Construction and Quality Assurance of Outstanding Applied Horticultural Talent Training Curriculum System under the Background of New Agricultural Science:A Case Study of Huaiyin Institute of Technology

Huaiyin Institute of Technology is taken as the research object.The content of horticulture curriculum system under the background of new agricultural science is constructed and elaborated,including theoretical curriculum system of"three platforms and seven curriculum groups"and practice system of"two platforms,three levels and four modules".Moreover,the quality assurance strategy of the curriculum system is discussed from three angles of enhancing professional emotion,enhancing professional practice and strengthening innovation ability,to reach the training objective of outstanding applied horticultural talents under the background of new agricultural science.

Representation of an Electrical Engineering Curriculum Using an Ontology of Controlled Quality

A curriculum is a complex system that includes a set of core competencies, objectives, contents, methodological and evaluation criteria, regulation among other things. In order to represent a curriculum as a piece of software the common tools used are databases, trees and lists of courses. However, none of these tools can capture the deep and complex relationships among the elements of a curriculum. To avoid this problem, a more complete representation of an engineering curriculum using ontologies has been developed. This paper presents the construction of an ontology for undergraduate electrical engineering curriculum domain at Universidad Nacional de Colombia, which aims to represent, organize, formalize and standardize the knowledge of this domain, so that it can be shared and reused by different groups of people in the field of education and engineering. The ontology includes four curriculum aspects： knowledge in electrical engineering, skills in engineering, electrical engineering curriculum and regulation. For the ontology development, Methontology was selected as methodology and Protege as implementation tool. In addition, there is a proposal of documentation for this methodology, based on principles of quality management systems. This ontology is designed in order to be used in any field of engineering.

Cultivate Innovative and Entrepreneurial Qualities among Medical Students through Curriculum Ideology and Politics

As the main body of promoting the development of medical science and technology, medical students play an extremely important role in promoting the construction of new medical science. New medicine is a new concept based on the development of traditional medicine, breaking the discipline barrier, aiming to cultivate composite talents, taking reality as the orientation, and combining with the Internet, big data and artificial intelligence. As the main place for training medical talents, medical colleges and universities should integrate classroom ideology and politics with the new medical background to improve medical students’ professional knowledge, professional ethics, humanistic quality and scientific and technological quality, promote the cultivation of medical students’ innovative spirit, and further innovate medical theories, technologies and concepts. It lays a solid foundation for cultivating top medical talents with both innovative thinking and cultural self-confidence and building an innovative country.

Research on the Construction and Quality Improvement of Art Curriculum in Rural Primary Schools

Curriculum quality is the foundation of education development and the core element of primary education and teaching.It is a key indicator to measure and evaluate the level of educational development in a country and region.Curriculum quality needs to be examined not only from the perspective of the degree of achievement of the preset curriculum goals,but also from the perspective of students’subjective feelings and experiences.Art course is the core service provided by the school for students,and the quality of the course is judged by the acquisition and development of students.At the same time,the value of aesthetic education also calls for the reform and improvement of the fine arts curriculum,which requires the fine arts curriculum in all stages in rural areas to get closer and change in this direction.After the promulgation of art curriculum standards,the fine arts curriculum of rural primary schools should follow high quality standards,which is a process of optimization and iteration of various elements of primary art curriculum.The fine arts curriculum of rural primary schools needs to meet the exploration needs of current students,effectively and appropriately develop excellent local resources while enriching the curriculum content,introduce the essence of regional culture and art,improve the evaluation of curriculum quality,and form a scientific curriculum management system,so as to promote the sustainable development of students.According to this understanding,we can improve the quality of art curriculum in rural primary schools from four dimensions:curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum implementation,and curriculum evaluation.

Quality of Nursing Courses as Perceived by Students: Relationship with Their Academic Achievement in Palestine College of Nursing

The purpose of this study was to determine the Bachelor Science of Nursing (BSN), student’s perceptions of the quality of nursing courses taught at Palestine College of Nursing (PCN), which were fundamentals of nursing course, adult nursing course, pediatric nursing course, maternity nursing course, community nursing course, mental health and psychiatric nursing course and nursing management and leadership course, and its relationship with their academic achievement. The Palestine College of Nursing is governmental and Ministry of Health (MOH) affiliated. The sample included 467 nursing students registered in the college who studied the previously mentioned nursing courses. Data were collected using a self-administered questionnaire developed by the researcher, and guided by literature. That was to assess the included nine quality dimensions of the nursing courses as perceived by the students. Content validity and reliability tests were done for the tool. The study revealed that the total students’ perceptions of the quality of all nurses courses were within average quality level (80.42%). The nursing management course and community health nursing course were of the first two ranks of high quality level (84.54%, and 84.48%, respectively), where mental health and psychiatric nursing course, fundamentals of nursing course, adult health nursing course, pediatric nursing course and maternity health nursing course were the next ranks of average quality level. The study revealed that students’ perceptions of seven dimensions from nine were with average quality level (80.50%). The first rank was the “teacher/instructor characteristics and attributes”, dimension of high quality level (84.44%), while the last rank was “teaching methodology” dimension of average quality level (77.54%). There was a positive relationship between students’ achievement and the courses’ quality dimensions, pertaining objectives of the course, contents of the course, teacher/instructor competencies, teacher characteristics, teaching methodology, students/teacher interaction and course evaluation. The study recommended improving the quality of nursing courses for better level and to improve the quality of some dimensions like using different teaching strategies, the quality of clinical settings, and improve the quality of nursing instructors in some clinical areas. Finally the researcher recommend for further studies about concerning quality in nursing education.

From Small Activities to Big Life:The Dilemma and Implementation Path to Discipline Integration in Middle Schools Pointing to Qualities

The cross-integration of middle school disciplines is the current trend and the need of education,but it is faced with difficulties in practice.The article mainly adopts the observation method and literature research method,analyzes the dilemma with three aspects,and put forward the progressive four-step implementation path.Respectively,schools and teachers can set up teaching objectives pointing to the core qualities of disciplines firstly,organize teaching materials to carry out small interdisciplinary activities in class secondly,then integrate teachers to launch big project-based learning and interdisciplinary activities,finally create comprehensive curriculum pointing to comprehensive qualities.

人才是第一资源,经济学人才更是推动产业结构优化升级,提升国家整体竞争力,实现经济高质量发展的重要引擎。因而,培养具备较高德育素养的经济学人才是高等教育的重要目标。良好的培养模式是提升经济学人才德育素养的主要推力,其中,课程设置是培养模式的核心组成部分,该文在立德树人视角下,使用问卷调查数据,实证检验课程设置对经济学专业人才的德育素养影响。研究结果表明,课程设置对高校学生德育培养具有显著促进作用,其中课程设置对学生创新能力的影响最大。高校应不断更新优化课程设置,包括增加实践性课程的比重,加强学生综合素质教育以培养创新思维和实践能力,提供多种形式的实践机会等方面提升经济学专业人才的德育素养。

工科专业实践类课程质量标准体系研究

工科专业实践类课程的质量对达成本科人才培养目标非常重要。工程教育专业认证标准对实践类课程的设置及质量提出了要求,但目前实践类课程的质量标准体系存在缺失、内容不完备或标准不统一等问题。基于工程认证对实践类课程的相关要求,结合面向产出的教育理念,分析得到影响实验类、实习类、设计类(含课程设计和毕业设计)课程质量的共性因素有教学基本条件、教学实施过程及教学效果三项,并将其作为质量标准的一级指标。在一级指标中又列出具体观测点作为二级指标,二级指标在总体一致的基础上以个别指标考虑个性因素。最后分析了基于质量标准,按照不同评价目的制定质量评价表的方法。建立的质量标准体系内容全面、指标统一,便于进行横向比较,可促进实践类课程质量的监控和持续改进。

推进新时代体育院校本科人才培养方案的改革是提高人才培养质量、服务国家体育事业发展的迫切需要。制定体育院校本科人才培养方案的目标是构建一个科学、系统且高效的教育体系,以全面培养德智体美劳高素质体育人才,为体育院校的持续发展注入强劲动力。通过对人才培养方案实施过程的分析,发现:人才培养目标定位不准确、课程体系不够合理、教学方法不得当、实践教学环节比较薄弱、质量控制体系不完备等现实问题仍然不同程度地存在。因此,本文基于上述问题,提出了以下纾解路径:确立高素质人才培养目标,对接市场需求;优化课程体系,均衡专业与通识教育;创新体育教育理念和教学方法;强化职业素养培养与实践环节;优化本科人才培养质量控制机制。
