An Availability Evaluation Method of Web Services Using Improved Grey Correlation Analysis with Entropy Difference and Weight

Web services is one of the basic network services, whose availability evaluation is of great significance to the promotion of users’ experience. This paper focuses on the problem of availability evaluation of Web services and proposes a method for availability evaluation of Web services using improved grey correlation analysis with entropy difference and weight (EWGCA).This method is based on grey correlation analysis, and use entropy difference to illustrate the changes of availability, set weight to quantize availability requirements of different operations or transactions in services. Through simulation experiment in high load scenarios for Web services, the experiment result shows that our method can realize hierarchical description and overall evaluation for availability of Web services accurately in the case of smaller test sample volumes or uncertain data even in the field of big data.

Research on the Relationship between Corporate Social Responsibility and Financial Performance Based on Grey Correlation Analysis: Taking the Smartphone Company as an Example

In order to explore the relationship between the corporate social responsibility (CSR) and financial performance in different CSR cultures, this paper respectively takes four representative smartphone companies in China, the United States, Japan and Korea as research objects, that is Huawei, Apple, Sony and Samsung smartphone companies. Then, dividing the CSR into five dimensions i.e. shareholder, customer, supplier, technology innovation and government and establishing the grey correlation model to empirically analyze the relationship between CSR and financial performance. The results indicate that for HUAWEI, the CSR performance in shareholder, customer and technology innovation have greater impact on its financial performance;for Apple, the CSR performance in shareholder, technology innovation and customer has greater impact on its financial performance;for SONY, the CSR performance in technology innovation, customer and shareholder has greater impact on its financial performance;for Samsung, the CSR performance in technology innovation, government and shareholder has greater impact on its financial performance.

Study on Water Injection Formula by Grey Correlation Method for Offshore Water Flooding Reservoir

Based on the development of the offshore water drive reservoir, the determination of reasonable water injection of monolayer and single well affects the distribution of remaining oil and development effect of oil field water flooding, so this paper, using the grey correlation analysis method, studies the main factors influencing the dividing coefficient of water-injection and weight. This method takes into account the effective thickness, permeability, injection-production well spacing, the number of injection-production wells, and the direction of formation coefficient factors such as the influence of the dividing coefficient for injection. The formula for water-injection multi-factor controlled is established, at the same time, applying water injection formula of this article and the conventional on injection allocation of A-platform offshore injection wells. And the difference of single-well injection-allocation quantity in layers is analyzed. Based on a platform offshore, layers exist in the process of water flooding and the problems such as the contradiction between the layers, put forward the necessity of layered water injection through this article to determine water injection formula and injection allocation on a platform of injection wells by implementing effect which can be found. A platform for water flooding development of water cut under control, natural decline rate reduced to verify the reliability and practicability of the formula to determine injection in this paper. It has certain guiding significance to the offshore for the water-injection development oilfield.

Preliminary Study on Seedling Growth Rhythm and Grey Correlation Analysis of Rubber (Hevea brasiliensis) Seedlings in Danzhou District, Hainan

The rubber tree physiological and ecological process quantitatively described by using mathematical method is an important means to the analysis of rubber tree growth process and mechanism. The study on growth simulation model of rubber tree will lay the foundation for the application of rubber tree cultivation intelligent decision system. A Richards equation was formulated to describe the height and stem diameter growth dynamics of the annual rubber seedlings. An area correlation analysis was done according to the closeness of the observed parameters to the dynamic curve on the gray system composed of the seedling growth increment and the meteorological factors including aerial temperature, precipitation and solar radiation hours that influence upon the seedling growth. The results showed that rubber seedling response fitted the Richards equation quite well. The growth increment displayed a distinct alternation of 'slow—fast—slow— fast—slow' rhythm. The growth course of the seedlings might be partitioned into three periods of time by the sequential clustering analysis, namely pre-growing, fast-growing, late-growing stage. The tray correlation analysis revealed that air temperature had the most significant influence while precipitation had the least impact on height growth of the rubber seedlings. In conclusion, the air temperature had the most significant influence while solar radiation hours had the least impact on stem diameter growth of the rubber seedlings.

Effects of Nitrogen, Phosphate and Potassium Fertilizers on Soft Rot of Konjac Based on Grey Correlation Analysis

[Objective] The effects of different application amounts of nitrogen, phos-phate and potassium fertilizers on soft rot of konjac were investigated in this study. [Method] The grey correlation analysis was adopted to evaluate the correlation be-tween the application amount of nitrogen, phosphate and potassium fertilizers and the occurrence of soft rot of konjac. [Result] The excessive application of nitrogen fertilizer would induce the occurrence of soft rot of konjac, but the application of potassium fertilizer had a good control effect on soft rot. [Conclusion] The applica-tion amount of nitrogen fertilizer should be control ed reasonably in the planting of konjac, but the application amount of phosphate and potassium fertilizer could be in-creased to some extent, reducing the occurrence of soft rot of konjac.

Study on Evaluation of the Rainstorm Disaster in Fujian Province Based on Spectral Clustering Model with Grey Correlation Analysis

[ Objective] The research aimed to study assessment index system of the rainstorm disaster in Fujian Province based on spectral cluste- ring model with grey correlation analysis. [Method] According to meteorological disaster yearbook in Fujian Province, by comprehensively consider- ing disaster-inducing factor, disaster-inducing environment, disaster-sustaining body and regional disaster-prevention level, evaluation index system of the regional rainstorm disaster in Fujian was established. By spectral clustering model based on grey correlation analysis, dsk zoning of the rain- storm disaster was conducted in each area of Fujian. Finally, effect and application of the clustering model were analyzed by case research. [ Re- sult] In order to dig immanent connection among regional characteristics and improve disaster-preventing linkage performance of the evaluation unit, a spectral clustering model based on grey correlation analysis was used to conduct risk zoning of the rainstorm disaster in Fujian Province. Moreo- ver, combined weight was introduced to judge each evaluation index, so as to adjust clustering model. By case study, rainstorm disaster levels in 67 counties were obtained. Internal characteristics of each type were analyzed, and main correlation factors of each type were extracted. It was compared with statistical result of the rainstorm disaster, verifying validity and feasibility of the model. [ Conclusion] The method was feasible, and its evaluated result had better differentiation and decision accuracv.

Grey Correlation Analysis of Physiological Traits Related to Drought Tolerance in Pennisetum sp.

The drought resistance of Pennisetum sp. was analyzed under different drought stress conditions simulated by various concentrations of PEG-6000. Changesofa series of indexes such as chlorophyll content, water content, relative electrical conductivity of osmotic solution, MDA content, proline content, soluble polysaccharide content and soluble protein content in the leaves were measured.The correlation of these indexes with the drought resistance of Pennisetum sp. was an- alyzed by the method of grey correlation analysis. The results showed that the chlorophyll, water content, relative electrical conductivity and soluble protein con- tentexhibited obvious negative correlation with the stress concentration, which de- creasedfollowing the increase of PEG-6000 concentration. The soluble polysaccha- ride contentshowed an increasing trend,the MDA content showed a rise at first fol- lowed by a declinetrend, while the prolinecontent was just opposite to MDA. The changes of the 3 indexes showed obvious positive correlation with thestress con- centration. The correlation of these indexes with the drought resistance of Pennise- tum sp. were ranked as follows： leaf water content （0.980 8）, chlorophyll content （0.967 9）, MDA content （0.876 0）, soluble polysaccharide content （0.839 5）, soluble protein content（0.827 5）, relative electrical conductivity of osmotic solution（0.670 8）, and proline content（0.571 3）.

Grey Correlation Between Agricultural Input Factors and Regional GDP Growth in Anhui Province

In order to analyze the relation between agricultural input factors and economic growth in Anhui Province,the evaluation index system of agricultural input is built from the perspectives of subject,object and tools based on grey system theory. The government investment in agricultural science and technology is selected as the index of labor subject,that is labor-related index(X1) ,the total sown area of crops is selected as the index of labor object(X2) ,the investment in rural water and electricity construction is chosen as the index of tools(X3) ,and the GDP of Anhui Province is denoted by X0. According to the relevant data,the improved model of grey correlation analysis is adopted to calculate the correlation among the investment in agricultural water and electricity construction,total sown area of crops,government investment in agricultural science and technology,and the GDP in Anhui Province during 2004-2008. Results show that investment in agricultural science and technology contribute the largest to GDP growth,the increase and change of the total sown area and the investment in rural water and electricity construction have a weak correlation with GDP,they are in a less consistent development trend. On this basis,the government of Anhui Province further proposes to increase the investment in agricultural science and technology,enhance the protection of arable lands,keep the total sown area of crops,and properly maintain the rural water and electricity construction.

Application of Grey Correlation Analysis in Physical Fitness Assessment of Higher Vocational Students

Taking students from Sanya Aviation and Tourism College as research objects, the relationship between physical course and physical health is discussed with the method of grey relational analysis. The index with the highest degree of correlation between female students and teaching assessment was the index related to the physical core competence exercise, while the indexes with the highest degree of correlation between male students and teaching assessment were the indexes related to the maintenance of strong and healthy body shape and physical core competence. Thus, in the physical education course setting of higher vocational colleges and in the process of the integrated development between their teaching and students’ physical health, their teaching mode should aim at students’ exercise needs and promoting the quality improvement of their physical education teaching.

Analysis of Driving Factors of Grain Output in Henan Province Based on Grey Correlation Model

Henan Province is an important grain production base, whose stable production is related to the economic development and social stability significantly. To summarize the primary factors of grain producing, we used grey correlation analysis method to analyze 10 correlative factors such as grain yield, grain yield per unit area, effective irrigated area, rural employed persons, grain planting area, consumption of chemical fertilizer in 25 years. The results showed order of synthetic degree of incidence: effective irrigated area>rural electricity consumption>consumption of chemical fertilizer>disaster crop area>grain yield per unit of area>total power of agricultural machinery>afflicted crop area>grain planting area>number of the rural employed persons. Finally, according to synthetic degree of incidence between influential factors and total grain output respectively, a series of measures and the suggestions was proposed for grain production in Henan Province, which will also provide the scientific basis and help for the government correct decision-making.

Application of Grey Correlation Degree Analysis in Broad Bean Strain Screening

[Objectives] The aim was to clarify the target and approach to purifying and selecting Baoshan Touxinlv broad bean. [Methods] In 2012,5 homozygous strains were selected successfully as the material,and completely randomized block arrangement was adopted with 3 repeated trials to analyze the effects of plant height,effective length of podding branches,branch number per plant,pod number per plant,grain number per pod and 100-grain weight on the yield of each plant in the system. [Results] The results showed that the effects of the various factors on the yield of Baoshan broad beans were in the order of grain number per pod 〉 effective length of podding branches 〉 100-grain weight 〉 pod number per plant 〉 branch number per plant 〉 plant height. [Conclusions]In breeding new strains of Baoshan broad beans,under the premise of ensuring the seed nature and quality of the original variety,priority should be given to the gain number per pod and the increment of effective length of podding branches,followed by the pod number per plant,branch number per plant,plant height,which is the best way to breed new strains of Baoshan Touxinlv broad beans.

Grey correlational and SSR analyses of cotton hybrids

Ten upland cotton strains exhibiting 3 fiber quality traits and 8 yield traits, were grown for two years in an investigation of the correlation between grey relational analysis （GRA） and genetic identity in heterosis of cot- ton hybrid. The aim was to establish the optimal approach for heterosis prediction and parent selection. Plant traits data were collected and analyzed for GRA. In addition, 72 simple sequence repeat （SSR） markers were examined and 148 polymorphisms were detected. Correlation analysis of GRA, genetic identity, Ft fiber quality and yield heterosis was conducted. Significant differences were observed between the two analytic methods, whereas compa- rable predictions were given for yield heterosis. GRA for yield exhibited slightly higher correlation than genetic identity analysis, with a correlation coefficient of 0.49. GRA and genetic analysis exhibited overlapping yet dis- tinct advantages in heterosis prediction. Therefore, these analytical methods should be integrated to achieve the op- timal heterosis prediction and parent selection.

Analysis of Factors Influencing Comprehensive Productivity of Agriculture in Henan Province on the Basis of Grey Correlation

According to the data from Henan Statistical Yearbook from 2002 to 2008, from production capital, production conditions, labour inputs and financial support, this paper selects 11 variables influencing comprehensive productivity of agriculture in Henan Province. Through calculation and analysis of grey correlation of variables and comprehensive productivity of agriculture, this paper determines the impact of different variables on comprehensive productivity of agriculture. The results show that the agricultural capital has become the most important factor influencing comprehensive productivity of agriculture in Henan Province, while the impact of production conditions, labour inputs and financial support on comprehensive productivity of agriculture in Henan Province diminishes in turn. Corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward to promote the sustainable development of comprehensive productivity of agriculture in Henan Province as follows: strengthen agricultural financial system building, and ensure agricultural production expenditure; scientifically arrange allocation of agricultural resources, and improve agricultural production conditions; carry out training of agricultural skills, and elevate the quality of agricultural labour forces; increase financial expenditure for agricultural production, and optimize financial expenditure structure.

Grey correlation analysis of factors influencing maldistribution in feeding device of copper flash smelting

An experimental model of maldistribution was established and grey correlation analysis method was employed to describe quantitatively the maldistribution phenomenon in the feeding device of copper flash smelting.Particle motion in the feeding device was separated into uniform flow in chute and restricted slanting parabolic motion in distributor channel.Factors affecting particle velocity at the chute outlet and particle moving distance in the distributor channel,which also cause the maldistribution,were analyzed based on the assumption of pseudo fluid.Experiments were conducted to study the maldistribution using river sand.The results indicate obvious mass maldistribution and an even higher degree with the increase of feeding mass rate;meanwhile,size maldistribution is negligible.Also,feeding intensity has a larger impact on circumferential maldistribution than on radial maldistribution.Based on the experimental results of the eight factors impacting the maldistribution,grey relation of each factor was calculated using grey correlation analysis.The importances of these factors were sequenced.The results show that a proper adjustment of the structure will ameliorate the maldistribution phenomenon in the feeding device of copper flash smelting.

The Grey Correlation Analysis on the Relationship between the Rural Finance and the Rural Economical Growth in Sichuan Province

This paper analyzes the relationship between rural finance and the rural economy of Sichuan Province from 1999 to 2009 by using the sequential growth rate of the gross value of farming, forestry, animal husbandry and fishery and the sequential growth rate of the per capital total income of rural households as the indicators of rural economic development; and taking the volume of deposit, volume of credit, volume of agricultural credit and the credit volume of township enterprises as the indicators of rural financial development; as well as the method of grey correlation analysis. The results show that there is an obvious positive correlation between them, and the development of country finance has the closest connection with the sequential growth rate of farming, forestry, animal husbandry, sideline production and fishery. The loan scale of township enterprises has the biggest influence on the increase of the rural economy. The countermeasures are put forward, covering optimizing investment structure; supporting the development of township enterprises; encouraging loan; actively lightening the financial difficulties in the process of developing rural economy; innovating and exploring; and promoting the diversified development of rural finance.

Financial Support for Rural Cooperative Economy in China Based on Grey Correlation Analysis

This paper firstly analyzed current situations of financial support for rural cooperative economy in China and tested the correlation between rural finance and rural cooperative economy using the grey correlation analysis method. Results indicate that there is a close relationship between amount,structure and efficiency of rural finance and development of rural cooperative economy. The amount of rural finance has the largest promotion function to development of rural cooperative economy,the next is rural finance structure,and the least is efficiency of rural finance. Based on research conclusions,it came up with pertinent policy recommendations.

Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation of Air Quality in Shijiazhuang City Based on Grey Correlation

[Objectives]This study was conducted to evaluate the air quality of Shijiazhuang City,in order to facilitate the government to correctly formulate measures to prevent and control air pollution and protect Shijiazhuang's ambient air quality. [Methods] With the air quality data of Shijiazhuang City from February to March in 2019 as the research object,the gray correlation analysis method was used to determine weight A of each pollutant factor first,and then a single factor evaluation matrix R was constructed. The weight A and the single factor evaluation matrix R were synthesized using the M( ·,+) fuzzy composite operator,obtaining a fuzzy matrix B between the factor set and the evaluation level. [Results] The eigenvalue of air quality was calculated according to matrix B: H = 2. 259 5.[Conclusions]The air quality in Shijiazhuang City from February to March was between grade 2 and grade 3,closer to grade 2,indicating that the air quality was good.

Evaluation of Comprehensive Performance of Agronomic Traits of Anmai 1241 by Grey Correlation Analysis and Cluster Analysis Methods

The agronomic traits of the new wheat variety Anmai 1241 were comprehensively evaluated,in order to provide comprehensive and objective theoretical basis for further improvement and production utilization of this variety.The winter water production test results of Anmai 1241 in 14 pilot sites of Henan Seed Management Station from 2016 to 2017 were summarized.The comprehensive performance of 11 agronomic traits of Anmai 1241 in different tests sites in Henan Province was evaluated by the grey correlation analysis and clustering analysis methods.The results showed that among the observed values of 11 traits,the variation coefficient,correlation degree and weight of black embryo rate were 181.64%,0.6679 and 0.1051,respectively.The clustering analysis showed that the 11 traits could be divided into 3 groups.The first type of traits(yield,number of grains per ear and 1000-grain weight)and the third group of traits(percentage of earbearing tillers,number of productive tillers and volume weight)belonged to the yield factor traits,and the sum of their weights was 0.5242.Yield and its related factors played an important role in the variety evaluation of Anmai 1241,and the effect of black embryo on yield should be eliminated in variety improvement.

Assessment of Forest Soil Fertility in Yunfu City based on Grey Correlation

Due to the spatial heterogeneity of forest soil,it is a difficult problem to evaluate the forest soil fertility on a large scale.This study conducted a grid survey of forest soil in Yunfu City,Guangdong Province,and used the the gray correlation system to evaluate forest soil fertility in each county.The results showed that the effect of using the gray correlation analysis to evaluate soil fertility in Yunfu city was ideal,and the fertilizer strength in each county was in order of Yunan,Yun'an,Yuncheng,Xinxing,and Luoding.The results can provide an appropriate scientific basis for forestry division within the county scale.

The Non-Equidistant Grey GRM (1, 1) Model and Its Application

Applying the modeling method of Grey system and accumulated generating operation of reciprocal number for the problem of lower precision as well as lower adaptability in non-equidistant GM (1, 1) model, the calculation formulas were deduced and a non-equidistant GRM (1, 1) model generated by accumulated generating operation of reciprocal number was put forward .The grey GRM (1, 1) model can be used in non-equal interval & equal interval time series and has the characteristic of high precision as well as high adaptability. Example validates the practicability and reliability of the proposed model.
