In order to investigate the regulatory effect of acupuncture on obesity patients with the Stom-ach-Intestine Excessive Heat Type, the pre-acupunctureal and post-acupunctural obesity index and biochemi-cal indices of 718 simple obesity patients with Stomach-Intestine Excessive Heat Type were observed. It wasshowed that the marked weight loss effect was achieved in the cases by acupunctore, and the biochemical in-dices improved. It suggests that acupuncture had a optimal regulatory effect on the function of nerve, en-docrine, digestion and energy metabolism. 展开更多

The refrigerant mixture of ethanol aqueous was applied to the parallel type pulsating heat pipe (PHP). The operation characteristics of the PHP were analyzed by means of experiment and nonlinear chaotic theory. Moreover, the relationship between the running state and attractor was described. The results indicate that starting power, stable running power and dry burning transition power are about 64.08 W, 148.68 W and 234.0 W respectively. The cycle and amplitude of PHP initially decrease and then increase with the increasing power. However, the data are welldistributed in a certain range. The running state is in agreement with the attractors, and the changing process for attractors is as follows: the attractors first disperse in the whole phase space, then present mass status, and finally show band distribution. 展开更多

Separate type heat pipe heat exchangers are often used for large-scale heat exchanging. The arrangement of such a heat exchanger conveniently allows heat input to and output from the heat exchanger at remote locations. The traditional method of designing an ordinary HPHE (heat pipe heat exchanger) is commonly applied in the separate type exchanger design, but the calculations have to be carried out separately, which makes it very complicated. In this work, the ε-NTU (effectiveness-Number of Transfer Units) method was applied for optimization analysis of single- or multi-level separate type heat pipe heat exchangers. An optimizing formula for single-level separate type heat pipe heat exchangers was obtained. The optimizing principles of effec- tiveness-NTU and heat transfer rate by the equal distribution method for multi-level separate type heat pipe heat exchanger are presented. The design of separate type heat pipe heat exchangers by the optimizing method is more convenient and faster than by the traditional method. 展开更多

To cope with this discrepancy owing to EMF steep reduction and understand the difference between type K heavy gauge sheathed thermocouple cables and small ones, the affects of EMF from sheath pipe, drawing times, annealing temperature, annealing time and annealing way were mainly studied and appropriately analyzed. The results show the change in the thermal EMF is related with the residual stress and crystal defects, which are imparted by cold work during manufacture. The affects of cold work can be removed by annealing. Finally, a feasible way of fabricating heavy gauge sheathed thermocouples was suggested according to practical situation. 展开更多

As an important component of tokamaks,the divertor is mainly responsible for extracting heat and helium ash,and the targets of the divertor need to withstand high heat flux of 10 MW m-2 for steady-state operation.In this study,we proposed a new strategy,using microchannel cooling technology to remove high heat load on the targets of the divertor.The results demonstrated that the microchannel-based W/Cu flat-type mock-up successfully withstood the thermal fatigue test of 1000 cycles at 10 MW m^(-2)with cooling water of 26 l min^(-1),30°C(inlet),0.8 MPa(inlet),15 s power on and 15 s dwell time;the maximum temperature on the heat-loaded surface(W surface)of the mock-up was 493°C,which is much lower than the recrystallization temperature of W(1200°C).Moreover,no occurrence of macrocrack and‘hot spot’at the W surface,as well as no detachment of W/Cu tiles were observed during the thermal fatigue testing.These results indicate that microchannel cooling technology is an efflcient method for removing the heat load of the divertor at a low flow rate.The present study offers a promising solution to replace the monoblock design for the EAST divertor. 展开更多

Creep lives of high Cr ferritic heat resisting steel weldments decrease due to Type Ⅳ fracture, which occurs as a result of formation and growth of creep voids and cracks on grain boundaries in fine-grained heat affected zone (HAZ). Because boron is considered to suppress the coarsening of grain boundary precipitates and growth of creep voids, we have investigated the effect of boron addition on the creep properties of 9Cr steel weldments. Four kinds of 9Cr3WSCoVNb steels with boron content varying from 4.7×10-5 to 1.8×10-4 and with nitrogen as low as 2.0×10-5 were prepared. The steel plates were welded by gas tungsten arc welding and crept at 923K. It was found that the microstructures of HAZ were quite different from those of conventional high Cr steels such as P91 and P92, namely the fine-grained HAZ did not exist in the present steel weldments. Boron addition also has the effect to suppress coarsening of grain boundary carbides in HAZ during creep. As a result of these phenomena, the welded joints of present steels showed no Type Ⅳ fractures and much better creep lives than those of conventional steels. 展开更多

The Laplace transforms and direct method are used to determine the lateral vibration, the temperature, the displacement, the stress and the energy of the beam. 目的:探讨柏薏灌肠液联合丹白颗粒治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症(湿热瘀结证)的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年3月至2023年3月该院收治的盆腔炎性疾病后遗症(湿热瘀结证)患者90例,采用随机数字表法分为中药灌肠组、中药颗粒组和联合组,每组30例。... 目的:探讨柏薏灌肠液联合丹白颗粒治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症(湿热瘀结证)的临床疗效。方法:选取2021年3月至2023年3月该院收治的盆腔炎性疾病后遗症(湿热瘀结证)患者90例,采用随机数字表法分为中药灌肠组、中药颗粒组和联合组,每组30例。中药灌肠组患者采用常规治疗+柏薏灌肠液,中药颗粒组患者采用常规治疗+丹白颗粒,联合组患者采用常规治疗+柏薏灌肠液+丹白颗粒。治疗3个月经周期后,评估三组患者的临床疗效、中医证候积分、血流动力学、炎症因子和治疗安全性。结果:联合组患者的总有效率为93.33%(28/30),高于中药灌肠组、中药颗粒组的70.00%(21/30)、66.67%(20/30),差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组患者中医证候积分(包括腰骶胀痛、经行不畅、带下增多和舌红苔黄积分)低于中药灌肠组、中药颗粒组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组患者子宫动脉收缩期最大流速、舒张末期最大流速和搏动指数高于中药灌肠组、中药颗粒组,阻力指数低于中药灌肠组、中药颗粒组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,联合组患者炎症因子[白细胞介素18、前列腺素E2和β淀粉样前体蛋白]水平低于中药灌肠组、中药颗粒组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。联合组、中药灌肠组和中药颗粒组患者的不良反应发生率分别为13.33%(4/30)、10.00%(3/30)和6.67%(2/30),组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:柏薏灌肠液联合丹白颗粒治疗盆腔炎性疾病后遗症(湿热瘀结证)的效果良好,可改善患者中医证候,提高盆腔子宫动脉血流动力学,抑制炎症因子水平,安全性良好。 展开更多

土地利用类型变化对城市热岛效应的影响分析

热敏灸治疗颈型颈椎病的Meta分析及GRADE证据等级评价

目的系统评价热敏灸及其综合疗法用于颈型颈椎病的临床效果,为热敏灸治疗颈型颈椎病提供更好的证据来源。方法收集国内外各大数据库热敏灸及其综合疗法用于颈型颈椎病的随机对照试验(RCT),通过Revman 5.3软件进行Meta分析,按照GRADE标... 目的系统评价热敏灸及其综合疗法用于颈型颈椎病的临床效果,为热敏灸治疗颈型颈椎病提供更好的证据来源。方法收集国内外各大数据库热敏灸及其综合疗法用于颈型颈椎病的随机对照试验(RCT),通过Revman 5.3软件进行Meta分析,按照GRADE标准对结局指标进行证据质量评价。结果纳入9篇文献共855例患者,Meta分析结果提示:热敏灸及其综合疗法组在提高总有效率(RR=1.19,P<0.01)和治愈率(RR=1.73,P<0.01)、降低视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分(SMD=-0.73,P<0.01)、简化McGill疼痛问卷(SF-MPQ)评分(SMD=-1.28,P<0.05)以及NPQ颈痛量表评分(SMD=-0.81,P<0.05)方面都优于对照组;GRADE证据等级评价提示:前三者为低质量证据,后二者为极低质量证据。结论热敏灸及其综合疗法用于颈型颈椎病在提高临床效果、镇痛以及改善患者生活质量方面更具优势。 展开更多

目的观察温胆汤加减治疗痰热郁结型冠心病的临床疗效及安全性。方法纳入合并焦虑症(痰热郁结型)的冠心病患者60例,随机分为中西医结合组30例,西医组30例。西医组患者给予口服给予西药常规治疗加氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片。中西医结合组患者在... 目的观察温胆汤加减治疗痰热郁结型冠心病的临床疗效及安全性。方法纳入合并焦虑症(痰热郁结型)的冠心病患者60例,随机分为中西医结合组30例,西医组30例。西医组患者给予口服给予西药常规治疗加氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片。中西医结合组患者在西医治疗组基础上,联合温胆汤加减,每日2次口服,每次100 ml。两组疗程均为28 d。比较两组治疗的临床疗效和安全性。结果连续治疗28 d后,中西医结合组治疗的临床总有效率90%,高于西医组的76%;中西医结合组中医证候积分明显高于西医组;中西医结合组西雅图心绞痛量表各项评分改善均优于西医组,以上指标比较差异均具有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。两组均未发现明显不良反应。结论对于痰热郁结型冠心病患者,温胆汤加减治疗联合西医常规治疗,相比单纯西医治疗能进一步改善患者心绞痛发作及精神状态,减少心绞痛发作次数,减轻发作程度,且安全性良好。 展开更多
