Requirements ranking based on crowd-sourcing high-end product USs

Based on the characteristics of high-end products,crowd-sourcing user stories can be seen as an effective means of gathering requirements,involving a large user base and generating a substantial amount of unstructured feedback.The key challenge lies in transforming abstract user needs into specific ones,requiring integration and analysis.Therefore,we propose a topic mining-based approach to categorize,summarize,and rank product requirements from user stories.Specifically,after determining the number of story categories based on py LDAvis,we initially classify“I want to”phrases within user stories.Subsequently,classic topic models are applied to each category to generate their names,defining each post-classification user story category as a requirement.Furthermore,a weighted ranking function is devised to calculate the importance of each requirement.Finally,we validate the effectiveness and feasibility of the proposed method using 2966 crowd-sourced user stories related to smart home systems.

面向国家发展需求的人文地理学高端智库报告选题与撰写思路探析

[目的/意义]通过对从事人文地理学领域及国家重大科研任务具体实践的总结,提炼高端智库报告撰写的基本思路与方法,为高端智库建设提供支持。[方法/过程]采用面向国家发展需求的典型智库报告的深入解剖分析方法,总结出高端智库报告的基本特点、选题思路和撰写方法,进而提出高端智库报告撰写需要注意的相关问题。[结果/结论]人文地理学是面向国家发展需求的交叉应用学科。面向国家发展需求的人文地理学高端智库报告具有真实性、时效性、超前性、对口性、可操作性、简洁性、科普性和中立性特点。智库报告选题包括平常时期的选题和非常时期的选题两种:平常时期的选题结合研究成果抓“热点”,下“毛毛雨”,以警示性为主,突出长效性和“稳而新”;非常时期的选题主要是结合应急任务抓“冷点”,下“及时雨”,以建议性为主,突出及时性和“准而快”。本文进一步提出了按“一事一议”原则编写高端智库报告的“三段式”方法,即导语、提出问题、提出解决问题的对策建议。

Investigation and Analysis of the Linguistic Landscape in High-end Consumer Business District in Guangzhou——Taking TaiKoo Hui as an Example

Linguistic landscape has become an emerging research topic in sociolinguistics due to the development of urban linguistic landscape.Based on the development of linguistic landscape in TaiKoo Hui,its diverse characteristics are analyzed,and the language signs,usage,and codes are summarized.It is found that there is poor transmission effect of multilingual landscape information and improper use of linguistic landscape in TaiKoo Hui.This paper concludes that the linguistic landscape of Taikoo Hui can be optimized from two aspects to enhance its attractiveness and competitiveness,including improving the informational function of foreign language signs and regulating the use of linguistic landscape.

Seismic Design Strategy of High Pier Bridge

China’s infrastructure construction has been continuously improving in recent years,especially its highway construction,which spans from north to south and connects east to west.Some special areas are also interconnected through bridges,but constructing highway bridges through complex terrains or across valleys and mountain gullies presents significant challenges,requiring an increase in the height of bridge piers.These bridge piers generally reach tens or even hundreds of meters in height.Furthermore,the construction of these high-pier bridges is becoming increasingly widespread.Not only do they pose greater construction challenges,but they also have higher requirements for seismic resistance.This article primarily analyzes the characteristics of high-pier bridges and proposes seismic design schemes,calculation methods,and design strategies to enhance the construction quality of high-pier bridges.

A Review on Self-Recovery Regulation(SR)Technique for Unbalance Vibration of High-End Equipment

The high-end equipment represented by high-end machine tools and aero-engines is the core component of the national intelligent manufacturing plan,and the mass unbalance is the main reason for its excessive vibration,that seriously impacts the operation efficiency and running life of the equipment.In order to change the traditional way that the fault of equipment can only be repaired by human,the self-recovery mechanism of human and animal are given to the equipment in this paper,which forms the self-recovery regulation(SR)system for unbalance vibration of high-end equipment.The system can online generate the self-recovery force to restrain the unbalance vibration of the equipment in operation,which is an important direction for the development of the equipment to the advanced intelligent stage.Based on the basic principles of SR technique,the typical engineering application cases of this technique in the field of aeroengine and high-end machine tools are introduced,and four related studies promoting the development of this technique are summarized and analyzed in turn.It includes feature extraction,imbalance location,regulation method and balancing actuator.Self-recovery Regulation(SR)Technique is an important way to realize intelligent manufacturing and intelligent maintenance.Relevant research can lay a technical foundation for the development of high-end equipment with self-health function.

High-end equipment development task decomposition and scheme selection method

Decomposition of tasks and selection of optimal schemes are key procedures in high-end equipment development processes.However,such procedures are highly innovative,technology intensive,interdisciplinary,and multi-party engineering projects,making the decomposition and scheme selection more difficult and complicated than that in the development of ordinary equipment.In this study,we consider three factors,namely,functional structure,task granularity,and task feasibility in task decomposition of high-end equipment development.Based on the principles of systems engineering,a method of task decomposition is proposed.As for decomposition scheme selection,a method based on the superiority and inferiority ranking(SIR)method mixed information and multiple attribute decision making is proposed by considering attributes of scheme feasibility,uncertainty risk and task integration complexity.To verify the proposed method,development of a military electric vehicle is used as an example to demonstrate the calculation process.

Empirical Research on the Influence of Marine High-end Human Resources on Marine Knowledge Innovation——With Organizational Incentive and Technological Innovation as Mediating Variable

The main purpose of this paper is to explore the intermediary role of policy incentives and marine technological innovation in marine high-end human capital promoting marine knowledge innovation.Previous studies on the impact of marine high-end human capital on marine knowledge innovation mainly focused on the direct impact of marine high-end human capital on marine knowledge innovation,while ignoring the role of intermediary variables.Based on 512 sample survey data from 138 organizations in 16 coastal cities of China,this paper uses structural equation model to examine the relationship between high-end human capital and policy incentives,technological innovation and marine knowledge innovation.The research shows that marine high-end human capital has an impact on marine knowledge innovation through policy incentives and marine technology innovation.Policy incentives and marine technology innovation play a full intermediary role in the relationship between marine high-end human capital and marine knowledge innovation.
