目的比较第三代双源Force CT大螺距Turbo Flash与回顾性心电门控冠状动脉成像(CTCA)图像质量及辐射剂量。方法收集2023年1-3月接受CTCA检查患者136例,采用大螺距Turbo Flash P组、回顾性心电门控R组,按照心率≤65次/min分P1、R1组,心率&... 目的比较第三代双源Force CT大螺距Turbo Flash与回顾性心电门控冠状动脉成像(CTCA)图像质量及辐射剂量。方法收集2023年1-3月接受CTCA检查患者136例,采用大螺距Turbo Flash P组、回顾性心电门控R组,按照心率≤65次/min分P1、R1组,心率>65次/min分P2、R2组,对冠状动脉图像质量进行主观评分,比较剂量长度乘积(DLP)、辐射剂量(ED)。结果P组95.36%、R组95.72%的节段能够满足图像质量要求(P>0.05),P组及R组的年龄、BIM、心率、心率变化值、DLP、ED差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05),P组DLP为44.100(34.8,52.32)mGy·cm,ED为0.617(0.5,0.7)mSv,R组DLP为425.500(365.0,489.1)mGy·cm,ED为5.957(5.0,6.8)mSv,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。图像质量评分右冠状动脉、总体评分P1与P2、P2与R2差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),余冠脉分段差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),结论Force CT大螺距Turbo Flash扫描模式图像质量佳、成功率高,有效辐射剂量低,可作为低心率患者的优选检查方法,高心率患者所得冠状动脉图像能够满足诊断要求。 展开更多

Nowadays, a highly integrated valve?controlled cylinder(HIVC) is applied to drive the joints of legged robots. Although the adoption of HIVC has resulted in high?performance robot control, the hydraulic force system still has problems, such as strong nonlinearity, and time?varying parameters. This makes HIVC force control very diffcult and complex. How to improve the control performance of the HIVC force control system and find the influence rule of the system parameters on the control performance is very significant. Firstly, the mathematical model of HIVC force control system is established. Then the mathematical expression for parameter sensitivity matrix is obtained by applying matrix sensitivity analysis(PSM). Then, aimed at the sinusoidal response under(three factors and three levels) working conditions, the simulation and the experiment are conducted. While the error between the simulation and experiment can’t be avoided. Therefore, combined with the range analysis, the error in the two performance indexes of sinusoidal response under the whole working condition is analyzed. Besides, the sensitivity variation pattern for each system parameter under the whole working condition is figured out. Then the two sensitivity indexes for the three system parameters, which are supply pressure, proportional gain and initial displacement of piston, are proved experimentally. The proposed method significantly reveals the sensitivity characteristics of HIVC force control system, which can make the contribution to improve the control performance. 展开更多

The strict definition and logical description of the concept of structure stability and failure are presented. The criterion of structure stability is developed based on plastic complementary energy and its variation. It is presented that the principle of minimum plastic complementary energy is the combination of structure equilibrium, coordination condition of deformation and constitutive relationship. Based on the above arguments, the deformation reinforcement theory is developed. The structure global stability can be described by the relationship between the global degree of safety of structure and the plastic complementary energy. Correspondingly, the new idea is used in the evaluations of global stability, anchorage force of dam-toe, fracture of dam-heel and treatment of faults of high arch dams in China. The results show that the deformation reinforcement theory provides a uniform and practical theoretical framework and a valuable solution for the analysis of global stability, dam-heel cracking, dam-toe anchorage and reinforcement of faults of high arch dams and their foundations. 展开更多

The control parameters... A narrow strip is used to control mean and fluctuating forces on a circular cylinder at Reynolds numbers from 2.0 ×10^4 to 1.0 ×^ 10^5. The axes of the strip and cylinder are parallel. The control parameters are strip width ratio and strip position characterized by angle of attack and distance from the cylinder. Wind tunnel tests show that the vortex shedding from both sides of the cylinder can be suppressed, and mean drag and fluctuating lift on the cylinder can be reduced if the strip is installed in an effective zone downstream of the cylinder. A phenomenon of mono-side vortex shedding is found. The strip-induced local changes of velocity profiles in the near wake of the cylinder are measured, and the relation between base suction and peak value in the power spectrum of fluctuating lift is studied. The control mechanism is then discussed from different points of view. 展开更多

However, in most areas of China, the terrains are mountainous and hilly. Some projects have to be built on steep slopes. Choosing viaducts or half-bridges on high-steep slopes is not only conducive to the protection of the surrounding environment, but also conducive to the stability of the slope. Bridges usually choose the form of pile </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">foundation-high pier bridge. This paper uses numerical simulation to study and analyze the bridge pile foundation of the slope section. Relying on actual</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> engineering, use the finite element software ABAQUS6.14 to establish a three-dimensional finite element model to study the bearing mechanism and mechanical characteristics of the pile foundation under vertical load, horizontal load and inclined load, discuss the influence of the nature of the soil around the pile and the stiffness of the pile body on the deformation and internal force of the bridge pile foundation in the slope section. The analysis results show that the horizontal load has a great influence on the horizontal displacement of the pile, but has a small influence on the vertical displacement, and the vertical load is just the opposite. Inclined load has obvious “p-Δ” effect. The increase in soil elastic modulus and pile stiffness will reduce the displacement of the pile foundation, but after reaching a certain range, the displacement of the pile foundation will tend to be stable. Therefore, in actual engineering, if the displacement of the pile foundation fails to meet the requirements, the hardness of the soil and the stiffness of the pile can be appropriately increased, but not blindly. 展开更多

A laboratory setup was developed to investigate irregular wave uplift loads on exposed high-pile jetties. It is shown that the dimensionless uplift load increases to the maximum with an increasing relative clearance and then decreases. The relative clearance corresponding to the peak force is linked to a range from 0.4 to 0.8. When the relative clearance exceeds a certain value, the wave can not reach the underside of the deck and the force becomes zero. Distinct trends of dimensionless force with a relative width of deck show that the force tends to decrease as the relative deck width increases, and then the decrease slows down after the relative deck width increases or decreases to a certain value. The pressure distribution length associated with the maximum uplift force is equivalent to the wave contact width x. When x is larger than the width of deck B, it is taken as B. The statistical distribution of loads obeys the Weibull distribution. The results from the analyses of the real data suggest a new dimensionless prediction model on wave-in-deck uplift loads and the conversion ratio between wave loads at different exceedance probabilities. A comparison is made between the new prediction model and the existing widely used three prediction models. These results are used as useful references for structural design of the jetty. 展开更多

A new method to calculate and counterbalance the inertia force of slider-crank mechanisms in high-speed mechanical presses was put forward. By analyzing the kinematic characteristics of a center-located slider-crank mechanism whose crank rotates at a constant angular velocity,the kinematic parameters of the slide,connecting rod and crank were formulated approximately. On the basis of the results above,three inertia forces and the input moment in the mechanism during its idle running were investigated and formulated by dynamic analysis. A verification experiment was performed on a slider-crank mechanism at a high-speed press machine. The forces derived from the established formulas were compared respectively with those obtained by the ADAMS software and the classical method of connecting rod mass substitution. It was experimentally found that the proposed formulas have an improved performance over related earlier techniques. By use of these results,a 1 000 kN 1 250 rpm four-point high-speed press machine was designed and manufactured. The slide of this press is driven by four sets of slider-crank mechanisms with symmetrical layout and opposite rotation directions to counterbalance the horizontal inertia forces. Four eccentric counterbalance blocks were designed to counterbalance the vertical force after their mass and equivalent eccentric radius were formulated. The high-speed press machine designed by the proposed counterbalance method has worked with satisfactory performance and good dynamic balance for more than four years in practical production. 展开更多

This paper proposes a new technique which introduces the high-order single-step-β method(HSM)into the experimental study on the substructure pseudo-dynamic testing(SPDT).The technique is based on the proposed concept of equivalent shear stiffness which can meet the requirement of the HSM algorithm.A study is done to theoretically validate the technique by the numerical analysis of two-storey shear building structure,in comparison of the proposed substructure pseudo-dynamic testing algorithm with the central difference method(CDM).Then,a full-scale SPDT model,the three-storey frame-supported reinforced concrete short-limb masonry shear wall structure,is designed and tested to simulate the seismic response of the corresponding six-storey structure and verify the proposed force control HSM technique.Meanwhile,the techniques of both stiffness correction and force control are suggested to control algorithmic error,control error and measurement error.The results indicate that the force control HSM can be used in the full-scale multi-degree-of-freedom(MDOF)substructure pseudo-dynamic testing before descent segment of structure restoring force properties. 展开更多

Newton’s theory of gravitation has been outdated by relativity theory explaining specific phenomena like perihelion precession of Mercury, light deflection and very recently the detection of gravitational waves. But the disappearance of the obvious gravitational force and the variation of time are arguable concepts difficult to directly prove. Present methodology is based on hypotheses as expressed in a previous article: a universal time and an inertial mass variable according to the Lorentz factor (which could not be envisioned at Newton’s age). Because this methodology is mainly stood on Newtonian mechanics, it will be called neo-Newtonian mechanics. This theory is in coherence with the time of the Quantum Mechanics. In Newtonian mechanics, all forces, including gravitational force, are deducted from the linear momentum. Introducing the variable inertial mass, the result of the demonstration is an updated expression of the net force at high velocity: F = γ<sup>3</sup>m<sub>g</sub>a. If such a factor in γ<sup>3</sup> can look a bit strange at first sight for a force, let us remind that the lost energy in a synchrotron is already measured in γ<sup>4</sup>. In order to investigate the forced transverse vibration of rolls under distributed draught pressure and moment of bending roll force,the forced transverse vibration model of rolls for four-high rolling mill was established. The work roll and backup roll were considered as elastic continuous bodies that were joined by a Winkler elastic layer. According to Euler-Bernoulli beam theory,the forced transverse vibration of rolls was analyzed based on modal superposition method. The forced vibration equations were established when the draught pressure and moment of bending roll force were imposed on the rolls respectively. Numerical modeling was made on 2 030 mm cold tandem rolling mill of Baoshan Iron and Steel Company. Simulation results show that when the work roll is only subjected to different forms of draught pressures,the vibration curves of work roll and backup roll are quadratic curves with amplitudes of 0.3 mm and 45 μm,respectively. When only the moments of bending roll force are imposed on the work roll and backup roll,the vibration curves of work roll and backup roll are quadratic curves,and the amplitudes are 5.0 and 1.6 μm,respectively. The influence of moment of bending roll force on the vibration of work roll is related with the bending roll force. 展开更多

In this work, an in-situ ozone treatment is carried out to improve the interface thermal stability of HfO_2/Al_2O_3 gate stack on germanium(Ge) substrate. The micrometer scale level of HfO_2/Al_2O_3 gate stack on Ge is studied using conductive atomic force microscopy(AFM) with a conductive tip. The initial results indicate that comparing with a non insitu ozone treated sample, the interface thermal stability of the sample with an in-situ ozone treatment can be substantially improved after annealing. As a result, void-free surface, low conductive spots, low leakage current density, and relative high breakdown voltage high-κ/Ge are obtained. A detailed analysis is performed to confirm the origins of the changes.All results indicate that in-situ ozone treatment is a promising method to improve the interface properties of Ge-based three-dimensional(3D) devices in future technology nodes. 展开更多

Milling Process Simulation is one of the important re search areas in manufacturing science. For the purpose of improving the prec ision of simulation and extending its usability, numerical algorithm is more and more used in the milling modeling areas. But simulative efficiency is decreasin g with increase of its complexity. As a result, application of the method is lim ited. Aimed at above question, high-efficient algorithm for milling process sim ulation is studied. It is important for milling process simulation’s applicatio n. Parallel computing is widely used to solve the large-scale computation question s. Its advantages include system flexibility, robust, high-efficient computing capability and high ratio of performance to price. With the development of compu ter network, utilizing the computing resource in the Internet, a virtual computi ng environment with powerful computing capability can be consisted by microc omputers, and the difficulty of building hardware environment which is used to s upport parallel computing is reduced. How to use network technology and parallel algorithm to improve simulative effic iency for milling forces simulation is investigated in the paper. In order to pr edict milling forces, a simplified local milling forces model is used in the pap er. End milling cutter is assumed to be divided by r number of differential elem ents along the axial direction of the cutter. For a given time, the total cuttin g forces can be obtained by summarizing the resultant cutting force produced by each differential cutter disc. Divide the whole simulative time into some segmen ts, send these program’s segments to microcomputers in the Internet and obtain the result of the program’s segments, all of the result of program’s segments a re composed the final result. For implementing the algorithm, a distributed Parallel computing framework is de signed in the paper. In the framework, web server plays a role of controller. Us ing Java RMI(remote method interface), the computing processes in computing serv er are called by web server. There are lots of control processes in web server a nd control the computing servers. The codes of simulative algorithm can be dynam ic sent to the computing servers, and milling forces at the different time are c omputed through utilizing the local computer’s resource. The results that are ca lculated by every computing servers are sent to the web server, and composed the final result. The framework can be used by different simulative algorithm.
