With the continuous implementation of national measures related to carbon neutrality strategy,the concept of a low-carbon economy has been deeply rooted in people’s hearts.Low-carbon tourism has gradually become an inevitable trend,and the tourism industry is also undergoing orderly transformation and upgrading.To promote the sustainable development of the tourism industry,the tourism and hotel industry should also shift towards a low-carbon and green model.Hotel activities can easily bring related environmental issues,such as energy consumption,garbage generation,ecological pollution,etc.Therefore,building a green hotel will bring huge social and economic benefits to the low-carbon tourism industry.This article will address the above issues and take a low-carbon economy as the starting point,proposing sustainable development strategies and suggestions for green hotels from both the internal and external environment of the hotel,creating a low-carbon management atmosphere,and promoting the low-carbon operation of the green hotel industry. 展开更多

Low carbon landscape development is an emerging approach of landscape design,which aims to promote sustainable development,and reduce energy consumption and environmental impact by reducing carbon emissions.As an important component of low carbon landscape construction,the construction of urban pocket park system based on mini-parks plays a crucial role in improving the urban greening level,increasing the urban green space,alleviating the urban pressure,improving the living and healthy environment of urban residents,and promoting the urban ecological balance.Taking Chaowai district of Beijing as an example,this paper calculates the ecological value of trees including energy contribution,carbon sequestration,ability to improve rainfall runoff and aesthetic value by collecting the information of trees and the plot on which the trees are located through the i-Tree platform,which provides important reference value for the urban pocket park system planning to create low carbon comprehensive benefits. 展开更多

It will increase China's cost per unit of carbon dioxide emissions, slow China's economy growth, and set the upper limit for China's carbon emissions in the future. Facing these challenges, China needs to properly conduct carbon allocations under restrictions and promote green and low carbon development of the Chinese economy primarily by reinforcing structural adjustments and optimizing energy structures, upgrading industrial structures, being actively involved in international cooperation on carbon emission reduction and using other positive strategies. 展开更多

It has become a common pursuit of designers to construct comfortable,energy-conserving,high-efficiency and natural living environment since the early 21st century.In the coming low-carbon age,the evolution of low-carbon concepts will surely bring positive influence on the present planning concepts of residential community,and meanwhile,propose higher requirements on the natural and ecological properties of residential community,such as its infrastructure construction,traffic organization,environment greening and so on.Through analyzing relevant concepts of low carbon,the authors studied the development of low-carbon concepts in "human-centered" designs,and its applications in architecture,traffic and green spaces.This study proposed that the improvement of low-carbon society could be started from the design of low-carbon residential communities,so as to satisfy the increasing ecological needs of people on living environment,and play a promotional role in facilitating the sustainable development of society. 展开更多

在“双碳”目标背景与当前技术条件下,“煤”“废”“碳”构成了煤炭的“不可能三角”,严重制约着煤炭行业的绿色低碳可持续发展。秉持“以废治废”“从哪里来到哪里去”的原则,着眼“煤”的减损化开采、“废”的功能化利用、“碳”的... 在“双碳”目标背景与当前技术条件下,“煤”“废”“碳”构成了煤炭的“不可能三角”,严重制约着煤炭行业的绿色低碳可持续发展。秉持“以废治废”“从哪里来到哪里去”的原则,着眼“煤”的减损化开采、“废”的功能化利用、“碳”的低碳化处置三维视角,探索“煤”“废”“碳”协同发展路径,为破解煤炭“不可能三角”和推动煤炭绿色低碳发展提供全方位解决方案。具体包括:①阐明了“煤”的减损化开采科学内涵,明确了生态脆弱区含(隔)水层空间组合特征、采煤减损技术应用下的覆岩移动规律和覆岩采动损伤下的地表变形规律等减损化开采科学问题,提出了面间煤柱“掘-充-留”一体化、窄条带式充填开采和综采架后充填开采等减损化开采技术;②阐明了“废”的功能化利用科学内涵,明确了固废功能化利用的科学问题,包括镁-煤基固废原材料改性方法与机理、多元固废协同作用机制、全固废充填材料性能调控理论3个方面,形成了以固废原材料改性、固废基胶凝材料研发、全固废充填材料制备为核心的固废功能化利用关键技术体系;③阐明了“碳”的低碳化处置科学内涵,提出了“碳”的低碳化处置科学实践框架和实施路径,厘清了在“碳”的低碳化处置过程中关于矿化材料制备、封存空间构筑、CO_(2)封存机理与调控、CO_(2)封存长期环境效应和储库稳定性等方面的科学问题,明确了碎胀空间CO_(2)封存、煤矿CO_(2)固碳充填等关键技术,形成了利用煤矿采空区实现CO_(2)低碳封存的新模式。立足煤炭绿色低碳可持续发展,协同推进“煤”的减损化开采、“废”的功能化利用与“碳”的低碳化处置,对推动煤炭行业“双碳”目标实现具有重要意义。 展开更多

倡导人与自然和谐共生的中国式现代化,对中国能源领域的高质量可持续发展提出了新要求、新部署,“加快规划建设新型能源体系”势在必行。为了助推中国式现代化目标下新型能源体系的构建,分析了其提出的战略背景,明确了其重要意义,阐述... 倡导人与自然和谐共生的中国式现代化,对中国能源领域的高质量可持续发展提出了新要求、新部署,“加快规划建设新型能源体系”势在必行。为了助推中国式现代化目标下新型能源体系的构建,分析了其提出的战略背景,明确了其重要意义,阐述了其内涵特征,提出了其路径建议。研究结果表明:①新型能源体系是社会主义现代化强国建设的关键抓手,是实现碳达峰碳中和目标以及推进生态文明建设的重要支撑,是国家能源安全和国家竞争力的有力保障;②新型能源体系以促进人与自然和谐共生为根本宗旨,以保证能源安全和经济社会发展稳定为基本前提,具有理念更新、能源结构更新、技术创新、治理创新、产业革新、电力革新等内涵特征;③新型能源体系的构建路径包括加快培育绿色低碳文化、加快推动能源结构转型、加快推动产业结构升级、加快攻关关键核心技术、加快构建体制机制保障等。结论认为,立足我国能源资源禀赋,坚持“先立后破”的方式构建清洁低碳、安全高效的新型能源体系,提高能源自给率,特别是油气自给率,确保能源转型平稳有序、能源保障安全可靠,可以为当前复杂国际形势下的国家能源安全提供强有力的保障。 展开更多

山东省农业绿色低碳转型评价及驱动因素分析 被引量:5

农业绿色低碳发展是实现农业现代化和经济高质量发展的重要途径,针对农业面源污染严重、农产品质量安全隐患凸显、农业碳排放增加等问题,山东省推动农业绿色低碳转型势在必行。本研究构建了山东省农业绿色低碳转型水平评价指标体系,采... 农业绿色低碳发展是实现农业现代化和经济高质量发展的重要途径,针对农业面源污染严重、农产品质量安全隐患凸显、农业碳排放增加等问题,山东省推动农业绿色低碳转型势在必行。本研究构建了山东省农业绿色低碳转型水平评价指标体系,采用熵权法对2011—2021年山东省农业绿色低碳转型水平进行测算,从整体、经济圈和地市3个层面分析了农业绿色低碳转型水平的时空分异情况,采用自然断点法对山东省进行分类分析,通过地理探测器揭示山东省及三大经济圈农业绿色低碳转型的关键驱动因素。研究发现:1)山东省农业绿色低碳转型的总体水平呈现稳步增长态势,年均增长率达2.310%。2)16个地市的农业绿色低碳转型水平均呈明显上升趋势,青岛、济南连续11年领跑,而临沂、潍坊、威海连续11年位居16个地市的尾部。3)省会经济圈的农业绿色低碳转型水平一直处于领先水平,其次为鲁南经济圈,胶东经济圈的水平则相对较低。4)财政支农政策、农业科技投入、农业产业结构调整是山东省农业绿色低碳转型的关键驱动因素。农业产业结构调整是省会经济圈最重要的驱动因素,城镇化水平是胶东经济圈最重要的驱动因素,政策扶持力度是鲁南经济圈最重要的驱动因素,且各因素交互产生的驱动作用程度高于单因素。基于此,山东省应以政策引领激发内生动力,强化头雁的示范带动作用,因地制宜地探索绿色低碳创新路径。 展开更多
