Measurement and Strategy Research on the Green Development Level for the New Energy Vehicle Industry in Chongqing City

This article takes 2016-2022 as the inspection period to construct an evaluation index system for the green development level of the new energy vehicle industry.The entropy method and comprehensive index are used to measure the green development level of the new energy vehicle industry in Chongqing,and compared with neighboring provinces such as Yunnan,Guizhou,and Sichuan.Policy recommendations are proposed to promote the development of the new energy vehicle industry in Chongqing City.

Differentiated Paths of Regional Green Development Driven by Industrial Enterprise Innovation

A fundamental shift in the regional development pattern is crucial to achieving a comprehensive green transformation in China.Currently,innovation-driven green development is a significant strategic option for regional development.As the main body of innovation and the basic unit of regional composition,enterprises have a profound impact on the development of regional economy,society,ecology,and other aspects.However,considering China’s vast territory and significant regional differences in natural environment and industrial structure,it’s necessary to further explore the specific impact paths of regional green development driven by enterprise innovation.Therefore,taking industrial enterprises as an example,based on the panel data of 30 provinces in China from 2016 to 2020,this study verifies the impact of industrial enterprise innovation on the regional green development level by constructing a parallel multiple mediating effect model and dividing the economy into eastern,central,and western regions to discuss the specific impact paths.The results show that industrial enterprise innovation has a significant positive effect on regional green development level,via different influencing paths in each region:(1)The eastern region improves the regional green development level by narrowing the urban-rural income gap;(2)The central region improves the regional green development level by reducing resource dependence;and(3)The western region raises the regional green development level by improving the rationalization of industrial structure.

A Mechanism for Digital Finance to Drive Green and Low-Carbon Development

Given the global focus on green and low-carbon development and the increasing prominence of digital finance,it is particularly important to explore how to leverage digital finance to achieve these environmental goals.This study,through mechanism analysis,deeply examines how China’s digital finance promotes green and low-carbon development and elucidates the positive interaction between digital finance and the green industry.The study found that digital finance,through more flexible and efficient financial functions,alters the cost structure of carbon emissions,and reduces the risks and costs of green investments,thereby creating a cooperative green mechanism benefiting all parties,and guiding social groups toward a green and low-carbon transformation.Additionally,the rapid development of digital finance has strengthened the implementation of environmental protection policies,effectively promoted the expansion of the environmental protection industry,and established the green ethos as a mainstream concept in financial development.This study aims to provide reference perspectives and suggestions,assist policymakers in promoting the green and lowcarbon development of digital finance,and offer insights into the integrated development of digital finance and the green environmental protection industry.

Evaluation of Green Development Level of Electric Energy in Distribution Network Based on Multilevel Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation

At present,there are few studies on the comprehensive evaluation of green power grid development in China,and all aspects of green power grid need to be evaluated.Therefore,this paper studies the green development level of power distribution network.This paper proposes a multi-level fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,which first needs to classify the influencing factors.Therefore,this paper constructs an indicator system for the evaluation of green development of power distribution network from three dimensions.In order to avoid the influence of subjective factors,this paper adopts the model combining analytic hierarchy process and entropy weight method to give weight to indexes.Finally,five typical regions are selected for empirical analysis.The results show that the model established in this paper can reflect the green development level of power distribution network in each region and put forward relevant improvement suggestions for each region.

Calculation and Analysis of the Industrial Green Development Index in Hunan Province

In order to realize the purpose of human sustainable development,green development has become a dominant trend in contemporary society. ＂ Green Hunan＂ is the primary slogan of Hunan＇s four cards. Thus,in recent years,what is the practice result of Hunan＇s green development？ Based on the concept of industrial green development index,we selected the related panel data from 14 different cities of Hunan Province in 2012. The energy consumption and carbon emissions were also selected as input indexes,and GDP of secondary industry was used as the output index to build the industrial green development index. The CRS model of DEA was used to calculate and sequence the industrial green development indexes of 14 cities in Hunan Province.

Sustainable Development and Spatial Distribution of Industries

At the cost of overdrawing from the environment, spatial distribution of industries takes promoting the economic growth as goal and makes the overload of industries coexist with the unreasonable arrangement in some areas, which is unable to satisfy the demand of sustainable development. To change the present development model, the spatial distribution of industries must coordinate with the environmental bearing capacity. The present practice we take to change resources distribution to meet the existing arrangement of industries will bring incredible calamitous consequence to the development in the future. To make industry’s arrangement coordinate with ecological environment, and to adopt the method similar to “arranging along the rivers” should become the guidelines of spatial distribution of industries.

Countermeasures to Achieve High-quality Development of Dairy Industry in Xinjiang:A Case Study of Tianrun Dairy Industry

As a high-quality milk source base in China,Xinjiang has an innate foundation for the development of modern high-quality milk industry.In this paper,it was pointed out that the uneven distribution of interests between the upstream and downstream of the industry was the influencing factor restricting the development of modern dairy industry in Xinjiang.At the same time,the related information of Tianrun Group,which was the leading enterprise in Xinjiang,was analyzed.According to analysis,it was found that through the construction and development of large-scale,standardized and modern milk source base,balance of the upstream and downstream interests,improvement of the combination system of planting and breeding,the added value of products was enhanced and the anti risk ability of enterprises was increased.In addition,it was also pointed out that under the leadership of leading enterprises,Xinjiang would embark on the development road of modern high-quality milk industry with circular economy,resource-saving,environment-friendly,quality and efficiency,operation-saving,independent innovation and industrial integration in the future.

Green development of industries in Yangtze River Economic Belt

Green development is the keynote of Yangtze River Economic Belt. It must insist on ecology preferential and green development which is not only respectation of natural laws but also the economic laws and social laws. The article uses SWOT analytic method to analyze the internal and external surroundings of the green development of Yangtze River Economic Belt on the basis of getting a clear understanding of its present developing status. Based on this the article puts forward the strategy pattern and path selection of green development of Yangtze River Economic Belt.

Focus on the Chinese revolution of catalysis based on catalytic solutions for the vital demands of society and economy

Catalysis is one of the most cross-cutting technologies in the chemical industry, intensely influenc-ing our daily society. Its practical application is closely related to the engineering disciplines. At present, the academic and industrial research on catalysis in our country has made great break-throughs in fields like hydrocarbon production, oil-quality upgrading processes, green chemical engineering, and other energy and chemical users of catalysis. In this paper, we attempt to summa-rize the industrial catalysis achievements and present a discussion on the direction and the devel-opment strategy for catalysis, based on economic and social demands.

Technological innovation,market proximity,and China's industrial green development

Due to environmental damage and natural resource scarcity,the promotion of industrial green development to spur the industrial economy is of concern to many countries.We construct a theoretical framework of technological innovation,market proximity,and industrial green development and subsequently test it empirically.First,the results reveal that technological innovation is beneficial to industrial green development;technological innovation has a positive impact on industrial green development in adjacent regions through technology spillover,but human capital spillover has the opposite effect;the international market can effectively promote industrial green development,but the domestic market does the opposite.Second,the interaction between technology spillover,human capital spillover,and domestic and international markets is beneficial to industrial green development.However,the interaction between domestic and international markets imposes an inhibitive effect on industrial green development.Based on the findings,we make recommendations to improve the level of industrial green development.

产业结构优化升级、OFDI与区域绿色发展效率提升

从理论上分析了产业结构优化升级影响绿色发展效率,以及通过OFDI的中介效应影响绿色发展效率的作用机理,使用2003—2017年我国30个省区市的面板数据构建计量模型进行了实证检验,得出结论:产业结构优化升级能够促进绿色发展效率的提升,产业结构升级对绿色发展效率的促进作用弱于产业结构优化。产业结构优化升级是我国OFDI的重要动因。产业结构优化升级能够通过OFDI的中介作用促进绿色发展效率提升,OFDI具有提升母国绿色发展效率的效应。

中国数字经济与制造业绿色发展耦合协调研究

文章基于数字经济与制造业绿色发展的耦合机理,构建评价指标体系,运用熵权法测度了中国30个省份2013—2021年的数字经济发展水平与制造业绿色发展水平,利用耦合协调度模型探讨数字经济与制造业绿色发展的时空演化特征,利用障碍度模型分析耦合协调进程中的障碍因子,并实证分析了两者耦合协调的影响因素。研究发现:中国数字经济与制造业绿色发展存在较强的耦合互动关系,耦合协调度呈上升趋势,但整体水平不高且局部不均衡;数字经济与制造业绿色发展受到经济发展水平、政府参与程度、城镇化发展的正向影响。

环境规制、数字赋能对产业结构升级的影响及机理

当前中国经济转型的重要路径为“绿色优先,数字赋能”。为探究绿色化与数字化在产业层面能否实现协同发展,该研究利用全国283个地级市的面板数据,验证数字经济在产业结构绿色转型过程中发挥的调节效应。首先使用多重门槛检验来寻找环境规制与产业结构调整之间的非线性关系,在利用高阶函数进行拟合的基础上,加入产业数字化与数字产业化两大调节变量剖析环境规制和数字赋能的协同作用。研究结果表明:①环境规制对于产业结构合理化不存在明显影响,但对产业结构高级化存在单门槛效应,即当环境规制力度越过门槛值后能够实现环境改善与产业结构升级共赢。②产业数字化与环境规制并行使得产业结构合理化出现了双门槛效应,随着两者融合程度加深,可通过逐步减轻环境规制力度来实现协同发展;但产业数字化与环境规制并行使得产业结构高级化的单门槛效应消失,交互项系数显著为正但并不稳定。③数字产业化与环境规制并行对于产业结构合理化不存在显著影响,但对于产业结构高级化产生了单门槛效应,且随着两者融合程度加深,生态与产业协同发展的强度区间会逐渐扩大。④从局部地区的异质性回归结果来看,主要结论仍然可以得到验证,但发现经济发达片区存在向欠发达片区进行污染转移的现象。据此,该研究提出,顶层设计过程中应考虑地方环境治理的短视行为及各区域产业层次的客观差异,引导发达地区政府更加关注绿色技术创新的长期驱动力,促进“绿色共识”与发展目标深度融合。

工业数字化、人机协同与工业绿色发展效率提升

在“碳达峰、碳中和”背景下,如何将数据要素与传统工业有效融合以实现工业绿色转型,成为亟待解决的重要问题。基于2010—2020年全国30个省(市)的面板数据,分析工业数字化对工业绿色发展效率的影响及机制,并从人机协同视角探讨两者之间的非线性效应,可以得出以下结论:工业数字化能有效推动工业绿色发展,并且通过加快绿色技术创新和提高能源使用效率的渠道,间接推动工业绿色发展效率的提升。同时,考察人机协同度对工业数字化与工业绿色化转型的关系所发挥的门槛效应,可以发现人机协同度越高,工业数字化对工业绿色发展效率的提升作用越强。这个研究结论有助于揭示工业领域“数字化—人机协同—绿色转型”三元互联“黑箱”,为相关部门运用数字技术推动工业绿色发展提供参考与借鉴。

中国新能源产业发展态势、优势潜能与取向选择

大力培育发展新能源产业,既是贯彻新发展理念的内在要求,又是推动能源绿色低碳转型的必由之路。未来3—5年是中国新能源产业发展的关键时期,要形成与碳达峰碳中和目标相匹配的发展规模,抢占产业发展的技术制高点,引领国民经济跨越式发展,形成经济增长的新动能。中国新能源产业发展呈现在全球范围拥有巨大市场和增长潜力、逐步形成外贸竞争新优势、拉动商品出口结构持续优化等态势,但也面临产业链起点不平衡冲击新能源资本市场秩序、新技术新产品产业化进程亟待提高、贸易保护政策等竞争形势加剧发展不确定性等问题。培育新能源产业发展新动能的关键任务在于优化新能源产业领域资源配置,构建优势互补的多元能源体系,优化新能源产业链整体部署,加快形成高水平制度型开放格局,巩固提高新能源产业国际竞争力。
