In grey weighted clustering evaluation, the index clustering rule relies on the construction of the whitenization weight function, while the existing construction method of the linear function lacks the construction mechanism analysis and validity explanation. A normative construction principle is put forward by analyzing the construction mechanism of the function. Through proving the normative principle of the function,the basic modal function(BMF) is proposed and characterized by different function forms. Then, a new type of the whitenization weight function and its grey clustering evaluation model algorithm are given by studying the mechanism and nature of the construction of different forms of the function. Finally, the comparative study for self-innovation capability of defense science and technology industry(DSTI) is taken as an example. The results show that the different construction ways of the function have an effect on the clustering result. The proposed construction mechanism can better explain the index clustering rules and evaluation effectiveness,which will perfect the theoretical system of grey clustering evaluation and be applied to practice effectively.展开更多

The result shows that, from the anti-erodibility point of view, the order of those types is: Pink sandstone, celadon sandstone, purple sandstone, grey sandstone and commixed sandstone. For the evaluation process adopts a simple method, a direct, reasonable and practical result is given, which is also identical to the result of the field survey on soil and rock erosion problems. Consequently, the research on the Pisha-sandstone's anti-erodibility issue is turned from the qualitative description process to the quantitative evaluation stage.展开更多

In allusion to the evaluation problem of small sample data, an interval estimation approach with the improved grey confidence degree is proposed.On the basis of the definition of grey distance, three kinds of definition of the grey weight for every sample element in grey estimated value are put forward, and then the improved grey confidence degree is designed. In accordance with the new concept, the grey interval estimation for small sample data is deduced. Furthermore,the bootstrap method is applied for more accurate grey confidence interval. Through resampling of the bootstrap, numerous small samples with the corresponding confidence intervals can be obtained. Then the final confidence interval is calculated from the union of these grey confidence intervals. In the end, the simulation system evaluation using the proposed method is conducted. The simulation results show that the reasonable confidence interval is acquired, which demonstrates the feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method.展开更多

[Method] According to meteorological disaster yearbook in Fujian Province, by comprehensively consider- ing disaster-inducing factor, disaster-inducing environment, disaster-sustaining body and regional disaster-prevention level, evaluation index system of the regional rainstorm disaster in Fujian was established. By spectral clustering model based on grey correlation analysis, dsk zoning of the rain- storm disaster was conducted in each area of Fujian. Finally, effect and application of the clustering model were analyzed by case research. [ Re- sult] In order to dig immanent connection among regional characteristics and improve disaster-preventing linkage performance of the evaluation unit, a spectral clustering model based on grey correlation analysis was used to conduct risk zoning of the rainstorm disaster in Fujian Province. Moreo- ver, combined weight was introduced to judge each evaluation index, so as to adjust clustering model. By case study, rainstorm disaster levels in 67 counties were obtained. Internal characteristics of each type were analyzed, and main correlation factors of each type were extracted. It was compared with statistical result of the rainstorm disaster, verifying validity and feasibility of the model. Sustainable development, including economic, environmental, and social elements, is a main goal of decision-makers. The key to sustainable decision-making is to evaluate and forecast the status quo of sustainable development. Policy makers need a tool based on scientific information to forecast the effects of future actions on sustainability and make policies for sustainable development. This paper analyzes the relation of the economy, environment and social welfare by the grey dynamic model. The proposed method uses time series and basic indicators of ecological system, including economic, environmental and social sub-systems. It is applied to Heilongjiang Province and Jiangsu Province. The results have proved different status quo of sustainable development in these two regions, and suggestions are proposed, such as optimization of industrial structure and eco-industrial development. The conclusion is that there is no unique sustainable path, and accordingly, policy makers should choose different criteria and strategies to make efficient sustainable decisions for each region.展开更多

The agronomic traits of the new wheat variety Anmai 1241 were comprehensively evaluated,in order to provide comprehensive and objective theoretical basis for further improvement and production utilization of this vari...The agronomic traits of the new wheat variety Anmai 1241 were comprehensively evaluated,in order to provide comprehensive and objective theoretical basis for further improvement and production utilization of this variety.The winter water production test results of Anmai 1241 in 14 pilot sites of Henan Seed Management Station from 2016 to 2017 were summarized.The comprehensive performance of 11 agronomic traits of Anmai 1241 in different tests sites in Henan Province was evaluated by the grey correlation analysis and clustering analysis methods.The results showed that among the observed values of 11 traits,the variation coefficient,correlation degree and weight of black embryo rate were 181.64%,0.6679 and 0.1051,respectively.The clustering analysis showed that the 11 traits could be divided into 3 groups.The first type of traits(yield,number of grains per ear and 1000-grain weight)and the third group of traits(percentage of earbearing tillers,number of productive tillers and volume weight)belonged to the yield factor traits,and the sum of their weights was 0.5242.Yield and its related factors played an important role in the variety evaluation of Anmai 1241,and the effect of black embryo on yield should be eliminated in variety improvement.展开更多

This paper analyzes the relation of the economy, environment and social welfare by the grey dynamic model. The proposed method uses time series and basic indicators of ecological system, including economic, environmental and social sub-systems. It is applied to Heilongjiang Province and Jiangsu Province. The results have proved different status quo of sustainable development in these two regions, and suggestions are proposed, such as optimization of industrial structure and eco-industrial development. The conclusion is that there is no unique sustainable path, and accordingly, policy makers should choose different criteria and strategies to make efficient sustainable decisions for each region.

Fabric hand is regarded as a grey system and the model is composed of fabric mechanical properties, which are primary hand attributes. Based on comparison with a standard model, fabric hand can be objectively evaluated.

文摘[Objectives]This study was conducted to evaluate the air quality of Shijiazhuang City,in order to facilitate the government to correctly formulate measures to prevent and control air pollution and protect Shijiazhuang's ambient air quality. [Methods] With the air quality data of Shijiazhuang City from February to March in 2019 as the research object,the gray correlation analysis method was used to determine weight A of each pollutant factor first,and then a single factor evaluation matrix R was constructed. The weight A and the single factor evaluation matrix R were synthesized using the M( ·,+) fuzzy composite operator,obtaining a fuzzy matrix B between the factor set and the evaluation level. [Results] The eigenvalue of air quality was calculated according to matrix B: H = 2. 259 5.[Conclusions]The air quality in Shijiazhuang City from February to March was between grade 2 and grade 3,closer to grade 2,indicating that the air quality was good.
文摘The agronomic traits of the new wheat variety Anmai 1241 were comprehensively evaluated,in order to provide comprehensive and objective theoretical basis for further improvement and production utilization of this variety.The winter water production test results of Anmai 1241 in 14 pilot sites of Henan Seed Management Station from 2016 to 2017 were summarized.The comprehensive performance of 11 agronomic traits of Anmai 1241 in different tests sites in Henan Province was evaluated by the grey correlation analysis and clustering analysis methods.The results showed that among the observed values of 11 traits,the variation coefficient,correlation degree and weight of black embryo rate were 181.64%,0.6679 and 0.1051,respectively.The clustering analysis showed that the 11 traits could be divided into 3 groups.The first type of traits(yield,number of grains per ear and 1000-grain weight)and the third group of traits(percentage of earbearing tillers,number of productive tillers and volume weight)belonged to the yield factor traits,and the sum of their weights was 0.5242.Yield and its related factors played an important role in the variety evaluation of Anmai 1241,and the effect of black embryo on yield should be eliminated in variety improvement.
文摘The performance evaluation of automatic carrier landing system(ACLS)is an important part in the field of carrier aircraft landing control.Combining grey analytic hierarchy theory and data normalization theory,an improved grey analytic hierarchy method is introduced to evaluate the performance of ACLS.A complete performance evaluation indicators system of ACLS is established,and the definition and calculation formula of each indicator are provided.The grey analytic hierarchy model is modified to improve the real-time performance of the algorithm,where traditional expert scoring sampling matrix is substituted by an indicator normalized sample matrix.Taking a certain ACLS as an example,the experimental simulation is carried out,and the simulation results verify the reliability and the accuracy of the improved grey analytic hierarchy method.

文摘Grey relational analysis is one of the most important methods in water quality evaluation system. As the traditional grey relational analysis has the defects of homogenization in static resolution ratio, small discrimination in correlation degree, and low precision in the weight of impact factors, this paper proposed an advanced grey relational analysis that used dynamic resolution ratio and comprehensive evaluation indicators. This method has been applied in the MIS software which monitors and evaluates the water quality in the lakes of the Four-Lake Basin. Compared with the traditional grey relational analysis and the cluster-factor analysis, this method could effectively enhance the reliability and accuracy of the results.
文摘The complexity and limited data samples in evaluation of complex system are obstacles for traditional evaluation method. Based on Grey relative degree theory and principal components analysis (PCA) method, a novel systemic evaluation method is put forward in this paper. Firstly, standardization method is modified for evaluation objective, and the method includes expression (2) and (3). Secondly, for few schemes of complex system, grey relative degree, expression (5), is substituted for relation coefficient. At last, validity of the method is verified by evaluating 3 schemes of a type of UUV.

文摘Web services is one of the basic network services, whose availability evaluation is of great significance to the promotion of users’ experience. This paper focuses on the problem of availability evaluation of Web services and proposes a method for availability evaluation of Web services using improved grey correlation analysis with entropy difference and weight (EWGCA).This method is based on grey correlation analysis, and use entropy difference to illustrate the changes of availability, set weight to quantize availability requirements of different operations or transactions in services. Through simulation experiment in high load scenarios for Web services, the experiment result shows that our method can realize hierarchical description and overall evaluation for availability of Web services accurately in the case of smaller test sample volumes or uncertain data even in the field of big data.
