA of FS-JX is 3.27 km^(2),which is far below the standard requirement of 7.00 km^(2) due to the traffic conditions.The visualization results showed that three rivers around FS-JX interrupt the continuity of its effective coverage.The proposed method can provide data support to optimize the locations of fire stations by accurately and dynamically determining the effective coverage of fire stations.

基于Web Services的电站仿真平台(英文)

随着网络技术的发展,第一次提出基于Web Services的电站仿真开放平台WSPS。通过将电站仿真软件SE2000中电站仿真模型中主要功能进行包装并发布,构筑一个基于Web Services的电站仿真开放平台。用户可通过Internet远程调用电站仿真平台验证用户所编写的控制算法,也可通过仿真平台进行仿真实验。本框架的提出通过利用Internet加强了电站仿真资源的共享,减少了重复性投资,有效提高电站仿真软件的开放性。

基于Web Service和ASP.NET的二滩电站中长期径流预测系统

采用ASP.NET为主要开发工具,开发了基于WebService的二滩水电站中长期径流预测系统。该系统可以通过Internet远程访问和管理,具有很强的灵活性、开放性和可移植性。系统集预测、查询、分析、管理等功能于一体,实现了中长期径流预测和资料管理的各种要求,系统界面友好、操作方便、自动化程度高,是二滩水电站水库优化运行系统中的重要组成部分。

广州白云站高架层组合楼盖人致振动及车致振动舒适度研究

广州白云站铁路站房高架候车层采用钢-混凝土组合楼盖结构体系,最大跨度为28.5m。针对其振动舒适度问题,通过数值模拟研究高架层人行激励和承轨层列车激励下结构的动力时程响应。人致振动研究考虑了多种行走激励,对结构施加固定单人步行、移动单人步行、随机多人步行和固定多人步行等工况,分析其振动舒适度。车致振动研究采用一种简化的列车荷载模型模拟列车激励,研究了列车行驶速度、行驶位置以及列车激励同人行激励耦合对高架层楼盖振动响应的影响。数值模拟结果表明:随机多人步行方法和考虑荷载折减的固定多人步行方法较适合模拟实际人群荷载;列车激励对高架层组合楼盖峰值加速度的影响不可忽略,应通过整体分析进行考虑;各人行激励工况以及列车激励同人行激励耦合工况下的结构振动舒适度均满足规范要求。

考虑换电需求响应的换电站参与电能量-调频市场竞价策略

电动汽车(EV)大规模发展会加大电网的调峰调频压力。通过换电站市场化运营,可有效激励换电站利用EV换电需求和换电站电池灵活性资源,缓解电网调峰调频压力。为此,提出了换电站参与电能量市场和调频辅助服务市场的协同竞价策略及其两阶段优化模型。第1阶段依据调频市场需求制定换电价格,引导EV调整换电需求,优化冗余电池数量及时序,以便与调频需求趋势一致,进而提升换电站调频服务收益;第2阶段考虑换电站需求响应和市场调峰调频需求,制定换电站竞价策略。所提出竞价策略在优先满足EV换电需求的同时,可降低换电站充电成本、提升调频服务收益,并助力电网调峰调频。算例仿真结果验证了所提策略的有效性。

基于网络开放数据的区域消防救援总体有效覆盖率评估

高效准确地掌握消防救援有效覆盖率是优化消防站点资源配置的前提。将判断是否有效覆盖的消防救援行程时间阈值定为240 s,建立了基于时间加权的区域消防救援总体有效覆盖率评估模型。基于网络开放数据收集了长沙的50座消防站作为消防救援供给点、5746家被抽查到的社会单位作为消防救援需求点,并调用网络地图应用程序编程接口基于实时路况来仿真消防救援行程时间。在连续7 d内设置197个评估场景,共获得了1131962个有效样本,进而得出:长沙消防救援总体有效覆盖率为21.22%,结果等级为“C”,消防救援水平一般,需加强消防站建设。这种基于网络开放数据的区域消防救援有效覆盖率评估,具备高效和准确的特点,可为优化消防站点资源配置、提升公共安全水平提供关键理论和方法支撑。

定点形变站网运行管理与产品服务平台设计与实现

定点形变站网以地壳形变作为观测对象,通过连续观测地壳水平变形和垂直变形,获取地壳应力应变的时变信息,为地震中短期和短临预测提供基础数据。在地震台站改革新形势下,为进一步提升定点形变站网产品产出自动化水平和定点形变产品在地震行业中的应用,2023年,中国地震台网中心联合湖北省地震局建立了基于B-S架构的定点形变站网运行管理与产品服务平台,该平台是定点形变观测的综合性业务平台,集成了原有的多个系统功能,实现了统一的在线数据处理、质量评估、产品发布及对外服务功能。平台部署至今,已逐步发挥成效,推动提升了站网运行管理规范化、信息化水平及产出服务能力。

铁路智能客站数字孪生模型研究

铁路智能客站数字孪生模型是智能客站的重要组成部分,对于客运组织方案、设备配置及布局优化、安全应急等仿真具有重要意义。研究提出智能客站数字孪生五维模型,给出客站物理实体、客站数字孪生体、客站虚实连接、客站孪生数据、客站孪生体服务的内涵;设计客站孪生体服务的具体内容,包括可视化调度指挥、可视化监控运维等车站可视化服务,以及客运组织方案仿真、设备配置及布局优化模拟、安全应急仿真、环境舒适度调控仿真等模拟仿真服务;研究客站数字孪生体虚拟静模型与动行为模型建模关键技术。构建清河站数字孪生体并开展试验,验证可视化调度指挥、设备虚拟巡检、车站安全应急仿真等功能,实现清河站通过数字孪生体全面掌控车站状况。

城市生态系统长期定位观测数据与服务评估的关系

城市生态系统为城市和市民提供的服务功能是城市生态系统国家定位观测研究站(以下简称城市站)观测和研究的重点内容。为强化城市站观测数据的统一性、系统性和可对比性,以及合理利用观测数据评估生态系统服务,文章首先通过梳理国内外城市站的管理和观测研究实践,针对目前城市站数据观测和管理上存在的问题提出对策建议;其次在梳理城市生态系统服务与观测指标关系的基础上,构建基于观测数据的生态系统服务评估框架,以提升观测数据的利用价值,提高城市站的社会服务能力和影响力;最后从提升城市站观测数据质量、丰富观测研究成果类型,以及服务评估框架的可行性提出思考。

城市户外劳动者服务站点空间分布评价:以厦门市厦门岛为例

基于人本主义理念,从城市户外劳动者服务站点主要服务群体的需求出发,从需求目标、模型评价、反馈评价3个层面,构建交通便捷度、道路旁站点供需指数、用地内站点供需指数等评价指标及定量化评价模型,以厦门市厦门岛爱心驿站为例,研究城市户外劳动者服务站点空间分布的合理性,并通过主要服务群体反馈评价服务站点对服务群体需求的满足程度。结果表明:厦门岛服务站点交通便捷度空间分异显著;分布在城市支路和主干道/快速路旁的服务站点数量供需基本平衡,次干道旁的站点呈轻度供不应求;居住、商业设施、商务设施、交通设施四类用地内服务站点的供需匹配度相对较好,教育科研、文化设施和体育、医疗卫生等用地的供需匹配度相对较差,服务群体对各类用地满意度评价与供需匹配状态基本契合。建议从制定规划建设标准、统筹站点规划布局、盘活存量更新改造等方面优化城市户外劳动者服务站点布局。
