A Study on the Role of Tourism in Enhancing Personal Mental Health in the Post-Epidemic Era

With the advent of the post-epidemic era,a great wave of tourism has been ushered in everywhere.The relationship between tourism and mental health has become a hot topic in society.This paper investigates the enhancement of people’s mental health after tourism through social survey.Using Hangzhou as the sample collection site,this paper conducted a study on the role of tourism in enhancing personal mental health through descriptive analysis,factor analysis and structural equation modeling,and further specifically analyzed the role of mediating variables.The results showed that:(1)The purpose of tourism is to relax and relieve stress,and the effectiveness of tourism is mainly reflected in the alleviation of emotional conditions;(2)Factor Analysis reduced the dimensionality of personal mental health indicators,and finally obtained four factors,among which the comprehensive behavioral ability and physiological manifestation had the best improvement effect after tourism;(3)The structural equation model shows that the enhancing effect of tourism on mental health originates from the factor of inner psychological characteristic,and this factor works through two paths:Inner Psychological Characteristic-Social Adaptability-Physiological Manifestations-Enhancement of Mental Health by Tourism,and Inner Psychological Characteristic-Comprehensive Behavioral Ability-Enhancement of Mental Health by Tourism;(4)Tourism has an enhancing effect on personal mental health,and the enhancing effect is most significant among the middle-aged and young people who are unmarried and do not have children yet.These results have been reasonably analyzed and explained,and relevant suggestions are put forward.

Research on the Development Strategy of Panxi Sunshine Health and Wellness Homestays and Hotels Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine Health Preservation

This study is the first phase of research results from the student innovation project“Yunqiao Sunshine Health and Wellness Homestay”group at Chengdu Normal University.By analyzing the current state of the Sunshine Health and Wellness Tourism Area economy in the Panxi region of Sichuan,local policies,and the current state of Sunshine Health and Wellness homestays and hotels,this paper proposes the possibility of developing Sunshine Health and Wellness homestays and hotels through traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)health preservation methods.It also proposes development strategies for such hotels through a market survey SWOT analysis.

Health and Wellness Tourism in China: Concept and Development

Based on literature analysis and market investigation, the definition of health and wellness tourism was clarified and China’s health and wellness tourism policy was explored. That the current health and wellness tourism market is mainly composed of the elderly, sub-healthy people, sick people and people pursuing quality of life was analyzed. From the resource point of view, health and wellness tourism products can be divided into forest health and wellness, climate health and wellness, ocean health and wellness, hot spring health and wellness and traditional Chinese medicine health and wellness. It is judged that health tourism in China is in the fledging period and will gradually become the trend of the development of China’s tourism industry in the future.

Medicinal Plant of Sasambo as a Traditional Health Tourism Alternative Post COVID-19

The province of West Nusa Tenggara, which consists of Lombok Island and Sumbawa Island, has a stunning natural panoramic beauty, making it one of the main tourist destinations in Indonesia. The COVID-19 outbreak has had an impact on the sluggishness of the tourism sector. This problem requires a solution. One alternative is to use the medicinal plant Sasambo (Sasak, Samawa, Mbojo) as an alternative to traditional health tourism. Data from community records, results of questionnaire responses, and scientific articles related to Sasambo traditional medicine show that there are various types of Sasambo medicinal plants that have the potential as an alternative to traditional health tourism with details, Lombok (Sasak) 43 species, Sumbawa (Samawa) 25 species, and Bima (Mbojo) 35 species. Some of these plant species are used for the treatment of diseases caused by viruses. The islands of Lombok and Sumbawa have abundant medicinal plants, making the two islands a potential destination for traditional health tourism.

Discussion of Construction of Hainan International Tourism Island and Psychological Health of Tourism Area Residents

In the ongoing construction of an international tourism island in Hainan, China, the research on the mental health of the residents in the tourism destination is one of the main contents of the research on tourism development. Tourism area is the cell of Hainan International Tourism Island. The mental health service of the residents in the tourism area is an important part of the health work construction of the international tourism island and the basic way to realize the health care for everyone. Nowadays, people’s demand for mental health services is far greater than the current supply. In view of the current situation of the limited mental health services provided, we put forward higher requirements and directions for the future development of mental health services in tourist areas. It is planned to carry out the first large-scale publicity and education on mental health of residents in Hainan tourism area in China, and evaluate the effect;carry out a large-scale investigation on mental health of residents in the tourism area, and carry out professional intervention and treatment for patients with mental diseases. Finally, the mental health service network and service institutions covering the tourism areas of Hainan Province were established to provide scientific support for the harmonious and healthy development of the international tourism island in Hainan Province.

Environmental Assessment for Health Tourism in Baños de Agua Santa, Ecuador

The aim of this study is to apply the methodology for assessment of environmental impact of the heritage town with health tourism interest that is assessed. Health tourism is based on the appropriate employment of natural resources, landscapes and the natural and cultural heritage of a place. In order to carry out the study, a set of both theoretical and empirical methods were used to analyze the case of Ba?os de Agua Santa. The theoretical methods include the analysis and synthesis employed throughout the research process, as well as in the bibliographic study and the evaluation of the information obtained. In addition, the inductive-deductive method was employed to analyze, process, and treat the information and data that were used frequently in this work. As for the empirical methods, the researchers employed participatory techniques with community stakeholders, in order to gather information through interviews. Also, researchers conducted direct observation of community activities. The automated method software is used which requires a baseline study of the environment assessment in Tungurahua, Ecuador, to be prepared. In addition, the analysis of the social perception on tourism of the local people from the course work of students at the UIDE shall be applied. The conclusions of the case studies undertaken allow for strategic proposals and recommendations to be prepared so that they can be incorporated into the management plans for health tourism in the town with natural heritage value.

China's Health Tourism Grows Rapidly

Health tourism is one of the fastest-growing industries in the world. The health industry has become a compound industry that plays an important role in creating jobs, stimulating consumption, and building connections between China and the world when it comes to environmentally sustainable industires.In recent years, the Chinese government has approved the construction of two health tourism industry demonstration zones in Bo’ao and Beidaihe,and also approved several health tourism demonstration bases created by 13institutions;one of which is Tianjin Health Industry Park.

Health Tourism in Thermal Waters in Peshkopi,Albania——Statistical and Economic Analysis

Health tourism in thermal waters is one of the types of tourism in Albania.Attending these types of tourism,not only heals/cures some diseases of visitors/tourists,but also contributes to the economic development of the communities located near the thermal water resources.The purpose of the study is the identification of the comparative advantages of health tourism in the thermal waters,the Thermal Baths Peshkopi in Dibra,Albania.To realize this study we provided information by hotel businesses,owners of hostels and Balnear State Enterprise,which operate in the service of visitors/tourists who frequent health tourism thermal waters.The study showed:(i)The ratio Albanian tourists(domestic)and foreign tourists is 2:3;(ii)Time attendance is 10-15 nights of staying;(iii)The cost of person in hotels,including accommodation,three meals,transport and entrance fees in spa tourism center are on average€12,while these costs in the hostels of the residents are on average€8;(iv)The number of hotels to accommodate visitors/tourists is over 10 with over 900 beds in total;(v)The number of hostels that offer family tourism is about 111 with the average number of beds 8-10/house with over 1 000 beds;(vi)Total revenue from health tourism,for hotels and hostels for 2015 were€132,000,while the 10-year period(2006-2015)is€1,004,102.

Rural Health Tourism Planning and Design Based on Tea Travel Experience-Take Huanghuaxi Village in Anhua County as an Example

In the context of rural revitalization era,more and more villages choose tourism as the direction of development,and the primary link of rural tourism development is to combine the characteristics of different villages,mining tourism resources suitable for their own characteristics and development direction.For villages with tea culture,how to develop rural health tourism from the perspective of tea travel experience has become a new focus.Taking Huanghuaxi in Anhua County as an example,the paper evaluates and analyzes the planning methods and key points of rural health tourism based on tea tourism experience from the perspective of development potential,and makes clear the foothold and feasibility of health tourism development.Secondly,from the perspective of tea culture activation and inheritance and health tourism design,this paper discusses how to effectively integrate the functions of tea culture and health tourism.Through the spatial layout,road traffic,landscape and construction and operation of Huanghuaxi Village in Anhua County,a series of construction strategies are proposed to make tea culture and health industry promote each other.At the same time,there are two kinds of theme tour lines for people with different needs,namely,the leisure vacation theme tour line and the tea travel health theme tour line,which provide new ideas for the planning and design research of rural recreation projects related to the tea travel experience.

聚焦脆弱人群的旅游疗愈——相关议题与研究展望

当前,旅游与健康的融合发展迎来新机遇和挑战。已有研究聚焦健康旅游或医疗旅游等话题,对旅游如何发挥其健康效益,尤其是如何惠及脆弱人群的作用机制讨论不足。基于此,文章聚焦脆弱人群,系统回顾了旅游疗愈所涉及的主体、动机、空间和效益。发现相关重要议题包括:旅游研究中所关注的固有型、情境型和致病型脆弱人群及其特征;脆弱人群在抵抗命运、促进发展和维系社交等方面的独特旅游动机;物理空间、社交空间、象征空间与虚拟空间中的疗愈潜力;“生理-心理-社会”3个层面的疗愈效益。文章在此基础上总结出涵盖“人群-动机-空间-效益”四维度的聚焦脆弱人群的旅游疗愈框架,并提出未来相关研究方向:关注脆弱人群的本质性特征,旅游作为替代性疗法载体的跨学科探索,生活方式(如旅游)与健康效益可能发生的根本性转变。

基于RMP分析法的成都市康养旅游产业高质量发展路径研究

随着成都市“三城三都”战略规划的持续推进,康养旅游已然迈入了新型支柱产业行列,成为新的经济增长点。文章基于RMP分析法,结合实地调研,探析了成都市康养旅游资源(R)、市场(M)和产品(P)。研究发现:成都市康养旅游资源独特且丰富,产品可塑性强,市场空间巨大,康养旅游产业有较广阔的发展空间。根据RMP分析结果,从政府主导、需求牵引、要素驱动的视角提出了成都市康养旅游产业高质量发展构想,以期助推成都市康养旅游健康、持续、优质发展。

国内康养旅游研究特征、重点领域与未来展望

康养旅游是我国旅游业和大健康产业相融合发展的新业态,也是实现“健康中国”和提升公众整体健康水平的重要抓手。以中国知网(CNKI)和万方数据库中收录的2016-2023年康养旅游相关研究的207篇期刊文献为基础数据库,采用知识图谱分析法和CiteSpace6.2.6R软件,绘制作者、研究机构和关键词等相关知识图谱,对国内康养旅游研究的总体特征进行分析;通过对康养旅游的旅游者、康养旅游产业、康养旅游目的地等文献梳理,进一步揭示康养旅游的重点研究领域;最后提出未来研究展望,以期为康养旅游领域的深入研究有所助益。

基于虚拟增强现实交互技术的茶疗养生文旅产业研究

以茶疗养生为主题,以虚拟增强现实交互(augmented reality,AR)技术为科技手段和技术优势,通过创新驱动发展实现茶疗养生文旅场景设计应用的新突破。在现实场景下,用户可使用具备AR功能的各种智能设备,通过识别物理空间中的标识物触发AR应用,从而实现茶疗养生信息及时推送,实现现实场景与虚拟信息之间的交互,从而达到信息补充连贯及情景增强效果,使用户构建起茶疗养生的整体观念。通过解析茶疗养生文旅产业的研发思路,丰富茶疗养生信息体系的承载维度,探索实现茶疗养生文旅产业迭代的新途径。

四川省区域康养旅游发展的动因、现状与对策
