All the subjects were invited to participate in a semi-structured interview. The interviews were audio-taped and transcribed, and data were analyzed using a comparative content approach. Results: The four following challenges that head nurses confront on financial management practice were identified from the research findings: 1) lack of intrinsic motivation;2) insufficient training and edu-cation on financial management and nursing economics;3) desires for cross-uniting communication and cooperation;4) insufficient reference managerial tool. Conclusions: The confusion confronted by head nurses in Changsha include three aspects: managerial roles, managerial training, and managerial tools. Cooperative management model, evidence-based management training, and data-driven tools will contribute to improving the financial management capacity of nurse managers.展开更多

The students in the control group were examined with the traditional assessment method, namely, the points were given the students one-time and estimated in a way of quantitative analysis. The students in the experimental group were examined with criterion-meeting assessment methods. The average score of students in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group (P <0.001), the difference was statistically significant, and 100% students in the experimental group got 90-100 points of the assessment standards. Our studies suggest that the method is not only conducive to fully mobilizing the enthusiasm of the students and students’ establishing critical thinking, but also gives help to improve the overall quality of teachers. It can strengthen the experimental teaching, improve teachers’ and students’ senses of responsibility in teaching and learning and contribute to the good teaching result.展开更多

It is characterized by a compromised subchondral microcirculation, especially in the small retinacular vessels. The prevalence of ONFH is relatively high in China. At present, the surgery is the optimal treatment modality for ONFH, but it still can result in many complications. In recent years, traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) has shown unique advantages in ONFH, including internal application and external application of Chinese herbs, TCM fumigation, TCM iontophoresis, TCM Tazi and so on. This article primarily investigated the key points of common syndromes, TCM nursing methods and healthy guidance of ONFH in adults, aiming at maintaining and developing the strengths of TCM, improving its efficacy and standardizing its behavior.展开更多
