Green supply chain management development and performance evaluation

China＇ s rapid economic development in recent years, more and more prompted serious environmental problems, especially some high pollution enterprises, has been a serious threat to the survival of mankind. At the same time, both at home and abroad pay more and more attention to environmental problems caused in harm enterprises enhance their efficiency at the same time, the international and domestic have formulated a series of laws and regulations, the adverse effects of economic activity on the environment caused by the restriction of the enterprise. I studied the development and performance evaluation of green supply chain management, supply from the supply chain management strategy of a successful transition to the green supply chain management decision support for enterprises.

Analysis of Information Sharing Mechanism in the Food Industry Green Supply Chain Management and Operation Process

In order to effectively address the issues of environmental pollution and food safety in food industry,the green supply chain management should be used in the food industry.However,information sharing is the basis of supply chain management.For this purpose,on the basis of describing the connotation of food industry green supply chain management,the paper introduces the contents and the effects of information sharing mode in detail.It focuses on the barriers of the implementation of information-sharing mechanisms in the food industry green supply chain management and operation process and analyzes the necessity of using information sharing mechanism among the members of the food industry green supply chain management mode by game theory,so as to strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises through supply chain management.

Research on Integrated Green Supply Chain Management

On the basis of the analyzing product life cycle and value chain management in green supply chain,integrated green supply chain is put forward and constructed which involve lean production,agile manufacturing and green supply chain. This integrated structure provides an effective method for resolving some questions such as cost,market,environment,etc. in enterprise. A case study is presented at the end of paper to demonstrate how integrated supply chain implemented successfully in enterprise.

Government-led Green Supply Chain Management

Enterprises must be concerned about the environment when seeking economic benefit. However,because of the defect of the market economy,enterprises are difficult to carry out green supply chain management spontaneously. In order to solve the above problem,the feasibility of the government as an external driving force to lead the implementation of green supply chain management was studied,and then a mixed guidance model of enterprise green supply chain management was established. In addition,the mechanisms of the government encouraging enterprises to implement green supply chain management were discussed,including negative punitive measures( fines and taxes) and positive incentive measures( subsidies and tax reduction) and the supplementary function of environmental credit system policy to realize government-led green supply chain management,which provides certain guiding for achieving the sustainable development of enterprises and society.

Research of Agile Supply Chain Management Decision Support System

Agile Supply Chain Management (ASCM) is an important topic and has received much attention recently. ASCM is a new management technology. Agile Supply Chain Management Decision Support System (ASCM DSS) is presented. Firstly, agile supply chain management technology is introduced. Secondly a decision support system for agile supply chain management is proposed. Then, the implementation of ASCM DSS in enterprise is discussed. Finally, a fuzzy intelligence decision making process in Shanghai Turbine Generator Company (STGC) is described in detail.

Greening the Supply Chain: Drivers and Outcomes in the Korean Manufacturing Industry

This research investigates the determinants of green supply chain management(GSCM)adoption and its impact on organizational performance,while considering the potential moderating factors influencing GSCM adoption.Despite the growing prevalence of GSCM practices among Korean firms,the factors driving their adoption have not received sufficient attention.To bridge this gap,the study uses structural equation modeling,integrating stakeholder theory and resource-based theory to explore how green entrepreneurial orientation(GEO),institutional pressure,and relational capital affect GSCM adoption.Additionally,the study explores the effects of GSCM implementation on competi­tiveness and economic performance.Drawing data from a sample of 213 Korean manufacturing firms,the PLS-SEM analysis highlights the significant influence of GEO,institutional pressure,and relational capital on GSCM adoption.Additionally,the study emphasizes the positive impact of GSCM implementation on firm competitiveness.These find­ings provide valuable insights for enhancing sustainability in supply chain management and are applicable to similar context countries such as Taiwan,China,Japan,and the Netherlands.

Strategic Green Supply Chain Based on Circular Economy——A New View for Sustainable Manufacturing in China

Due to recent changing environmental requirements affecting manufacturing operations,increasing attention is given to developing environmental management strategies for the supply chain. This paper discusses the strategies of green supply chain based on the concept of circular economy which was promoted in China as a new development strategy to alleviate the shortage of resource supply by improving the resource productivity and eco-efficiency of production and consumption,which will accelerate the economic transformation from the traditional supply chain to the green supply chain.

Research on logistics management system based on supply chain management

Generally, supply chain logistics is the unification of logistics, information flow and capital flow, logistics runs through the whole process of the supply chain. Logistics connects the individual enterprise in the supply chain and it is the bond of mutual cooperation between enterprises. In that way, the logistics management becomes an important part of the supply chain management system naturally. However, it is not so long since the theory of supply chain management and logistics management put forward so they are still being refined. Besides, it is lack of green philosophy in the logistics management of the supply chain and effect of logistics on the environment and resource efficiency do not be considered synthetically. Yet, methods to solve the problem that customers return items and waste materials have been excluded from the enterprises and business strategy. With the awareness that people should protect the environment and conserve resources enhanced and governments increase the intensity of environmental regulations constraints, the theory and practice of green logistics management are valued by the foreign supply chain management and logistics management theory community and the business community gradually.

Proposal of a Conceptual Model to Analyse the Influence of LARG Practices on Manufacturing Supply Chain Performance

The main objective of this paper is to propose a conceptual model about the influence of lean, agile, resilient, and green （LARG） practices on supply chain operational, economic and environmental performance. This model is based on the literature review about the four supply chain management paradigms and also performance measurement systems. This paper contributes to the literature by introducing a new model to improve the leanness, agility, resilience, and greenness of manufacturing supply chains. Among the suggested LARG practices, the ones influencing more the supply chain performance are the just in time and also the supplier relationships. Also the supply chain performance measures with more LARG practices influencing them are the inventory levels and the time, that is, the supply chain＇s operational performance is the most affected by the simultaneous paradigms deployment in the supply chain.

A Web Service Framework for Environmental and Carbon Footprint Monitoring in Construction Supply Chains

With the growing environmental concerns, green supply chain management （GSCM） is gaining significant attention in the construction industry. Tracking and monitoring the environmental effects brought forth by the participating members along a supply chain is important to GSCM. The GreenSCOR model developed by the Supply Chain Council provides a generic framework for measuring the total carbon footprint and environmental footprint in a supply chain. The model is based on the Supply Chain Operations Reference （SCOR） model, which represents a supply chain network in a hierarchically structured manner. This paper describes the GreenSCOR framework and its potential application to the construction industry. This paper also presents a web services approach to incorporate the GreenSCOR model to the implementation of collaborative information systems. Each process element in the SCOR model is represented and delivered as individual web service units, which can be reused and integrated using standard web services technologies. The service units are combined and managed in a prototype web service collaborative framework, called SC Collaborator, which is designed and developed for supporting construction supply chain management. An illustrative example is presented to demonstrate the implementation of the GreenSCOR-based SC Collaborator framework.

Manufacturer Rebates in a Green Supply Chain with Hybrid Production

This paper studies two manufacturer rebate strategies in a green supply chain.The results show that:1)Irrespective of the type of rebate strategy used,channel members benefit;2)Rebates for green products improve the green level of green products;3)The more significant the slippage effects are,the more beneficial the rebate strategies are,for channel members.On this basis,the model is expanded to consider asymmetric potential market demands and asymmetric product substitution rates,respectively.The results show that the product substitution rate does not affect the strategic preference of channel members,but the potential market demand does.

基于Supply-Hub的智能制造企业库存管理

以产业集群为背景,在传统供应链体系中加入Supply-hub作为核心制造商的主要供货点,以信息共享平台为辅助,搭建了供应链结构模型,并对此结构下的主要运作模式进行了分析,总结了供应链中的横向、纵向、双向协同的模式。以此供应链体系为对象,建立了包括供应商库存成本、集配中心库存成本、制造商库存成本、制造商缺货成本、制造商协同补货成本和制造商协同收益等六个方面的成本模型,以测算供应链体系的整体成本情况。

可持续供应链管理对中小制造企业朴素式创新的影响研究

基于可持续供应链管理视角,对6家企业进行定性探索和295家制造业中小企业进行实证检验,分析制造业中小企业朴素式创新的主要影响因素。研究表明:在可持续供应链内部管理方面,内部环境管理与内部社会责任管理会促进中小制造企业的朴素式创新;在可持续供应链外部管理方面,企业与供应商进行可持续合作会促进企业朴素式创新的开展,而企业监督评价供应商的可持续发展行为并不影响企业的朴素式创新;公司规模仅在可持续供应链内部管理对企业朴素式创新的影响中发挥正向调节作用。

皮革企业绿色供应链管理策略研究

供应链是皮革企业运营体系的基本组成部分,构建绿色供应链体系是实现企业降本增效、实现绿色发展的重要环节。本文在明确皮革企业绿色供应链构建的意义与问题的基础上,以皮革产业供应链高质量运行为目标,说明绿色供应链的基本组成部分和管理策略优化路径,为推动皮革供应链改进优化提供理论参考,为提升企业整体运营水平、融入产业生态体系起到积极促进作用。

皮革制造企业物流供应链管理模式创新

本文将大数据分析技术引入皮革制造企业物流管理中,以此对其供应链模式进行创新性改造。重点介绍了皮革制造企业在物流供应链管理模块存在的不足,结合大数据技术和物联网技术,提出了解决皮革制造企业物流供应链管理实际问题的具体思路。并利用无线传感器网络软件和硬件平台,构建了智能物流供应链管理系统框架,运用花粉算法和XGBoost模型分别解决了物流供应链管理中实物定位问题和供应链需求预测问题。

汽车制造业绿色供应链管理对环境绩效的影响研究

从绿色供应链管理和大数据分析能力视角探讨制度压力对企业环境绩效的影响机理,揭示绿色供应链管理和大数据分析能力在企业环境绩效形成过程的作用。研究结果表明:制度压力对绿色供应链管理实施与大数据分析能力有显著影响;绿色供应链管理与大数据分析能力对企业环境绩效提升有显著影响;大数据分析能力对企业绿色供应链管理实施有显著影响;在制度压力对环境绩效的影响中,大数据分析能力与绿色供应链管理存在部分中介效应。研究结果能够为汽车制造企业重视大数据分析能力建设和绿色供应链管理实践,提高环境绩效提供一定的参考价值。

考虑风险规避的绿色供应链融资决策

针对绿色供应链下小微制造企业融资难等问题,构建由单个制造商和零售商组成的二级绿色供应链博弈模型。在制造商不考虑融资进行绿色生产的基础上,引入银行融资、零售商融资和风险规避行为,分析当供不应求或需求突然增加而产能不足时,零售商是否为制造商提供融资以扩大产量的问题,给出不同融资策略下制造商和零售商的最优决策。结果显示:在绿色供应链中,增加产品绿色度可以提高制造商和零售商的利润。对于制造商来说,采用任何融资方式都能够缓解资金压力,但当零售商风险规避程度较小时,应选择向零售商融资;当零售商风险规避程度较大时,应选择向银行融资。当零售商为上游制造商提供融资时,双方的利润水平都可以得到有效提升。因此,零售商可以设定合理的融资利率,为制造商提供金融帮助,并多方位评估制造商的生产经营能力,选择合适的方式规避制造商产量不足所带来的风险,降低自身损失。同时,鼓励制造商进行绿色技术创新、生产绿色度更高的产品,从而提高市场竞争力。

绿色物流在饲料产业供应链管理中的应用

随着绿色低碳经济的快速发展,低能耗、低污染的生产管理方式已成为现代企业转型升级的主要方向。而我国饲料市场庞大且需求旺盛,无论是饲料原料还是饲料产品的流通,都高度依赖物流的参与,因此,强调绿色物流在饲料产业供应链管理中的应用具有重要的现实意义。为便于分析,本文从饲料供应链中的物流模式入手,进一步分析饲料供应链中发展绿色物流的重要性,并从应用层面提出了几点建议,力求在饲料产业供应链管理中降低物流的资源消耗,减少饲料经济业务活动对环境的负面影响。

区块链赋能下的煤机装备供应链协同管理

随着我国煤炭开采工业技术的发展,煤机装备制造产业的诸多问题也暴露出来。针对传统模式下的煤机装备制造供应链各参与方所存在的信息孤岛、信息不对称与业务流转效率低等问题,提出了一种基于区块链技术的主从多链结构的煤机装备供应链信息管理平台,将供应链中的供应商、制造与再制造商、煤炭开采企业以及监管机构与金融机构相连接起来。设计了适用于煤机装备供应链的平台技术架构,搭建了模拟煤机装备供应链场景下的主从多链网络结构并测试了吞吐量与存储性能,探讨了区块链技术在煤机装备制造领域的实用优势,为煤机制造业与新一代信息技术的融合提供了新方向。
