By theoretically analyzing transmission characteristics of multi type current transformers and their influence factors, we study the dynamic model testing method of multi type current transformers for the bus, and design 3 kinds of testing schemes by making the equivalent model based on the field of P-level current transformer, TPY-level current transformer and electronic current transformer, and build the hybrid operation testing platform of multi type current transformers. Finally, we compare and analyze the transmission characteristics difference of multi type current transformers on the same branch and the characteristics difference of hybrid operation in two successive external faults, analyze the cause behind the differences, and put forward the corresponding improvement measures.展开更多
Based on the waveform data of 5,076 local earthquakes recorded at 25 stations in Xinjiang during the period from 2009 to 2014 and the observation reports provided by the Xinjiang Digital Seismic Network,a data set of ...Based on the waveform data of 5,076 local earthquakes recorded at 25 stations in Xinjiang during the period from 2009 to 2014 and the observation reports provided by the Xinjiang Digital Seismic Network,a data set of 19,140 attenuation factors t*is obtained by fitting the high-frequency attenuation of S-wave spectra with a genetic algorithm. The spatial distribution of Q_S is determined by inverting the t*data with seismic tomography. The results show that the average Q0 in eastern Tianshan is 520,and there is a significant correlation between the Q_S value distribution or attenuation characteristics it disclosed and the surface structure of the study area. The Q_S value is lower in the intersection area of the mountain basin which is located on the north and south sides of the Tianshan Mountains,and the high Q_S distribution is more concentrated inside the Tianshan orogenic belt. The M≥6. 0 earthquakes have been basically located in the Low-Q_S region since 1900. 24 high heat flow points in eastern Tianshan are located at the north and south of Tianshan Mountains where low Q_S exists,indicating a negative correlation. In addition,there is a positive correlation between the velocity structure and the attenuation structure in the study area,which reflects the consistency of the 2-D attenuation structure with the velocity structure and the two-dimensional density structure.展开更多
Implementing autonomous bus services in several cities has garnered substantial research attention worldwide.However,the benefits and challenges of this emerging mode remain insufficiently understood.Consequently,VOSv...Implementing autonomous bus services in several cities has garnered substantial research attention worldwide.However,the benefits and challenges of this emerging mode remain insufficiently understood.Consequently,VOSviewer was employed for a bibliometric analysis involving 300 publications,investigating the associations among authors,journals,and keywords.Subsequently,we comprehensively reviewed the current state of research on two topics and proposed future recommendations.Results indicate that the first document related to autonomous bus services was published in 2009.Most user attitude-related research data are obtained via questionnaires and analyzed using statistical techniques.Autonomous bus services are expected to benefit passengers regarding travel time,cost,safety,etc.,while passenger preferences are inconsistent.However,integrating the service into existing bus systems requires careful consideration of the schedule sequences.Notably,modular autonomous bus services present a new opportunity for the further optimization of bus services.In future studies,standardized data acquisition procedures should be developed to achieve comparable results.Regarding traveler choice behavior,the effect of specific autonomous bus service policies over time and the heterogeneity due to cultural or social contexts across regions should be assessed.To further promote autonomous bus services,based on fluctuating travel demands,the effects of vehicle capacity,speed,and cost of fleet composition should be evaluated comprehensively to optimize the bus network and schedule sequence.Owing to the protracted nature of the transition from conventional to fully autonomous buses,one should prioritize semi-autonomous bus services.Another essential future research direction is to integrate modular autonomous bus assembly or disassembly strategies with different fine-grained operation optimization techniques in various scenarios.展开更多

An opened architecture software CNC system which is hardware independence is proposed based on PC and RTSB.A numerical control real time kernel(NCRTK),which is implemented as a device driver on Windows,is used to perform the NC tasks.Tasks are divided into real-time and non real-time.Real-time task is running in kernel mode and non real-time task is running in user mode.Data are exchanged between kernel and user mode by DMA and Windows Messages.展开更多
One problem with the existing dynamic exclusive bus lane strategies is that bus signal priority strategies with multi-phase priority request at intersections are not adequately considered.The principle of bus signal p...One problem with the existing dynamic exclusive bus lane strategies is that bus signal priority strategies with multi-phase priority request at intersections are not adequately considered.The principle of bus signal priority level was designed based on the isolated multi-phase structure principle consideration of the bus signal priority,and a new priority approach for the dynamic exclusive bus lane was proposed.Two types of priority strategies,green extension and red truncation,were proposed for current phase and next phase buses,respectively.The control parameters including minimum green time,green extension time,maximum green time and bus arrival time are calculated.The case studies for this paper were carried out using four consecutive intersections of Huaide Middle Road in Changzhou City.The signal control scheme was designed using the conventional,exclusive bus lane method,the dynamic exclusive bus lane without signal priority method,and the proposed approach,respectively.The authors used the VISSIM simulation platform to evaluate the efficiency of each approach.Results showed that the method of approach can significantly decrease delays caused by social and conventional buses and make up for the negative impact social buses have on the bus rapid transit(BRT)operation,which allows the method to complement the dynamic,exclusive bus lane design.展开更多

This overlap provides passengers multiple choices for one trip. However, the availability of multiple options would cause uncertainty in the travel distribution of passengers. Given that buses and rail transits are becoming increasingly common, this paper aims to present the overlapped operation condition of bus and rail transit using a bi-level model from the perspective of bus operators. Frequency optimization model is established in the upper-level model. A heuristic algorithm called shuffled complex evolution(SCE-UA) method is used to solve the established frequency optimization model, and three other heuristic methods are compared with SCE-UA. A lower-level Logit model based on Agent simulation is set for traffic mode split. Data on the transit system in Dalian city are chosen as an example to test the feasibility of the model and the algorithm. Results show that as the overlapped optimization of bus route and rail transit routes changed primary bus frequency, the use of SCE-UA to solve such problems has evident advantages and feasibility; furthermore, changed bus frequency would improve bus operations.展开更多

The active power and r...A deconpling control strategy of inverter parallel system is proposed based on the equivalent output impedance of single phase voltage source SPWM (sinusoidal pulse width modulation) inverter. The active power and reactive power are calculated in terms of output voltage and current of the inverter, and sent to the other inverters in the parallel system via controller area network (CAN) bus. By calculating and decoupling the circumfluence of the active power and reactive power, the inverters can share load current via the regulation of the reference-signal phase and amplitude. Experimental results of an 110V/2kVA inverter parallel system show the feasibility of the decoupling control strategy.展开更多

Three different models for hybrid vehicle, large vehicle and ...This study proposes a flexible timetable optimization method based on hybrid vehicle size model to tackle the bus demand fluctuations in transit operation. Three different models for hybrid vehicle, large vehicle and small vehicle are built in this study, respectively. With the operation data of Shanghai Transit Route 55 at peak and off-peak hours, a heuristic algorithm was proposed to solve the problem. The results indicate that the hybrid vehicle size model excels the other two modes both in the total time and total cost. The study verifies the rationality of the strategy of hybrid vehicle size model and highlights the importance of the adaptive vehicle size in dealing with the bus demand fluctuation. The main innovation of the study is that unlike traditional timetables, the arrangement of the scheduling interval and the corresponding bus type or size are both involved in the timetable of hybrid vehicle size bus mode, which will be more effective to solve the problem of passenger demand fluctuation. Findings from this research would provide a new perspective to improve the level of regular bus service.展开更多
This study aims to develop a trip energy consumption(TEC)estimation model for the electric bus(EB)fleet planning,operation,and life-cycle assessment.Leveraging the vast variations of temperature in Jilin Province,Chin...This study aims to develop a trip energy consumption(TEC)estimation model for the electric bus(EB)fleet planning,operation,and life-cycle assessment.Leveraging the vast variations of temperature in Jilin Province,China,real-world data of 31 EBs operating in 14 months were collected with temperatures fluctuating from27.0 to 35.0℃.TEC of an EB was divided into two parts,which are the energy required by the traction and battery thermal management system,and the energy required by the air conditioner(AC)system operation,respectively.The former was regressed by a logarithmic linear model with ambient temperature,curb weight,travel distance,and trip travel time as contributing factors.The optimum working temperature and regression parameters were obtained by combining Fibonacci and Weighted Least Square.The latter was estimated by the operation time of the AC system in cooling mode or heating mode.Model evaluation and sensitivity analysis were conducted.The results show that:(i)the mean absolute percentage error(MAPE)of the proposed model is 12.108%;(ii)the estimation accuracy of the model has a probability of 99.7814% meeting the requirements of EB fleet scheduling;(iii)the MAPE has a 1.746% reduction if considering passengers’boarding and alighting.展开更多
This research aims to propose an efficient and economic operation mode for bus scheduling optimization by combining with the skip-stop buses and all-stop buses.The skip-stop tactics in bus operation provide service of...This research aims to propose an efficient and economic operation mode for bus scheduling optimization by combining with the skip-stop buses and all-stop buses.The skip-stop tactics in bus operation provide service of high efficiency,good punctuality and high speed for long distance commuters,which attracts wide scholarly attention.This paper establishes a model to quantitatively evaluate the relevance between stops,and then develops a new optimization method of skip-stop tactics using the data sets of IC card and bus GPS trajectory.A collaborating scheduling optimization model considering the support and confidence among the stops is proposed to precisely suit passengers’demands and improve bus service.The optimization objective is to reduce the passengers’total travel time,the number of vehicles in use,and operation energy for both the user’s and the operator’s benefits.This methodology is developed for a single-directional route using a multi-decision choice model with genetic algorithm applied to attain efficient solutions.A case study of Qingdao,which is assessed in this new model,shows a reduction of 18.31%in total passenger travel time and 17.65%in the operational inputs as compared with solutions that do not consider the skip-stop tactics.展开更多
