REGIONAL EFFECTS BY THE CONSTRUCTION OF SUZHOU INDUSTRY GARDEN

Suzhou Industry Garden is one of the few areas which attract foreign capital on a large scale in China. Its construction will bring effects on regional economy obviously. First, the garden as an important part of the construction of high tech industry belt between Shanghai and Nanjing will become the radiating source and core area in the course of development of high tech industrialization in the southern area of the Changjiang (Yangtze) River. Second, the garden will influence the development of Taicang City, the door port city of Suzhou, and the development of peripheral villages and towns as well. As Taicang City is being constructed as the assistant center for International Shipping Centre in Shanghai, the structure of double nucleus by which Suzhou and Taicang could benefit from each other will come into being. Third, the garden which has been formed as the unique area for introducing foreign managing mode as a whole will be made the base for demonstration and using international economic management experience for reference.

FACTORS AFFECTING FORMATION AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE URBAN INDUSTRIAL DISTRICT IN CHINA──A Case Study on Caohejing Hi-Tech Park in Shanghai

In China,the urban industrial district is usually an organic concentrated district including many factories that are in big,middle or small size,and are coordinated in the process of production,or use infrastructure in common.The formation and development of the urban industrial district in China are affected by not only general factors such as natural factor,transportation factor,labour factor,ecologic factor,but also special factors such as agglomeration factor,technologic factor and social factor.To the district’s formation, both the social factors and natural factors are important,especially the attitude the government have towards the district and the regional natural condition.But the agglomeration, market and transportation costs here are not as important as those in the traditional Industrial Location Theory.Now we must pay great attention to these three factors owing to the new economic conditions in China.In the development of the district,the main factors are technology and agglomeration.This indicates that the technologic factor is gradually the essential condition in the development of the district.Besides,we must also know the affection of the eclologic factor in the development of the district.According to the reality of Caohejing district,this paper gives every factor mark in the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).With the result of the AHP,some suggestions have been put forward to Caohejing Hi-Tech Park and other urban industrial districts as well.

和田县设施园艺产业帮扶效果影响因素的实证分析

和田县设施园艺产业以地区独特的资源优势为基础,以产业发展政策为主导,以市场为导向,由企业、政府、农户等多主体协同发力,将设施园艺产业发展成给农户增收、带动相关产业发展的乡村振兴助力产业之一。通过二元Logistic回归分析,选取农户个人特征、农户家庭特征、产业经营情况与农户参与特征等因素作为解释变量,研究和田县设施园艺产业帮扶效果的微观影响因素,找出主要影响因素,为产业发展及帮扶效果提升提供启示。结果表明:农户的年龄、设施园艺经验、家庭平均健康情况、设施园艺收入比重、参加设施园艺帮扶项目时间、设施园艺帮扶项目贷款、参加设施园艺的合作社和与园区合作情况、参加设施农业相关培训等均对和田县设施园艺帮扶效果具有明显影响。可以看出人力资本会以技术进步为中介促进设施园艺产业转型升级,这一过程依靠政策的引导,注重人力资本、高新技术、创意创新的产业帮扶模式的投入。

Negative Landscape Renaissance Driven by the Construction of Modern Garden City

Based on garden city theory,the paper has analyzed the evolution of the idea of modern garden city,and proposed a road for landscape renaissance based on negative landscape.In the perspective of typical negative landscape of ecological damage type and functional change type,by taking urban ecological wetland park planning of Shiling Town in Chengdu City and reconstruction of Beijing 798 Industrial Area into an art area,it considers that negative landscape regeneration is not landscape regeneration simply,but the regeneration of human living environment,and cultural regeneration of humanistic spirit from material regeneration.It is the further development of garden city theory.

徐州园博园会后运营及产业发展对策研究

存量时代下的医疗产业园设计研究——以苏州医药产业园四期为例

云南砚山产业园区对周边大气环境的影响预测分析

对云南砚山产业园区设置近、远期规划二个情景,采用CALPUFF模式和光化学网格模式进行大气环境影响预测。根据预测结果分析,通过产业功能调整对园区现有老企业整改,新建企业严格控制片区排污总量在允许的总量控制指标下,区域总体上仍能满足《GB 3095—2012环境空气质量标准》二级标准,且涉及浴仙湖风景名胜区听湖片区也能满足《GB 3095—2012环境空气质量标准》的一级标准。

Initial Exploration on Garden Synthesis Development

The concept of garden synthesis is defined,and its characteristics and significance are introduced. It is proposed that garden synthesis development should start from leisure experience agriculture,embody the characteristics of harmonious coexistence between man and nature,and coordinated development of ecology,economy and society,adhere to the principle of highlighting feature,cultivating highlights,forming scale,making brand and sustainable development. In this paper,the development model of garden synthesis transferring from idle resource to industry convergence is mainly explored.

Effective decision-making model for hi-tech new product development

In order to identify the effective decision-making factors at the individual NPD project manager level, a new effective decision-making model has been established by introducing the concept of decision-making effectiveness, analyzing the role of expertise, and identifying the major role of expertise and insight with respect to the interfaces between a new product, an organization, customers, technologies and regulations, for the study of the effective decision-making facilitators and inhibitors for a NPD project. The analysis of the unique task conditions for individual decision-makers shows that perceived complexity, uncertainty and time pressure have their negative effect on the effective decision-making process. It is concluded that the flexible, balanced and appropriate use of rational analysis, common sense and intuition is a key effective decision-making factor, and the psychologically ‘active attitude’ of a manager is also an important factor for successful dealing with the difficult task conditions.

On the Planning of Chinese Marine High-tech Industry Demonstration Zones:From the Perspective of Supply-side Structural Reform

China’s national agricultural high-tech industry demonstration zones focus on supply-side structural reform in their overall plan of development.This paper selected the China’s marine industry as its research subject and analyzes its current situation and major problems.After summarizing the current researches of China’s marine industry parks,from the perspective of supply-side structural reform,this paper specifies the tasks and objectives of the construction of the marine hi-tech industry demonstration zones.The overall planning of the demonstration zones must set distinctive developmen as its orientation,and we should emphasize innovation-driven and green development,devise a functional zoning that embraces marine-land and allround integration,and seek mechanism innovations that could invigorate the inner drive of development.The paper also puts forward the major principles that the planning of marine hi-tech industry demonstration zones should obey in the context of supply-side structural reform.

新型农业经营模式促乡村振兴的经验及启示——以日本小布施町田园综合体为例

田园综合体作为多元化综合发展的新型农业经营模式,在实现乡村现代化的过程中具有重要的实践价值。本文以日本田园综合体建设的典型案例长野县小布施町为例,梳理日本田园综合体助力乡村振兴的演进过程及特征。研究发现,田园综合体新型农业经营模式整合了政府、学者、非营利性机构以及农户等多元主体,注重经济、社会和生态视角的融合发展。在产业升级转型中通过第六产业发展实现乡村资源的有效整合与再开发,找到了农村农业现代化和乡村产业升级的实施路径。中国可以借鉴其经验,通过田园综合体建设推进乡村振兴战略实施,挖掘乡村地域特质,活化乡村事业建设;适度给予村民自主自治权,促进农村农民集体发展;坚持生态优先的原则,注重乡土文化重塑和乡村景观美化,从经济、社会、生态等多角度综合建设美丽乡村。

园林工厂视角下的后工业景观更新——以首钢群明湖设计为例

园林工厂是工业现代化进程中出现的一种特殊的景观文化现象和空间实践类型。首先,文章基于中西方不同的文化背景、社会制度、城市格局与自然景观等条件,对比分析了英、美、苏、中园林工厂实践观念的发展历程及影响因素;其次,聚焦北京首钢的园林工厂营造,在物质空间和文本图像两个层面对其历史变迁进行系统梳理,挖掘当代价值;最后,以首钢群明湖片区的后工业景观更新为例,将工业化和园林化遗存同时作为设计研究对象,从重现历史场景、重塑工业自然、重回城市生活三个角度,构建了群明湖技术人文遗存更新的策略和方法。
