Hard IP Core Nondestructive Testing Technology

Based on the analysis of the existing hard IP core testing technology, the hard IP core nondestructive testing technology was studied, according to the verification requirements of a large number of hard IP core precise and fast testing. Combined with the external automatic test equipment (ATE) and the on-chip evaluation circuit, a general evaluation system of simulating user system on chip (SOC) with signal timing calibration and compensation by software and hardware compensation structures were introduced to realize the function, performance and reliability verification of the hard IP core. The design and verification of a random access memory (SRAM) hard IP core based on an on-chip evaluation circuit was actually completed, and the key timing parameters of the hard IP core were tested. The address setup time parameter was taken as an example to analyze the specific testing method and the test results were obtained. With this testing technology, the accuracy of testing the timing parameters of hard IP core can reach pS level, compared with the hard IP core packaged test, the accuracy of the result data is fully reflected. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Complicated cataract surgery is challenging,especially in cases of hard nuclear cataract with severe anterior capsule organization.It is important to avoid the risk of surgery and improve the surgical skills of surgeons.CASE SUMMARY A 60-year-old man presented with severe cataract and visual impairment.The anterior capsule of the lens was irregularly organized and pulled to the surrounding capsule,and white porcelain organized cord and brown-black lens nucleus were clearly visible.In phacoemulsification,maintaining the anterior capsule round and intact plays a key role in a successful surgery.In this case,if the conventional capsule treatment method was used,the anterior capsule would be torn.Therefore,we adopted a segmented anterior capsule treatment method,and a blasting method to release energy when dealing with the lens nucleus,and achieved good surgical results.CONCLUSION Complicated cataract surgery is challenging and requires precise skills.Operation plans should be made reasonably to predict the risk of surgery,and improve the visual quality of the patients. 展开更多

The principal factors influencing the level of use of pocket computing technologies among higher education students are analyzed from a theoretical aggregation development based on hierarchical cores. The theoretical part includes the development of an algorithm used to obtain an interesting class or partition from a hierarchy. The experimental work carried out included design, preparation and application of a questionnaire to higher education students in Mexico. A pilot test was carried out to check timing and repetition of questions. Data was recorded, validated, and mathematically and statistically analyzed. 展开更多

Sensing coverage is a fundamental design issue in wireless sensor networks(WSNs),while sensor scheduling ensures coverage degree to the monitored event and extends the network lifetime.In this paper,we address k-coverage scheduling problem in dense WSNs,we maintain a connected k-coverage energy efficiently through a novel Hard-Core based Coordinated Scheduling(HCCS),in which hardcore is a thinning process in stochastic geometry that inhibits more than one active sensor covering any area redundantly in a minimum distance. As compared with existing coordinated scheduling,HCCS allows coordination between sensors with little communication overhead.Moreover,due to the traditional sensing models in k-coverage analysis is unsuitable to describe the characteristic of transmit channel in dense WSNs,we propose a novel sensing model integrating Rayleigh Fading and Distribution of Active sensors(RFDA),and derive the coverage measure and k-coverage probability for the monitored event under RFDA. In addition,we analyze the influence factors,i.e. the transmit condition and monitoring degree to the k-coverage probability. Finally,through Monte Carlo simulations,it is shown that the k-coverage probability of HCCS outperforms that of its random scheduling counterpart. 展开更多

A Hydraulic Hammer Corer Utilizing Hydrostatic Energy for Hard Seafloor Sediment Coring

The paper presents the design and preliminary test results of a corer used for hard seafloor sediments sampling. Generally the sediment cores are provided by either gravity-type coting or deep-ocean drilling for a range of studies. However, in consideration of the operability and available sample length in collecting hard sediments, these methods exhibit no advantages. In this paper, a new corer which can exploit both hydrostatic energy and gravity energy for hard sediments coting is presented. The hydrostatic energy is provided by pressure differential between ambient seawater pressure and air pressure in an empty cavity. During sampling process, the corer penetrates into the sediment like a gravity corer and then automatically shifts to the percussion mode. The experiments in the laboratory indicate that the corer can complete 40 cycles in the sea with a cycle time of 2.8 seconds in percussion mode and impact the sample tube with the velocity of 0.2 m/s during each cycle. Besides, its adjustable falling velocity can make the corer achieve the maximum efficiency in coring different sediments. 展开更多

The study of wind erosion processes is of great importance to the prevention and control of soil wind erosion.In this study,three structurally intact soil samples were collected from the steppe of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,China and placed in a wind tunnel where they were subjected to six different wind speeds(10,15,17,20,25,and 30 m/s)to simulate wind erosion in the wind tunnel.After each test,the soil surfaces were scanned by a 3D laser scanner to create a high-resolution Digital Elevation Model(DEM),and the changes in wind erosion mass and microtopography were quantified.Based on this,we performed further analysis of wind erosion-controlling factors.The study results showed that the average measurement error between the 3D laser scanning method and weighing method was 6.23%for the three undisturbed soil samples.With increasing wind speed,the microtopography on the undisturbed soil surface first became smooth,and then fine stripes and pits gradually developed.In the initial stage of wind erosion processes,the ability of the soil to resist wind erosion was mainly affected by the soil hardness.In the late stage of wind erosion processes,the degree of soil erosion was mainly affected by soil organic matter and CaCO_(3)content.The results of this study are expected to provide a theoretical basis for soil wind erosion control and promote the application of 3D laser scanners in wind erosion monitoring. 展开更多

We investigate the energy spectrum of ground state and quasi-particle excitation spectrum of hard-core bosons, which behave very much like spinless noninteracting fermions, in optical lattices by means of the perturbation expansion and Bogoliubov approach. The results show that the energy spectrum has a single band structure, and the energy is lower near zero momentum; the excitation spectrum gives corresponding energy gap, and the system is in Mott-insulating state at Tonks limit. The analytic result of energy spectrum is in good agreement with that calculated in terms of Green's function at strong correlation limit. 展开更多

Objective To study the core technology in the field of vaccines from the perspective of patents,so as to provide reference for China’s vaccine research and development(R&D)enterprises when formulating development strategies.Methods Social network analysis combined with various central indicators was used to identify the core technologies in the vaccine field and the market value of the identified core technologies was evaluated through recency-frequency-monetary(RFM)customer market value assessment model.Finally,the Condorcet voting method was applied for prediction.Results and Conclusion At present,the core technology of the vaccine field is concentrated in A61P31,which has both technical and market value with great potentials.Based on this,this paper proposes that China’s vaccine industry should shift the focus of R&D from the disease treatment to prevention.R&D enterprises should also follow the overall development trend to carry out vaccine R&D activities. 展开更多

对核心技术网络及其成长机制的研究有助于梳理核心技术之间的依赖和促进关系,为研究核心技术演化提供新的理论视角和方法。以技术演化相关理论为基础,归纳核心技术网络成长的影响因素,基于量子计算领域专利数据,识别以技术概念和技术关... 对核心技术网络及其成长机制的研究有助于梳理核心技术之间的依赖和促进关系,为研究核心技术演化提供新的理论视角和方法。以技术演化相关理论为基础,归纳核心技术网络成长的影响因素,基于量子计算领域专利数据,识别以技术概念和技术关系为基础的量子计算领域核心技术网络,并基于Valued ERGMs模型构建核心技术网络成长机制模型。结果表明,技术要素中心性、专利技术研发能力、与TRIZ进化法则匹配程度以及技术要素同配性对核心技术网络成长具有正向促进作用;在技术路径方面,核心技术网络成长受到技术要素路径依赖性和技术突破的双重影响。最后,根据量子计算领域核心技术网络成长机制的实证研究结果,从技术研发层面、企业层面、政府层面为相关领域技术发展提出策略建议。 展开更多

铝-石墨烯复合镀层对7075铝合金硬度优化研究

在有机体系下制备了铝-石墨烯复合镀层,研究了7075铝合金硬度和耐磨性的优化工艺。采用正交试验研究了工艺参数对复合材料表面硬度和耐磨性的影响。采用单因素试验分析了石墨烯浓度和电流密度对硬度的影响规律。利用SEM、XRD、Raman光... 在有机体系下制备了铝-石墨烯复合镀层,研究了7075铝合金硬度和耐磨性的优化工艺。采用正交试验研究了工艺参数对复合材料表面硬度和耐磨性的影响。采用单因素试验分析了石墨烯浓度和电流密度对硬度的影响规律。利用SEM、XRD、Raman光谱分别对复合镀层的微观形貌、相结构及石墨烯的存在进行表征分析。结果表明:各工艺参数对复合材料硬度和耐磨性的影响顺序均为石墨烯浓度>电流密度>电镀时间>搅拌速度。随着石墨烯浓度和电流密度的增大,复合材料硬度均出现先升后降的变化趋势。在优化工艺下,复合材料表面硬度较基体硬度提升了229.9%,而其摩擦系数较基体的降低了90.1%,说明了石墨烯优异的机械强度和自润滑性强化了复合材料的力学性能。 展开更多

党的二十大报告指出要加强企业主导的产学研融合,强化企业的科技创新主体地位,发挥科技型骨干企业引领支撑作用。从产学研合作创新的视角出发,选择三峡集团作为研究案例,以文本分析与专利分析为手段,探究了三峡集团实现关键核心技术突... 党的二十大报告指出要加强企业主导的产学研融合,强化企业的科技创新主体地位,发挥科技型骨干企业引领支撑作用。从产学研合作创新的视角出发,选择三峡集团作为研究案例,以文本分析与专利分析为手段,探究了三峡集团实现关键核心技术突破的路径。研究发现:该企业关键核心技术的突破遵循“引进、消化、吸收、再创新-集成创新-整合创新”的演化过程。从专利合作网络的视角来看,在集成创新阶段,较高的非冗余性可以帮助企业在合作中占据优势地位,从而提高自身的创新能力;在整合创新阶段,伙伴之间更频繁的合作可以帮助企业接触更多异质性的创新资源,推动关键核心技术的突破。本文对三峡集团核心技术突破路径的研究,对我国解决“卡脖子”问题,实现关键核心技术的创新和突破具有一定的参考意义。 展开更多

关键核心技术攻关驱动因素及实现路径——以集成电路产业为例的组态分析 被引量:1

关键核心技术作为国之重器占据重要战略位置,但关键核心技术的关键驱动要素机制与可实现路径尚未明晰。为揭示关键核心技术攻关有效的驱动因素及组态路径模式,在厘清关键核心技术的概念特征基础上,基于技术-组织-环境理论框架,以集成电... 关键核心技术作为国之重器占据重要战略位置,但关键核心技术的关键驱动要素机制与可实现路径尚未明晰。为揭示关键核心技术攻关有效的驱动因素及组态路径模式,在厘清关键核心技术的概念特征基础上,基于技术-组织-环境理论框架,以集成电路产业为例,利用定性比较分析与必要条件分析法对我国28个省份的关键核心技术攻关的必要条件及可实现路径展开研究。结果发现:(1)数字化技术、R&D投入强度、市场化环境和政府支持度是决定关键核心技术攻关的关键因素;(2)存在3条关键核心技术攻关的有效路径,分别是高数字技术下市场导向型、高组织集聚下产业导向型和高研发资助下政府导向型,且均以技术层为基础、组织及环境层为支持;(3)产业协同能弥补关键核心技术攻关的创新要素匮乏的不足,同时政府资助的影响力不容忽视。因此,进一步推动集成电路产业关键核心技术攻关,要以丰富新一代信息技术资本存量与增加科技研发资本流量为两大着力点,在积极为关键核心技术攻关提供政府资金支持的同时引导社会资源投入,为关键核心技术打造良好的外部发展环境。 展开更多

以中国医疗设备领域上市公司2016—2020年企业联合申请专利为依据,深入探索技术多元化对关键核心技术突破的作用效应以及内在机制。研究结果表明,技术多元化与关键核心技术突破间呈倒“U”型关系,即技术多元化有助于关键核心技术突破,... 以中国医疗设备领域上市公司2016—2020年企业联合申请专利为依据,深入探索技术多元化对关键核心技术突破的作用效应以及内在机制。研究结果表明,技术多元化与关键核心技术突破间呈倒“U”型关系,即技术多元化有助于关键核心技术突破,但是需要注意阈值效应;管理者认知复杂性与关键核心技术之间正相关,管理者认知集中性与关键核心技术突破之间负相关;技术多元化与关键核心技术突破之间的倒“U”型关系受到管理者认知的中介作用;当企业组织惯性较高时,管理者认知复杂性与关键技术核心突破的关系会弱化。综上,指出企业在追求技术多元化的同时,需要平衡和优化其技术组合,确保关键核心技术领域的深度开发和有效供给,及企业在追求关键核心技术突破时,应重视培养和选拔具有高认知复杂性的管理者,以便更好地应对技术的复杂性和市场的动态变化。 展开更多
