Accurate gas viscosity determination is an important issue in the oil and gas industries.Experimental approaches for gas viscosity measurement are timeconsuming,expensive and hardly possible at high pressures and high temperatures(HPHT).In this study,a number of correlations were developed to estimate gas viscosity by the use of group method of data handling(GMDH)type neural network and gene expression programming(GEP)techniques using a large data set containing more than 3000 experimental data points for methane,nitrogen,and hydrocarbon gas mixtures.It is worth mentioning that unlike many of viscosity correlations,the proposed ones in this study could compute gas viscosity at pressures ranging between 34 and 172 MPa and temperatures between 310 and 1300 K.Also,a comparison was performed between the results of these established models and the results of ten wellknown models reported in the literature.Average absolute relative errors of GMDH models were obtained 4.23%,0.64%,and 0.61%for hydrocarbon gas mixtures,methane,and nitrogen,respectively.In addition,graphical analyses indicate that the GMDH can predict gas viscosity with higher accuracy than GEP at HPHT conditions.Also,using leverage technique,valid,suspected and outlier data points were determined.Finally,trends of gas viscosity models at different conditions were evaluated. 展开更多

By use of the filter analysis technique, the Complex Empirical Othogonal Function (CEOF) method and the ECMWF/WMO 2.5°×2.5°grid data of the geopotential heights during the summer months in 1988, an interseasonal process that the western Pacific subtropical high (WPSH) was anomalously far to the north in the first and second ten days of July is studied. It has been found that in the western Pacific subtropical region in the first and second ten days of July,it is the continuous assembly of low frequency geopotential waves (LFGWs) that leads to the abnormality of WPSH. This abnormality emerges with the enhancement of wave assembling and ceases while the wave assembling situation disappears. The structure of the low frequency assembling waves corresponds to the structure of subtropical high in its abnormal period. The effect of the assembling waves on the abnormality of subtropical high can be considered as the accumulation of disturbance energy carried by the low frequency waves from different directions in the western Pacific region. 展开更多

The displacement feedback with time delay considered is introduced in order to enhance the vibration isolation performance of a high-static-low-dynamic stiffness(HSLDS) vibration isolator. Such feedback is detailedly analyzed from the viewpoint of equivalent damping. Firstly, the primary resonance of the controlled HSLDS vibration isolator subjected to a harmonic force excitation is obtained based on the multiple scales method and further verified by numerical integration. The stability of the primary resonance is subsequently investigated. Then, the equivalent damping is defined to study the effects of feedback gain and time delay on primary resonance. The condition of jump avoidance is obtained with the purpose of eliminating the adverse effects induced by jumps. Finally, the force transmissibility of the controlled HSLDS vibration isolator is defined to evaluate its isolation performance. It is shown that an appropriate choice of feedback parameters can effectively suppress the force transmissibility in resonant region and reduce the resonance frequency. Furthermore, a wider vibration isolation frequency bandwidth can be achieved compared to the passive HSLDS vibration isolator. 展开更多

Machine learning methods, one type of methods used in artificial intelligence, are now widely used to analyze two-dimensional (2D) images in various fields. In these analyses, estimating the boundary between two regions is basic but important. If the model contains stochastic factors such as random observation errors, determining the boundary is not easy. When the probability distributions are mis-specified, ordinal methods such as probit and logit maximum likelihood estimators (MLE) have large biases. The grouping estimator is a semiparametric estimator based on the grouping of data that does not require specific probability distributions. For 2D images, the grouping is simple. Monte Carlo experiments show that the grouping estimator clearly improves the probit MLE in many cases. The grouping estimator essentially makes the resolution density lower, and the present findings imply that methods using low-resolution image analyses might not be the proper ones in high-density image analyses. It is necessary to combine and compare the results of high- and low-resolution image analyses. The grouping estimator may provide theoretical justifications for such analysis. 展开更多

Diagnostic techniques of CEOF, power spectrum and bandpass filter wave are applied in this paper to analyze the seasonal northward beating of the northern subtropical high using day to day geopotential fields of 2.5 ×2.5 at 500 hPa May through July in 1988 and 1991. It is concluded that it is globally observed that the subtropical high has northward beats that propagate westward; the source of beating mainly lies in the region of Arabian Sea and central Pacific and the sink in eastern Pacific; the seasonal beating is dominated by effects of the disturbance field; low frequency oscillation plays a key role in the beating and the westward propagation so that the difference in the latter in individual years is caused by the varying source of disturbance and the low frequency waves it excites. 展开更多

In this experiment, the contents of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride(TG),low-density lipoprotein(LDL), high-density lipoprotein(HDL) were used as indexes to observe the effects of warming-reinforcing method on rabbit’s lipide, liopoprotein. The results indicated that in the warming-reinforcing group, TC decreased markedly and HDL increased obviously with significant difference as compared with the twirling-reinforcing group:TC and LDL also decreased, but no significant differencte as compared with the twirling-reinforcing group. Warming-reinforcing method can decrease lipids more effectively than twirling-reinforcing method. 展开更多

研究了采用水热法制备壳聚糖微球(HTCC),再通过环氧化-胺化改性法制备胺基改性壳聚糖吸附材料(AHTCC)并用于吸附废水中的低浓度铀。利用红外光谱仪、元素分析仪、热重分析仪等对AHTCC的结构、组分和热稳定性进行表征,并考察了AHTCC对铀... 研究了采用水热法制备壳聚糖微球(HTCC),再通过环氧化-胺化改性法制备胺基改性壳聚糖吸附材料(AHTCC)并用于吸附废水中的低浓度铀。利用红外光谱仪、元素分析仪、热重分析仪等对AHTCC的结构、组分和热稳定性进行表征,并考察了AHTCC对铀的吸附、解吸性能。结果表明:在pH=5~8条件下,AHTCC对溶液中铀的吸附效果较好;铀吸附平衡质量浓度为120 mg/L左右时,吸附量达最大,为151.6 mg/g;铀吸附速率在反应最初60 min较快,180 min时达到吸附平衡;以80 g/L Na_(2)CO_(3)+20 g/L NaHCO_(3)作解吸剂,铀解吸率为97.5%;对于含杂离子浓度较高的实际含铀废水,经AHTCC单次吸附,铀的去除率可达95.6%。 展开更多

目的:分析DRG支付方式下,包括高倍率病例和低倍率病例在内的特殊病例费用特征及其影响因素,为降低医疗费用、减轻患者负担和完善DRG支付方式改革提供参考。方法:选取某三甲综合医院2022年全年所有特殊病例的病案首页数据,采用描述性分... 目的:分析DRG支付方式下,包括高倍率病例和低倍率病例在内的特殊病例费用特征及其影响因素,为降低医疗费用、减轻患者负担和完善DRG支付方式改革提供参考。方法:选取某三甲综合医院2022年全年所有特殊病例的病案首页数据,采用描述性分析和单因素分析对特殊病例的影响因素进行分析,并通过结构方程模型分析各影响因素间的作用路径和影响程度。结果:纳入高倍率病例1281例(占总病例2.78%),其中治疗费用花费最多(占16.29%),费用最少的是诊察费(占0.79%);低倍率病例3266例(占7.09%),其中手术费用花费最多(占31.51%),费用最少的是诊疗费(占1.61%)。性别、年龄、住院天数、科室类别、医保付费方式、并发症均是特殊病例住院费用的影响因素(P<0.05)。结构方程模型结果显示,科室类别对费用的影响最大,性别对费用的影响最小。结论:调整医疗费用结构,缩短患者的住院天数,合理使用DRG支付方式,从而降低医疗费用、提高诊疗效率,实现总体控费目标。 展开更多

Analysis and Simulation of the Influence of Electromagnetic Fields on Living Beings near HV Power Lines Using the FDTD Method

Recent decades have seen rapid advances in the field of electrical engineering, such that our environment has become a sea of electrical and magnetic signals, raising questions about the possible effects of low-frequency electromagnetic fields on the environment and which are capable of modifying and destroying our ecosystem. Particular interest was given in this article due to a massive influx of population living near high voltage lines. The analysis and simulation of the influence of low frequency electromagnetic fields on living beings in the vicinity of high voltage sources 132 kV and 220 kV in urban areas in DR Congo is the subject of our research with a view to estimating the level of exposure of humans to low frequency electromagnetic fields. To carry out our research, we used the classic method of analyzing the field produced near a high voltage line based on Maxwell’s image theory, the Maxwell-Gauss theorem and Maxwell-Ampère theorem to model and quantify low-frequency electromagnetic fields in the vicinity of high-voltage lines. The 2D FDTD numerical formulation was developed from telegraphers’ equations and allowed us to obtain models of current and voltage induced by electromagnetic fields on living beings below and near HV lines. The different simulations carried out on the proposed models illustrate the effects of the electrical and geometric parameters of the pylons on the distribution of the electromagnetic field in the vicinity of the HV lines. The results obtained were compared to the safety limits recommended by the standards. 展开更多

Based on the principle of transient perturbation analysis,in this paper,a method to objectively determine the weather pattern formed by sea fog is provided.On the basis of the classification results,the circulation situation,divergence and vertical velocity field,and the vertical profile of temperature and humidity are synthesized and analyzed.The basic characteristics of the circulation and physical field of sea fog under low pressure control(L type sea fog)are obtained,and the results are compared with the sea fog under the control of high pressure(H type sea fog):a)L type sea fogs potential height anomaly disturbance is mainly manifested in the low layer,and its average value is-65.66 gpm,gradually weakening upward;b)L type sea fogs inversion structure is weaker than H type sea fogs when it occurs,the fog layer is thicker and the high relative humidity level is high over the fog layer,while the H type sea fogs fog layer has a relatively obvious dry layer;c)L sea fog has three layers of structure at the vertical direction.The first layer 1000-950 hPa is convergence accompanied by weak rise and subsidence,the second layer 950-850 hPa is divergence accompanied by weak subsidence,and the third layer 850 to 500hPa is gradually strengthened.While there are two layer structures of the H type sea fog.1000 hPa is divergence accompanied by weak rising and sinking movement,950-500 hPa is a uniform subsidence movement.d)Probability density statistical analysis further quantified the vertical movement of L and H type sea fog and the distribution of relative humidity in each layer.These conclusions provide an important reference for forecasting the sea fog in the northwest of the Yellow Sea under the condition of low pressure circulation in summer. 展开更多

为研究船舶结构用钢EH36钢焊接接头焊趾处应力集中对高低周复合疲劳的影响,对不同焊缝形貌20 mm厚EH36钢双面全熔透对接接头进行高低周复合疲劳试验.研究发现,高低周复合疲劳对接头寿命的降低幅度随着高周应力比的增大而增大;结合数字... 为研究船舶结构用钢EH36钢焊接接头焊趾处应力集中对高低周复合疲劳的影响,对不同焊缝形貌20 mm厚EH36钢双面全熔透对接接头进行高低周复合疲劳试验.研究发现,高低周复合疲劳对接头寿命的降低幅度随着高周应力比的增大而增大;结合数字图像相关法测量结果分析,发现焊趾处应力集中系数越大,接头的高低周复合疲劳寿命越低,其降低幅度随着高周应力比的增大而增大.基于试验数据对模型进行验证,结果表明,应力集中系数高的接头疲劳寿命低且寿命预测结果分散性增大;Palmgren-Miner模型和Zhu模型由于未充分考虑高低周耦合损伤作用,导致寿命预测结果相对危险.修正后Zhu模型在充分考虑低周疲劳对高低周复合疲劳寿命的影响后,预测寿命大于实际寿命的预测点较少,预测结果相对安全,且分散性较小,误差也较小. 展开更多

目的探讨急性脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化与血清中高迁移率族蛋白(HMGB)、脂联素和氧化低密度脂蛋白(oxLDL)表达水平的相关性。方法回顾性选取2021年9月至2023年9月唐山市人民医院收治的80例急性脑梗死患者作为急性脑梗死组,梗死类型:轻... 目的探讨急性脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化与血清中高迁移率族蛋白(HMGB)、脂联素和氧化低密度脂蛋白(oxLDL)表达水平的相关性。方法回顾性选取2021年9月至2023年9月唐山市人民医院收治的80例急性脑梗死患者作为急性脑梗死组,梗死类型:轻度梗死(梗死直径<3.0 cm)30例,中度梗死(梗死直径3.0~5.0 cm)30例,重度梗死(梗死直径>5.0 cm)20例;颈动脉粥样硬化:内膜粗糙28例,稳定斑块36例,不稳定斑块16例;选取80名无脑血管梗死的体检老年人作为对照组。检测两组研究对象血清中HMGB、脂联素和oxLDL的表达水平,并比较不同梗死类型、不同颈动脉粥样硬化急性脑梗死患者的血清中HMGB、脂联素和oxLDL表达水平,分析急性脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化与血清中HMGB、脂联素和oxLDL表达水平的相关性。结果急性脑梗死组患者的血清中HMGB和oxLDL的表达水平分别为(25.47±5.15)ng/L、(5.22±1.04)mU/L,均明显高于对照组[(3.61±1.21)ng/L、(2.61±0.45)mU/L],脂联素的表达水平为(9.52±1.25)mg/L,明显低于对照组[(17.17±2.16)mg/L],差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。轻度梗死、中度梗死、重度梗死急性脑梗死患者的血清中HMGB和oxLDL的表达水平均逐渐升高,脂联素的表达水平逐渐降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。内膜粗糙、稳定斑块、不稳定斑块急性脑梗死患者的血清中HMGB和oxLDL的表达水平均逐渐升高,脂联素的表达水平逐渐降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。急性脑梗死患者颈动脉粥样硬化程度与血清中HMGB和oxLDL的表达水平均呈显著正相关(r=0.503、0.532,P<0.05),与脂联素表达水平呈显著负相关(r=-0.601,P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死患者血清中HMGB和oxLDL的表达水平明显升高,脂联素的表达水平明显降低,血清HMGB、脂联素和oxLDL的表达水平与颈动脉粥样硬化病情显著相关,将有效依据提供给了临床诊治急性脑梗死。 展开更多

[目的]气候变化新形势下,进一步筛选适宜西北地区抗寒、抗抽干葡萄砧木品种,可为葡萄免埋土栽培推广提供理论依据和技术支撑。[方法]本文以41Bmgt、Riparia、420Bmgt、101-14、196-17、44-53ma、110R、Rupestris du Lot、SO4、161-490、1103P、5BB、3309、Leon Millt共14种13年生葡萄砧木为试材,通过测定离体一年生枝条累计失水速率,结合田间调查葡萄砧木存活率和离体一年生枝条抽干率,以此来评价不同葡萄砧木品种抗抽干能力;结合前人研究及砧木品种特性,采用高低温交变试验箱模拟低温的方法,设置4(对照)、-15、-20、-25和-30℃一系列温度梯度水平,测定不同葡萄砧木一年生枝条相对电导率、丙二醛、游离脯氨酸、可溶性糖及可溶性蛋白5个生理生化指标,利用隶属函数法进行综合评价不同葡萄砧木的抗寒性。[结果]不同葡萄砧木的抗抽干能力由强到弱依次为:3309>161-490>196-17>Leon Millt>420Bmgt>44-53ma>Riparia>110R>1103P>SO4>101-14>41Bmgt>5BB>Rupestris du Lot;随着处理温度的降低,不同葡萄砧木枝条的抗寒指标总体呈现上升趋势,但不同品种之间存在差异。根据隶属函数的综合分析,结果显示各葡萄砧木的抗寒性由强到弱依次为:SO4>196-17>Leon Millt>5BB>Riparia>44-53ma>420Bmgt>1103P>3309>110R>Rupestris du Lot>101-14>41Bmgt>161-490。[结论]Riparia、196-17、44-53ma和Leon Millt具有较强的抗抽干能力和抗寒性,可作为我国西北地区免埋土葡萄砧木使用。 展开更多

寒门何以出贵子:农村低收入群体收入跃升的机会不平等

机会平等是实现低收入群体收入跃升的重要前提。本文基于2015—2021年中国社会状况综合调查数据,将“环境—努力”机会均等分析框架引入农村低收入群体收入跃升的影响因素研究中,采用相异指数衡量农村低收入群体陷入低收入状态的收入机... 机会平等是实现低收入群体收入跃升的重要前提。本文基于2015—2021年中国社会状况综合调查数据,将“环境—努力”机会均等分析框架引入农村低收入群体收入跃升的影响因素研究中,采用相异指数衡量农村低收入群体陷入低收入状态的收入机会不平等程度,运用非参数条件推断树方法测算农村低收入群体陷入低收入状态的机会不平等系数,并进一步讨论了环境因素对农村低收入群体陷入低收入状态的机会不平等的直接影响和间接影响。研究发现:2015—2021年,农村低收入群体陷入低收入状态的机会不平等系数为0.2356—0.2925,说明农村居民收入跃升的机会不平等程度较高;农村低收入群体性别差异对机会不平等的影响最大,其次是地区和年龄。随着时间的变化,户口迁移和父母务农的农村低收入群体,机会差异对农村低收入群体陷入低收入状态的影响逐渐增加;环境因素通过教育渠道和就业渠道间接影响农村低收入群体陷入低收入状态的收入机会不平等的贡献度为43.34%—55.65%,其中,教育渠道的贡献度为34.34%—43.87%,就业渠道的贡献度仅有6.07%—14.26%。本文的研究结论为更好地保障农村低收入群体发展机会平等,助力农村低收入群体收入跃升提供了理论依据。 展开更多

24158例人乳头瘤病毒基因检测结果分析

目的:回顾性分析广西壮族自治区南宁市女性人乳头瘤病毒(humanpapillomavirus,HPV)的感染情况、基因分型及年龄的分布特征,为宫颈癌的早期筛查、诊断和治疗提供参考依据。方法:收集2020年4月-2022年12月在广西南宁市第二人民医院妇科门... 目的:回顾性分析广西壮族自治区南宁市女性人乳头瘤病毒(humanpapillomavirus,HPV)的感染情况、基因分型及年龄的分布特征,为宫颈癌的早期筛查、诊断和治疗提供参考依据。方法:收集2020年4月-2022年12月在广西南宁市第二人民医院妇科门诊、妇科住院部及体检中心就诊的女性宫颈脱落细胞标本24158例,应用聚合酶链式反应和导流杂交法检测样本中人乳头瘤病毒的21种基因分型,分析不同年龄段HPV的感染状况、高危型和低危型分布情况、感染型别的情况。结果:在24158例标本中,4745例检查出感染HPV,感染率为19.64%;检测出HPV基因型别6546例,其中高危型别5231例,在总阳性例数中的比例为79.91%,低危型别1315例,所占的比例为20.09%,单一型别感染3527例,双重型别感染865例,三重及以上型别感染353例。其中居前五位的高危型基因型别依次为HPV53型、HPV59型、HPV18型、HPV52型、HPV56型,居前三位的低危型基因型别依次为HPV11、HPV42型、CP8304型。其中≤20岁患者占38.43%(362/942),41~50岁患者占14.44%(735/5091)。结论:24158例样本中,HPV感染率达19.64%,高危型感染以HPV53型、HPV59型、HPV18型、HPV52型、HPV56型为主,低危型感染以HPV11、HPV42、CP8304型为主,高危型别的检出率均高于低危型别。因此定期对青年和中老年女性群体HPV筛查,科普HPV知识,提高多价HPV疫苗的人群接种率,对于预防HPV感染及早期诊断、临床治疗具有重大意义。 展开更多
