Aquaculture is a discipline system that focuses on exploring the growth,development,reproduction,aquaculture,and resources of aquatic animals and plants,and their complex relationships.Under the tide of the"high-quality development"strategy,the aquaculture discipline is also facing new opportunities and challenges for transformation,upgrading,and deepening development.Therefore,exploring and practicing an effective path for the high-quality development of graduate education in aquaculture is not only the key to promoting the transformation of graduate education in aquaculture from scale expansion to quality improvement,but also has immeasurable value for implementing the strategy on developing a quality workforce and the strategy of scientific and technological powerhouse.The high-quality development of graduate education in aquaculture can be promoted from the following aspects:optimizing and improving the construction of the graduate education system,focusing on enhancing the quality of high-level talent cultivation,strengthening the overall strength of the graduate supervisor team,actively promoting the adjustment and upgrading of the disciplinary and professional structure,strengthening the construction of resource platforms and deepening the implementation of collaborative education mechanisms,and continuously expanding and deepening the new pattern of international exchange and cooperation.Through the comprehensive promotion of the above paths,the aim is to fully build a model for the improvement and governance of graduate education quality.

Exploration of the Curriculum Reform Path in the Period of High-Quality Development of University Educational Psychology

The theoretical and applied characteristics of educational psychology courses in colleges and universities are prominent,and actively promoting curriculum reform is more conducive to promoting the implementation of talent training goals,which is in line with the practical needs of social development for high-quality talents.However,curriculum reform is a systematic project,which involves the innovation of curriculum content systems,teaching methods,teaching evaluations,and so on.This paper mainly expounds on the curriculum reform path in the period of high-quality development of educational psychology in colleges and universities,hoping to play a reference role in improving the level of education management.

Research on the High-Quality Development Path of Listed Private Education Groups

The rapid growth of the education industry and private education groups has brought the high-quality development of listed private education companies into focus for both the educational sector and the capital market.This study employs the fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis(fsQCA)method to explore pathways to high-quality development for these companies.Necessity analysis confirms that no single factor guarantees a company’s success,highlighting the importance of multi-factor interactions.Three main paths to high-quality development are identified:human resource optimization,precise market positioning,and comprehensive advantage.Conversely,four development paths for non-high-level companies are identified:dual insufficiency in resources and market,high turnover and over-investment,scale expansion with resource mismatch,and inadequate human resource development.The findings indicate that optimal allocation of educational resources,precise market positioning,rational resource allocation,and staff training are crucial for achieving high-quality development.Robustness tests,which raise the consistency threshold,verify the reliability and stability of the results.These findings provide a reference for policymakers,investors,and managers in the education industry.

Research on the Status Quo and High-Quality Development of Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education in China

Faced with unprecedented changes in the world,China has chosen to continue expanding its opening-up and actively cooperate with other countries.Internationalization of education is one of the important directions for the future development of universities.Since the reform and opening-up,a series of Sino-foreign cooperative education policies have been successively released,forming a relatively systematic and complete policy system.Under the promotion of policies,Chinese universities actively engage in Sino-foreign cooperative education,with increasingly frequent educational exchanges and a clear trend towards internationalization.The scale of Sino-foreign cooperative education is also constantly expanding.It is worthy to explore how to draw on advanced teaching experience from overseas,continue to promote Sino-foreign cooperative education,and improve the quality of Sino-foreign cooperative education.

Research on the High-Quality Development of Agricultural Supply Chain Financial Ecosystem Empowered by Science and Technology

A systematic perspective on agricultural supply chain finance can offer fresh insights into its development.The high-quality development of the agricultural supply chain finance ecosystem is crucial for the comprehensive revitalization of rural areas and the realization of agricultural power.Based on the current state of development of this ecosystem,this paper identifies several bottlenecks,such as insufficient policy and technical support in the macro-environment system,weak incentives for independent circulation within the industrial environment system,and inadequate motivation for stakeholders to participate in the micro-environment system.To address these issues,this paper proposes that the visualization,digitalization,and authenticity characteristics of the“blockchain+Internet of Things”technology architecture can effectively resolve these bottlenecks.Additionally,targeted strategies are suggested to promote the high-quality development of the agricultural supply chain finance ecosystem.

RMB Exchange Rate,Overseas Education,and High-Quality Economic Growth

China is transitioning its industrial structure from labor-and resource-intensive industries that previously contributed significantly to the country’s GDP growth to technology-intensive industries emphasizing a highly-skilled workforce and sustainability to achieve high-quality economic growth.This paper examines the impact of the RMB exchange rate on high-quality economic growth through theoretical modeling and empirical analysis and discusses the variable of overseas education to explore the mechanism of how the RMB exchange rate and overseas education jointly impact high-quality economic growth.The research sample includes the National Bureau of Statistics data on education from 1995 to 2015,the Bank for International Settlements(BIS)data on the RMB exchange rate,and the added value of China’s high-quality economic growth estimated based on the national economy data.An empirical analysis of theoretical expectations was conducted,finding that RMB appreciation could make a positive contribution to China’s high-quality economic growth;RMB exchange rate fluctuations would impact the relative cost of overseas education and overseas returnees could have a positive impact on domestic resource utilization efficiency and domestic capacity to make sci-tech innovations,thereby injecting vitality to high-quality economic growth.This study focuses on both the RMB exchange rate and the population studying abroad,providing additional observation dimensions to existing research.

A Reflection on the Reform of Education Methods Under the Construction of a High-Quality Elementary Education System

Under the background of the continuous improvement of the education level in China and the comprehensive and in-depth education reform,the society has been paying more attention to education.Focusing on the reform of education methods is not only essential to promoting the high-quality development of China’s education,but also the inevitable prerequisite for establishing a high-quality education system.It is an effective way to build an educated country,and the guide to which directs the implementation of modern education.Therefore,this study takes the construction of a high-quality elementary education system as the background and considers effective strategies for the reform of education methods,so as to lay a solid foundation for improving China’s education level.

The Systematic,Fair and High-quality Development of the Right to Education in China

Since the release of the first human rights white paper in 1991,the development of the right to education has made remarkable achievements along with the economic miracle of China’s continuous growth and the promotion of education reform.At the regulation level,the right to education has been systematically guaranteed based on the type and phase of education.At the value level,rural areas,poverty-stricken areas,and vulnerable groups have been given preferential treatment to comprehensively improve the quality of their educational resources such as material and financial resources,teachers and curriculum,and digital education development and ensure fair and high-quality development of their right to education.In the future,equal emphasis on fairness and quality will be the value orientation for the development of the right to education,and the rule of law in education will be needed to further provide systematic and strong institutional guarantees for the right to fair and high-quality education.

Integrated environmental education for sustainable forest management: the case of Nandi Hills Forests, Kenya

Environmental education （EE） is a vital dimension of modern day acumen that portends a great promise in solving the myriad environmental resource management challenges at global, regional and local levels. A study was carried out in 18 locations in the Nandi North, Nandi South and Nandi Hills districts of Kenya, which cover the Nandi Hills and Nandi Forests in Nandi County, major water catchments for Lake Victoria. A mixed methodological approach, incorporating both qualitative and quantitative data obtained from focus group discussions, key informant interviews, household survey and observations was embraced in data collection and analysis. The study reveals that there are several strategies that have been adopted by the local population and institutions involved in the management of the Nandi Hills Forests （NHFs） and that these strategies have contributed to an improvement in the perceptions of the local population in terms of the importance of environmental management of the forests. This paper highlights EE as a vehicle for ensur- ing a sustainable management of the Nandi Hills Forests. As such, it illuminates the great potential that lies in sustainably managing the NHFs by integrating formal and informal EE approaches. It further points out the functional gaps in the management of NHFs and proposes best-practices that could be adopted and/or domesticated in NHFs management regimes.

Health Education for Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD): Observational Study

Health Education has shown itself as essential for the understanding of individuals about psychological and physical changes caused by diseases. The chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) is a severe public health problem, and it depends on health education measures for its control. A group of patients with COPD, in pneumatological medical treatment, were investigated to find information about the disease. An observational, descriptive and analytical study with analysis and application of a semistructured questionnaire to evaluate the individuals’ knowledge about the COPD. Collected data were registered and analyzed using Google Docs. The software used for the calculation of statistical measures was Microsoft Excel®. For the research participants’ characterization analysis, the use of grouped data for the frequency distribution of Sturges Rule was necessary. This study provided knowledge about which information a group of bearers of COPD receives at a college hospital providing treatment. The interviewed have an average age of 70 years old and most are women with education level between elementary and high school and diagnose time of 6.8 years. Most of the sample reported knowledge and consciousness about the disease, informed by the doctors, followed by physiotherapists. Although the role of the Ministry of Health in health education, subjects were better informed about the disease by their doctors instead of public campaigns.

The Various Description of Biodiversity in Compulsory Education Textbooks

We intend to establish how species diversity is dealt with, within the study of the ecosystem, in books for the 4th year of Compulsory Secondary Education, ESO （15-16 year-old students）. The analysis was carried out using a key issues dossier based on school science, which not only provides a description of reality, but also introduces a theoretical explanatory framework. Regarding species diversity, we focused on the descriptive approach, considering the link between diversity and trophic relationships, ecological succession and ecosystem stability through change, consequences for biodiversity of human activities and mechanisms to face such consequences; and on the explanatory perspective, which provides an interpretative answer for all the aspects previously mentioned. The findings drawn from textbooks show that biodiversity is linked both to the study of the ecosystem and to the impact of human societies on its maintenance. However, such study is particularly focused on the descriptive, rather than on the explanatory level. So, teachers should improve the study of biodiversity foresting a balance between descriptive and explanatory level.

During the current transformative development of postgraduate education,empowering the high-quality development of postgraduate education with digital technology is a critical,popular,and difficult challenge.It is also an inevitable trend for its future transformative development.This paper employs the technology,organization,and environment(TOE)framework to examine the logic reasoning of digital technology empowering the high-quality development of postgraduate education by technology,organization,and environment.Its key features include a shift in postgraduate education organization from“bounded”to“unbounded,”a move from uniform curriculum standards to personalized customization of teaching,a transition from following the industry to leading it in discipline construction,and a change in governance from a“vertical”to“grid”approach.With the empowerment of digital technology,it is essential to build a consensus on digital philosophy,train digital talent,implement digital governance,and innovate digital evaluation for the high-quality development of postgraduate education.

High-Quality Development Path of Digital Transformation Enabling Basic Education:Taking the National Information-Based Teaching Experimental Areas as an Example

Under the background of rapid development of“digital China,”digital economy,and information technology,how to promote digital transformation in education is an important issue in education.Basic education is in urgent need of guidance for the paths to digital transformation.The paper analyzes the main connotation of digital transformation in education,classifies and summarizes the effects and problems of the exploration and practice of the national information-based teaching experimental areas.On this basis,the paper brings forth the path of digital transformation with continuous iteration as the core concept:Basic education organizations should make clear of the objectives of education development,choose and determine specific paths and measures in terms of the construction of the institutional system and digital capabilities according to their own realities,and promote their implementation.After the implementation for a period,these organizations should,according to the objectives of their work,research and judge the effectiveness of the paths,promptly adjust the paths and measures,and continuously promote their implementation.Through continuous iteration and optimization,basic education organizations will effectively accelerate the process of digital transformation in education and incessantly march toward the objectives of educational work.Finally,the paper,through a case study of the administrative departments of basic education,proposes specific suggestions for stepping up high-quality development of basic education.

研究生教育如何赋能省域创新——基于31个省份数据的fsQCA分析

研究生教育是实现省域创新的关键载体,其集聚的创新要素对推动省域高质量发展具有重要意义。研究基于创新生态系统理论,整合研究生教育影响省域创新的分析框架,运用fsQCA方法,以我国31个省份为案例样本,探究研究生教育对省域创新的驱动路径。研究发现:单一条件变量不能构成省域创新的必要条件,但学科优势和科技成果转化对省域创新的促进作用更为关键。研究生教育赋能高水平省域创新的驱动路径有创新基础联动的综合发展型、成果转化主导的创新资源集聚型、学科优势引领的创新环境协同型三种。研究生教育未能赋能省域创新的原因较为复杂,多与学科优势和科研资源两个核心条件的缺失有关。研究结论既有助于丰富创新生态系统理论的研究范畴,又能为不同地区研究生教育促进省域创新提供实践参考。
