The Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)industry,deeply rooted in cultural heritage and complex production processes,has been advancing through technological innovations such as intelligent production systems,digital management,blockchain traceability,and personalized health services.Despite its historical and cultural significance,the integration of these modern technologies offers significant potential to enhance the industry’s modernization and internationalization.Empirical research and case studies indicate that adopting intelligent production systems,blockchain-enabled traceability,and data-driven resource management strategies can address industry challenges while promoting sustainable development.This paper examines the current state of new quality productivity in TCM,evaluates the challenges and opportunities of its application,and proposes strategic recommendations for the industry’s sustainable growth.The findings suggest that new quality productivity can improve production efficiency,ensure consistent product quality,and boost consumer confidence,particularly in global markets.These insights offer a theoretical foundation and practical strategies for applying advanced productivity models in TCM,with potential implications for other traditional healthcare industries.

Opportunities and challenges for the development of traditional Chinese medicinenursing under the new healthcare reform

Based on the “Opinions on Deepening the Reform of Medicine and Health”, “Strategic planning outline of thedevelopment of Traditional Chinese Medicine （2016-2030）” and the other relevant polices announced by StateAdministration of Traditional Chinese Medicine of the People’s Republic of China, this paper analyzes and summarizesthe opportunities and challenges for the development of Traditional Chinese Medicine nursing （TCM nursing） under thenew healthcare reform, in order to provide reference and thinking for the professional development of TCM nursing.

Advances in the management of arteriosclerosis of the lower extremity:Integrating Western and Chinese medicine approaches

This editorial provides a commentary on the recent article.The paper reviews current literature and explores innovative treatment strategies for lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans(LEASO)through an integrative approach.It highlights the effectiveness of combination therapies that merge traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)with Western medical practices,suggesting that such integrative methods may improve patient compliance and outcomes through personalized care.This paper stresses the importance of rigorous clinical trials to evaluate the efficacy and safety of TCM interventions within LEASO treatment protocols,advocating for evidence-based validation of these combined therapies.Our recommendations emphasize accurate diagnosis,appropriate pharmacological in-terventions,the use of advanced surgical and endovascular techniques,and the inclusion of TCM to address underlying dysfunctions.Additionally,continuous monitoring,patient education,and lifestyle modifications are essential to slow disease progression and achieve optimal patient outcomes.The paper concludes by calling for further research to develop standardized treatment protocols that effectively integrate both Western and Chinese medical approaches in managing LEASO.

Quality 4.0 technologies to enhance traditional Chinese medicine for overcoming healthcare challenges during COVID-19

The Quality 4.0 concept is derived from the industrial fourth revolution,i.e.,Industry 4.0.Quality 4.0 is the future of quality,where new digital and disruptive technologies are used to maintain quality in organizations.It is also suitable for traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)to maintain quality.This quality revolution aims to improve industrial and service sectors’quality by incorporating emerging technologies to connect physical systems with the natural world.The proposed digital philosophy can update and enhance the entire TCM treatment methodology to become more effective and attractive in the current competitive structure of the pharmaceutical and clinical industries.Thus,in healthcare,this revolution empowers quality treatment during the COVID-19 pandemic.There is a major requirement in healthcare to maintain the quality of medical tools,equipment,and treatment processes during a pandemic.Digital technologies can widely be used to provide innovative products and services with excellent quality for TCM.In this paper,we discuss the significant role of Quality 4.0 and how it can be used to maintain healthcare quality and fulfill challenges during the pandemic.Additionally,we discuss 10 significant applications of Quality 4.0 in healthcare during the COVID-19 pandemic.These technologies will provide unique benefits to maintain the quality of TCM throughout the treatment process.With Quality 4.0,quality can be maintained using innovative and advanced digital technologies.

Application of Traditional Chinese Veterinary Medicine in Sheep Green Breeding

Disease control and health care with traditional Chinese veterinary medicine( TCVM) has attracted more and more attention in sheep green breeding. To promote healthy and smooth development of the work,the relationships between TCVM and antibiotics,and between TCVM and vaccines,were reviewed and analyzed. It was thought that TCVM and western medicine,such as antibiotics and vaccines,etc.,have their own characteristics and advantages,and should be mutually complemented rather than replaced. We should pay attention to the characteristics and advantages of the wholism concept and syndrome differentiation and treatment( diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of the illness and the patient's condition) of TCVM,to develop and use TCVM health care agent or vaccine adjuvant,and their pertinence was improved according to different growth stages and physiological and pathological characteristics. Diagnosis and treatment based on an overall analysis of the illness and the population patient's condition must be attached importance to optimize the mode of administration,in order to adapt to disease prevention and control requirements in intensive and scale breeding of sheep.

Promoting the Development of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the New Century

Reviewing the past, traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) in the 20th century experienced vicissitude. Since the founding the People's Republic of China, especially for the past twenty years, traditional Chinese medicine undertaking, full of vigor and vitality, has made an unprecedented development in China. The legal status and scientific status of traditional Chinese medicine and pharmacology have already been established. The medical system of traditional Chinese medicine, which is composed of traditional Chinese medicine hospitals, ethnic minority medicine hospitals, integration of traditional and western medicine hospitals and comprehensive hospitals, is playing an important role in preventing, treating diseases and enhancing people's health level. The system of production and circulation for traditional Chinese medicine has basically guaranteed the people's demand for Chinese medicine, with the principles of producing medicinal materials as basis, taking Chinese medicine industry as pillar and Chinese medicine as link. Remarkable achievements have been scored in the research of TCM development as well as research of TCM basic theory and clinical treatment. A number of scientific and technological results have been transformed into productive forces. TCM education has formed a rational pattern based on inheriting traditional way of transmission from master to disciple as well as taking the university and college education as the main part. Minority medical science has been further explored and sorted out; the level of medical treatment, teaching and scientific research for ethnic minority medicines has been improved. As the contingent of integrated traditional and western medicine is growing steadily, medical treatment system, scientific research system and teaching system for integrated traditional and western medicine takes shape progressively. International exchange and cooperation on traditional Chinese medicine has been greatly promoted. Various forms of cooperative relations on the TCM medical treatment, teaching and scientific research have been established between China and many other countries and regions in the world. With the increasing influence of TCM in the world, the accomplishment of traditional Chinese medicine in the 20th century has attracted world attention.

Chinese Immigrants’Health Beliefs and Practices of Traditional Chinese Medicine in British Columbia of Canada

Objective:This study is to address the health beliefs and health behavior of Chinese immigrants residing in the Greater Vancouver area of British Columbia(BC)Province in Canada.This article discussed Chinese immigrants’traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)use,health beliefs,and health behaviors.Methods:Information used in this study is based on data collected in the Chinese-speaking community in the Greater Vancouver area of BC in 2020–2022.Quantitative and qualitative methods were applied to this study.The first stage recruited 314 participants for the quantitative study to cross-validate an instrument tool,followed by the 2nd stage of 20 stratified random sampling out of the 314 participants for TCM-related in-depth qualitative interviews.This study focuses on the second stage of TCM qualitative interviews.Results:Results indicated that TCM health beliefs have cultural and spiritual meanings tied to the Chinese-speaking participants.There are barriers for the Chinese-speaking population to access the existing healthcare services due to their TCM health beliefs and other health needs,for example,family doctors,integrated medicine for better health outcomes,and mental health services especially during the coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)pandemic.Conclusion:Integrating TCM health beliefs and behaviors of Chinese-speaking immigrants into existing Canadian mainstream health services are strongly recommended.

Senior care workers specializing in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)healthcare have become an indispensable force in institutional care,community care,and home care.The first Chinese nursing service team aimed to improve the health of the elderly by providing continuous services for physical and mental well-being,disease prevention,physical amelioration,and overall health enhancement using TCM concepts,methods,and technologies.The primary purpose of formulating thisTCM health and elderly careworker service specificationwas to standardize serviceswithin the TCM elderly care industry,ensuring that the elderly receive better health and elderly care services supported by technical expertise.This specification outlined the basic requirements for TCM health and elderly care workers,including standards for service content,service quality control,service evaluation,and improvement.It primarily focused on the content and requirements of TCM health and elderly care services,such as constitution identification,life care,acupoint healthcare,and TCM auxiliary nursing for elderly individuals with chronic diseases.This specification is applicable to TCM health and elderly care personnel at various levels of hospitals and healthcare institutions and is noted for its strong applicability and effectiveness.

上海市浦东新区社区家庭病床服务现状调查与对策研究

目的:通过调查了解上海市浦东新区家庭病床服务现状,发现家庭病床服务存在的问题及挑战,并提出解决对策。方法:采用问卷调查法,收集2019—2021年浦东新区47家社区卫生服务中心家庭病床服务开展情况,采用频数、构成比等进行描述性分析,采用χ^(2)检验进行统计分析。结果:2019—2021年浦东新区家庭病床平均建床率为1.80‰,其中城区平均建床率高于其他区域;从事家庭病床服务的医师以兼职为主,全科医师占比最大;2019—2021年家庭病床平均床日数变化不大,家庭病床平均费用呈下降趋势;中医家庭病床占比分别为9.93%、11.49%、15.89%,呈逐年上升趋势;心血管疾病是区域内家庭病床服务的主要收治病种。结论:家庭病床服务的逐步发展需要发挥政策主导作用,与家庭医生签约服务整合共同发力,利用智慧信息技术,优化家庭病床服务流程,凸显中医药服务优势,助推社区卫生服务能力提升。

Promoting whole person health:Exploring the role of traditional Chinese medicine in Polish healthcare

Poland has a unique history of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)dating back to the 17th century when Polish missionary Michael(Michal)Boym was a pioneer in the field.In the 20th century,his successor,Professor Zbigniew Garnuszewski,reintroduced acupuncture to medical practice in Poland.However,other methods of TCM and its holistic approach to patient care have not found their place in modern medicine in Poland.At present,the legal status of TCM in Poland remains unregulated,with TCM included in the broad spectrum of complementary and alternative medicine(CAM)practices.Few reports are available on the use of TCM methods among the Polish population.Integrative medicine combines conventional medicine with evidence-based CAM interventions and considers all aspects of a patient's health,including physical,emotional,mental,social,and environmental factors.An integrative healthcare model that incorporates TCM modalities and lifestyle recommendations as well as a whole person approach may provide a more sustainable solution for the constantly underfinanced Polish healthcare system,which faces challenges of multimorbidity in an aging society and limited access to care.The coronavirus disease 2019 pandemic,war in Ukraine,and ongoing climate crisis have underscored the need to strengthen the resilience of the Polish healthcare system and search for new solutions.A model of care that blends the best of biomedicine and TCM healing approaches may be a better option for both patients and the healthcare system in Poland.

“高知”群体更信赖中医吗?

背景越来越多的证据表明,年轻的、高学历的、来自经济发达地区的“高知”人群正成为中医药的主要使用群体。目的本研究拟依据技术接受整合(UTAUT)模型,采用变量中心与个体中心相结合的方法,更深入地探究国民中医接受度的影响因素。将人口学、慢性疾病、健康素养、传统文化认同、科学思维等变量纳入考量,聚焦家长是否愿意让孩子接受中医儿科治疗。方法2023年7—9月,使用自搭建的DiggMind在线心理测评平台发放问卷进行调查,通过方便取样的方式选取广东省的幼儿园、小学、中学各1所,对717名家长进行问卷调查。收集家长的人口学变量(性别、年龄、学历、职业、户籍、患慢性疾病),采用6级Likert量表(分数越高代表“越符合自身情况”)测量UTAUT模型的6个维度及3个影响因素变量(健康素养、传统文化认同和科学思维)。使用路径分析、潜在剖面分析和Logistic回归分析对数据进行统计。结果UTAUT模型对中医儿科使用意向与行为的解释率高达72%。通过对效果期望、社会影响、便利条件、风险认知、使用意向、使用行为UTAUT模型6个维度进行潜在剖面分析,结果显示将样本分成4个亚组的方案相对最优,将本研究样本划分出“抵制组”“持疑组”“认同组”“坚信组”4个中医接受程度逐步递增的亚型。家长的科学思维和传统文化认同对中医儿科接受态度有正向作用(P<0.05),而学历、户籍类型、职业声望等变量的影响无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论本研究揭示出真正促进“高知”群体信赖中医药文化的是他们身上所具备的良好品质而非学历、职业、户籍等外在因素,为现代科学理论与传统医学实践之间的融合搭建了桥梁。

基于医疗服务半径的中医类医疗机构空间配置及优化研究:以广州市增城区为例

背景随着中国传统医学纳入国际疾病分类第十一次修订本(ICD-11)编码,基层中医医疗资源的合理配置是推动中西医融合和优质医疗资源全民覆盖的保障。基层医疗机构布局和服务能力不均衡,导致城市乡镇地区普遍存在医疗资源供需错位问题。目的了解我国乡镇中医药服务开展状况,科学评价基层中医药诊疗的覆盖范围和服务可及性,为优化基层中医药服务空间资源配置提供新思路并据此提出优化策略。方法基于第七次全国人口普查数据和点状地理空间数据,引入医疗服务半径概念来计算步行模式下不同层级中医类医疗机构的诊疗范围。采用空间核密度指数、空间标准差椭圆等方法揭示中医类医疗服务供需能力的空间公平性。基于以上结果提出中医类医疗资源布局优化类型及措施。结果截至2022年增城区共计医疗机构699家,其中带有床位的中医类医疗机构18家,不同乡镇、街道的中医类医疗机构床位分布呈现出较大的差异。中滩镇千人口床位数为14.31张,在所有街道中排在第一位。永宁街道千人口床位数排在末位,仅为0.89张。增城区中医类医疗机构呈现出明显的双中心格局,中新镇中部、派潭镇北部和石滩镇西南部居民的中医药服务可获得性较弱。不同乡镇的中医药服务供给能力差别较大,中医类医疗机构空间分布同城镇居民的整体空间聚集程度还存在一定程度的不吻合,不同乡镇间的中医药服务半径存在差异。结论中医药发展战略实施以来,中国传统医学得到了保护和发展。应当采取更为科学的策略将中医药服务同城市发展和居民需求紧密结合,积极采取增加设施点、资源转移和下沉相结合、跨区域的中医药信息化联合诊疗的差异化策略,逐步实现真正意义上的全覆盖和中西医并重的战略。

在分析贵州省分散的中药材数据库现状的基础上,提出了一种利用W eb Services技术整合大量分布式资源的中药材系统。对设计中的关键技术———数据同步更新、SQL语句重组及数据整合进行了详细地说明,并总结本系统的特点及以后要进行的改进工作。

中药智慧药学服务的实践与技术分析

目的 分析中药智慧药房的发展现状,总结中药智慧药学服务实践经验,概述其技术要求和发展方向。方法 成都中医药大学附属医院自2018年1月启动智慧中药房项目,建立中药智慧药房,承担门诊中药饮片调剂、煎药、配送等药学服务业务。结果 截至2023年5月已完成中药饮片代煎配送557.2万副,2022年度共服务患者23.14万人次。服务环节更简单,无需等候取药,无需二次到院取药,服务效率高,改善了患者就医体验。结论 中药智慧药学服务发展迅速,未来将依托技术进步建立全程化智慧服务体系。

我国基层中医药服务现状及发展路径探讨

背景我国对基层中医药卫生服务的关注度持续提升,但是目前基层中医药卫生服务体系仍存在问题,制约了我国中医药事业的发展。目的分析我国基层中医药卫生服务体系现状,探索持续提升基层中医药服务能力的策略。方法于2022年12月,检索《中国卫生健康统计年鉴》《全国中医药统计编摘》及国家疾病预防控制局和国家心血管病中心官方网站获取数据,从卫生投入、服务产出、健康需要3个层面构建指标体系,结合秩和比法和WHO卫生系统绩效模块框架对基层中医药服务现状进行综合评价。结果卫生投入方面:2017—2021年,除乡镇卫生院外,其他能够提供中医药服务的基层医疗卫生机构数量均有所增加;社区卫生服务中心(站)、乡镇卫生院、门诊部中医类临床科室床位数呈现上升趋势,但门诊部中医类临床科室床位数占门诊部总床位数的比例有所下降;社区卫生服务中心(站)、乡镇卫生院、诊所中医类执业(助理)医师占比明显上升,而村卫生室的中医类执业(助理)医师占比保持稳定,门诊部的中医类执业(助理)医师占比逐年递减;近5年,基层医疗卫生机构财政投入的绝对数值稳步提高,而中医机构财政拨款波动减少。服务产出方面:尽管各类机构中医诊疗人次占机构总诊疗人次的比例按照一定增幅稳步增长(除中医类门诊部外),但仅村卫生室的中医诊疗量占比始终保持在30.0%以上;除乡镇卫生院外,其他基层医疗卫生机构的中医类执业(助理)医师人均担负年诊疗人次总体上呈下降趋势。根据综合评价结果,2017、2018、2021年处于资源分配适宜状态,而2019、2020年处于资源分配不均衡状态。结论目前,我国基层中医药卫生服务体系建设得到有效落实,但在有序推进的过程中也存在一些不足。基层中医药资源不足、服务与利用不均衡、中医药优势未充分发挥、人才培养机制不健全、财政投入少等问题制约中医药事业的发展。为推动基层医疗卫生机构持续提高中医药卫生服务能力,需要夯实政府职能,进一步弘扬中医药文化,建立激励机制以优化人才培养模式,加强中医药服务与医保政策紧密结合,建设以“信息一体化”为支撑的中医医联体。

基于波士顿矩阵分析法的区域医院科技创新效率研究

目的通过客观评价了解区域医院科技创新效率,推动医院医学学科建设,为医院争创国家区域医疗中心的建设目标提供助力。方法基于医院科技量值指标体系,选取深圳市67家三级医院作为研究对象,分析医院科技创新发展情况,利用波士顿矩阵分析法反映医院科技创新效率。结果深圳市医院间科技创新效率有较大差距:6家医院以相对低的科技投入产生了较高的科技产出,科技创新效率最好;13家医院以较高的科技投入产生了较高的科技产出,具有较好的科技创新效率,科技产出仍可再提升;1家医院科技投入高而科技产出较低,具有较低的科技创新效率,在科技产出方面仍有较大提升空间;47家医院科技投入较低且科技产出也较低,在科技投入及科技产出两个维度仍需发力。结论应依据城市经济高质量发展水平,加强医院科技创新投入水平,引导产出高质量医学科技成果,提升医院科技创新效率。

考试焦虑障碍临床诊疗中国专家共识

考试焦虑障碍是一组与考试等评价性刺激相关的综合征,是考试带来的较为严重的心理问题之一。长期的考试焦虑容易引起紧张、恐惧、烦躁、抑郁等负性情绪,损害个体的工作记忆、注意等认知能力,严重的甚至会导致个体出现自杀意念。为进一步规范考试焦虑障碍的临床诊疗,在中华医学会心身医学分会考试焦虑协作组的组织下,由13名专家组成专家组,包括精神科医师和心理学专家,基于国内外文献和临床诊疗经验等制定本专家共识,以期从流行病学、病因、临床表现、评估、治疗等方面为临床医生提供科学、全面的指导。

通过梳理深圳市公立中医医院医疗服务价格改革历程,分析优势与难点,提出动态调整中医药服务价格,定价应体现中医劳务价值和技术价值,完善医疗服务价格目录,建立中医医疗技术评定指标体系等建议,以助推中医药综合改革,优化深圳中医医疗服务价格改革模式。

疼痛专科护士中医疼痛管理培训知识体系的构建研究

目的构建疼痛专科护士中医疼痛管理培训知识体系,为中国疼痛护理人才中医疼痛管理培训提供参考。方法以核心能力理论为指导,通过文献研究和半结构式访谈构建中医疼痛管理培训知识体系初稿,2024年1月—2月采用德尔菲法对17名专家进行2轮函询。结果2轮函询的积极系数分别为100%和94.12%,权威系数均为0.899,肯德尔和谐系数为0.406~0.606(均p<0.001)。最终形成包括5个一级指标、12个二级指标和35个三级指标的疼痛专科护士中医疼痛管理培训知识体系。结论构建的疼痛专科护士中医疼痛管理培训知识体系具有科学性、可靠性,可为中国疼痛护理人才规范化、同质化的中医疼痛管理培训提供指导和借鉴。

基于Kano模型的三级中医院住院患者中医护理服务需求属性研究

[目的]分析三级中医院住院患者的中医护理服务需求属性,为提升三级中医院中医护理服务提出策略。[方法]基于Kano模型设计三级中医院住院患者中医护理服务需求调查问卷,对天津市某三级中医院469例住院患者进行调查,采用定量与定性的方法确定三级中医院住院患者中医护理服务需求属性分类及优先级排序。[结果]通过Kano模型和Better-Worse二维矩阵图进行需求分析,最终获得三级中医院住院患者中医护理服务必备属性需求14个,魅力属性需求9个,期望属性需求6个。[结论]三级中医院医院管理者应依据住院患者中医护理服务需求优先级顺序精准施策,保障必备型需求项目供应,加大期望型需求投入,同时发展创新魅力型需求,确保中医护理服务需求与供给高效匹配。
