Micro-mobile heat pipe-cooled nuclear power plants are promising candidates for distributed energy resource power genera-tors and can be flexibly deployed in remote places to meet increasing electric power demands.However,previous steady-state simulations and experiments have deviated significantly from actual micronuclear system operations.Hence,a transient analysis is required for performance optimization and safety assessment.In this study,a hardware-in-the-loop(HIL)approach was used to investigate the dynamic behavior of scaled-down heat pipe-cooled systems.The real-time features of the HIL architecture were interpreted and validated,and an optimal time step of 500 ms was selected for the thermal transient.The power transient was modeled using point kinetic equations,and a scaled-down thermal prototype was set up to avoid mod-eling unpredictable heat transfer behaviors and feeding temperature samples into the main program running on a desktop PC.A series of dynamic test results showed significant power and temperature oscillations during the transient process,owing to the inconsistency of the rapid nuclear reaction rate and large thermal inertia.The proposed HIL approach is stable and effective for further studying of the dynamic characteristics and control optimization of solid-state small nuclear-powered systems at an early prototyping stage. 展开更多

父母受教育程度对子女人力资本发展的影响 被引量:2

利用2013—2014学年中国教育追踪调查数据(CEPS),考察父母受教育程度对青少年子女人力资本发展的影响。研究发现,父母受教育程度能够显著提升子女的认知和非认知能力;分非认知能力维度来看,父母受教育程度能够显著提升子女的开放性、外... 利用2013—2014学年中国教育追踪调查数据(CEPS),考察父母受教育程度对青少年子女人力资本发展的影响。研究发现,父母受教育程度能够显著提升子女的认知和非认知能力;分非认知能力维度来看,父母受教育程度能够显著提升子女的开放性、外向性和宜人性得分,但对尽责性和情绪稳定性得分没有提升作用。异质性分析发现,父母受教育程度对子女人力资本发展的影响存在明显的性别、户口、年级和地区差异。机制检验的结果表明,受教育程度越高的父母对子女的物质和时间投资越多,且越倾向于采用权威型和宽容型教养方式,越不倾向于采用专制型和忽视型教养方式,即父母受教育程度通过其对子女的教育投资和教养方式两条途径影响子女人力资本发展。 展开更多

试验旨在获得具有生物活性的鸡白细胞介素-2(ChIL-2)重组蛋白。试验以克隆获得的ChIL-2基因为模板,分别构建原核重组表达菌BL21(pCold-ChIL-2)和BL21(pGEX-6P-1-ChIL-2),进行诱导表达和纯化;通过BrdU ELISA法检测重组蛋白诱导鸡脾脏淋... 试验旨在获得具有生物活性的鸡白细胞介素-2(ChIL-2)重组蛋白。试验以克隆获得的ChIL-2基因为模板,分别构建原核重组表达菌BL21(pCold-ChIL-2)和BL21(pGEX-6P-1-ChIL-2),进行诱导表达和纯化;通过BrdU ELISA法检测重组蛋白诱导鸡脾脏淋巴细胞的增殖情况,评估其生物活性;以rHis-ChIL-2免疫小鼠制备多克隆抗体。结果显示:成功构建了原核重组表达菌BL21(pCold-ChIL-2)、BL21(pGEX-6P-1-ChIL-2);经表达纯化后分别获得纯度较高的rHis-ChIL-2和rGST-ChIL-2蛋白,大小分别为14 ku和39.4 ku;rHis-ChIL-2和rGST-ChIL-2蛋白分别能够促进脾脏淋巴细胞显著或极显著增殖(P<0.01或P<0.001),均具有良好的生物活性;以纯化的rHis-ChIL-2免疫小鼠制备的多克隆抗体效价为5.12×105,可识别rHis-ChIL-2和rGST-ChIL-2,与真核表达的ChIL-2蛋白反应。结果表明,原核表达的重组蛋白ChIL-2具有良好的生物活性,采用其制备的多克隆抗体可识别真核表达的ChIL-2蛋白,为后期ChIL-2的检测奠定基础。 展开更多

应用重叠延伸剪切技术(splicing by overlapping extension,SOE),经3次PCR将传染性法氏囊病病毒(infectiousbursal disease virus,IBDV)多聚蛋白(VP2/4/3)基因和鸡白细胞介素2(Chicken IL-2,ChIL-2)基因进行融合,定向插入真核表达载体pC... 应用重叠延伸剪切技术(splicing by overlapping extension,SOE),经3次PCR将传染性法氏囊病病毒(infectiousbursal disease virus,IBDV)多聚蛋白(VP2/4/3)基因和鸡白细胞介素2(Chicken IL-2,ChIL-2)基因进行融合,定向插入真核表达载体pCI的CMV启动子下游,获得重组质粒pCI-VP2/4/3-IL-2和pCI-IL-2-VP2/4/3。将其制备成DNA疫苗,肌肉注射14日龄非免疫鸡,2周后加强免疫,定期测定鸡抗IBDV血清ELISA抗体效价及病毒中和抗体效价。加强免疫后3周用IBDV标准强毒株攻击,连续观察3天后全部扑杀,计算保护率及囊体比,并进行组织病理学检查。结果表明:1)融合基因重组质粒pCI-VP2/4/3-IL-2、pCI-IL-2-VP2/4/3免疫后能明显增强IBDVDNA疫苗对强毒的攻击保护(保护率分别为83.3%、91.6%),显著高于pCI-VP2/4/3单独免疫对照组(58.3%);2)诱导产生的抗IBDV血清ELISA抗体效价明显增高(P<0.05),同时能提高DNA疫苗诱导产生的中和抗体效价(P<0.05);3)能显著促进鸡外周血液T淋巴细胞增殖反应。上述结果提示:IBDV VP2/4/3与ChIL-2基因融合后发挥了相互协同作用,ChIL-2产生了分子免疫佐剂效应;融合基因DNA疫苗能增强IBDV DNA疫苗的免疫原性,促进了机体特异性免疫应答。 展开更多

不同助听模式儿童听觉言语康复效果与家庭生活质量

目的 探讨不同助听模式的语前聋儿童听觉言语康复效果、家庭生活质量及两者间的相关性。方法 选取2020年3月至2020年7月在安徽医科大学第一附属医院行人工耳蜗植入术的语前聋儿童75例,其中58例符合纳排标准且连续随访1年而被纳入研究,... 目的 探讨不同助听模式的语前聋儿童听觉言语康复效果、家庭生活质量及两者间的相关性。方法 选取2020年3月至2020年7月在安徽医科大学第一附属医院行人工耳蜗植入术的语前聋儿童75例,其中58例符合纳排标准且连续随访1年而被纳入研究,按助听模式将儿童分为单侧人工耳蜗植入组(CI)21例,双耳双模式组(CI+HA)8例,双侧人工耳蜗植入组(BCI)29例。采用听觉能力分级标准(categories of auditory performance,CAP)评分、言语可懂度分级标准(speech intelligibility rate,SIR)评分、父母版言语空间特性量表(speech,spatial and qualities of hearing scale-parent's version,SSQ-P)评分及听力植入体儿童的家庭生活质量表(children using hearing implants quality of life,CuHI Qol)评估患儿听觉言语能力和家庭生活质量。结果 术前CI组、CI+HA组、BCI组CAP评分、SIR评分、SSQ-P评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后3、6、12个月BCI组CAP评分、SIR评分、SSQ-P评分均高于CI+HA组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);CI+HA组CAP评分、SIR评分、SSQ-P评分均高于CI组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。CI组、CI+HA组、BCI组言语感知评分、空间听力评分、听力音质评分、SSQ-P评分组间效应、时间效应、交互效应比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随时间延长,CI组、CI+HA组、BCI组SSQ-P评分均呈逐渐递增趋势。CI组、CI+HA组、BCI组不同时间点CuHI Qol评分时间效应比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但组间效应、交互效应比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。随时间推移,CI组、CI+HA组、BCI组家庭生活质量也越来越高。术后6个月,BCI组家庭生活质量最高,术后12个月,CI+HA组家庭生活质量评分上升明显。CuHI Qol评分与CAP评分、SIR评分、SSQ-P评分呈正相关,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 BCI具备双耳信息整合功能,空间听力优势较双耳双模式及单侧CI更明显,是极佳的助听补偿方式。术后听觉言语康复效果越好,家庭生活质量也越高。 展开更多

权威与专制教养同低年级小学生认知过程的交叉滞后分析

目的建立南宁地区0~15岁儿童甲状腺功能检测指标即促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)和游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)的参考区间。方法选取2018年10月至2023年8月在广西中医药大学附属国际壮医医院就诊的0~15岁健康儿童1289例,采用化... 目的建立南宁地区0~15岁儿童甲状腺功能检测指标即促甲状腺激素(TSH)、游离甲状腺素(FT4)和游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(FT3)的参考区间。方法选取2018年10月至2023年8月在广西中医药大学附属国际壮医医院就诊的0~15岁健康儿童1289例,采用化学发光微粒子免疫检测法测定血清TSH、FT4和FT3浓度。依据美国临床和实验室标准协会(CLSI)EP28-A3c文件要求,采用非参数百分位法建立南宁地区0~15岁儿童TSH、FT4和FT3的参考区间。结果TSH(男性)参考区间为:0~<1月0.88~7.81μIU/mL,1月~15岁0.59~5.06μIU/mL。TSH(女性)参考区间为:0~<1月0.93~8.42μIU/mL,1月~15岁0.60~4.30μIU/mL。FT4(男性)参考区间为:0~<1月0.99~1.92 pg/mL,1月~15岁0.86~1.33 pg/mL。FT4(女性)参考区间为:0~<1月1.05~2.06 pg/mL,1月~15岁0.85~1.37 pg/mL。FT3参考区间为:0~<1月2.16~4.24 pmol/L,1月~<11岁2.75~4.49 pmol/L,11~15岁2.45~4.34 pmol/L。不同性别和年龄组间TSH、FT4和FT3水平存在显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论成功建立了南宁地区0~15岁儿童TSH、FT4和FT3的参考区间,不同性别和年龄组间差异显著。 展开更多

Postoperative cognitive dysfunction is a seve re complication of the central nervous system that occurs after anesthesia and surgery,and has received attention for its high incidence and effect on the quality of life of patients.To date,there are no viable treatment options for postoperative cognitive dysfunction.The identification of postoperative cognitive dysfunction hub genes could provide new research directions and therapeutic targets for future research.To identify the signaling mechanisms contributing to postoperative cognitive dysfunction,we first conducted Gene Ontology and Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes pathway enrichment analyses of the Gene Expression Omnibus GSE95426 dataset,which consists of mRNAs and long non-coding RNAs differentially expressed in mouse hippocampus3 days after tibial fracture.The dataset was enriched in genes associated with the biological process"regulation of immune cells,"of which Chill was identified as a hub gene.Therefore,we investigated the contribution of chitinase-3-like protein 1 protein expression changes to postoperative cognitive dysfunction in the mouse model of tibial fractu re surgery.Mice were intraperitoneally injected with vehicle or recombinant chitinase-3-like protein 124 hours post-surgery,and the injection groups were compared with untreated control mice for learning and memory capacities using the Y-maze and fear conditioning tests.In addition,protein expression levels of proinflammatory factors(interleukin-1βand inducible nitric oxide synthase),M2-type macrophage markers(CD206 and arginase-1),and cognition-related proteins(brain-derived neurotropic factor and phosphorylated NMDA receptor subunit NR2B)were measured in hippocampus by western blotting.Treatment with recombinant chitinase-3-like protein 1 prevented surgery-induced cognitive impairment,downregulated interleukin-1βand nducible nitric oxide synthase expression,and upregulated CD206,arginase-1,pNR2B,and brain-derived neurotropic factor expression compared with vehicle treatment.Intraperitoneal administration of the specific ERK inhibitor PD98059 diminished the effects of recombinant chitinase-3-like protein 1.Collectively,our findings suggest that recombinant chitinase-3-like protein 1 ameliorates surgery-induced cognitive decline by attenuating neuroinflammation via M2 microglial polarization in the hippocampus.Therefore,recombinant chitinase-3-like protein1 may have therapeutic potential fo r postoperative cognitive dysfunction. 展开更多

为研究大规模生产过程中DH5α/pUC57重组菌携带的表达鸡白细胞介素-2(ChIL-2)和白细胞介素-4(ChIL-4)融合基因质粒的遗传稳定性,探讨其作为鸡球虫活疫苗免疫佐剂的商业化批量生产的潜力,本文通过对重组质粒连续30代传代培养的方式,进行... 为研究大规模生产过程中DH5α/pUC57重组菌携带的表达鸡白细胞介素-2(ChIL-2)和白细胞介素-4(ChIL-4)融合基因质粒的遗传稳定性,探讨其作为鸡球虫活疫苗免疫佐剂的商业化批量生产的潜力,本文通过对重组质粒连续30代传代培养的方式,进行实验室遗传稳定性鉴定。研究结果显示:重组菌在含有氨苄青霉素(Amp+)的溶菌肉汤(LB)平板上传代30次均保持革兰氏阴性(G-),发酵葡萄糖及甘露醇并产生特异现象,但不发酵乳糖;重组菌与大肠杆菌16S rDNA片段的同源性均大于95%,各代重组质粒超螺旋比均大于90%,质粒丢失率均为0;重组质粒的表达产物具有刺激无特定病原体(SPF)雏鸡脾脏淋巴细胞的分化能力。结果表明,ChIL-2-ChIL-4融合基因重组菌和重组质粒30代内结构稳定、分离稳定,能够为扩大生产提供物质支持。 展开更多

Based on the description of 3-DOF flight simulator, a novel nonlinear PID theory is well introduced. Then a nonlinear PID controller with additional FFC is designed. Subsequently, the loop structure of 3-DOF flight simulator is also designed. [Method] Four cultivars of Cerasus, Early-mahapphala, Red light, Lapins and Kashgar Kukan were selected as the experimental materials, and the changes of the relative electric conductivity (REC), proline (PRO) content, malondialdehyde (MDA) content, superoxide dismu-tase (SOD) activity and peroxidase (POD) activity of dormant branches of the four cherry cultivars under low temperature stress were investigated. [Result] The REC of the four cherry cultivars was Kashgar kukan 〉 Red light 〉 Early-mahapphala 〉Lapins, while the MDA content was Kashgar kukan 〉 Early-mahapphala 〉 Red light 〉Lapins, both showed a rising trend in the four cultivars with the aggravating of the low temperature stress. The PRO content, POD and SOD activities of al cultivars were precisely contrary to their REC and MDA content, as al of them exhibited a sequence as Lapins 〉 Red light 〉 Early-mahapphala 〉 Kashgar kukan in al culti-vars, and got a trend of first rising and then declining. Nowadays validation of anti-lock braking systems(ABS) relies mainly on a large amount of road tests.An alternative means with higher efficiency is employing the hardware-in-the-loop simulation(HILS) system to substitute part of road tests for designing,testing,and tuning electronic control units(ECUs) of ABS.Most HILS systems for ABS use expensive digital signal processor hardware and special purpose software,and some fail-safe functions with regard to wheel speeds cannot be evaluated since artificial wheel speed signals are usually provided.In this paper,a low-cost ABS HILS test bench is developed and used for validating the anti-lock braking performance and tuning control parameters of ABS controllers.Another important merit of the proposed test bench is that it can comprehensively evaluate the fail-safe functions with regard to wheel speed signals since real tone rings and sensors are integrated in the bench.A 5-DOF vehicle model with consideration of longitudinal load transfer is used to calculate tire forces,wheel speeds and vehicle speed.Each of the four real-time wheel speed signal generators consists of a servo motor plus a ring gear,which has sufficient dynamic response ability to emulate the rapid changes of the wheel speeds under strict braking conditions of very slippery roads.The simulation of braking tests under different road adhesion coefficients using the HILS test bench is run,and results show that it can evaluate the anti-lock braking performance of ABS and partly the fail-safe functions.This HILS system can also be used in such applications as durability test,benchmarking and comparison between different ECUs.The test bench developed not only has a relatively low cost,but also can be used to validate the wheel speed-related ECU design and all its fail-safe functions,and a rapid testing and proving platform with a high efficiency for research and development of the automotive ABS is therefore provided. 展开更多

The system is used for simulating docking process of the on-orbit spacecraft. Principle and structure of the six-degree-of-freedom simulation system are introduced. The docking process dynamic of the vehicles is modeled. Experiment results and mathematical simulation data are compared to validating the simulation system. The comparisons of the results prove that the simulation system proposed can effectively simulate the on-orbit docking process of the spacecraft. 展开更多
