Analysis on the Status Quo and Paths of Informatization Teaching Ability of Teachers in Rural Primary and Middle Schools in Hotan Area

This study conducted an in-depth analysis of the informatization teaching ability of teachers in rural primary and secondary schools in Hotan area through the literature method and questionnaire survey method.The investigation is mainly conducted in the aspects of teachers’informatization awareness,teachers’informatization ability,informatization application status,and existing problems,etc.,analyzing the constraints existing in the informatization teaching of rural elementary and middle schools teachers,and making targeted improvements Strategies for teachers’informatization teaching ability in rural elementary and middle schools:raising awareness of informatization teaching;informatization teaching training;informatization evaluation system;establishing a systematic and complete management system.

Relationship between Teachers’Leadership and Classroom Climate in Chinese and Japanese Elementary School

The purpose of this study is to clarify the relationship between classroom climate and teachers’leadership through a comparison of Japanese and Chinese elementary school teachers.From this,exploring measures to improve the classroom climate.By creating a positive classroom climate,aiming to create a class that is free from bullying,school refusal,and school violence.184 elementary school teachers in China and Japan were randomly selected as study participants to investigate the relationship between teachers’leadership and classroom climate.As the data analysis results,fostering Maintenance Behavior of teachers’leadership is effective in creating a positive classroom climate.The results showed that Large Performance Behavior and Large Maintenance Behavior of teachers’leadership PM-type leads to an improvement in the classroom climate.

Relationship of Workaholism with Stress and Job Burnout of Elementary School Teachers

Teachers voluntarily devote a lot of time to their vocational activates. This can lead to workaholism and may result in stress and job burnout. The main objective of the current study is to examine the relationship of workaholism with stress and job burnout of elementary school teachers in Zahedan. This is a descriptive-correlational study. The sample includes 350 elementary school teachers in Zahedan whom are selected through applying stratified random sampling method and are examined using questionnaires on workaholism, occupational stress, and job burnout. To analyze the obtained data, correlation coefficient and simultaneous multiple regression analysis are applied using SPSS21. Teachers’ mean scores on workaholism, stress and job burnout are higher than the considered theoretical mean. Workaholism and its components (feeling of being driven to work, work involvement, and work enjoyment) are significantly and positively related to job burnout and occupational stress (p ). The results of simultaneous multiple regression analysis indicate that components of workaholism can predict teachers’ occupational stress and job burnout (p ). Considering the results, holding training courses for teachers to become familiar with the phenomena of workaholism, stress, and job burnout, individual and organizational outcomes, methods of dealing with them and managing them effectively is highly recommended.

Views of Parents and Teachers on Ways to Improve the Primary School’s Response to Children with Chronic Diseases

Many children with chronic diseases attend regular classes in public elementary schools,and their various needs are becoming a great challenge for the school and the educational system.Parents and teachers have the care giving responsibility for these children,but they do not always have the support or the means to meet those needs.Therefore,the school faces significant difficulties in responding to the challenge of attending to students with chronic diseases.This study’s purpose is to assess,through an exploratory approach,the opinions of parents and teachers regarding what they consider to be the basic needs of the school to improve its response to the challenge of chronic diseases.Our methodology is qualitative,and we conducted interviews with 28 parents and teachers during the school year 2019-2020.We analyzed our data by applying the Thematic Content Analysis method.According to our findings,parents and teachers believe that if the teachers receive proper training on chronic diseases and specialists are integrated into schools,the response to the challenge will improve dramatically.

论小学教师的性别素养——基于小学教育中性别现象的思考

我国小学教育中广泛存在着两种性别现象,一种是反映在教育教学中的性别差异现象,一种是小学女教师偏多的性别失衡现象。本研究通过揭示小学教育中客观存在的性别现象,超越生物本质视角与社会建构视角,回到教育自身来认识小学教育中的性别问题。基于此,本研究在小学教师专业伦理视域下提出小学教师应具备一定的性别素养,立足小学生的“向善性”、小学教师的“示范性”、小学教育的“发展性”,小学教师在教书育人的过程中应遵从性别敏感、性别公正、性别友好三项伦理原则。小学教师性别素养的伦理原则及教育价值可以帮助师生基于性别存在又超越性别存在,不断趋向教育之终极善,即“培养完整的人”这一育人目标。

Achieving Equity and Quality in Japanese Elementary Schools:Balancing the Roles of State,Teachers,and Students

The aim of this paper is to explore perspectives on equity,quality,motivation,and resilience by focusing in depth on the perspectives of educators in one small,semi-rural school in Japan.The paper is intended to provide rich,in-depth data and discussion as a way of providing insights from different perspectives into findings from large-scale international assessments.The two key questions addressed in the paper are,(1)How are equity and quality achieved and maintained in Japanese elementary schools?and(2)How are student motivation and resilience perceived and fostered in Japanese elementary schools?These questions are addressed through analysis of key official documents related to the questions,together with analysis of semi-structured interviews conducted with education professionals working in an elementary school.The paper will contribute to understanding the perspectives of teachers in a particular school context in Japan on the roles of state,teachers,and children themselves in the task of achieving and maintaining equity and quality in a high performing education system.

Chinese Upper Elementary School Mathematics Teachers’Attitudes towards the Place and Value of Problematic Word Problems in Mathematics Education

Word problems play a crucial role in mathematics education.However,the authenticity of word problems is quite controversial.In terms of the necessity of realistic considerations to be taken into account in the solution process,word problems have been classified into two categories:standard word problems(S-items)and problematic word problems(P-items).S-items refer to those problems involving the straightforward application of one or more arithmetical operations with the given numbers,whereas P-items call for the use of real-world knowledge and real-life experience in the problem-solving process.This study aims to explore how Chinese upper elementary school mathematics teachers think of the place and value of P-items in the elementary mathematics curriculum.

家校共育视角下班主任工作室建设实践研究——以“心行”班主任工作室为例

教师职责和职业能力的动态耦合结构模型建构——基于中小学教师角色隐喻的分析

教师为了履行时代赋予的更多职责,必须发展与之对应的职业能力。通过分析在职中小学教师角色隐喻,揭示教师的职责与职业能力的特点与关系。结果发现,教师的职责包括结果性、过程性与指向教师终生发展的职责;教师感知的职业能力包括基础能力、方法能力、专业能力和社会情感能力;教师职业能力未能满足教师履行职责的需求。据此,以教师感知的职责为核心,完善了教师职业能力的结构,为职责导向的职业能力理论提供了实证依据。

小学教师心理健康问题的特点、影响因素与发展趋势

小学教师担负着义务教育早期阶段的关键责任,深入了解其心理健康状况至关重要。本研究采用横断历史分析、线性回归模型和自回归综合移动平均模型等方法,对1998年至2020年间小学教师心理健康问题的特点、影响因素进行了系统性探讨,并预测了其未来走向。研究结果表明:①小学教师心理健康问题总体上有轻微下降趋势,并展现出性别与区域差异;②教育(小学数量、教师数量)、经济(人民币汇率)、社会人口(自然增长率)和网络技术(网民规模、国家科学技术进步奖)等宏观因素对小学教师的心理健康状况具有一定影响;③基于以往的变化历程,小学教师的心理健康问题可能会在未来五年内维持在较高水平。未来心理健康研究应明晰小学教师心理健康的变迁历程及特点,制定针对性的干预项目。心理健康服务应注重心理健康的宏观影响因素,构建多维度、多层次的服务体系。心理健康政策应具有前瞻性,预先考虑心理健康问题的发展趋势及应对策略。

理想与现实:中小学教师身份困境与纾解——基于课程改革的视角

中小学教师是基础教育课程改革的重要参与者和推动者。新一轮课程改革为中小学教师提供了更多的身份发展空间,成为一名专业者、独立者和批判者是课程改革对教师理想身份的诉求和期待。但当教师往这些方向努力迈进时,他们面临着诸如专业化风险、经济独立和功绩主义的压力、极端批判方式等一系列挑战,如何协调好理想身份和现实条件之间的关系是纾解课程改革中教师身份困境的核心要义。因此,中小学教师需要做到恢复公共属性,追求“业余的”专业化;在满足基本经济保障的情况下,实现思想的独立性;理解批判的底层逻辑,积极进行技术性批判。

“沉默的螺旋理论”视域下小学生课堂沉默诱因及纾解

小学生课堂沉默与师生之间有效性的对话形成的价值悖论内嵌于小学课堂中,教师的“言论权威”使得一个对话的课堂变成演说型课堂,学生群体中“关键人物”的施压使得小学生沦为“沉默的羔羊”,课堂场下隐匿的主体间规则让师生之间局限性对话关系变得愈加坚固。教师、学生、课堂、学校相互牵制下衍生出的小学生课堂沉默现象一直是小学课堂易出现的问题,小学生课堂活动参与度不高对教学效果产生严重的负面影响。小学生课堂沉默不仅是一种个体选择参与课堂的方式,也是一种教师、学生、课堂和学校社会关联的结果。基于“沉默的螺旋”理论思考,深度剖析小学生课堂“失语行为”,构建积极课堂“主流气候”,掌控小学生课堂舆论导向,为小学生课堂沉默现象提供切实可行的破冰“解旋”之策。

基于数学核心素养的小学数学教师专业素养现状与提升策略

以浙江省4个城市10所小学的数学教师为研究对象,从教师专业素养的专业情意、专业知识和专业能力3个维度出发,通过问卷调查和访谈的方式,探究基于数学核心素养的小学数学教师专业素养的内涵、现状和影响因素,并给出有效的提升策略:改革区县教研,深化培育价值,调动学校资源,促进发展多元化,借力学习共同体,平衡素养发展,更新教育观念,倾听每位学生.

家庭累积风险对农村小学生社会适应的影响——有调节的中介模型

采用家庭累积风险问卷、越轨同伴交往问卷、教师支持问卷、社会性适应问卷对2656名农村小学生进行调查,探讨农村小学生家庭累积风险、越轨同伴交往、教师支持和社会适应之间的关系。结果发现:(1)家庭累积风险显著地负向预测农村小学生的社会适应;(2)越轨同伴交往在家庭累积风险与社会适应之间起中介作用;(3)教师情感支持在“家庭累积风险→越轨同伴交往→社会适应”的后半段起调节作用,高教师情感支持能够缓冲越轨同伴交往对社会适应发展的不良影响。

党的十八大以来改善中小学教师待遇的政策背景、实践成就与未来进路

习近平总书记一直心系教师待遇。党的十八大以来,习近平总书记多次要求教育投入要向教师倾斜,不断改善教师待遇,让教师成为令人羡慕的职业。在习近平总书记有关改善教师待遇重要论述精神的指引下,中小学教师待遇改善工作成效显著:政策保障更加有力、经费保障机制趋于完善、基本工资标准持续提高、“不低于”目标基本实现、乡村教师待遇水平大幅提升、职业吸引力显著增强。但仍存在落实“不低于”可能反弹、绩效工资制度及倾斜激励政策仍存短板等问题。打造新时代高质量教师队伍,改善中小学教师待遇还应进一步加大督导检查问责力度,建立健全领导、组织和协调机制,完善绩效工资制度,明确“不低于”具体比较口径,加快推进教师待遇保障相关制度体系综合改革。

中小学教师智能教育素养模型的建构研究

面对智能时代的新要求,对教师智能教育素养的本源探究和素养发展成为了智能教师教育的新议题。文章通过文献研究分析当前教师智能教育素养的价值内涵与模型结构,从知识基础、实践应用和情意责任三个维度构建中小学教师智能教育模型,同时开发测评量表对模型进行验证,分析影响教师智能教育素养的因素,为智能时代背景下中小学教师智能教育素养发展提供策略建议。

遵义市小学教师口腔健康知识和对口腔健康教育态度的调查

目的 了解遵义市小学教师的口腔健康知识和对口腔健康教育的态度。方法 采用分层随机抽样的方法,抽取遵义市10所小学636名小学教师作为研究对象,自行设计调查问卷,收集教师的基本信息、口腔保健习惯、口腔保健知识知晓率、对口腔健康和口腔健康教育的态度等信息,所得数据采用SPSS 21.0软件进行统计。结果 本调查回收有效问卷614份,在口腔保健习惯方面,小学教师刷牙时长在3 min及以上仅占8.8%,23.8%有横刷牙习惯,64.7%没有洁牙习惯,78.2%未使用过牙线。口腔保健知晓率方面,教师对六龄齿是不会换的、窝沟封闭可以预防龋齿、使用牙线可以去除牙菌斑等方面的认识薄弱,但是,总体对口腔健康和口腔健康教育的态度较好。结论 可通过组织培训等多途径提高遵义市小学教师的口腔健康知识,发挥教师在引领和培养学龄儿童建立良好的口腔习惯中的积极作用。

中小学班主任职业倦怠与抑郁的关系:情绪劳动的调节作用

目的:探讨中小学班主任职业倦怠、抑郁及情绪劳动之间的关系。方法:以403名中小学班主任为被试,采用教师情绪劳动量表、中小学教师职业倦怠问卷及自评抑郁量表进行测试。结果:(1)中小学班主任职业倦怠与抑郁呈显著正相关(r=0.693,P<0.01);职业倦怠与情绪劳动知觉、自然行为、深层行为呈显著负相关(r=-0.191,-0.135,-0.240;P<0.01),与表层行为呈显著正相关(r=0.258,P<0.01);抑郁与情绪劳动知觉、深层行为呈显著负相关(r=-0.187,-0.174;P<0.01),与表层行为呈显著正相关(r=0.274,P<0.01);(2)中小学班主任职业倦怠与情绪劳动3个维度的交互项均对抑郁的回归效果达到显著水平(β=5.32,-3.99,-4.81;P<0.001),中小学班主任职业倦怠与情绪劳动3个维度的交互项均对抑郁有显著的预测作用(F=48.05,56.47,52.79;P<0.001)。结论:中小学班主任职业倦怠对抑郁具有显著的正向影响作用,情绪劳动中的表层行为、自然行为和深层行为在职业倦怠与抑郁之间起调节作用。
