Dye molecules are at ...A distinctive method is proposed by simply utilizing ultrasonic technique in Ti02 electrode fabrication in order to improve the optoelectronic performance of dye-sensitized solar cells (DSSCs). Dye molecules are at random and single molecular state in the ultrasonic field and the ultrasonic wave favors the diffusion and adsorption processes of dye molecules. As a result, the introduction of ultrasonic technique at room temperature leads to faster and more well-distributed dye adsorption on TiO2 as well as higher cell efficiency than regular deposition, thus the fabrication time is markedly reduced. It is found that the device based on 40 kHz ultrasonic (within 1 h) with N719 exhibits a Voc of 789 mV, Jsc of 14.94 mA]cm2 and fill factor (FF) of 69.3, yielding power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 8.16%, which is higher than device regularly dyed for 12 h (PCE = 8.06%). In addition, the DSSC devices obtain the best efficiency (PCE = 8.68%) when the ultrasonic deposition time increases to 2.5 h. The DSSCs fabricated via ultrasonic technique presents more dye loading, larger photocurrent, less charge recombination and higher photovoltage. The charge extraction and electron impedance spectroscopy (EIS) were performed to understand the influence of ultrasonic technique on the electron recombination and performance of DSSCs.展开更多

It is confirmed that the theory of burn in and screening is based on the second derivative minimum of burn-in curve, and the new testing method has been given, that is automatic current control (ACC) burn-in and automatic power control (APC) testing. This avoidably bring the errors of testing in only ACC or APC method, which need to monitor and control or test LDs power change by photo-detector (PD) at high temperature, and LDs or PDs must be into the same environment (PD will be burn-in at the same time). Through the experiment, the accelerating burn-in and screening condition of the devices has been confirmed: ACC, 200 mA, 100 ℃, 8 h. This raise work efficiency 12 times than Bellcore standard and save testing fee.展开更多
With Guiteyou 2 as the test mulberry variety, mulberry herbaceous cultivation field was established at the planting densities of 60 000,90 000 and 120 000 plants/hm2, respectively. Hybrid mulberry herbaceous cultivati...With Guiteyou 2 as the test mulberry variety, mulberry herbaceous cultivation field was established at the planting densities of 60 000,90 000 and 120 000 plants/hm2, respectively. Hybrid mulberry herbaceous cultivation test was conducted, with Tongxiangqing mulberry field of mid-fist-form at conventional planting density of 4 995 plants/hm2 as the control. The results showed that the leaf yield of herbaceous cultivation mulberry was closely related to the planting density. With the increasing planting density, the leaf yield per plant was decreasing, but the leaf yield per unit area of mulberry field was increasing. The annual leaf yield per unit area in the mulberry field with the average planting density of 120 000 plants/hm2 was 37 560 kg/hm2, 2.14 times of that of the control field. The moisture content of mulberry leaf in herbaceous cultivation field was 4.74% higher than the control; the contents of crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber and crude ash were 1.264%, 0.014%, 0.744% and 0.002%lower than the control, respectively. Comparison of leaf rearing with herbaceous cultivation mulberry and control mulberry showed that there was no significant difference in growth status of silkworm. The cocoon weight, cocoon shell weight, cocoon yield per 10 000 larvae, cocoon filament length and non-broken filament length of Chuanshan × Shushui were 12.81%, 14.29%, 13.85%, 5.95% and 7.68% lower than the control, respectively; but the percentage of common cocoons was 0.16% higher than the control; the cleanness and neatness were 0.2 and 1.25 points higher than the control;the filament size was 0.196 dtex lower than the control. The cocoon weight, cocoon shell weight, cocoon yield per 10 000 larvae, cocoon filament length and non-broken filament length of Jingsong × Haoyue were 11.06%, 10.20%, 11.53%, 9.46% and 9.03% lower than the control, respectively;but the percentage of common cocoons was 1.77% higher than the control; the cleanness and neatness were 0.12 and 2.50 points higher the control;and the filament size was 0.196 dtex lower than the control.展开更多
Based on Kolmgorov-Johnson-Mehl-Avrami analysis, a new bainite kinetics of high strength low alloy steel in fast cooling process was developed by utilizing different experimental methods. Upper bainite transformation ...Based on Kolmgorov-Johnson-Mehl-Avrami analysis, a new bainite kinetics of high strength low alloy steel in fast cooling process was developed by utilizing different experimental methods. Upper bainite transformation morphological evolutions at a cooling rate of 8.3 K/s were directly observed by laser scanning confocal microscopy. This qualitative analysis suggests that bainite packet is more suitable to give a one-dimensional growth model if it is considered as a transformation unit. The nucleation rate of bainite packets in fast cooling process is assumed to give an a priori item. One-dimensional growth model with constant growth rate which is assumed as a function of cooling rate is adopted as well. Thus, the devel- oped new bainite kinetics is simple in expression and contains an adjustable parameter and an empirical pa rameter. Experimental results show upper bainite and lower bainite transformations in fast cooling processes. Their referential phase volume fractions are calculated by the expanded lever rule on the first derivative dilatometer curves. For the similar transformation mechanisms, upper bainite and lower bainite are considered to give the same kinetics. With considering the Nakamura's equation, the bainite kinetics is fitted with experimental data. Results show that bainite volume fractions and bainite transformation rates can be expressed precisely bY the newly developed bainite kinetics.展开更多
Objective To develop an efficient method for separating and purifying puerarin from the roots of Pueraria lobata.Methods Separation by fast centrifugal partition chromatography(FCPC)was processed with a biphasic sol...Objective To develop an efficient method for separating and purifying puerarin from the roots of Pueraria lobata.Methods Separation by fast centrifugal partition chromatography(FCPC)was processed with a biphasic solvent system composed of ethyl acetate-n-butanol-water(2:1:3).The separation conditions were determined as follows:sample loading of 10 mg,flow rate of 2 mL/min,rotation speed of 2200 r/min,ascending mode,and detection wavelength of 254 nm.High speed countercurrent chromatography(HSCCC)was used as a comparative method with the rotation speed of 800 r/min,flow rate of 2.0 mL/min,and sample loading of 10 mg in tail-to-head mode.Results Puerarin was obtained by FCPC with a resolution of 0.90 and a purity above 99%,while a resolution below 0.50 and a purity below 90%by HSCCC.Compared with HSCCC,FCPC has the advantages with higher purity and better resolution.Conclusion FCPC is a powerful method to separate and purify puerarin.展开更多
