基于M油田盐膏层水平井定向造斜中所出现的各项异性蠕变特性,利用甲酸钾协同防沉降超细加重剂组合(WiPar)设计了一套具有良好的抗盐、抗钙侵能力,润滑性和抑制性的高密度盐水钻井液配方体系。评测结果表明,采用HCOOK/WiPar BA 6#/WiPar ...基于M油田盐膏层水平井定向造斜中所出现的各项异性蠕变特性,利用甲酸钾协同防沉降超细加重剂组合(WiPar)设计了一套具有良好的抗盐、抗钙侵能力,润滑性和抑制性的高密度盐水钻井液配方体系。评测结果表明,采用HCOOK/WiPar BA 6#/WiPar CD 3#(15∶9∶1)复配加重剂组合的盐水钻井液浆体稳定、流动性好,滤失量低于2.5 mL,且具有良好的抗石膏、石盐、芒硝及黏土侵污能力,同时还具备较好的抑制性和润滑性,能有效满足现场作业要求。展开更多
