Additionally, studies on the effects of exercise on cognitive function have been conducted covering a wide range of age groups and have attracted much attention. However, conventional studies have set up programs with implementation times of 20 to 30 minutes. Therefore, shorter stretching programs are needed in order to fit them more easily into one’s free time. We examined the effects of a short 7-minute stretching gymnastics regime on the autonomic nervous system activity and cognitive function in 21 healthy participants. Methods: In this study, the participants performed a 10-minute cognitive task, followed by either Stretch Well Gymnastics, Stretch Band Gymnastics, or Radio Gymnastics sessions on different days. The participants then performed the cognitive task again. Heart rate was measured continuously throughout the experiment and we analyzed the heart rate variability. The cognitive tasks completed by all of the participants were evaluated for inhibitory control and cognitive flexibility. Results: A significant increase was shown in the sympathetic nerve activity during the Stretch Well Gymnastics, compared to the Radio Gymnastics and Stretch Band Gymnastics. Parasympathetic nerve levels were significantly increased after the gymnastics, compared to during the gymnastics, although there were no significant differences between any of the tasks. Additionally, in both the Stroop task and the number-Letter task, reaction times were faster in all of the sessions. In particular, the Stroop task showed the highest values for the Radio Gymnastics sessions, with marginally significantly lower scores for the Stretch Well Gymnastics sessions. Conclusion: The results showed that these heart rate variability responses supported the effects of autonomic activity associated with conventional low-intensity exercise. Additionally, stretching gymnastics for less than 10 minutes showed a positive effect on inhibitory function and cognitive flexibility.展开更多

Planck and Einstein empirically obtained a statistical relationship between the energy of light quantum and the frequency of light but have not studied the physical process and essence of the photoelectric effect, so some photoelectric phenomena are difficult to be explained by existing quantum mechanics currently. In this paper, a dynamical process of orthogonal interaction between a photon and an electron to form a new state of matter in photoelectric effect experiments is studied so finding that the Planck constant is a product value of the mass, length, and velocity of a high-energy particle. The dynamics of the orthogonal collision of matter (particles) can not only give the physical process and essence of the photoelectric effect, but also have great significance for the further development of quantum mechanics. It can physically explain phenomena such as wave-particle duality and quantum entanglement in the motion of high-energy particles. Its prospects can be widely used in cosmic physics, macro physics, and micro physics.展开更多

Aristotle's idea as conceptualized by Asouzu as Philosophy of Essence has been the central instrument for bifurcation and polarization of all entities into classes, such as: Essence and Accident, Matter and Form, Cause and Effect, Rationalism and Empiricism etc. This dualistic ontology be believes has eaten deeply into the mind of Western scholars to perceive science dualistically. In view of the above, the disagreement with Aristotle's compartmentalization of reality from Ibuanyidanda Philosophy (Philosophy of Complementarity) by Asouzu is an attempt to restructure scientific dualistic ontology into one unified, non-polarized, non-absolutistic, harmonious framework capable of fascinating unity in science. Hence, the subject matter of Ibuanyidanda Philosophy is to restore the broken unity between theory and praxis that exists in science because everything that exists serves a missing link of reality. The aim of this paper is to critically examine from the philosophical eye, the various critique by Asouzu on this thought provoking polarization of reality in Aristotle's Philosophy of Essence. We are of the view that Aristotle had to balkanize reality to solve the various problems of his era. Thus, if applied to contemporary scientific issues, it will lead us to no unity and growth in science. Furthermore, from Ibuanyidanda's perspective, we are of the view that its nature of harmonious non-polarized ontology is a breakthrough to contemporary scientific issues especially the debate within macro physics, theory of relativity, and sub-atomic particles physics (Quantum Mechanics).展开更多

文摘Although the "predictability barrier" is a scientific problem brought forward during the middle 1990’s,it has yet to be clearly understood. In this paper, the authors used model results to study the "predictability barrier" of some atmospheric (climatic) systems, including the equatorial Pacific sea surface temperature (SST),East Asia trough (EAT),and South Asia wind field (monsoon). It is shown that the "predictability barrier" appeared not only in predicting the SST in the equatorial Pacific, but also in predicting the atmospheric circulation systems, such as the EAT and the monsoon. The "predictability barrier" for predicting the different climate systems appeared not only in spring, but also in different seasons. It appeared in spring for the equatorial Pacific SST,in summer for the EAT,and in fall and winter for the monsoon.Further analyses showed that the fundamental physical essence of the "predictability barrier" is the seasonal variability characteristics of the atmospheric (climate) system. The "predictability barrier" would occur when the system was at its weakest or worst continuous phase.Furthermore, the models and error patterns also had an important impact on the "predictability barrier";good models and special error patterns can minimize the "predictability barrier".

文摘The paper is aimed at presentation of the two basic ways of human cognition, which have been used for ages to get to the essence of the human phenomenon of sport and tourism. The first of them is connected mainly with the commonplace standpoint on sport, which is considerably more popular and known by modern people than the second-the philosophical one.The latter is usually used as a point of departure for objective, methodical, and purposeful attempts at getting to the very essence of sport through systematic research, various ideological disputes, various publications, etc.Hence the basic aim of the paper is an attempt at answering the question:which of the abovementioned ways-if any-leads to the final explanation of the essence of sport and tourism? It requires however further philosophical research, further comparative studies, detailed systematic analyses, etc.,and the presented paper is only an initial contribution to them.
文摘The balkanization of reality by Aristotelian Philosophy has been a thought provoking exercise in the history of Western Philosophy. Furthermore, from Ibuanyidanda's perspective, we are of the view that its nature of harmonious non-polarized ontology is a breakthrough to contemporary scientific issues especially the debate within macro physics, theory of relativity, and sub-atomic particles physics (Quantum Mechanics).

文摘Broadcast gymnastics, which was initiated in 1951,is one of the most widely adopted and popular mass sports activities in China, embodying the country's commitment to shaping the right to health of its citizens. The history and development of broadcast gymnastics are closely tied to the destiny of the nation, reflecting clear national will, and aiming to achieve the goal of“shaping new individuals”.The institutional forms of broadcast gymnastics can be categorized into three stages:“military simulation”,“administrative reinforcement”and“market competition”,each of which aligns with the objectives and needs of different periods.Taking the establishment and promotion of broadcast gymnastics in China as a focal point helps construct a doctrinal framework for the right to health.Based on the purposes and means of health shaping, the implementation of the right to health can be divided into four types:national health projects, citizens'health rights, the social health industry, and civic health consumption.National health projects, facilitated by legislative mechanisms, provide institutional support and supply for citizens'health rights. The right to health,as a social right, has both a subjective rights orientation and an objective value order orientation, thus establishing the individual's subject status in terms of their right to health. Its defense aspect is oriented toward rejecting excessive state intervention, while the benefit aspect directly links to the state's payment measures. The boundaries of state power also need to be defined in the social health industry and civic health consumption.Hence, developing broadcast gymnastics involves adjusting its relationship with the overall objectives of the state and individual citizens'needs. It involves balancing the use of administrative and market methods, continually innovating sports programs that better suit diverse needs, and actively participating in the competition of the fitness market.
