目的:探讨缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)新生儿脐血热休克蛋白70(HSP70)、缺氧诱导因子-1a(HIF-1a)水平的变化。方法:选择足月HIE新生儿30例(轻中度HIE组20例,重度HIE组10例),另选同期出生的20例足月健康新生儿作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法测... 目的:探讨缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)新生儿脐血热休克蛋白70(HSP70)、缺氧诱导因子-1a(HIF-1a)水平的变化。方法:选择足月HIE新生儿30例(轻中度HIE组20例,重度HIE组10例),另选同期出生的20例足月健康新生儿作为对照组,采用酶联免疫吸附法测定脐血HSP70、HIF-1a水平。结果:轻中度、重度HIE组新生儿脐血HSP70、HIF-1a水平与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);轻中度、重度HIE组组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);HIE患儿脐血HSP70、HIF-1a水平呈显著正相关(r=0.833,P<0.01)。结论:HIE患儿脐血HSP70、HIF-1a水平与HIE的病理生理过程密切相关,有望作为病情程度的判断指标之一,对临床诊断及预后的判断具有一定的指导意义。 展开更多
