IPSAS was accepted by Jordan’s government in accordance with worldwide trends.The Jordanian Ministry of Finance launched cash-basis IPSAS in 2015 and planned to implement accrual accounting by January 1,2021.However,the commitment to change remains uneven,hindering the full shift.Moving from old accounting processes to new ones is tough.Even then,it hasn’t been implemented,creating a gap due to the difficulty in committing to new accounting standards throughout implementation due to obstacles.Thus,knowing government accountants’issues is essential to applying IPSAS in government accounting.This study examines how transformational leadership affects government accountants’commitment to IPSAS adoption in Jordan’s public sector.This study used a quantitative approach to survey Jordanian Ministry of Finance accountants.The 384-person study had a 78%response rate.Additionally,PLS-SEM was used to confirm variable relationships.Transformational leadership positively predicted IPSAS implementation,according to the study. 展开更多

Willimon (2002), where the author describes the ordained ministry as "a is a gift of God to the church" which usually does not mean that it is an easy task but rather, more complex and challenging as ministry leaders or pastors feel a call to transforming societies beyond their calling. In post-modern society, the pastors' role has differed and extended to form in line with creating a just and beloved community. In such communities, the pastor has more interaction with the community and the day to day activities of its neighbors or hosts. The time is eloping when an educational head earns praises due to their prominence and performance in managerial functioning. But this paper tends to focus on several persisting challenges in these educational institutions like huge gap between teacher-student ratio, students’ increasing technological oriented learning, teachers’ lack of knowledge of multimedia class operation, girls’ little rate of enrolment in higher level of education, early marriage of school going girls and ensuring quality education to girls as per the demand of SDG 4 by 2030. This paper fosters the idea that a transformational head of the institution can be successful in this chase of challenges as he involves everyone to activities in order to reach goal. Transformational Leadership: The Emerging Leadership Style of Successful Entrepreneurs

This research was conducted to identify the emerging leadership style being practiced by successful entrepreneurs and the leadership behavior they frequently applied. Since, leadership style and behavior has a huge influence to the success of the entrepreneur's enterprise. One hundred and fifty (150) successful entrepreneurs was the respondent of this study and they were survey and interviewed about their actual leadership style and practices. The research design was qualitative-descriptive type of research with the use of the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire 5X (MLQ 5X) as the survey instrument to collect data regarding leadership styles of successful entrepreneurs. An interview guide questions was likewise utilized for validating the result of the study. An in-depth semi-structured interview was also conducted to 30 entrepreneurs from the 150 respondents. Findings of the study revealed that a successful entrepreneur exhibits a noticeably higher inclination toward transformational leadership and they consistently rated themselves higher in inspirational motivation for their leadership behavior. Therefore, the emerging leadership style of successful entrepreneurs is the transformational leadership and the leadership behavior that they frequently use is the inspirational motivation. Furthermore, the aimed of this study is to explore practices of transformational leadership behavior of successful entrepreneurs from entrepreneur's perspective. 展开更多

This study aimed to analyze the effect of the work ethics, transformational, and transactional leadership style on teacher performance. The experiment was conducted in public high school No. 112 Jakarta. A total of 50 teachers were included as samples, where they were given the questionnaires to be filled by self-rating. Data were analyzed with multiple linear regression model and processed with SPSS version 20. Results showed that transformational leadership, transactional leadership and work ethics have positive and significant impacts on teacher performance both simultaneously and individually. 展开更多

This paper demonstrates that shifting the organization to become a knowledge based and then to be learning organization and finally to become innovative company could involve some unique attributes of a transformation leadership. In that regards, the paper also demonstrates that organizations need first to create, capture, transfer, and mobilize knowledge before it can be used for learning and then for innovation. 目的基于变革型领导力理论构建护士长领导力培训指标体系,为提高护士长变革型领导力提供培训参考。方法基于变革型领导力理论,结合半结构式访谈结果及文献分析,拟订护士长变革型领导力培训课程初稿,对山东省16名护理管理、教学管理专家... 目的基于变革型领导力理论构建护士长领导力培训指标体系,为提高护士长变革型领导力提供培训参考。方法基于变革型领导力理论,结合半结构式访谈结果及文献分析,拟订护士长变革型领导力培训课程初稿,对山东省16名护理管理、教学管理专家进行两轮函询,修订后形成护士长领导力培训指标体系。结果两轮问卷有效回收率均为100%,专家权威系数分别为0.853、0.891,肯德尔和谐系数分别为0.135、0.364;第2轮函询各条目的变异系数为0.000~0.156。最终确定的培训指标体系包含4个一级指标、13个二级指标和45个三级指标。结论护士长变革型领导力培训指标体系构建过程科学、可靠,内容全面,培训目标明确,能够满足护士长对变革型领导力的培训需求,可促进变革型领导力的发展。 展开更多

目的分析护士建言行为潜在类别及影响因素。方法采用建言行为量表、变革型领导量表、组织承诺量表对山东省8所三级医院2300名在职护士进行调查,采用潜在剖面分析建立了护士建言行为潜在类别模型,采用Logistic回归分析探讨护士建言行为... 目的分析护士建言行为潜在类别及影响因素。方法采用建言行为量表、变革型领导量表、组织承诺量表对山东省8所三级医院2300名在职护士进行调查,采用潜在剖面分析建立了护士建言行为潜在类别模型,采用Logistic回归分析探讨护士建言行为潜在类别的影响因素。结果护士的建言行为水平可以分为“高抑制性-消极建言组”(22.65%)、“高促进性-中等水平建言组”(61.30%)、“高促进性-积极建言组”(16.04%)3种潜在类别。多元Logistic回归分析显示,不同工龄、职称、聘用形式、变革型领导和组织承诺水平的护士建言行为存在显著差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论护士的建言行为处于中等偏上水平,可分为3个潜在类别。影响护士建言行为潜在类别的因素较多,护理管理者可针对不同建言行为类别的影响因素,对护士展开针对性干预,以提高建言行为水平。 展开更多

目的:分析变革型领导行为、护士感知的病人安全文化、护士安全行为三者间的关系与相互作用路径,为提高护士安全行为相关干预提供参考。方法:采用便利抽样法,对2020年12月—2021年5月在岗的西安市4所医院484名护士进行问卷调查,问卷包括... 目的:分析变革型领导行为、护士感知的病人安全文化、护士安全行为三者间的关系与相互作用路径,为提高护士安全行为相关干预提供参考。方法:采用便利抽样法,对2020年12月—2021年5月在岗的西安市4所医院484名护士进行问卷调查,问卷包括“一般情况调查问卷”“变革型领导风格测评问卷”“患者安全文化感知问卷”“安全行为问卷”,通过SPSS和AMOS软件进行分析。结果:护士感知的护士长变革型领导行为与护士感知的病人安全文化呈显著正相关(r=0.724,P<0.05);护士感知的护士长变革型领导行为与护士安全行为呈显著正相关(r=0.554,P<0.05);护士感知的病人安全文化与护士安全行为呈显著正相关(r=0.653,P<0.05)。结构方程显示:护士感知的护士长变革型领导行为对护士安全行为的总效应为0.827,直接效应为0.182,间接效应为0.645,护士感知的病人安全文化在护士长变革型领导行为与护士安全行为间起部分中介作用,中介效应占78.0%。结论:病人安全文化是护士长变革型领导行为与护士安全行为间的中介变量,管理者应该采取各种措施提高护士长的变革型领导行为及护士感知的病人安全文化,从而间接地提高护士的安全行为,减少不良事件的发生。 展开更多
