为了提高7075铝合金综合力学性能,采用高能球磨与热压烧结相结合的方法制备了VN质量分数分别为5%,10%,15%和20%的VN/7075复合材料,并对其物相组成、微观组织、密度、硬度和室温拉伸性能进行了相关测试分析。微观组织测试结果表明:该复... 为了提高7075铝合金综合力学性能,采用高能球磨与热压烧结相结合的方法制备了VN质量分数分别为5%,10%,15%和20%的VN/7075复合材料,并对其物相组成、微观组织、密度、硬度和室温拉伸性能进行了相关测试分析。微观组织测试结果表明:该复合材料的物相主要为Al(Zn,Mg,Cu)固溶体和VN相;w(VN)=15%的VN/7075复合材料组织较为均匀,而当VN质量分数增加至20%时,VN在基体中产生团聚。力学性能测试结果表明:随着VN的增多,复合材料的硬度和抗拉强度均呈现先增大后减小的趋势,VN质量分数为15%时,材料力学性能较为优异,较w(VN)=5%VN/7075复合材料的硬度和抗拉强度分别提高了29.2%和13%。 展开更多

Three high-nitrogen stainless steels with different N contents were successfully processed by equal-channel angular pressing for one pass, and their microstructures and mechanical properties were investigated. It was found that the microstructure of the billet was heterogeneous across the billet thickness, resulting in the difference in the mechanical properties due to the different deformation conditions. A relatively low strength, high uniform elongation, and high work- hardening rate for the samples at the bottom of the billet was achieved in comparison with those processed at the top. Meanwhile, it was observed that the density of deformation twins increased with the content of N; accordingly, the strength and elongation of the alloys increase with the content of N, resulting in a good strength-ductility combination. 展开更多
