Time of use and cooling load profiles are significant factors that should be carefully considered either in chiller plant design or in chiller sequencing operation. This article aims to present an operation planning of HCP which consists of both electric and non-electric chillers. Four operational strategies are proposed and solved to compare their coefficients of performance and economics of running costs. A typical hotel building located on the Nile river in Egypt is selected to perform the current thermal and economic case study. The results of this comparative study for running cost are defined using various design configurations with different several chiller sequences available for each configuration. Then, the results of COPs, and operational running cost and initial cost are presented in this article also. The comparison aims to find the optimal design and operational sequencing for HCPs on thermal basis and economic analysis which were attached in this article. It is very important to reduce the construction duration of the Reactor Containment Building (RCB) when considering the more than 50 months on average from concrete placement to completion. Through a case study, this study performs a pre-study for the reduction of construction duration in nuclear power plant project based on construction process of the RCB. The actual data of the case study have been collected and analyze the process and the external wall drawings of the RCB with construction practitioners. As a result of that, it is necessary to modularize the external wall form for equipment hatch and to extend the height of one layer of the external wall form to reduce the construction duration of RCB. The permeability and sorptivity properties of the two prestressed concrete containment buildings (PCCBs) of a nuclear power plant in South China, which had been under operation for 5 years, were measured by using the autoclam permeability system. The air permeability, sorptivity and water permeability indexes of No.1 PCCB are smaller than or equal to 0.11 ln(102 Pa)/min, 0.98×10 ^7 m3/minl/2 and 1.93×10 ^7 m3/min1/2, respectively, and the air permeability, sorptivity and water permeability indexes of No.2 PCCB are smaller than or equal to 0.17 In(102 Pa)/min, 1.6×10 ^7 m3/min1/2 and 4.43 ×10 ^7 m3/min1/2, respectively. Based on the criteria for evaluating the protective quality of concrete structures in terms of their permeability and sorptivity properties, proposed by the research organization of the autoclam permeability system, the protective quality of No. 1 PCCB is still in very good grade and that of No.2 PCCB is not in very good grade but in good grade, and the in-service inspection of the protective quality of No.2 PCCB should be strengthened in the future. 展开更多

After the energy crisis in 1970s,buildings began to be used as a platform for the elements which produce energy from renewable energies to return them into energy producing power plants.This is a safe,clean and economic way to produce energy since the energy is produced where it is needed and they use renewable energy resources.So,it promises hope for the future energy production.Therefore,the aim of this study is to examine buildings which produce electricity by using renewable energy resources and to show that this is one of the safest,cleanest and most economic ways to be used to produce energy in the future.This is done by describing power plants and how buildings are used as power producing stations by the use of renewable energy resources or other energy producing materials,then by examining case studies which are constructed and already being used,case studies which are just a design that have not yet been constructed,and by making projections to the future energy producing techniques that are just a proposal in 2021.In the conclusion,buildings are proposed as the future power plants,either here on earth or on another planet like Mars. 展开更多

Peer-to-Peer Energy Trading Method of Multi-Virtual Power Plants Based on Non-Cooperative Game

The current electricity market fails to consider the energy consumption characteristics of transaction subjects such as virtual power plants.Besides,the game relationship between transaction subjects needs to be further explored.This paper proposes a Peer-to-Peer energy trading method for multi-virtual power plants based on a non-cooperative game.Firstly,a coordinated control model of public buildings is incorporated into the scheduling framework of the virtual power plant,considering the energy consumption characteristics of users.Secondly,the utility functions of multiple virtual power plants are analyzed,and a non-cooperative game model is established to explore the game relationship between electricity sellers in the Peer-to-Peer transaction process.Finally,the influence of user energy consumption characteristics on the virtual power plant operation and the Peer-to-Peer transaction process is analyzed by case studies.Furthermore,the effect of different parameters on the Nash equilibrium point is explored,and the influence factors of Peer-to-Peer transactions between virtual power plants are summarized.According to the obtained results,compared with the central air conditioning set as constant temperature control strategy,the flexible control strategy proposed in this paper improves the market power of each VPP and the overall revenue of the VPPs.In addition,the upper limit of the service quotation of the market operator have a great impact on the transaction mode of VPPs.When the service quotation decreases gradually,the P2P transaction between VPPs is more likely to occur. 展开更多

为了更准确评估化工厂生产工艺中化学反应产生的碳排放平衡,提出了化工厂区建筑全生命周期碳平衡BIM模型仿真方法。使用AutoDesk Revit BIM软件,构建化工厂范围及建筑的BIM模型,计算碳化吸收、生物燃料碳排放回收、回收阶段碳吸收,获取... 为了更准确评估化工厂生产工艺中化学反应产生的碳排放平衡,提出了化工厂区建筑全生命周期碳平衡BIM模型仿真方法。使用AutoDesk Revit BIM软件,构建化工厂范围及建筑的BIM模型,计算碳化吸收、生物燃料碳排放回收、回收阶段碳吸收,获取建筑全生命周期碳吸收量总和。将计算结果输入BIM模型中,设计数据加工过程,计算碳排放总量与碳吸收总量差值,以此为输入数据构建碳平衡BIM模型,实现碳平衡控制。通过仿真实验可知,使用所研究方法除了在3~5月内碳排放量等于碳吸收量外,其余时间碳排放量均小于碳吸收量,所有时间内化工厂区建筑全生命周期均处于碳平衡状态,具有较强碳平衡效果。 展开更多

高负荷密度的受端城市电网正面临日益严重的调节资源匮乏问题,城市建筑拥有大量中央空调、电动汽车等优质灵活资源,可通过聚合构建虚拟电厂参与城市电网的供需互动。随着需求响应市场的快速发展,灵活资源的市场化定价和交易成为趋势。为... 高负荷密度的受端城市电网正面临日益严重的调节资源匮乏问题,城市建筑拥有大量中央空调、电动汽车等优质灵活资源,可通过聚合构建虚拟电厂参与城市电网的供需互动。随着需求响应市场的快速发展,灵活资源的市场化定价和交易成为趋势。为此,考虑到建筑和虚拟电厂两者的获益需求,设计了建筑虚拟电厂参与需求响应市场交易的报量报价机制。首先,根据建筑负荷的响应特性,将其分为无损可转移负荷、有损可转移负荷和有损可削减负荷,并分别提出其容量-成本的计算方法。然后,设计了同时保证建筑和虚拟电厂可靠收益的分配方法,以持续激励两者参与市场的积极性。在此基础上,建立了虚拟电厂参与市场交易的报价优化模型,实现不同场景下虚拟电厂的收益最大化。最后,通过算例仿真证明了所提机制在市场交易和收益分配方面的有效性。 展开更多
