High-quality Development Path of Graduate Education in Aquaculture Discipline:A Case Study of Guangdong Ocean University

Aquaculture is a discipline system that focuses on exploring the growth,development,reproduction,aquaculture,and resources of aquatic animals and plants,and their complex relationships.Under the tide of the"high-quality development"strategy,the aquaculture discipline is also facing new opportunities and challenges for transformation,upgrading,and deepening development.Therefore,exploring and practicing an effective path for the high-quality development of graduate education in aquaculture is not only the key to promoting the transformation of graduate education in aquaculture from scale expansion to quality improvement,but also has immeasurable value for implementing the strategy on developing a quality workforce and the strategy of scientific and technological powerhouse.The high-quality development of graduate education in aquaculture can be promoted from the following aspects:optimizing and improving the construction of the graduate education system,focusing on enhancing the quality of high-level talent cultivation,strengthening the overall strength of the graduate supervisor team,actively promoting the adjustment and upgrading of the disciplinary and professional structure,strengthening the construction of resource platforms and deepening the implementation of collaborative education mechanisms,and continuously expanding and deepening the new pattern of international exchange and cooperation.Through the comprehensive promotion of the above paths,the aim is to fully build a model for the improvement and governance of graduate education quality.

Exploration of the Curriculum Reform Path in the Period of High-Quality Development of University Educational Psychology

The theoretical and applied characteristics of educational psychology courses in colleges and universities are prominent,and actively promoting curriculum reform is more conducive to promoting the implementation of talent training goals,which is in line with the practical needs of social development for high-quality talents.However,curriculum reform is a systematic project,which involves the innovation of curriculum content systems,teaching methods,teaching evaluations,and so on.This paper mainly expounds on the curriculum reform path in the period of high-quality development of educational psychology in colleges and universities,hoping to play a reference role in improving the level of education management.

Research on the High-Quality Development Path of Listed Private Education Groups

The rapid growth of the education industry and private education groups has brought the high-quality development of listed private education companies into focus for both the educational sector and the capital market.This study employs the fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)method to explore pathways to high-quality development for these companies.Necessity analysis confirms that no single factor guarantees a company’s success,highlighting the importance of multi-factor interactions.Three main paths to high-quality development are identified:human resource optimization,precise market positioning,and comprehensive advantage.Conversely,four development paths for non-high-level companies are identified:dual insufficiency in resources and market,high turnover and over-investment,scale expansion with resource mismatch,and inadequate human resource development.The findings indicate that optimal allocation of educational resources,precise market positioning,rational resource allocation,and staff training are crucial for achieving high-quality development.Robustness tests,which raise the consistency threshold,verify the reliability and stability of the results.These findings provide a reference for policymakers,investors,and managers in the education industry.

Research on the Balanced Development of Urban and Rural Compulsory Education Through Education Resource Allocation

With the rapid development of our country’s economy,education has gradually become the focus of social attention.The problem of unbalanced distribution of urban and rural educational resources has become increasingly prominent,urban educational resources are relatively rich,while rural educational resources are relatively scarce,and the balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education has become an urgent task.This paper mainly investigates and studies the distribution of urban and rural educational resources,discusses the unbalanced distribution of urban and rural educational resources and analyzes the reasons,and puts forward a series of corresponding solutions to promote the balanced development of urban and rural compulsory education.

Research on the Status Quo and High-Quality Development of Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education in China

Faced with unprecedented changes in the world,China has chosen to continue expanding its opening-up and actively cooperate with other countries.Internationalization of education is one of the important directions for the future development of universities.Since the reform and opening-up,a series of Sino-foreign cooperative education policies have been successively released,forming a relatively systematic and complete policy system.Under the promotion of policies,Chinese universities actively engage in Sino-foreign cooperative education,with increasingly frequent educational exchanges and a clear trend towards internationalization.The scale of Sino-foreign cooperative education is also constantly expanding.It is worthy to explore how to draw on advanced teaching experience from overseas,continue to promote Sino-foreign cooperative education,and improve the quality of Sino-foreign cooperative education.

RMB Exchange Rate,Overseas Education,and High-Quality Economic Growth

China is transitioning its industrial structure from labor-and resource-intensive industries that previously contributed significantly to the country’s GDP growth to technology-intensive industries emphasizing a highly-skilled workforce and sustainability to achieve high-quality economic growth.This paper examines the impact of the RMB exchange rate on high-quality economic growth through theoretical modeling and empirical analysis and discusses the variable of overseas education to explore the mechanism of how the RMB exchange rate and overseas education jointly impact high-quality economic growth.The research sample includes the National Bureau of Statistics data on education from 1995 to 2015,the Bank for International Settlements(BIS)data on the RMB exchange rate,and the added value of China’s high-quality economic growth estimated based on the national economy data.An empirical analysis of theoretical expectations was conducted,finding that RMB appreciation could make a positive contribution to China’s high-quality economic growth;RMB exchange rate fluctuations would impact the relative cost of overseas education and overseas returnees could have a positive impact on domestic resource utilization efficiency and domestic capacity to make sci-tech innovations,thereby injecting vitality to high-quality economic growth.This study focuses on both the RMB exchange rate and the population studying abroad,providing additional observation dimensions to existing research.

A Reflection on the Reform of Education Methods Under the Construction of a High-Quality Elementary Education System

Under the background of the continuous improvement of the education level in China and the comprehensive and in-depth education reform,the society has been paying more attention to education.Focusing on the reform of education methods is not only essential to promoting the high-quality development of China’s education,but also the inevitable prerequisite for establishing a high-quality education system.It is an effective way to build an educated country,and the guide to which directs the implementation of modern education.Therefore,this study takes the construction of a high-quality elementary education system as the background and considers effective strategies for the reform of education methods,so as to lay a solid foundation for improving China’s education level.

The Systematic,Fair and High-quality Development of the Right to Education in China

Since the release of the first human rights white paper in 1991,the development of the right to education has made remarkable achievements along with the economic miracle of China’s continuous growth and the promotion of education reform.At the regulation level,the right to education has been systematically guaranteed based on the type and phase of education.At the value level,rural areas,poverty-stricken areas,and vulnerable groups have been given preferential treatment to comprehensively improve the quality of their educational resources such as material and financial resources,teachers and curriculum,and digital education development and ensure fair and high-quality development of their right to education.In the future,equal emphasis on fairness and quality will be the value orientation for the development of the right to education,and the rule of law in education will be needed to further provide systematic and strong institutional guarantees for the right to fair and high-quality education.

Balance between education and game-play— A case study of design and optimization of the mini-game book classification

Purpose： Based on our experience of designing and testing a computer-based game for teaching undergraduate students information literacy （IL） concepts and skills, this paper summarizes the basic strategies for striking a balance between education and entertainment for the designers of quality IL games. Design/methodology/approach： The project team recruited 10 college students to play the game and post-game group interviews revealed problems and optimization priorities. The optimized game was tested among 50 college students. Based on a comparison of testing results of the two versions of the game, basic strategies for designing quality 1L games were summarized. Findings： The following 5 basic strategies can effectively promote combination of education and entertainment： l） using adventure games to enhance gaming experience, 2） plotting an intriguing story to attract players, 3） motivating players to engage in game play with game components such as challenge, curiosity, fantasy and control, 4） presenting learning materials through game props, and 5） assigning players tasks to be completed with subject knowledge. Research limitations： The 5 basic strategies have been tested only in the development process of one game, and the book classification knowledge in the mini-game is limited to the 22 major categories of the Chinese Library Classification. Practical implications： University libraries may refer to our experience to design and utilize educational games to promote the IL education for college students. Originality value： Few empirical studies tested and summarized strategies for combining learning and fun in the design of IL games for university students. The 5 strategies, which are summarized in the process of design and optimization of the mini-game book classification, are valuable for other designers of IL games.

Rural Quality Education and the Balance between Urban and Rural Compulsory Education

On the basis of analyzing the gap between urban and rural quality education and the existing limiting factors to that in rural areas,a suggestion was proposed to promote the balanced development of rural quality education.

Geospatial-Based Analysis of Balance in Elementary Education—Taking Elementary Schools in Changsha Five Core Districts as Examples

The balanced development of the elementary education sector has been a long goal pursued by the education departments of various places, and is also an outcome expected by the people. Based on a study of the equilibrium of the spatial distribution of the capacity saturation models of all the primary schools in Changsha’s (China) five core districts, the results show that the overall geographical distribution of the primary schools in Changsha is relatively balanced, based on the natural characteristics of Changsha, such as human geography, and the moderate gradient between the central urban area and the primary schools in the suburbs and outer suburbs. Then the Theil index model was introduced, and the results of the model analysis show that the differences between elementary schools in Changsha urban area are relatively small, and the main differences originate from between districts rather than within districts, and subtle differences among regions mainly reflect in the teacher strength.

Identification of the lower limit of high-quality source rocks and its relation to hydrocarbon accumulation——Taking the Beier Sag in the Hailaer Basin as an example

The theory of ＂source rock control＂ has evolved from source-rock-control hydrocarbon accumulation, to effective source-rock-control hydrocarbon accumulation, and to high-quality source- rock-control hydrocarbon accumulation. However, there are problems, such as whether high-quality source rocks exist or not？ What high-quality source rocks are, and how to identify them, are yet to be agreed upon. Aimed at this issue of concern to explorationists, and taking the Beier Sag in the Hailaer Basin as an example, this paper defines the high-quality source rocks and the lower limit for evaluation of high-quality source rocks, by using the inflection point on the relationship curve of hydrocarbon （oil） expulsion, which is calculated by the material balance principle, versus total organic carbon （TOC）. The results show that when TOC is low, all source rocks have limited hydrocarbon expulsion and slow growth rate, thus they cannot be high-quality source rocks. However, when TOC rises to some threshold, hydrocarbon expulsion increases significantly with TOC. This inflection point should be the lower limit of high-quality source rocks： those with TOC greater than the inflection-point value are high-quality source rocks. In addition, the lower limit of high-quality source rocks is also related to the type and maturity of organic matters in the source rocks, as well as the mineral components of the source rocks affecting the residual hydrocarbons. Theoretically, the lower limit of high-quality source rocks depends on geological conditions rather than being a constant value. However, for the sake of simplicity and practicability, in this paper TOC=2.0% is regarded as the lower limit of high-quality source rocks. The examination of such standard in the work area indicates that the high-quality source rocks in members K^n2 and K^n~ of the Nantun formation contribute 76% and 82% to oil generation, and 96% and 91% to oil expulsion, respectively. The distribution of high-quality source rocks is also closely related to the distribution of hydrocarbon reservoirs in the region, demonstrating that high-quality source rocks control hydrocarbon accumulation.

The Contribution of Accounting for the Definition of Performance Indicators： The Case of Higher Education Institutions

The influence of the New Public Management （NPM） principles in Portuguese Public Administration, particularly in higher education, has led these institutions on a path of adaptation of structures and systems in order to improve their decision-making processes. Public organizations must, at the present, to consider the strategic issues that are of vitally importance to their survival. In this context, the Balanced Scorecard （BSC）, due to its intrinsic characteristics, is presented as value added in attempts to link the set of objectives with the corporate strategy; determining, a priori, a course of action that must be constantly monitored. Our research analyzes the issues underlining the development of a model of performance management based on the BSC and formatted to a higher education institution （HEI）. The analysis of the results confirms the viability of applying an evaluation model constructed within a specific framework. In addition, the analysis attests the importance of performance indicators in this model of evaluation, specifically those of accounting, and consequently, the added contribution they can make in the process of decision-making within HEI, particularly, in current times when the priority is to achieve more with fewer resources.

优质均衡视角下中小学人工智能教育普及:推进、难点及优化——基于制度分析与发展框架

中小学人工智能教育普及是全面提升青少年人工智能素养的重要路径,也是加快推进义务教育优质均衡发展的重要举措。面对我国中小学人工智能教育发展不均衡现状,研究基于制度分析与发展框架,从中央和地方两个层面分析了相关政策与推进行动,并从资源配置与行动规则两方面深入剖析了人工智能教育普及的难点。针对智能设施不均衡、师资配置不均衡、社会资源不均衡,以及配套资源亟需优化、教学模式有待创新、普及效果难以衡量等问题,研究从健全经费保障与成本分担机制、完善人才供给与在职选育制度、优化知识体系与配套资源、建立科学监测评价机制几方面提出了中小学人工智能教育普及的优化路径。

我国学前教育优质均衡的探索历程、反思与展望

随着高质量学前教育体系建设的持续推进,我国学前教育正朝着优质均衡的目标迈进,推动了相关研究的持续深入。通过对相关文献的系统梳理,发现我国学前教育大致经历了重点关注“规模发展”、全面关注“均衡发展”、转向关注“优质均衡”三大阶段,并且各阶段研究普遍比较丰硕。但是,相关研究探索尚未形成系统、多元、特色的研究体系,主要局限于研究特色趋同、交叉研究不足、实证研究欠缺、指标体系缺乏等方面。后续研究需要超越单一层面的重复探索,走向更具独特性、多视域、针对性、可行性的策略体系创新,立足县域管理,从静态关注转向动态发展探索;重视政策优化,从单一均衡转向多元视角的优质均衡关注;着眼实践成效,从外延式均衡转向内涵式优质均衡关注;聚焦路径创新,从发散式关注转向聚焦式优质均衡探索。

此消彼长还是互惠共生:集团化办学对学生学业成绩的影响

当前集团化办学是地方推进义务教育优质均衡发展的重要途径。但目前对集团化办学是否能促进优质资源共享和薄弱学校学生学业成绩提升尚有争议。因此,有必要对集团化办学的整体成效进行评估。本研究利用2023年华中师范大学课题组4省份调研数据,探讨了集团化办学对学生学业成绩的影响。研究发现:第一,集团化办学对受援学校学生的学业成绩有显著促进作用,受援学校学生学业成绩增值主要来源于教师教学质量的改善;第二,集团化办学对不同受援学校的学生群体学业成绩的影响具有异质性,对初中生及弱势家庭学生的学业成绩影响更大;第三,集团化办学不仅可以提升受援学校学生学业成绩,而且对援助学校学生学业成绩也有积极影响,集团化办学的效果是“互惠共生”而不是“此消彼长”。研究建议应坚持集团化办学的政策导向,不断完善相关政策保障机制,建立教师学习发展共同体,促进集团校共同发展。

基于BSC的高校绩效评价指标体系构建探究

随着高等教育的不断发展以及国家资金投入的持续增加,高校在提升办学条件和教育质量方面获得了更多资源。然而,当前高校资源分配不均、发展水平参差不齐等问题,成为阻碍教育高质量发展的重要因素。将高校资源的分配与其战略发展相结合,能够确保资源投向最需要的领域,从而优化整体资源配置。文章基于平衡计分卡框架,构建与高校战略匹配的科学绩效评价指标体系,从内部控制、财务绩效、服务对象、学习与成长4个维度入手,运用层次分析法确定权重,结合综合评分和等级考核的方法,以期为高校绩效评价和管理决策提供依据。

教师交流轮岗制度:逻辑转向与实践路径——基于专业资本的视角

教师交流轮岗制度是优化师资配置、缩小城乡教育差距、促进义务教育优质均衡发展的重要举措。现行教师交流轮岗制度遵循资源配置的逻辑理路,面临“补偿”取向下目标与手段存在一定的倒置、人力资源工具化认识下教师个体理性的隐匿等困境。当前义务教育进入新发展阶段,教师交流轮岗制度的价值诉求应从“岗位流动”过渡到“提供优质教育”共享。交流轮岗实质是教师专业资本的跨域流动与增值,专业资本理论可以为解读教师交流轮岗制度提供新的思路。基于专业资本视角,将轮岗教师专业发展作为交流轮岗制度与义务教育优质均衡的中间变量,从价值旨归、教师定位、均衡模式、驱动机制等应然层面探析教师交流轮岗制度的逻辑转向。在此基础上,从人力资本扩散、社会资本积聚、决策资本生成等方面提出相应的实践路径,进一步提升教师交流轮岗制度的实施效果。
