Large-scale data emerge in food safety inspection and testing industry with the development of Internet technology in China.This paper was aimed at designing toxic and hazardous substance big data risk analysis algorithm in food safety inspection and testing based on cloud computing^([1]).Cloud computing platform was set up to store the massive extensive data with geographical distribution,dynamic and high complexity from the Internet,and MapReduce^([2]) computational framework in cloud computing was applied to process and compute parallel data.The risk analysis results were obtained by analyzing 1000000 meat products testing data collected from the laboratory management information system based on web.The results show that food safety index IFS < 1,which proves that the food safety state is in good condition. 展开更多

Analytical Monitoring of the Chemicals Present in the Discharge Water Generated by the Surface Treatment Industry 被引量:1

Industrial discharge water, and especially that from the surface treatment industry (ST), contains non-negligible amounts of pollutants even though the legislation is fully respected. In spite of this, no detailed studies list the exact chemical composition of these effluents. The present study reports the results of analyses performed over a 6-month period involving 15 standard water parameters. Over 160 substances including 33 metals, 58 volatile organic compounds (VOCs), 16 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs), 24 chlorophenols (CPs), 16 alkylphenols (APs), 5 chloroanilines (CAs) and 7 polychlorobiphenyls (PCBs) were monitored. The industrial effluents presented polycontamination involving metals, minerals and organics with a high degree of qualitative and quantitative variability. Of the 160 substances monitored, 46 were regularly found: 25 inorganics including 8 metals (Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Ni, Pb, Sn, Zn) and 21 organics (4 PAHs, 10 VOCs, 4 CPs and 3 APs). Hyphenated Techniques in Liquid Chromatography and their Applications in Forensic Toxicology:A Review

Conventional analytical methods,such as gas chromatography,high performance liquid chromatography(LC),ultra-violet,and others,are ineffective in addressing the increasing number of problems in forensic toxicology.Hyphenated analytical methods,wherein the separation method are coupled or combined with spectral methods,with the help of a proper interface,are the available alternative options.The key benefits of these methods are the requisites of low limits for detection,shorter analytical time,the possibility of automation,better reproducibility,and high precision and repeatability.This review discusses on some of the hyphenated analytical methods that involve LC as the separation tool,for their most recent applications in the area of forensic toxicology focusing on the screening of drugs of abuse,the usage of alternative matrices for monitoring drug abuse,analysis of chemical warfare agents,determination of doping agents and related substances,natural toxins,environmental poisons,and examination of food produce adulteration.The incorporation of the more user-friendly LC-interfaces,such as atmospheric pressure chemical ionization,and electrospray ionization in the LC-mass spectrometry has increased the popularity of this technique tremendously among scientists of different disciplines.Hyphenated approaches have extremely low constraints regarding the identification and quantification,and offer high reproducibility,with unparalleled potential. 展开更多

Photocatalytic oxidation of emerging contaminants(ECs) in water has recently gained extensive attentions. In this study, bismuth oxychloride-based plasmon photocatalysts(BiBiOCl) exhibiting high performance were successfully developed by reducing Bion the surface of BiOCl. Consequently, the photocatalysts were used to remove ECs from water.The effects of developmental process and Bi metal plasmon resonance on the photoelectric performances of Bi-BiOCl were investigated through a series of characterizations. The UV-vis diffuse reflection and photoluminescence spectra revealed that the light absorption range of the photocatalyst gradually increased and the electron recombination rate gradually decreased with the introduction of Bi metals. The optimal removal rates of ciprofloxacin and tetrabromobisphenol A by Bi-BiOCl were 93.8% and 96.4%;the respective reaction rate constants were 5.48 and 4.93 times higher than that of BiOCl. The mechanism study indicated that main reactants in the photocatalytic system were ·O-2radicals and photogenerated holes, and the existence of oxygen vacancies and Bi metals promoted electron transfer in photocatalyst. In conclusion, this research produces a novel, green, highly efficient, and stable visible light photocatalyst for the removal of ECs from water. 展开更多
