A Mechanism for Digital Finance to Drive Green and Low-Carbon Development

Given the global focus on green and low-carbon development and the increasing prominence of digital finance,it is particularly important to explore how to leverage digital finance to achieve these environmental goals.... Given the global focus on green and low-carbon development and the increasing prominence of digital finance,it is particularly important to explore how to leverage digital finance to achieve these environmental goals.This study,through mechanism analysis,deeply examines how China’s digital finance promotes green and low-carbon development and elucidates the positive interaction between digital finance and the green industry.The study found that digital finance,through more flexible and efficient financial functions,alters the cost structure of carbon emissions,and reduces the risks and costs of green investments,thereby creating a cooperative green mechanism benefiting all parties,and guiding social groups toward a green and low-carbon transformation.Additionally,the rapid development of digital finance has strengthened the implementation of environmental protection policies,effectively promoted the expansion of the environmental protection industry,and established the green ethos as a mainstream concept in financial development.This study aims to provide reference perspectives and suggestions,assist policymakers in promoting the green and lowcarbon development of digital finance,and offer insights into the integrated development of digital finance and the green environmental protection industry. 展开更多

环保机构垂直管理改革与企业绿色创新

在加快推进发展方式绿色转型的背景下,环境治理体系现代化是突破环境规制低效率困局的关键路径,而环保机构垂直管理改革是生态环境监管体制的重大创新。本文以2013-2021年A股上市公司为研究样本,基于各省市环保机构垂直管理改革实施方... 在加快推进发展方式绿色转型的背景下,环境治理体系现代化是突破环境规制低效率困局的关键路径,而环保机构垂直管理改革是生态环境监管体制的重大创新。本文以2013-2021年A股上市公司为研究样本,基于各省市环保机构垂直管理改革实施方案在时间和空间上渐进颁布的准自然实验情境,借助多期三重差分法,探讨了环保机构垂直管理改革对企业绿色创新的影响。实证研究发现,环保机构垂直管理改革会对企业绿色创新产生促进作用。经过动态效应检验、安慰剂检验等一系列稳健性检验,影响效应仍然存在。机制分析表明,垂直管理改革有助于强化基层环保机构监管,弱化地方保护主义,从而增强污染企业的环境规制压力并促进企业绿色转型。异质性检验发现,改革的正向影响在样本所处地区市场化水平较低、地方政府经济竞争压力较大、国有企业、融资约束较弱的企业等情况下更加明显。本文不仅为促进企业绿色创新提供了新的视角,也为理解环保机构垂直管理改革的政策效果贡献了经验证据,为进一步推进环保垂直监管提供了政策参考。 展开更多

Synthesis and Characterization of β-Cyclodextrin Modified Biochar Environmental Remediation Materials

In this paper, biochar (BC) was used as raw material, activated by deionizing aqueous solution, NaCl solution, CA solution and HCl solution respectively. Epichlorohydrin (EPI) was used as crosslinking agent, and β-cyclodextrin (β-CD) was used to modify biochar (BC). The prepared modified biochar materials were labeled with β-CDBC, β-CDBC-Na, β-CDBC-CA and β-CDBC-H, respectively. The infrared spectrum, X-ray diffractometer, scanning electron microscope and specific surface area of the four modified materials were tested. The results showed that the C-O stretching vibration peak at 1020 cm<sup>−</sup><sup>1</sup> of the modified materials was slightly offset compared with that of biochar. The characteristic absorption peaks of XRD pattern decrease obviously at 2θ = 26.7˚ and 29.5˚. It can be obviously observed on the electron microscope image that the surface is loaded or formed clathrates, and BET data and graphs also show that the specific surface area of the modified biochar is larger. Therefore, β-cyclodextrin successfully modified biochar and formed clathrates on the surface of biochar or was loaded in the pore structure of biochar, especially β-CDBC-CA achieved better modification effect. Because biochar and β-cyclodextrin raw materials are cheap, easy to prepare and green, and less prone to secondary pollution, it has a good advantage in environmental governance. 展开更多

To improve the economic and social benefits of mining and backfill,it is necessary to find the backfill materials suitable for mineral mining,improve the various properties of the filling materials,and develop low cost,high performance new filling materials.Portland cement is neither environmentally friendly nor economical.Currently,we have begun to study and apply some industrial waste,such as slag,fly ash,and other solid wastes,with certain activities as the primary component of cementing material that will not only meet the technical requirements of filling,but also comprehensively utilize industrial waste and possess a benign,sustainable lifecycle for environmental protection.This study expounds the composition and reaction mechanism of alkali-activated binder powder used for cemented paste backfill material,summarizes the research and application status of alkaliactivated binder powders,including mechanics,durability,economic and environmental,and discusses future development directions for mine binder powders.It needs to continue to expand the utilization range of solid waste and improve the utilization rate of solid waste in the future.The development and research of this binder powder plays an important role in the progress of filling technologies.Hence,the research about alkali-activated binder powder contains great development potential and broad prospects. 展开更多
