Survey and Prospect for Applying Knowledge Graph in Enterprise Risk Management

Enterprise risk management holds significant importance in fostering sustainable growth of businesses and in serving as a critical element for regulatory bodies to uphold market order.Amidst the challenges posed by intricate and unpredictable risk factors,knowledge graph technology is effectively driving risk management,leveraging its ability to associate and infer knowledge from diverse sources.This review aims to comprehensively summarize the construction techniques of enterprise risk knowledge graphs and their prominent applications across various business scenarios.Firstly,employing bibliometric methods,the aim is to uncover the developmental trends and current research hotspots within the domain of enterprise risk knowledge graphs.In the succeeding section,systematically delineate the technical methods for knowledge extraction and fusion in the standardized construction process of enterprise risk knowledge graphs.Objectively comparing and summarizing the strengths and weaknesses of each method,we provide recommendations for addressing the existing challenges in the construction process.Subsequently,categorizing the applied research of enterprise risk knowledge graphs based on research hotspots and risk category standards,and furnishing a detailed exposition on the applicability of technical routes and methods.Finally,the future research directions that still need to be explored in enterprise risk knowledge graphs were discussed,and relevant improvement suggestions were proposed.Practitioners and researchers can gain insights into the construction of technical theories and practical guidance of enterprise risk knowledge graphs based on this foundation.

Identification of the Credit Guarantee Network of Steel Trade Enterprises in China

The risk points in the credit guarantee network of steel trade enterprises were identified by using the network analysis method in this paper. Firstly, the formation and operation mechanism of steel trade credit guarantee network was analyzed.Secondly,a guarantee network was established to analyze the related network structure indexes based on the mutual guarantee data of 83 enterprises in a steel trade market. These indexes included centrality,honest broker,and structural hole. The results suggest that network analysis method can be used to find out the risk points of the guarantee network. Additionally,some recommendations are brought forth to reduce or prevent future crises.

Objective To study the current situation of supply chain management in pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises so that supply chain risks can be identified effectively.Methods Through the analysis of the actual situation of enterprise A,combining with the supply chain problem of the enterprise,the enterprise supply chain risks were found out.Results and Conclusion With the development of pharmaceutical circulation industry,the competition among drug wholesalers has become increasingly fierce.For enterprises,the supply chain risks are increasing,and the traditional upstream and downstream supply risks are transformed into multiple-dimensional risks.The goal of carrying out supply chain risk identification in pharmaceutical wholesale enterprises is to enable key enterprises to discover and understand different types of risks in time so as to improve the management of supply chain.

Objective To propose a method for identifying cooperation partners and technology opportunities based on technological similarity and technological capability analysis at the critical moment for the survival of small and medium-sized vaccine companies.This method can provide a direction for small and medium-sized enterprises that lack human and financial resources to make full use of its existing technologies.Methods Data analysis was carried out based on patent data.First,through cosine similarity and patent index evaluation,companies with high technological similarity and strong technological capabilities were selected as the target of cooperation.Then evaluation index system of technological development potential was built from three dimensions:technological competitiveness,technological creativity,and potential for industrialization.AHP-CRITIC method was used to determine the comprehensive development potential of each technology.Finally,technology opportunities based on K-means and text mining were identified.Results and Conclusion This method can help small and medium vaccine companies in China to identify technological opportunities and provide directions for product development.

企业家权威对家族企业传承效果的影响研究

企业家权威如何促进家族企业代际传承?本研究基于社会认同理论,从企业家法定权威、职位权威和魅力权威出发,通过浙江省189位家族企业家及对应的1106位员工样本数据,实证检验了企业家权威对家族企业代际传承的影响机理。研究结果表明:(1)企业家法定权威和魅力权威显著正向影响家族企业代际传承;(2)员工的领导认同和组织认同在魅力权威和家族企业成功传承的关系之间起到完全中介作用,而员工领导认同在企业家法定权威和成功传承的关系之间也起到完全中介作用;(3)员工的领导认同和组织认同同时发生作用时,员工的领导认同作用更为重要。本研究细化了企业家权威的内涵,明确了企业家职位授予并不能导致家族企业成功传承,而企业家知识技能、社会网络和所持股份等将通过员工认同显著影响成功传承。相关研究结论对当前中国家族企业代际传承中企业家与员工之间的关系研究具有重要指导意义。

企业创新生态系统演化影响因素识别——基于扎根理论编码的探索性研究

企业创新生态系统在中国尚属新生事物,目前许多企业创新生态系统的演化正以惊人的速度失败,不仅影响了企业创新创造活力的发挥,而且还严重阻碍了中国科技创新能力的提升及经济社会的发展。针对学界关于企业创新生态系统演化影响因素研究较少的现状,遵循扎根理论的编码方法步骤,对中国10家创新生态系统核心企业的董事长、总经理、研发部长、事业部首席执行官进行半结构化访谈,结合有关公开披露信息、新闻报道、期刊文献等二手资料收集,构建企业创新生态系统演化影响因素模型,包括4个主范畴以及对应的10个子范畴。结果发现:吸收能力(获取与消化外部知识、转化与应用外部知识、研发投入)、组织间信任、网络嵌入性(关系嵌入、网络中心性)和环境冗余度(基础设施支撑性、配套商可得性、人才支撑、政策支持)这4个主范畴对企业创新生态系统演化均存在显著影响,但对系统影响的作用方式和路径不同,其中吸收能力是内驱因素,组织间信任是微观情境因素,网络嵌入性是中观情境因素,环境冗余度是宏观情境因素。最后基于研究结论,分别得出对政府和创新生态系统核心企业在提高环境冗余度、营造信任文化环境、搭建信息资源共享战略平台和充分重视外部知识对现有知识的有用性、坚持创新生态系统思维等方面的启示。

低碳城市建设能成为企业数字化转型的新动能吗?——来自低碳城市试点的经验证据

数字化转型是企业进行数字技术创新、响应低碳城市试点政策及实现绿色低碳发展的重要路径。本文以低碳城市试点的开展作为“准自然实验”,采用2008-2021年沪深A股上市企业为研究样本,运用多期双重差分模型评估了该政策对企业数字化转型的影响。结果表明:低碳城市试点能够促进试点地区企业数字化转型。机制分析表明,低碳城市试点通过创新能力要素集成、决策制约与治理改善、机会识别驱动等路径促进企业数字化转型。低碳城市试点促进企业数字化转型的结果具有条件异质性,企业ESG软监管绩效评级、公众环境关注度和政府环境关注度对低碳城市试点政策的实施成效存在不同的调节作用。此外,低碳城市试点对企业数字化转型的促进效果对位于高城市数字化环境水平、处于业绩逆差、 CEO具有信息技术背景的企业中更为明显。低碳城市试点产生了促进企业间数字化转型的追赶效应,通过促进企业数字化转型可以推动企业朝着“专精特新”化方式发展。

【目的】企业数据的法律属性、权利归属、保护路径都存在认定难题,在现有法律制度的基础框架下进行新的完善十分必要。【方法】结合当前数字化发展现状,明确企业数据商业秘密的认定要件与相关标准,破解权利人举证难的困境。【结果】当下对于企业数据的商业秘密保护缺乏相关立法,现行保护制度与保护措施不力,对企业数据作为商业秘密的司法认定也相对困难。【结论】建议积极推进企业数据商业秘密保护的专门立法,补足与完善现行企业数据保护的相关法律法规。采取民刑并举的保护思路,提升企业数据商业秘密保护案件处理的有效性。

市场竞争属性映射下的企业技术机会识别框架构建

[目的/意义]将企业技术机会识别置于市场竞争属性映射下,有助于企业选择更易把握的技术机会,降低技术创新风险。[方法/过程]文章构建了一种以专利数据驱动,市场竞争属性映射下的企业技术机会识别框架。首先,基于“C-M-T”竞争对手分析框架,创建纳入市场垄断性、市场占有率、市场关注度的三维识别模型;其次,引入基于专利组合分析方法的专利强度指标,分析不同类型技术机会市场竞争强度;最后,以区块链技术为实证领域,识别出技术机会22项,包含5种类型,并将其分别推荐给不同类型企业。[结果/结论]综合分析过程表明,识别结果具备丰富的市场竞争信息,兼顾反映技术机遇与风险,能够较好满足企业的技术机会选择诉求。

我国信息技术企业信用评级研究——基于违约鉴别和特征选择视角

从违约鉴别和特征选择视角出发,采用机器学习算法,对我国信息技术企业信用评级问题进行了研究。研究表明,通过SMOTE方法对非均衡样本数据进行处理,解决了样本数据类别不平衡导致预测模型存在类别偏好问题;通过Logistic-Lasso方法进行指标筛选和计算企业违约概率,并根据违约概率进行信用分级,保证了信用评级模型的精简和违约预测可靠性,改善了信用评级与违约概率不匹配问题。构建的信用评级模型采用39个指标,总体鉴别精度在98%以上,模型的可靠性和实用性优于其他常见的机器学习模型。此外,根据企业信用级别情况,分别从企业自身、投资者和监管部门角度,提出了控制风险的相应对策。

当前光伏电池生产企业生产中存在不同类型的危险源,一旦危险源得不到有效的评估,容易引发严重的安全事故。针对这一问题,开展了光伏电池生产企业危险源辨识及安全评估要点的研究。通过光伏电池生产企业危险源分类、辨识危险源、建立危险源评价模型、设计危险源安全评估方法,提出了一种新的生产企业危险源辨识及评估方法。评估效果分析可知,新的方法能够显著降低危险源的危险度值,评估效果优势显著。

优势视角下制造企业数字创新能力的测评研究

制造企业数字创新能力是规避数字化转型失败的微观基础,现有研究在其如何测评方面存在理论缺口。本文构建了制造企业数字创新能力测评指标体系,提出了体现差异优势和决策偏好的测评方法,测度了六家制造企业的数字创新能力水平。研究表明,制造企业数字创新能力包括智能连接能力、数据分析能力、数字集成能力、数字经营能力和价值创造能力五个方面。同时,测评方法基于差异视角,站在企业个体立场最大限度开发差异优势,从管理者决策偏好角度确定排序,不仅识别和激发个体创新潜质,而且从组织层面确定学习标杆,也对管理制造企业“智改数转”动态过程、提升竞争优势具有启示意义。
