To examine whether there is a co-alignment relationship between environment risk, capital structure, growth and high-tech firm performance, the environment risk was measured from the viewpoint of environment change, the long-term debt ratio was adopted as the measure of the capital structure, and the total asset growth and sales growth were chosen to measure the growth of high-tech firms. Regression analysis shows that there is a significant relationship between environment risk, growth and performance of hightech firms measured by the return on equity and cash flow, respectively. 展开更多

This study, with the shake table experiments in the National Earthquake Engineering Research Center, investigated the seismic behavior of automation stocker system. The automation stocker system provided a fast and effective method for stocking products in the high-tech facilities. Firstly, the original machine tests for testing common stocker system were to investigate the seismic capacity and failing modes. Secondly, the team completed 2 kinds of reinforcement tests to investigate the seismic behavior: 1) the installation of bracing to improve overall stiffness;2) the installation of the viscous dampers to improve the overall damping ratio. In comparing the results and performance of the three experiments, we learned from the results of the top-layer acceleration: the installation of bracing had the largest acceleration value, the original machine the second acceleration value and the damper the lowest acceleration value;the best effect was the installation of the damper. The result of the comparison of the top floor displacement meter showed that the highest data was the original machine;the second data was with the damper, the lowest data was the installation of the bracing. Based on the preliminary assessment on the best seismic retrofit ways of the storage system, we further examined the feasibility and applicability of automatic storage seismic retrofit in the high-tech factory. 展开更多

炼油工艺过程中,分馏系统的用能优化是换热网络能量优化的必然要求。以荆门石化3.5Mt/a常减压蒸馏装置为例,利用Aspen Plus和Aspen Energy Analyzer软件,对常压塔以及换热网络的用能情况进行分析,提出能量优化利用思路:变工况条件下,首... 炼油工艺过程中,分馏系统的用能优化是换热网络能量优化的必然要求。以荆门石化3.5Mt/a常减压蒸馏装置为例,利用Aspen Plus和Aspen Energy Analyzer软件,对常压塔以及换热网络的用能情况进行分析,提出能量优化利用思路:变工况条件下,首先优化分馏系统操作参数,再以此为条件,优化换热网络结构,才能实现整个网络的能量优化。利用Aspen Plus软件的模型分析功能,确定了常压塔底汽提蒸汽、常压炉出口温度、中段回流以及侧线的最佳操作参数,为换热网络的夹点分析提供基础数据;在分馏塔操作优化基础上,对现有换热网络进行夹点分析,找出最优夹点温差,求得现有换热网络最高理论换热终温(317.7℃),为进一步优化换热网络提出了目标;通过建立现有换热网络的网格图,找出跨夹点换热的换热器(总共有5台),为换热网络的改进提供了方向。 展开更多

基于ABA-tech的零件拣选工位人因分析与改善 被引量:4

运用ABA-tech软件,从体力工作负荷、作业环境、脑力工作负荷等三个方面对某工厂零件拣选工位工人作业进行数据采集和分析评价。结果表明,该工位的人因评价指数为64,存在着工作点过肩、弯腰工作时间过长、肩肘肌肉负荷大、节拍时间过短... 运用ABA-tech软件,从体力工作负荷、作业环境、脑力工作负荷等三个方面对某工厂零件拣选工位工人作业进行数据采集和分析评价。结果表明,该工位的人因评价指数为64,存在着工作点过肩、弯腰工作时间过长、肩肘肌肉负荷大、节拍时间过短等问题。在对上述问题进行原因分析后,根据设施规划、人因工程等相关理论提出改变拣选区布局、改善拣选车与零件标签位置、调整周期供货量等改善方案。改善后的工人作业环境与工作效率都得到了提升,工人行走距离减少27.1%;工作时间减少30.0%;工作节拍更均衡,改善了工人在节拍较短单元作业困难现象,工人疲劳程度明显降低,人因评价指数提高21.8%。 展开更多

[目的]研究有机硅表面活性剂Tech-408和Fairland2408对农药雾滴在烟草叶片上覆盖面积的影响,寻找提高农药使用效率的途径。[方法]将10%吡虫啉乳油稀释3 000倍,分别加入有机硅表面活性剂Fairland2408和Tech-408以及农乳500#后,采用连续拍摄的方法,测试直径范围为340~360μm单个雾滴在‘NC471’、‘云110’和‘T66’3种烟叶片上的蒸发时间和覆盖面积,重点研究Fairland2408和Tech-408对药液雾滴在烟草叶片上覆盖面积的影响规律。[结果]表面活性剂不同,雾滴覆盖面积的扩展程度也不同。当Tech-408、Fairland2408和农乳500#的添加比例为0.03%时,雾滴覆盖面积在上述3种烟叶片上扩展的平均倍数分别为8.1、6.4倍和1.2倍。表面活性剂添加比例不同,其对农药雾滴覆盖面积的影响程度也明显不同。随着Tech-408、Fairland2408和农乳500#的添加比例从0.03%增加到0.1%,雾滴在‘T66’烟叶片上覆盖面积分别增大了39.8%、156.1%和53.3%。[结论]有机硅表面活性剂Tech-408和Fairland2408和其添加比例均对吡虫啉在烟叶上的雾滴覆盖程度有明显影响。 展开更多

This model can model various MOS device structures with combinations of high-k dielectric materials and multilayer gate stacks,revealing quantum effects on the device performance. Comparisons are made for gate current behavior between nMOSFET and pMOSFET high- k gate stack structures. The results presented are consistent with experimental data, whereas a new finding for an optimum nitrogen content in HfSiON gate dielectric requires further experimental verifications. 展开更多
