The evolution of the surface morphology presents four features of stage with the growth process. In initial growth stage, the surface is granular, and the typical grain diameter is about 250 nm for t =0.1 min. 3D growth plays a key role before the films come up to full coalescence, which causes a rough surface. After 0. 1 min the growth dimension decreases with the increase of lateral over growth, the surface roughness obviously decreases. From 0.4 min to 3 rain, the growth front roughness increases gradually, and the evolution of the surface roughness exhibits the characteristics of self-affined fractal. Beyond 3 min, the root-mean-square decreases gradually, which means the deposition behavior from hyper-2D growth gradually turns into layer growth mode with the increase of growth time.展开更多

The firm's system has the characteristics of dissipative structure. The process of the formation for the sustainable growth capability is one of self-organization operations. The evolution and development of sustainable growth capability is the result of inter-functions and inter-operations among all the sub-systems. On the whole, the current level of sustainable growth capability, the four-capability structure and the random rise-and-fall elements of the external environment determine the direction, speed and level of transition of sustainable growth capability. The self-organization mechanism of the enterprise's sustainable growth can be illustrated by the instability of system evolution, the sequence parameter, the potential function and the nonequilibrium phase transition. Chinese firms must pay attention to industry selecting and positioning, technology innovation, institution reform and cultivation of market power, and accelerate the formation of self-organization and effective operation through the dynamic integration and inter-operation of industry, technology, institution and market power. Only in this way can firms cultivate and develop their sustainable growth capability and realize enterprises' sustainable growth finally.展开更多

As the synthesis cycles increase, the wavelength of the absorption peak is first blue-shifted and then is followed by the red shift, attributing to the mode alteration of the longitudinal surface plasmon resonance of the silver nanoplates. The capping agents are also optimized for the convenient and speedy growth of the large integrated Ag nanostructure. These observations expand the comprehensive understanding of plasmon resonance of the Ag nanoplates, and give a better manipulation of their applications in the plasmonie nanodevices.展开更多

There are favorable conditions for the development of reef complexes in the South China Sea; however, their internal structures, evolution and distribution are still poorly understood. Based on 2D and 3D seismic data, the internal structures and evolution patterns of the reef complexes on the carbonate platform margin in the deep water areas over the western South China Sea were studied in detail. The result shows that two types of reef complexes, i.e., fault controlling platform margin reef complexes and ramp reef complexes have been developed in the study area. The reef complexes have independent or continuous mound or lenticular seismic reflections, with three internal structures (i.e., aggrading, prograding and retrograding structures). There are different growth rates during the evolution of the reef complexes, resulting in the formation of catch-up reefs, keep-up reefs and quick step reefs. The study also reveals that different platform margin reef complexes have different internal structures and distributions, because of the different platform types. These results may be applied to the exploration and prediction of carbonate platform margin reef complexes in other areas that are similar to the study area.展开更多

So far, most of the researcl work has been limited in discovery of complex network characteristics by structure analysis in large-scale software systems. This paper presents the theoretical basis, design method, algorithms and experiment results of the research. It firstly emphasizes the significance of design method of evolution growth for network topology of Object Oriented (OO) software systems, and argues that the selection and modulation of network models with various topology characteristics will bring un-ignorable effect on the process, of design and implementation of OO software systems. Then we analyze the similar discipline of "negation of negation and compromise" between the evolution of network models with different topology characteristics and the development of software modelling methods. According to the analysis of the growth features of software patterns, we propose an object-oriented software network evolution growth method and its algorithms in succession. In addition, we also propose the parameter systems for OO software system metrics based on complex network theory. Based on these parameter systems, it can analyze the features of various nodes, links and local-world, modulate the network topology and guide the software metrics. All these can be helpful to the detailed design, implementation and performance analysis. Finally, we focus on the application of the evolution algorithms and demonstrate it by a case study. Comparing the results from our early experiments with methodologies in empirical software engineering, we believe that the proposed software engineering design method is a computational software engineering approach based on complex network theory. We argue that this method should be greatly beneficial for the design, implementation, modulation and metrics of functionality, structure and performance in large-scale OO software complex system.展开更多
