Under the background of rural revitalization,high-quality professional farmers are the backbone of modern agriculture.The cultivation of high-quality professional farmers has developed rapidly and achieved particularly obvious results.The number and quality of professional farmers have been continuously improved,and the scope and level of security have been continuously improved,and remarkable achievements have been made.The significance of studying it lies in that,under the trend of developing modern agriculture,the change of psychological capital of high-quality professional farmers as the object of cultivation has an important influence on the effect of cultivation.Studying the change of psychological capital of high-quality professional farmers can better improve the enthusiasm of high-quality professional farmers and improve their sense of self-efficacy,cultivate optimism,increase resilience in the face of difficulties,and enhance hope for better development.By referring to relevant literature,the author learned the current research status of many aspects of the cultivation of high-quality professional farmers in China,and had a certain understanding of its current situation.At the same time,the cultivation of high-quality professional farmers in Shanghai is in the forefront of the whole country.The author takes the leaders of Shanghai Agricultural Cooperatives as the investigation objects,and based on the social capital theory,studies their psychological capital situation and the influence of external factors on psychological capital situation.Psychological capital emphasizes who you are and what you want to be,while social capital emphasizes who you know and focuses on networks and connections.It is hoped that this study can provide suggestions on how to effectively increase the psychological capital of high-quality professional farmers. 展开更多

The study aimed at assessment of level of task performance of Primary Health Care Worker (PHCWs) according to their professional designations in selected Local Government Areas (LGA) in Enugu State. Descriptive su... The study aimed at assessment of level of task performance of Primary Health Care Worker (PHCWs) according to their professional designations in selected Local Government Areas (LGA) in Enugu State. Descriptive survey research was used. 291 PHCWs were randomly selected from 9 LGA using a multistage method. Questionnaire was used to collect data and the instrument was validated using test-retest method with correlation coefficient of 0.79. The findings show that Community Health Extension Workers (CHEWs) performed higher than Environmental Health Officer (EVO) and Community Health Officers (CHOs) in the area of health education concerning prevailing health problems and method of control. They scored 66.09% as against 52.8% and 60.61% for EVO and CHEW respectively. The result showed that the professional designation has no significant effect (P 〈 0.05) on the level of task performed by PHCW and their levels of task performance were low. It was recommended that public Health physicians and Nurses should be involved in the PHC in Enugu State to provide the fight supervision to the PHCW. 展开更多

Background:Many healthcare workers were infected by coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)early in the epidemic posing a big challenge for epidemic control.Hence,this study aims to explore perceived infection routes,influencing factors,psychosocial changes,and management procedures for COVID-19 infected healthcare workers.Methods:This is a cross-sectional,single hospital-based study.We recruited all 105 confirmed COVID-19 healthcare workers in the Zhongnan Hospital of Wuhan University from February 15 to 29,2020.All participants completed a validated questionnaire.Electronic consent was obtained from all participants.Perceived causes of infection,infection prevention,control knowledge and behaviour,psychological changes,symptoms and treatment were measured.Results:Finally,103 professional staff with COVID-19 finished the questionnaire and was included(response rate:98.1%).Of them,87 cases(84.5%)thought they were infected in working environment in hospital,one(1.0%)thought their infection was due to the laboratory environment,and 5(4.9%)thought they were infected in daily life or community environment.Swab of throat collection and physical examination were the procedures perceived as most likely causing their infection by nurses and doctors respectively.Forty-three(41.8%)thought their infection was related to protective equipment,utilization of common equipment(masks and gloves).The top three first symptoms displayed before diagnosis were fever(41.8%),lethargy(33.0%)and muscle aches(30.1%).After diagnosis,88.3%staff experienced psychological stress or emotional changes during their isolation period,only 11.7%had almost no emotional changes.Arbidol(Umifenovir;an anti-influza drug;69.2%)was the drug most commonly used to target infection in mild and moderate symptoms.Conclusion:The main perceived mode of transmission was not maintaining protection when working at a close distance and having intimate contact with infected cases.Positive psychological intervention is necessary. 展开更多

Occupational exposures to blood and body fluids (BBF): Assessment of knowledge, attitude and practice among health care workers in general hospitals in Lebanon

Healthcare workers (HCWs) who are employed in traditional health care workplaces face a serious danger that may threaten their life;it is their exposure to blood and body fluids (BBF). In Lebanon, the introduction of a hospital accreditation system has put a particular emphasis on staff safety, and on the evaluation of professional practice (EPP) programs. Methods: A cross-sectional survey was conducted amongst 277 HCWs working in 4 general hospitals in South Lebanon. Objective: 1) describe the prevalence and the risk factors for occupational exposure to BBF among HCWs;2) evaluate knowledge, attitude, and practices of HCW concerning blood-borne pathogens and adherence to universal safety precautions. Results: The mean age of the respondents was 32.14 years (SD = 10.33), 57.4% were females. 43.3% of HCWs expressed that they use gloves all the time for every activeity of care. 67.1% were aware that needles should not be recapped after use;registered nurses and nursing students were more aware than physicians and nursing assistants (nurse) in this subject. 30% of HCWs declared having had at least one occupational exposure to BBF;62.7% of all accidental exposure was reported to the department responsible for managing exposures. Percutaneous injuries were the most frequently reported. Vaccination coverage was 88.4% for hepatitis B, and 48.4% against influenza. The source patient was tested in 43.4% of reported BBF exposures. Accidental exposure to BBF was more frequent in older people (OR = 3.42;p = 0.03) and the more experienced. Subjects working in intensive care unit ward reported more exposure to BBF (OR = 3;p = 0.04). Participants incurring exposure to BBF resorted to different measures after the injury suggesting a lack of a uniform policy for post-exposure prophylaxis. Conclusion: Exposure to BBF represents an important and frequently preventable occupational hazard for HCWs in Lebanon that requires continuous EPP of HCWs, and a comprehensive approach for prevention and management. 展开更多

从2008—2021年,社会工作师职业水平考试(简称社工师考试)已实施了14年,累计约20万人获得了相关证书。为了评估该权威性考试的内容效度,文章以布卢姆的教育目标分类学体系以及安德森对该体系的修订版本作为框架,采用量化的内容分析方法,... 从2008—2021年,社会工作师职业水平考试(简称社工师考试)已实施了14年,累计约20万人获得了相关证书。为了评估该权威性考试的内容效度,文章以布卢姆的教育目标分类学体系以及安德森对该体系的修订版本作为框架,采用量化的内容分析方法,对2008—2021年该考试三门科目(《社会工作综合能力(中级)》《社会工作实务(中级)》《社会工作法规与政策》)考题所考察的知识类型和认知过程进行量化研究。结果表明,社工师考试主要考察的是陈述性知识(社会工作理论知识)而非程序性知识(社会工作实务知识);社工师考试考察最多的是“记忆”这类层次较低的认知过程,而忽视了对更高级认知过程(如分析、评价、应用等)的考察。所以社工师考试实际所考察内容与其所欲考察内容之间的契合度(内容效度)有待提升。 展开更多

目的探讨合肥市养老机构养老护理员核心胜任力与职业认同现状及其相关性,并提出相应策略,为加速养老护理员队伍的建设提供参考依据。方法2023年4-6月采取便利抽样法,抽取15所养老机构中298名养老护理员为研究对象,调查其核心胜任力及职... 目的探讨合肥市养老机构养老护理员核心胜任力与职业认同现状及其相关性,并提出相应策略,为加速养老护理员队伍的建设提供参考依据。方法2023年4-6月采取便利抽样法,抽取15所养老机构中298名养老护理员为研究对象,调查其核心胜任力及职业认同。结果养老护理员核心胜任力总分及总均分分别为(113.85±15.24)分、(4.21±0.56)分,养老护理员职业认同总分及总均分分别为(112.92±17.26)分、(3.76±0.58)分。合肥市养老护理员核心胜任力与职业认同总体呈正相关(r=0.493,P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析显示,职称、对目前工作是否满意及职业社会支持对养老护理员的核心胜任力有影响(P<0.05)。结论合肥市养老护理员核心胜任力处于较高水平,职业认同处于中等偏上水平,职称、对目前工作是否满意及职业社会支持是核心胜任力的主要影响因素。建议相关部门以职业社会支持为切入点,采取针对性策略,以提高养老护理员的核心胜任力,促进养老护理员队伍的建设与发展。 展开更多

民政社会工作者是处于民政系统中,具有中国特色的社会工作者。作为社会治理的重要力量,民政社会工作者的工作情绪对于其个人身心健康、工作与服务质量,乃至社会工作专业性发展都有重要影响。文章选取中国社会工作动态调查(CSWLS 2019)... 民政社会工作者是处于民政系统中,具有中国特色的社会工作者。作为社会治理的重要力量,民政社会工作者的工作情绪对于其个人身心健康、工作与服务质量,乃至社会工作专业性发展都有重要影响。文章选取中国社会工作动态调查(CSWLS 2019)中民政部分的问卷数据,借助SPSS22.0软件对其进行处理,并通过多元线性回归模型探讨民政社会工作者的工作角色、职业认同与工作情绪的关系。研究发现,民政社会工作者的工作情绪水平较高,工作角色、职业认同与工作情绪呈正相关关系,且对其具有正向影响作用。建议通过明确民政社会工作者的工作角色、提升其职业认同、关注其心理健康并提供情绪管理培训等促进其积极的工作情绪,推动民政社会工作在职业化和社会治理方面的高质量发展。 展开更多

社区社会工作者身心健康、精神状态易受到社区环境与服务对象的影响,部分社会工作者在工作中出现了职业倦怠、职业认同感低、主观幸福感低的情况,导致出现行业人才流失等问题。文章基于B市社区社会工作者的问卷调查,从职业价值认同、职... 社区社会工作者身心健康、精神状态易受到社区环境与服务对象的影响,部分社会工作者在工作中出现了职业倦怠、职业认同感低、主观幸福感低的情况,导致出现行业人才流失等问题。文章基于B市社区社会工作者的问卷调查,从职业价值认同、职业技能认同、职业认知认同和职业自主性4个维度探究职业认同对其主观幸福感的影响。研究发现社区社会工作者职业认同和主观幸福感存在正相关关系。其中,职业价值认同对主观幸福感的影响程度最大,职业认知认同对主观幸福感的影响程度最小。研究提出通过提高福利保障,提升社会工作者价值认同;开展培训与督导,提升社会工作者技能认同;确保工作稳定性,强化社会工作者职业认知认同;给予社会工作者工作自由裁量权并引导其职业规划,激发工作自主性等途径,提高社区社会工作者职业认同,进而提升社区社会工作者主观幸福感,促进社会工作事业发展。 展开更多

目的探讨职业认同和工作投入在医务社会工作者组织支持与工作满意度间的链式中介作用,为制订及改善医务社会工作者工作满意度的干预措施提供依据。方法2023年10月至11月对隶属于内蒙古医院协会医务社会工作专业管理委员会的167家公立医... 目的探讨职业认同和工作投入在医务社会工作者组织支持与工作满意度间的链式中介作用,为制订及改善医务社会工作者工作满意度的干预措施提供依据。方法2023年10月至11月对隶属于内蒙古医院协会医务社会工作专业管理委员会的167家公立医院的231名所有专职医务社会工作者进行调查。采用在线问卷调查方法,收集医务社会工作者一般资料、组织支持感量表、职业认同量表、工作投入量表、工作满意度量表的相关信息;采用Pearson相关性分析及Bootstrap法进行中介效应验证。结果本研究共发出问卷231份,获得有效问卷227份,有效回收率为98.27%。医务社会工作者组织支持、职业认同、工作投入与工作满意度得分分别为(5.23±1.26)、(5.02±1.48)、(5.46±1.18)、(5.39±1.25)分。不同性别组织支持、工作投入、工作满意度得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同年龄工作满意度得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同教育背景组织支持、工作投入得分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。组织支持与职业认同、工作投入、工作满意度呈正相关(r>0,P<0.01),职业认同与工作投入、工作满意度呈正相关(r>0,P<0.01),工作投入与工作满意度呈正相关(r>0,P<0.01)。职业认同和工作投入在组织支持与工作满意度间存在链式中介效应,占整体效应的13.34%。结论职业认同与工作投入在医务社会工作者组织支持和工作满意度间存在链式中介效应。 展开更多

基本公共服务均等化与农民工城市永久迁移意愿

利用2017年中国流动人口动态监测调查C、D卷数据,以城市居民作为参照系,从就业、健康医疗、社会保障、子女教育四个维度构建农民工基本公共服务均等化测度指标体系,并探究基本公共服务均等化对农民工城市永久迁移意愿的影响及作用机制... 利用2017年中国流动人口动态监测调查C、D卷数据,以城市居民作为参照系,从就业、健康医疗、社会保障、子女教育四个维度构建农民工基本公共服务均等化测度指标体系,并探究基本公共服务均等化对农民工城市永久迁移意愿的影响及作用机制。研究发现,基本公共服务均等化显著提高了农民工城市永久迁移意愿、制度性永久迁移意愿和事实性永久迁移意愿,尤其是健康医疗和社会保障维度公共服务均等化可显著提高农民工城市永久迁移意愿和事实性永久迁移意愿,制度性永久迁移意愿的提高则有赖于健康医疗维度公共服务均等化。机制检验表明,基本公共服务均等化可通过提高农民工城市人身份认同、职业地位以及增进与本地人社会交往,进而提高农民工城市永久迁移意愿;异质性分析发现,基本公共服务均等化更能提高省内流动、家属随迁、受雇农民工城市永久迁移意愿。文章认为,保障农民工的公民权利,均等化地为其提供基本公共服务是推进以人为核心的新型城镇化发展的关键。 展开更多

疫情防控背景下社会工作者的职业倦怠和离职意向:职业自我关怀的调节作用 被引量:7

为了解疫情防控背景下社会工作者的职业倦怠、离职意向、职业自我关怀现状,以及职业自我关怀在职业倦怠与离职意向关系中的作用,采用职业自我关怀实践量表、职业倦怠等量表对福建省内1 066位社会工作者开展调查。运用SPSS 26.0及其PROC... 为了解疫情防控背景下社会工作者的职业倦怠、离职意向、职业自我关怀现状,以及职业自我关怀在职业倦怠与离职意向关系中的作用,采用职业自我关怀实践量表、职业倦怠等量表对福建省内1 066位社会工作者开展调查。运用SPSS 26.0及其PROCESS插件分析,结果发现社会工作者具有中、重度职业倦怠的比例分别占44.22%和29.99%,近一年有离职意向的比例占25.67%,职业自我关怀的平均分为(22.57±5.98)分。职业倦怠与离职意向(r=0.29,P<0.01)呈显著正相关,职业自我关怀与职业倦怠(r=-0.46,P<0.01)、离职意向(r=-0.16,P<0.01)呈显著负相关。职业自我关怀在职业倦怠和离职意向关系中具有调节作用(β=-0.01,P<0.05)。研究提示疫情防控背景下社会工作者的职业倦怠和离职意向偏高、职业自我关怀水平偏低,应重视职业自我关怀的保护性作用。 展开更多

The present study aims to investigate the difference of the operation process and the significant mechanical properties between expert workers and beginner workers clearly. The influence of the performance of the carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP) molds made by subjects with difference skill level was discussed. Subjects were allowed to choose their process and molding tools. Subject A had 13 years,and subject B had 1 year of professional experience.The time spent usage of tools and process was recorded by a video camera used for analysis and comparison. Mechanical properties assessed in this study include tensile,compressive and Izod impact properties. The working time analysis shows that subject A needs short time for each process. On the other hand,subject B takes twice time to work for each process compared with subject A. From the surface and cross-section observation, it was found that the molding made by subject B had wrinkles all over and the disorderly inter-layer direction; on the contrary,the wrinkles on the molding surface of subject A are barely,and the inter-layer direction of which are more orderly. The results of tensile and Izod impact tests show that the surface winkles have little influence on the mechanical properties of the molding. According to the compression test and failure structure analysis in edge corner part,it was found that it had a great influence on the compression mechanical properties of the sample belonging to different subjects with different experience. 展开更多
