The influence of fuel pressure fluctuation on multi-injection fuel mass deviation has been studied a lot,but the fuel pressure fluctuation at injector inlet is still not eliminated efficiently.In this paper,a new type of hydraulic filter consisting of a damping hole and a chamber is developed for elimination of fuel pressure fluctuation and multi-injection fuel mass deviation.Linear model of the improved high pressure common-rail system(HPCRS)including injector,the pipe connecting common-rail with injector and the hydraulic filter is built.Fuel pressure fluctuation at injector inlet,on which frequency domain analysis is conducted through fast Fourier transformation,is acquired at different target pressure and different damping hole diameter experimentally.The linear model is validated and can predict the natural frequencies of the system.Influence of damping hole diameter on fuel pressure fluctuation is analyzed qualitatively based on the linear model,and it can be inferred that an optimal diameter of the damping hole for elimination of fuel pressure fluctuation exists.Fuel pressure fluctuation and fuel mass deviation under different damping hole diameters are measured experimentally,and it is testified that the amplitude of both fuel pressure fluctuation and fuel mass deviation decreases first and then increases with the increasing of damping hole diameter.The amplitude of main injection fuel mass deviation can be reduced by 73%at most under pilot-main injection mode,and the amplitude of post injection fuel mass deviation can be reduced by 92%at most under main-post injection mode.Fuel mass of a single injection increases with the increasing of the damping hole diameter.The hydraulic filter proposed by this research can be potentially used to eliminate fuel pressure fluctuation at injector inlet and improve the stability of HPCRS fuel injection. 展开更多

Injection recovery is an important measure for increasing the oil recovery rate of an oil field. One way is that centrifugal pumps or plunger pumps are used in an injection station to responsible for injection over a large area under the same pressure. This method is ineffective for low-permeability layers. For the oilfields in dispersed distribution in the marginal areas of Daqing, the low water-absorbing section needs an injection with a high delivery pressure and a low discharge capacity; another way is to install the submersible electric pump upside down, but because the submersible electric pump and the motor are underground, it is difficult for installation and maintenance. Introduced in this paper is the development and application of a surface high-pressure injection device with a submersible electric pump. Bysuccessful resolving some problems, such as the axial force of the submersible electric pump, sealing, level regulation of the pump, coaxiality and vibration, the device has the good points of running smoothly, moving easily, installation and maintains quickly and long period of running. This device can effectively solve the injection of the low water-absorbing section and of oilfields in dispersed locations. The recovery rate of oilfields is also enhanced. 展开更多

Electrochemical CO reduction reaction(CORR) provides a promising approach for producing valuable multicarbon products(C_(2+)), while the low solubility of CO in aqueous solution and high energy barrier of C–C coupling as well as the competing hydrogen evolution reaction(HER) largely limit the efficiency for C_(2+)production in CORR. Here we report an overturn on the Faradaic efficiency of CORR from being HER-dominant to C_(2+)formation-dominant over a wide potential window, accompanied by a significant activity enhancement over a Moss-like Cu catalyst via pressuring CO. With the CO pressure rising from 1 to 40 atm, the C_(2+)Faradaic efficiency and partial current density remarkably increase from 22.8%and 18.9 mA cm^(-2)to 89.7% and 116.7 mA cm^(-2), respectively. Experimental and theoretical investigations reveal that high pressure-induced high CO coverage on metallic Cu surface weakens the Cu–C bond via reducing electron transfer from Cu to adsorbed CO and restrains hydrogen adsorption, which significantly facilitates the C–C coupling while suppressing HER on the predominant Cu(111) surface, thereby boosting the CO electroreduction to C_(2+)activity. 展开更多

The law of water effect on gas desorption was obtained after water invasion through experiment for the first time. The results show that water's later invasion not only can make the quantity of gas dcsorp- tion greatly reduced, but also can make gas desorption end early. Hydrogen has gained much attention in recent years since it is one of fuels for fuel cells. It emits no carbon dioxide when it is used and so on. In this study, a great rate production of high pressure hydrogen rich gas from glycerol/water/metal mixtures was developed since glycerol has become one of the enormous industrial by-products, especially from biodiesel processing plants. It was found that cobalt was the optimum metal additive among tested metals of aluminum, cobalt, magnesium and nickel in terms of a hydrogen producing rate, a hydrogen partial pressure and a conversion ratio from 50 mol% glycerol/water mixtures under an operating temperature of 723 K. Concretely, hydrogen rich gas with concentration about 64%<sub>H<sub>2</sub></sub> and high partial pressure about 4 MPa<sub>N,H<sub>2</sub></sub> could be produced at the great producing rate of 42.9 L<sub>N,H<sub>2</sub></sub> dm<sup>-2</sup>min<sup>-1</sup> and high conversion ratio about 60%<sub>H<sub>2</sub></sub>. All the produced hydrogen rich gases from glycerol/water/metal mixtures were by no means inferior to pure hydrogen as a fuel for the polymer elec-trolyte fuel cell. 展开更多

The soluable pesticides injected into the trunk can transported insides to every part of the tree to kill pests. The change of pesticides inside the tree was observed. The result showed that injecting pesticides once a year could kill above 80% of the pests which happened once annually. The effect of injection lasts longer than that of applying the pesticide outside. The pesticides injected into the tree are not affected by environment and do not kill natural enemies directly,and the residual amount of pesticides is below the international standard level. 展开更多

The establishment of biosafety system is of enormous importance to the livestock and poultry production in terms of mitigating the transmission of diseases and implementing regional prevention and control measures.However,the current sterilization technology presents several drawbacks,including time-consuming procedures,chemical residues,and challenges in treating the sewage after rinsing.In this study,a novel cleaning and sterilization method that combines slightly acidic electrolyzed water and high pressure water-jet was developed.An orthogonal test was conducted to examine the correlation between high-pressure conditions and the various non-structural parameters on the efficacy of sterilization rate.In a field test,the effectiveness of the technology in cleaning pig transfer vehicles was evaluated by the total plate count and variations of community composition.The findings revealed that the combination of process parameters,including an available chlorine concentration of 200 mg/L,rinsing pressure of 170 bar,rinsing duration of 10 s,and residence time of 15 min,resulted in a removal rate of colony concentration on the surface of pig transfer vehicles of(96.50±0.91)%.Moreover,it was demonstrated to effectively inhibit a variety of pathogenic bacteria.The innovative cleaning system has the potential to replace traditional methods and reduces pollution while saving time and labor.It introduces a novel approach for sterilization of transportation in livestock and poultry farms as well as the biosafety construction of the animal husbandry. 展开更多

The diffusion coefficient of natural gas in foamy oil is one of the key parameters to evaluate the feasibility of gas injection for enhanced oil recovery in foamy oil reservoirs. In this paper, a PVT cell was used to measure diffusion coefficients of natural gas in Venezuela foamy oil at high pressures, and a new method for deter- mining the diffusion coefficient in the foamy oil was de- veloped on the basis of experimental data. The effects of pressure and the types of the liquid phase on the diffusion coefficient of the natural gas were discussed. The results indicate that the diffusion coefficients of natural gas in foamy oil, saturated oil, and dead oil increase linearly with increasing pressure. The diffusion coefficient of natural gas in the foamy oil at 20 MPa was 2.93 times larger than that at 8.65 MPa. The diffusion coefficient of the natural gas in dead oil was 3.02 and 4.02 times than that of the natural gas in saturated oil and foamy oil when the pressure was 20 MPa. However, the gas content of foamy oil was 16.9 times higher than that of dead oil when the dissolution time and pressure were 20 MPa and 35.22 h, respectively. 展开更多

Fuel injection characteristics experiment is performed on the GD-1 system. And double-factor variance analysis is applied to investigate the influence of the rail pressure and injection pulse width on the consistency of fuel injection quantity, thus to test whether the design of structure parameters is sound accordingly. The results of experiment and test show that rail pressure and injection pulse width as well as their mutual-effect have no influence on the injection quantity consistency, which proves that the structure parameters design is successful and performance of GD-1 system is sound. 展开更多

In the high water cut stage, the most effective way of increasing oil production was to extract liquid and increase oil. The processing capacity of oilfield fluid was limited by the conditions. By using Petrel-RE-2017 software, combining reservoir engineering and percolation mechanics methods, this paper analyzes the effect of large-scale liquid pumping, expand coverage and shut-in coning in oil reservoirs with bottom water, and formulates the adjustment strategy of single well production structure of the whole oilfield. It was confirmed that large-scale liquid production can expand coverage and shutting down well can reduce water cut. It can provide reference and guidance for oil field with strong bottom water when it encounters bottleneck of liquid treatment capacity. 展开更多

The BZ19-6 gas field is characterized by high temperature and high pressure (HTHP), high condensate content, little difference between the formation pressure and dew point pressure, and large amount of reverse condensate liquid. During the early stage of depletion development, the production gas-oil ratio (GOR) and production capacity remain relatively stable, which is inconsistent with the conventional reverse condensate seepage law. In view of the static and dynamic conflict in development and production, indoor high-temperature and high-pressure PVT experiment was carried out to reveal the mist-like condensation phenomenon of fluids in the BZ19-6 formation. And the seepage characteristics of condensate gas reservoirs with various degrees of depletion under the condition of HTHP were analyzed based on production performance. The change rule of fluid phase state was analyzed in response to the characterization difficulties of the seepage mechanism. The fluid state was described using the miscible mechanism. And the interphase permeability interpolation coefficient was introduced based on interfacial tension. By doing so, the accurate characterization of the “single-phase flow of condensate gas-near-miscible mist-like quasi single-phase flow-oil-gas two-phase flow” during the development process was achieved. Then the accurate fitting of key indicators for oilfield development was completed, and the distribution law of formation pressure and the law of condensate oil precipitation under different reservoir conditions are obtained. Based on research results, the regulation strategy of variable flow rate production was developed. Currently, the work system has been optimized for 11 wells, achieving a “zero increase” in the GOS of the gas field and an annual oil increase of 22,000 cubic meters. 展开更多

To explore the influence of stress sensitivity on production, the variable outlet back pressure stress sensitivity experiments were applied to test core sample permeability under different burden pressure and obtain the relational expression of power function of core stress sensitivity. Afterwards, new productivity equation is deduced in consideration of reservoir stress sensitivity, and the affection of stress sensitivity on production is analyzed. The result demonstrates close link between stress sensitivity and productivity, since single well production decreases dramatically when reservoir stress sensitivity has been taken into account. This research is constructive for well-testing data interpretation in stress sensitive gas reservoirs. 展开更多

天然气水合物是突破世界能源瓶颈的重要潜在能源,广泛分布于深海沉积物和陆域永冻土。水合物赋存在高压低温环境下,储层厚度达数十至百米,大尺度储层重力场显著影响其开采时的液气渗流、储层变形和传热过程,进而影响开采产气效率且可能... 天然气水合物是突破世界能源瓶颈的重要潜在能源,广泛分布于深海沉积物和陆域永冻土。水合物赋存在高压低温环境下,储层厚度达数十至百米,大尺度储层重力场显著影响其开采时的液气渗流、储层变形和传热过程,进而影响开采产气效率且可能诱发工程灾变。研发了一套能够在超重力场下模拟大尺度水合物储层长历时开采演变过程的离心模型试验装置,主要由高压釜系统、水合物制备模块、水压力控制模块、水合物开采模块、监测与响应模块组成。该装置能够在100g超重力下伺服调控高压釜内气液压力和温度环境,在模型尺度上有效再现水合物储层应力、温度和荷载条件。在系统介绍装置研发思路和技术特色的基础上,通过100g下水合物储层模型降压分解试验探析了原位等效重力场下储层不同深度处孔压演化规律及开采产气特性,再现了Nankai海槽原位试采产气速率峰值模式,为揭示水合物储层开采相变多相多场耦合机制和灾变防控提供了新的研究手段。 展开更多

玛湖凹陷风城组属于具有物源多、岩性复杂、整体含油、甜点分散等特征的混积型碱湖沉积,为了对页岩油进行高效勘探和开发,需要对页岩油地质甜点优选。以高压压汞、岩石热解等实验结果为基础,对玛页1井风城组储集层及其页岩油可动性等进... 玛湖凹陷风城组属于具有物源多、岩性复杂、整体含油、甜点分散等特征的混积型碱湖沉积,为了对页岩油进行高效勘探和开发,需要对页岩油地质甜点优选。以高压压汞、岩石热解等实验结果为基础,对玛页1井风城组储集层及其页岩油可动性等进行评价,构建页岩油地质甜点优选模型,评价页岩油地质甜点垂向分布特征。结果表明:孔隙度、总有机碳含量、脆性矿物含量和游离烃含量与100倍总有机碳含量之差分别是评价风城组储集层储集性能、含油性、脆性和页岩油可动性的参数;利用4个参数构建页岩油地质甜点优选模型,玛页1井风城组一类、二类和三类页岩油地质甜点的页岩油甜点因子分别为大于0.2823、0.0111~0.2823和小于0.0111;玛页1井风城组一类页岩油地质甜点主要分布在风二段上部和风三段,岩性以泥岩和白云质泥岩为主。 展开更多

大庆榆树林油田扶杨油层属低孔、特低渗透储层,针对以往开发过程中存在注水困难、压裂有效期短、水驱开发难以有效动用的问题,开展CO_(2)驱油技术现场试验。从经济性、技术适应性、配套工艺成熟性等角度对采油工程方案进行综合评价,优... 大庆榆树林油田扶杨油层属低孔、特低渗透储层,针对以往开发过程中存在注水困难、压裂有效期短、水驱开发难以有效动用的问题,开展CO_(2)驱油技术现场试验。从经济性、技术适应性、配套工艺成熟性等角度对采油工程方案进行综合评价,优选出单、双管分层注入工艺、高气液比举升工艺、注采两端个性化防腐工艺及物理化学组合解冻堵工艺等CCUS采油工程技术。结果表明:试验区投产初期及目前生产情况均达到了油藏预测指标;采出井平均泵效及检泵周期与外围油田平均水平相持平,注气井与采出井腐蚀速率小于行业指标;实现CO_(2)有效埋存108.9×10^(4) t,比水驱预测采出程度提高采收率4.39百分点,取得较好的驱油开发效果。研究成果为CCUS示范区的高效建设提供了技术支撑,开辟了大庆油田外围难采储量有效动用的新途径。 展开更多

套管螺纹密封性是影响周期性高速注采作业的储库气井安全性的关键因素,因此保证储气库井的密封性完整极其重要。需要重点研究储气库井注采过程中对其套管柱密封性的影响,特别是循环注采过程中产生的交变载荷对储气库套管柱特殊螺纹接头... 套管螺纹密封性是影响周期性高速注采作业的储库气井安全性的关键因素,因此保证储气库井的密封性完整极其重要。需要重点研究储气库井注采过程中对其套管柱密封性的影响,特别是循环注采过程中产生的交变载荷对储气库套管柱特殊螺纹接头密封结构性能的影响。基于有限元法理论,针对中国北部某储气库井所选用的特殊螺纹接头,结合储气库井实际工况和现场数据,建立套管接头螺纹有限元计算模型,研究了循环注采条件下,温度、注采压力、轴向载荷及点蚀对储气库套管螺纹密封状态的影响。结果表明,温度对套管螺纹接头的结构完整性和密封完整性影响较小,注采压力、轴向载荷和点蚀对其影响较大,需控制在一个较低值。研究可为储气库井套管柱密封失效判定及其套管柱设计提供参考。 展开更多

为了进一步认识制约煤系气合采的因素,提高煤系合层排采各产层的产气贡献,分别从动力、通道和气源条件出发,分析了煤系气合采的必备因素。基于改变地应力状态提高储层导流能力以及分层改变储层流体压力,满足多层合采动力条件的原理,提... 为了进一步认识制约煤系气合采的因素,提高煤系合层排采各产层的产气贡献,分别从动力、通道和气源条件出发,分析了煤系气合采的必备因素。基于改变地应力状态提高储层导流能力以及分层改变储层流体压力,满足多层合采动力条件的原理,提出了地面井分层卸压的煤系气合采方式。该方式通过在地面进行定向钻井,在目标储层中进行高压水射流作业,人工创造卸压空间(缝、槽、穴等),改变地应力状态,降低有效应力伤害,增加储层导流通道的数量和开度,提高目标储层压降传递速率。待储层压力降至符合煤系气合采动力条件时进行合层排采,从而提高煤系合采各产气层的产气贡献。相较于常规增产改造措施,此方式能够减少煤系气储层在有效应力作用下的储层伤害,且有助于提高储层压降传递效率,增强煤系气的解吸和扩散,降低多层煤系气合采过程中的层间干扰。在以上研究基础上,认为地面井分层卸压的合采方式主要适用于储层地应力大、产层间距小的煤系气储层,且有望在薄互层煤系气储层增产改造及层间干扰严重的叠合共生煤系储层开发领域进行应用推广。 展开更多
