Research on the Development of Modern Environment Art Pattern under the Perspectives of Green City and Environmental Protection

In this paper, we conduct research on the development of modem environment art pattern under the perspectives of green city and environmental protection. Environmental art and practical function refers to the practical use of it, fitness for a particular purpose or use value, is also the most concern of the basic user. Practical function is the most basic level in the environmental art design, environmental art and practical function and the traditional social system, history, ethnic customs, science, culture, economic development level, and there is a close relationship between geographical environment and so on. Environmental art including landscape and soft landscape two kinds big. Soft landscape plant configuration and plant layout as the main content, hard landscape sketch facilities including floor, ground shop, and environment and therefore, environmental art and practical function mainly reflects in the hard landscape design, the environment landscape facilities to provide practical purpose or use value. Our research proposes the related new idea that is meaningful.

The data shows that the total amount of clothing sold worldwide in 2017 has doubled that of 2003. At the same time, hundreds of billions of yuan worth of clothes are eliminated every year, and the cumulative inventory of used clothes reaches as much as 100 million tons.

Strategic Importance of China’s Foreign Aid for Environmental Protection

E nvironm ental protection effo rts are a key aspect of developmental aid which,in turn,is a crucial means to globally promote environmental governance.In recent years,China’s foreign aid initiatives for environm ental protection have developed rapidly,evolving into an integral part of international development aid due to its strategic significance.The establishment of the Green Belt and Road provided China with a rare opportunity to implement its plans for environmental protection aid.Under the Green Belt and Road,China has continuously improved systemic design and actively used non-governmental means to innovate aid models,thus substantially contributing to the environmental progress of aid recipients.Additionally,China’s outreach has significantly improved its international image,built on its soft power,and played a visible and positive role in expanding the international environmental protection market and promoting green development.

The Low-Carbon and Environmental Protection of Textile and Garment in China

It should be transformed from the extensive development in the past to the new normal form of environmentally friendly pattern of “save energy, lower consumption and less pollution” in the Textile and Garment. For the pollution problem in China’s textile and garment industry, the author particularly analyzes the pollution of the textile and garment industry mainly occurred in the process of textile and clothing production and sales in this article. Finally, the author puts forward detail measure to control the pollution from the two aspects and advocates the concept of low-carbon environmental protection and green lifestyle. The low-carbon environmental protection has become a phenomenon in Textile and Apparel.

Synthesis and Characterization of β-Cyclodextrin Modified Biochar Environmental Remediation Materials

In this paper, biochar (BC) was used as raw material, activated by deionizing aqueous solution, NaCl solution, CA solution and HCl solution respectively. Epichlorohydrin (EPI) was used as crosslinking agent, and β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) was used to modify biochar (BC). The prepared modified biochar materials were labeled with β-CDBC, β-CDBC-Na, β-CDBC-CA and β-CDBC-H, respectively. The infrared spectrum, X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope and specific surface area of the four modified materials were tested. The results showed that the C-O stretching vibration peak at 1020 cm−1 of the modified materials was slightly offset compared with that of biochar. The characteristic absorption peaks of XRD pattern decrease obviously at 2θ = 26.7˚ and 29.5˚. It can be obviously observed on the electron microscope image that the surface is loaded or formed clathrates, and BET data and graphs also show that the specific surface area of the modified biochar is larger. Therefore, β-cyclodextrin successfully modified biochar and formed clathrates on the surface of biochar or was loaded in the pore structure of biochar, especially β-CDBC-CA achieved better modification effect. Because biochar and β-cyclodextrin raw materials are cheap, easy to prepare and green, and less prone to secondary pollution, it has a good advantage in environmental governance.

A Mechanism for Digital Finance to Drive Green and Low-Carbon Development

Given the global focus on green and low-carbon development and the increasing prominence of digital finance,it is particularly important to explore how to leverage digital finance to achieve these environmental goals.This study,through mechanism analysis,deeply examines how China’s digital finance promotes green and low-carbon development and elucidates the positive interaction between digital finance and the green industry.The study found that digital finance,through more flexible and efficient financial functions,alters the cost structure of carbon emissions,and reduces the risks and costs of green investments,thereby creating a cooperative green mechanism benefiting all parties,and guiding social groups toward a green and low-carbon transformation.Additionally,the rapid development of digital finance has strengthened the implementation of environmental protection policies,effectively promoted the expansion of the environmental protection industry,and established the green ethos as a mainstream concept in financial development.This study aims to provide reference perspectives and suggestions,assist policymakers in promoting the green and lowcarbon development of digital finance,and offer insights into the integrated development of digital finance and the green environmental protection industry.

Application of Key Technologies in Green School Buildings: Taking Sino-German Future City Primary School as an Example

Green building is a manifestation of the response to the national“dual carbon”strategy.With the large-scale promotion of green buildings,the country has successively issued multiple evaluation standards for green buildings.Schools are places for preaching,teaching,and solving doubts,and the campus environment plays an important role in improving students’learning efficiency and promoting their physical and mental health.This article is based on the“Green Building Evaluation Standards”GB/T 50378-2019,analyzing and exploring the integration and application of key technologies in green schools,providing reference for green building designers.

Coordinating environmental protection and agricultural development: a village-based case study for promoting green transformation

Balancing ecological preservation with sustainable agricultural practices is a global issue. Erhai Lake has felt this challenge keenly. To address it, in 2022, a Science and Technology Backyards(STBs) project was launched in Gusheng Village. The goal of this is to care for the environment while ensuring that farms and farmers can thrive sustainably. The uniqueness of the Erhai STB arises from its interdisciplinary integration, encompassing fields such as ecology, agronomy and social science, resulting in specifically-designed solutions for the Erhai context. While this model aligns with broader STB paradigms, its distinctive edge lies in technological innovation and robust support mechanisms for local agricultural stakeholders. This paper describes the methodology and outcomes of the STB initiative, highlighting its pivotal role in spearheading sustainable transition in Erhai. Preliminary findings underscore the potential of the STB model as an efficacious tool for harmonizing environmental conservation and agricultural practices, that are both financially and environmentally sustainable, rendering it a potential model for comparable regions in China and other counties.

Green Project System Design of Machine Process Factory

As the specialty of the product and the dim conscio us ness of environmental protection, the status of dirty, chaos and difference is l ong-term existed in the machine process factory. It seriously affects workers’ work and living environment, and restricts the total level of the environment p rotection in our country. The project is the fatal scientific research task of H enan province in 2001. As the members’ endeavor of task group, we have finished the total plan of green project system and some other key equipment to the mach ine process factory, such as the design of conveyer of chip, hydraulic former of chip, rough conveyer and dirt collector. And the green project system is made i nto model that the manufacturer can select. This item is a fire-new work. We ho pe that the expert of machine, environment protection and government official ca n put forward some advices by lodging this article. We contribute for our countr y’ environment protection and make it attain a new level.

A holistic approach to creating a new yangtze river basin protection legislation

The protection of the Yangtze River Basin is a top priority in China,and the National People's Congress(NPC)Standing Committee has started to draft a new protection legislation specifically for the Yangtze River Basin.The Basin forms the epicenter of environmental,social,and economic life.Any efforts to protect the Basin must accommodate several competing interests from a multiplicity of interested parties and stakeholders such as local governments,villages,and business enterprises.Current relevant institutions and organizations are unable to sufficiently ensure environmental protection and green development in the Basin.The NPC Standing Committee must thus adopt a more holistic approach when creating new protection legislations aimed at the Yangtze River Basin.

Status and Countermeasures for the Green Marketing of Agricultural Products Processing Enterprises in Yinchuan City,China

Based on the overview and characteristics of agricultural products processing enterprise in Yinchuan City,green marketing status of agricultural products processing enterprise in Yinchuan City is introduced from the aspects of product strategy,pricing strategy,distribution strategy and promotion strategy.Problems in the green marketing of agricultural products processing enterprise are analyzed,such as the obvious contradiction between the processing demand and the raw materials,low level of comprehensive utilization of resources,no common demand for green consumption in Yinchuan City,weak strength of enterprise and no concept of green marketing,poor macro-control and insufficient input,neglecting the environmental production of materials during marketing,and insufficient input of enterprises in professional marketing personnel.In order to improve the green marketing ability of enterprises and the development of agricultural products processing enterprise in Yinchuan City,the following countermeasures are put forward:green marketing strategy(mainly including cultivating the green marketing strategy for enterprises,gathering of green information,and strengthening the marketing strategy of target market)and green marketing policy(mainly including green products policy,green price policy,green channel policy and green promotion policy).

金融科技能提升城市包容性绿色全要素生产率吗?

包容性绿色全要素生产率强调绿色发展、社会公平与经济增长协调并进,是判断城市经济发展质量的重要依据。本文以2011—2019年中国284个地级及以上城市的数据为样本,实证检验了金融科技对城市包容性绿色全要素生产率的影响及作用机制。研究发现,金融科技对城市包容性绿色全要素生产率具有明显的促进作用,主要表现在技术进步指数显著提升,这一结论在经过一系列内生性处理和稳健性检验后依然成立。机制分析显示,金融科技能够通过促进绿色创新、增加环保投资以及激发创业活力提升城市包容性绿色全要素生产率。异质性分析表明,金融科技对包容性绿色全要素生产率的提升作用在人力资本水平、金融发展水平和基础设施水平较高的城市中更为明显。本文的研究为加快实现经济绿色发展和包容性增长的“双重红利”提供了重要的经验证据。

纵向监管、地方选择性供地与产业结构绿色转型

地方政府的有效执行是中国式分权下提升中央发展战略实施绩效的关键,而中央政府对地方政府治理行为的有效监督则是其中至关重要的环节。本文基于2007—2019年中国微观工业用地供应以及中央环保督察的通报结果数据,采用广义双重差分法实证考察中央环保督察对地方政府选择性供地策略的影响及其机制。研究表明,中央环保督察促使地方政府降低污染密集型工业用地供应,增加清洁型工业用地供应,从而推动地区产业结构的绿色转型。机制分析发现,中央环保督察通过地方领导人职业发展激励机制以及产业转型能力机制对不同特征的城市工业土地供应结构策略产生异质性影响。本文结论对高质量发展背景下的央地互动关系与地方利用土地偏向性供给推动产业结构绿色转型具有政策启示。

Green Charm from Green Design

The way of making people like to use the product by emotional and aesthetic design and making product with charm is illustrated. Examples show that to solve the green charm problem and protect environment only by people＇s responsibility and duty is far from enough. The most important is to attract people loving the green product from the bottom of their heart and to realize the harmonious union of the nature and human beings.

磷尾矿综合利用现状及研究进展

中国磷矿资源丰富,但多为中低品位磷矿,需要选矿才能用于化工生产。磷尾矿是磷矿石经选矿产生的磷含量较低的固体废弃物,可以看作中低品位磷尾矿,主要由氧化钙、氧化镁、五氧化二磷、二氧化硅组成,有极大的综合利用潜力。针对磷尾矿的结构、组成成分、物理化学性质综述了磷尾矿综合利用现状及研究进展,详细阐述了磷尾矿在矿区填充、浸取钙镁等有价元素、再选回收磷元素,以及农业、建筑、环保等方面的应用。分析了磷尾矿综合利用过程中面临的问题并对其发展前景进行展望。指出开发新型环保高效的磷尾矿综合利用工艺是磷尾矿利用的发展方向,是磷化工企业和社会的共同需要,符合资源绿色高效利用和可持续发展的基本国策。
