Frame rate is an important metric for ultrasound imaging systems,and high frame rates(HFR)benefit moving-target imaging.One common way to obtain HFR imaging is to transmit a plane wave.Delay-and-sum(DAS)beamformer is a conventional beamforming algorithm,which is simple and has been widely implemented in clinical application.Fourier beamforming is an alternative method for HFR imaging and has high levels of imaging efficiency,imaging speed,and good temporal dynamic characteristics.Nevertheless,the resolution and contrast performance of HFR imaging based on DAS or Fourier beamforming are insufficient due to the single plane wave transmission.To address this problem,a joint DAS and Fourier beamforming method is introduced in this study.The proposed method considers the different distributions of sidelobes in DAS imaging and Fourier imaging and combines the angular spectrum and DAS to reconstruct ultrasound images.The proposed method is evaluated on simulation and experimental phantom datasets to compare its performance with DAS and Fourier beamforming methods.Results demonstrate that the proposed method improves image effective dynamic range and resolution while also retaining a high frame rate of the ultrasound imaging systems.The proposed method improves the effective dynamic range along axial and lateral directions by 10 dB,compared to standard DAS and Fourier beamforming. 展开更多

The high frame rate(HFR)imaging technique requires only one emission event for imaging.Therefore,it can achieve ultrafast imaging with frame rates up to the kHz regime,which satisfies the frame rate requirements for imaging moving tissues in scientific research and clinics.Lu’s Fourier migration method is based on a non-diffraction beam to obtain HFR images and can improve computational speed and efficiency.However,in order to obtain high-quality images,Fourier migration needs to make full use of the spectrum of echo signals for imaging,which requires a large number of Fast Fourier Transform(FFT)points and increases the complexity of the hardware when the echo frequency is high.Here,an efficient algorithm using the spectrum migration technique based on the spectrum’s distribution characteristics is proposed to improve the imaging efficiency in HFR imaging.Since the actual echo signal spectrum is of limited bandwidth,low-frequency and high-frequency parts with low-energy have little contribution to the imaging spectrum.We transform the effective part that provides the main energy in the signal spectrum to the imaging spectrum while the ineffective spectrum components are not utilized for imaging.This can significantly reduce the number of Fourier transform points,improve Fourier imaging efficiency,and ensure the imaging quality.The proposed method is evaluated on simulated and experimental datasets.Results demonstrated that the proposed method could achieve equivalent image quality with a reduced point number for FFT compared to the complete spectrum migration.In this paper,it only requires a quarter of the FFT points used in the complete spectrum migration,which can improve the computational efficiency;thus,it is more suitable for real-time data processing.The proposed spectrum migration method has a specific significance for the study and clinical application of HFR imaging. 展开更多

Background and Aims:This study aimed to evaluate the diagnostic performance of high frame rate contrast-en-hanced ultrasound(H-CEUS)of focal liver lesions(FLLs).Methods:From July 2017 to June 2019,conventional con-trast-enhanced ultrasound(C-CEUS)and H-CEUS were per-formed in 78 patients with 78 nodules.The characteristics of C-CEUS and H-CEUS in malignant and benign groups and the differences between different lesion sizes(1-3 cm,3-5 cm,or>5 cm)of C-CEUS and H-CEUS were examined.The diagnostic performance of C-CEUS and H-CEUS was ana-lyzed.The chi-square test or Fisher’s exact test was used to assess inter-group differences.The receiver operating characteristic curve was plotted to determine the diagnostic performance of C-CEUS and H-CEUS.Results:There were significant differences in the enhancement area,fill-in direc-tion and vascular architecture between C-CEUS and H-CEUS for both benign and malignant lesions(all p=0.000-0.008),but there were no significant differences in washout results(p=0.566 and p=0.684,respectively).For lesions 1-3 cm in size,the enhancement area,fill-in direction,and vascular architecture on C-CEUS and H-CEUS were significantly dif-ferent(all p=0.000),unlike for lesions 3-5 cm or>5 cm in size.For differentiation of malignant from benign FLLs in the 1-3 cm group,H-CEUS showed sensitivity,specific-ity,accuracy,and positive and negative predictive values of 92.86%,95.0%,96.3%,90.48%and 93.75%,respectively,which were higher than those for C-CEUS(75.0%,70.0%,77.78%,66.67%and 72.91%,respectively).Conclusions:H-CEUS provided more vascular information which could help differentiate malignant from benign FLLs,especially for lesions 1-3 cm in size. 展开更多

The CCD driving method is mainly implemented on frame transfer CCDs. Asynchronous drive timing sequences are applied in the image and storage section of the CCDs. Several rows of the charge in the image section are binned onto the same row in the storage section, and there are the same number of images to be stored in the storage section before they are read out. Based on the new driving method, the frame transfer CCDs can work at a very high frame rate in acquiring burst images though the reading speed remains at a lower level. A very high frame rate camera is designed in this paper. The innovative CCD driving method is mainly of concern. An e2v’s CCD60 is adopted in the camera system, whose full size resolution is 128×128, and the up most frame rate is 1000 Hz in the conventional CCD driving method. By using the presented method, the CCD60 based imager is capable of operating at up to 40000 frames per second (fps) at a recognizable resolution of 128×32. Comparing cameras using traditional binning and region of interest technologies, the frame rate is normally less than 5000 fps while the resolution is only 32×32 left. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Liver metastasis of duodenal gastrointestinal stromal tumor(GIST)is rare.Most reports mainly focus on its treatment and approaches to surgical resection,while details on its contrast-enhanced ultrasound(CEUS)findings are lacking.The diagnosis and imaging modalities for this condition remain challenging.CASE SUMMARY A 53-year-old Chinese man presented with mild signs and symptoms of the digestive tract.He underwent routine examinations after GIST surgery.Magnetic resonance imaging showed a 2.3 cm hepatic space-occupying lesion.All the laboratory test results were within normal limits.For further diagnostic confirmation,we conducted high frame rate CEUS(H-CEUS)and found a malignant perfusion pattern.Heterogeneous concentric hyper-enhancement,earlier wash-in than the liver parenchyma,and two irregular vessel columns could be observed at the periphery of the lesion during the arterial phase.Ultrasound-guided puncture biopsy was used to confirm the diagnosis of the lesion as liver metastasis of duodenal GIST.Imatinib was prescribed after biopsy,and the patient’s clinical course was monitored.CONCLUSION H-CEUS is useful for detecting microcirculation differences,wash-in patterns,and vascular morphogenesis and diagnosing liver metastasis of duodenal GIST. 展开更多

One of the major problems in structural fatigue life analysis is establishing structural load spectra under actual operating conditions.This study conducts theoretical research and experimental validation of quasi-static load spectra on bogie frame structures of high-speed trains.The quasistatic load series that corresponds to quasi-static deformation modes are identified according to the structural form and bearing conditions of high-speed train bogie frames.Moreover,a force-measuring frame is designed and manufactured based on the quasi-static load series.The load decoupling model of the quasi-static load series is then established via calibration tests.Quasi-static load–time histories,together with online tests and decoupling analysis,are obtained for the intermediate range of the Beijing—Shanghai dedicated passenger line.The damage consistency calibration of the quasi-static discrete load spectra is performed according to a damage consistency criterion and a genetic algorithm.The calibrated damage that corresponds with the quasi-static discrete load spectra satisfies the safety requirements of bogie frames. 展开更多

By utilizing the current finite element program ANSYS, two types of finite element models (FEM), the beam model (BM) and shell model (SM), are established for the nonlinear stability analysis of a practical rigid frame bridge—Longtanhe Great Bridge. In these analyses, geometrical and material nonlinearities are simultaneously taken into account. For geometrical nonlinearity, updated Lagrangian formulations are adopted to derive the tangent stiffness matrix. In order to simulate the nonlinear behavior of the plastic hinge of the piers, the multi lines spring element COMBIN39 is used in the SM while the bilinear rotational spring element COMBIN40 is employed in the BM. Numerical calculations show that satisfying results can be obtained in the stability analysis of the bridge when the double coupling nonlinearity effects are considered. When a train runs at high speeds, the external exciting frequencies approach the natural frequencies of bogie critical components, thereby inducing strong elastic vibrations. The present international reliability test evaluation standard and design criteria of bogie frames are all based on the quasi-static deformation hypothesis. Structural fatigue damage generated by structural elastic vibrations has not yet been included. In this paper, theoretical research and experimental validation are done on elastic dynamic load spectra on bogie frame of high-speed train. The construction of the load series that correspond to elastic dynamic deformation modes is studied. The simplified form of the load series is obtained. A theory of simplified dynamic load–time histories is then deduced. Measured data from the Beijing–Shanghai Dedicated Passenger Line are introduced to derive the simplified dynamic load–time histories. The simplified dynamic discrete load spectra of bogie frame are established. Based on the damage consistency criterion and a genetic algorithm, damage consistency calibration of the simplified dynamic load spectra is finally performed. The computed result proves that the simplified load series is reasonable. The calibrated damage that corresponds to the elastic dynamic discrete load spectra can cover the actual damage at the operating conditions. The calibrated damage satisfies the safety requirement of damage consistency criterion for bogie frame. This research is helpful for investigating the standardized load spectra of bogie frame of high-speed train. 展开更多

The current method of estimating the fatigue life of railway structures is to calculating the equivalent stress amplitude based on the measured stress data. However, the random of the measured data is not considered. In this paper, a new method was established to compute the equivalent stress amplitude to evaluate the fatigue damage based on the measurable randomness, since the equivalent stress is the key parameter for assessment of structure fatigue life and load derivation. The equivalent stress amplitude of a high-speed train welded bogie frame was found to obey normal distribution under uniform operation route that verified by on-track dynamic stress data, and the proposed model is, in effect, an improved version of the mathematical model used to calculate the equivalent stress amplitude. The data of a long-term, on-track dynamic stress test program was analyzed to find that the normal distribution parameters of equivalent stress amplitude values differ across different operation route. Thus, the fatigue damage of the high-speed train welded bogie frame can be evaluated by the proposed method if the running schedule of the train is known a priori. The results also showed that the equivalent stress amplitude of the region connected to the power system is more random than in other regions of the bogie frame. 展开更多

This paper describes an investigation of a high-strength concrete frame reinforced with high-strength rebars that was tested in the structure engineering laboratory at Shenyang Jianzhu University. The frame specimen was pseudo- dynamically loaded to indicate three earthquake ground motions of different hazard levels, after which the test specimen was subjected to a pseudo-static loading. This paper focuses on the design, construction and experiment of the test frame and validation of the simulation models. Research shows that a high-strength concrete frame reinforced with high-strength rebars is more efficient and economical than a traditional reinforced concrete frame structure. In addition to the economies achieved by effective use of materials, research shows that the frame can provide enough strength to exceed conventional reinforced concrete frames and provide acceptable ductility. The test study provides evidence to validate the performance of a high- strength concrete frame designed according to current seismic code provisions. Based on previous test research, a nonlinear FEM analysis is completcd by using OpenSees software, The dynamic responses of the frame structure are numerically analyzed, The results of the numerical simulation show that the model can calculate the seismic responses of the frame by OpenSees. At the same time, the test provides additional opportunities to validate the performance of the simulation models. 展开更多

Dynamic sensitivity analysis elucidated the relationship between the maximum stress and the thickness of a particular beam,e. g.,top,middle,and bottom beam. Displacement was analyzed by the key part that influenced the maximum stress. Finally,the new plan using BS960 super-high-strength beam steel and the preferred beam thickness was compared with the original plan. The orbital angular momentum(OAM)of light has been implemented as an information carrier in OAM holography.Holographic information can be multiplexed in theoretical unbounded OAM channels,promoting the applications of optically addressable dynamic display and high-security optical encryption.However,the frame-rate of the dynamic extraction of the information reconstruction process in OAM holography is physically determined by the switching speed of the incident OAM states,which is currently below 30 Hz limited by refreshing rate of the phase-modulation spatial light modulator(SLM).Here,based on a cross convolution with the spatial frequency of the OAM-multiplexing hologram,the spatial frequencies of an elaborately-designed amplitude distribution,namely amplitude decoding key,has been adopted for the extraction of three-dimensional holographic information encoded in a specific OAM information channel.We experimentally demonstrated a dynamic extraction frame rate of 100 Hz from an OAM multiplexing hologram with 10 information channels indicated by individual OAM values from-50 to 50.The new concept of cross convolution theorem can even provide the potential of parallel reproduction and distribution of information encoded in many OAM channels at various positions which boosts the capacity of information processing far beyond the traditional decoding methods.Thus,our results provide a holographic paradigm for high-speed 3D information processing,paving an unprecedented way to achieve the high-capacity short-range optical communication system. 展开更多

High-performance connection frames are of great significance for ultra-high acceleration and ultra-precision positioning in macro-micro motion platforms. This paper first takes the connection frame as a research object,builds a finite element model(FEM) of the natural frequency of the frame, and then verifies the correctness of this model. The frequency sensitivity method is then used to perturb the structural parameters of the FEM of the connection frame, and the sensitivities of the first-order natural frequency and mass of the corresponding structural parameters are obtained by calculation and analysis. The design variables are also determined. The natural frequency is used as the optimization objective, and the design parameters and mass of the connection frame are constrained. The structural parameters of the connecting frame are obtained through optimization, and the model is built and verified by experiments. The results show that the first-order natural frequency of the connecting frame is effectively improved by the frequency sensitivity method, avoids resonance between the connecting frame and the voice coil motor, and realizes the lightweight design of the connection frame. This research provides a reliable basis for the stable operation and ultra-precision positioning of ultra-high acceleration macro-motion platforms. 展开更多

近断层脉冲型随机地震动模拟方法及结构动力可靠度研究

以集集脉冲型地震动记录为数据集建立了一种改进的参数化近断层脉冲型随机地震动模型.首先,采用MP03模型和人工蜂群算法从实际地震动记录提取低频脉冲部分,建立随机低频脉冲模型;采用谱表示-随机函数法生成高频部分,二者叠加生成近断层... 以集集脉冲型地震动记录为数据集建立了一种改进的参数化近断层脉冲型随机地震动模型.首先,采用MP03模型和人工蜂群算法从实际地震动记录提取低频脉冲部分,建立随机低频脉冲模型;采用谱表示-随机函数法生成高频部分,二者叠加生成近断层脉冲型随机地震动.然后,采用蒙特卡罗模拟(MCS)法和直接概率积分法(DPIM)分别研究非线性单自由度体系和高层框架结构在不同类型地震动作用下的动力可靠度.结果表明:DPIM与MCS法计算结果相比基本吻合,但计算效率得到较大提升,可以很好地用于非线性结构的时变可靠度研究;脉冲型地震动与非脉冲型地震动相比能够对结构造成更大的变形,极大降低了结构的可靠度,且近断层距越小影响越显著,低频脉冲是使结构可靠度降低的主要因素,而高频部分对结构可靠度的影响较小. 展开更多

高强钢框架GD形偏心支撑结构中耗能梁段采用Q355钢,非耗能构件(即框架梁和柱)采用高强度钢材,形成一种新型结构体系.耗能梁段在结构遭遇罕遇地震时充分发挥塑性变形耗能,保护高强钢框架处于弹性受力状态,高强钢框架GD形偏心支撑结构由... 高强钢框架GD形偏心支撑结构中耗能梁段采用Q355钢,非耗能构件(即框架梁和柱)采用高强度钢材,形成一种新型结构体系.耗能梁段在结构遭遇罕遇地震时充分发挥塑性变形耗能,保护高强钢框架处于弹性受力状态,高强钢框架GD形偏心支撑结构由于在塑性状态下结构刚度发生改变,其层剪力分布模式不再符合基于强度的设计理论,因此,本文研究了高强钢框架GD形偏心支撑结构在多水准地震动状态下的层剪力分布模式.本文设计了四种不同层数(4层,8层,12层和16层)和三种不同耗能梁段长度(900mm,1000mm和1100mm)的高强钢框架GD形偏心支撑结构,输入40条近场脉冲地震和40条远场地震记录,得到结构在多遇地震、设防地震、罕遇地震以及极罕遇地震下的层剪力分布模式,并对罕遇地震下的层剪力分布模式进行参数标定,获取塑性状态下结构的弹塑性侧向力分布状态. 展开更多

探究数字经济时代体育企业高质量发展的驱动路径,对体育产业转型升级和实现经济新增长具有重要战略意义。选取120家体育企业作为研究样本,从TOE理论框架出发,运用组态思维和QCA方法,从技术创新、组织优化、市场环境三个维度解构影响体... 探究数字经济时代体育企业高质量发展的驱动路径,对体育产业转型升级和实现经济新增长具有重要战略意义。选取120家体育企业作为研究样本,从TOE理论框架出发,运用组态思维和QCA方法,从技术创新、组织优化、市场环境三个维度解构影响体育企业高质量发展的多重并发因素和复杂因果机制。研究发现:盈利能力是体育企业高质量发展的必要条件,与融资约束、政府补助一起构成企业高质量发展的核心条件。驱动路径共有三条:(1)技术驱动型路径。成熟型体育企业借助专利产品销售带来研发资金回笼,促进新一轮研发活动,实现企业创新的良性内循环。(2)组织驱动型路径。发展型体育企业通过践行数字化转型战略,增强组织运营效率和数字化营销手段,扩大企业盈收。(3)技术—环境驱动型路径。中小微型体育企业依托政府补贴与税收政策,实现对专利研发的外在激励,增强企业自主创新能力与核心竞争力,进而实现高质量发展。 展开更多
