With the deepening of educational reform,clinical nursing faces increasingly higher requirements in response to societal developments.Vocational nursing students primarily study humanities and social sciences,medical foundations,preventive health care theories,nursing basics,and clinical nursing skills.These subjects are broad and abstract,necessitating the integration of theory with practice to enhance understanding and mastery.In the digital era,numerous resources,such as smartphones,the Superstar Learning Platform,WeChat communication tools,and artificial intelligence,can be utilized in teaching.This study aims to employ low-cost online resources to implement blended teaching methods in nursing education at higher vocational colleges,enriching the classroom experience,stimulating student enthusiasm,improving learning outcomes,and meeting clinical needs.

Study on the Sharing of Municipal Higher Education Resource under Low-carbon Economy Perspective

Started from organic interaction between university and city, low-carbon development of the higher education was promoted by establishing consultation and accountability mechanisms which oriented education resource sharing. It not only was an inevitable choice effectively cracking redundant construction of the higher education resource in China, but also promoted relevant universities changing talent training concept, improving collectivize school mode of the higher education and establishing resource sharing information platform among universities. Problem of the municipal higher education resource sharing in China was listed. Finally, we put forward several measures for strengthening higher education resource sharing.

Studies on Resource Allocation of Private Higher Education in China

Private higher education has grown into an important part of the higher education in China in recent years,which to some extent realizes the rational allocation of resources of higher education.But the gradually strengthening ability of public colleges and universities to adapt to the needs of society has formed a multifaceted impact on the mode of development,path of development,and source of students of the private higher education in the future.At the same time,in its own development process,private higher education inevitably have such problems as strong trend towards profit,unwillingness to invest,lack of quality assurance,and unreasonable allocation of resources.In order to achieve rapid and healthy development,private higher education,on the one hand,it needs to continue to increase the inputs,and on the other hand,the allocation of educational resources is needs to be optimized,and both the two aspects are indispensable.

Research on Nantong Cratt Arts Resources and the Corresponding Applications on Local Higher Vocational Teaching

In this paper, we conduct research on Nantong craft arts resources and the corresponding applications on the local higher vocational teaching. Higher vocational design class of the students＇ professional foundation courses, such as building design students＇ basic pillars design literacy, must undertake in accord with cognitive law systematically on the basis of cultivating the students from observation of thinking to create professional ability, through the innovation of curriculum, make teachers and students can enter the process of teaching and learning in the form of natural, better support for follow-up professional course learning, in order to obtain comprehensively improve the quality and ability of the students, the education effect. Under this guideline, we combine the basic features of the Nantong craft arts resources to modify traditional education mode that is beneficial.

Advances in the Health Training Process Quality:Links between Education,Service and Community

This study proposes to discuss the experience lived by Pró-Saúde and PET-Saúde team of FACISA/ UFRN together with the Municipal Health Department of Santa Cruz/RN from a critical-reflexive perspective about the interaction between education, service and community as well as advances in approach and the strengthening between the school and Primary Health Care. This is an exploratory study with an experience report approach of the Pró-Saúde and PET-Saúde team from 2012 to 2014. The integration of these programs in experimental scenarios of the Unified Health System and the strengthening of the proposed training of human resources capable of the current healthcare system were observed. Thus, contributions in health in undergraduate courses and practices of health services are important, since the approach to the reality of the population and their social needs contribute to the vocational training quality.

Reflections on the Construction of the Key Elements of Vocational Education and Training System

Campus education and social training are the two most important functions of vocational colleges.Attaching importance to campus education while neglecting social training is a long-standing problem in vocational colleges.Vigorously developing higher vocational education is an inevitable requirement for the high-quality development of education in China and the ardent expectation of the public.Only through the construction a scientific and efficient education and training system and the deep integration of campus education with social training can the design of complementary resources and the improvement of talent training quality take place.The vocational education and training system contains many elements.This study takes teaching resources,teaching staff,and management mechanism as the main research subject and carries out related research work.Firstly,this paper expounds the policy documents of the Chinese government and emphasizes the importance of vocational education.Secondly,the relevant research results of scholars are reviewed.Thirdly,this paper proposes several specific suggestions for the construction of key elements of the vocational education and training system.Then,the main conclusions and prospects are summarized.

Higher education is an important part of social development,and the equity of its resource allocation directly affects social harmony and progress,in China.This article aims to explore the issue of equity in the allocation of higher education resources,analyze the existing resource allocation mechanism and its impact,and put forward suggestions for improving the equity of resource allocation,in order to provide a reference for achieving educational equity.

Regional Inequality of Higher Education Resources in China

With the expansion of the higher education system in China since the late 1990s,questions on the distribution of higher education opportunities and resources have attracted increasing attention from academics,policymakers,and the general public.While there have been an increasing studies on the development of higher education opportunity equality in China,quantitative,systematic research on the distribution of higher education resources across China is still rather limited.This paper aims at filling this gap.It provides quantitative and comprehensive evidence on the development of the distribution of higher education resources across Chinese provinces.The analysis is based on a provincial panel dataset and uses a generalized Theil index to measure inequality.Results show that higher education resources have been far from equally provided in relation to the size of provincial student populations in China.The unequal distribution has become even more pronounced over the past decade.In other words,even if high school students have an increasingly equal access to higher education in China(Bickenbach&Liu,2013b),the increasingly unequal distribution of higher education resources makes it difficult for university students to equally benefit from higher education.

Analysis of problems and policies of management reform in higher education

Under the background of globalization and informatization,China’s higher education management reform faces many challenges,including cumbersome administrative management,lack of transparency,and unequal distribution of resources.This paper aims to analyze these problems and put forward effective countermeasures.First of all,it is proposed to simplify the management process and enhance the transparency to improve the efficiency of decision-making and the fairness of resource allocation.Secondly,it emphasizes strengthening cooperation among universities,breaking barriers,promoting resource sharing and improving education quality.In addition,it is recommended to establish a comprehensive educational evaluation and supervision mechanism to ensure that colleges and universities follow rules and regulations and improve the credibility of education.This paper also discusses the key areas such as the reform of”management service”,the integration of science and education,and the reform of personnel system,and puts forward specific reform measures in order to promote the modernization of higher education management system and enhance the international competitiveness of China’s higher education.

高等教育数据治理的未来图景与实施路径——美国《2023年EDUCAUSE地平线行动计划:数据治理》解读与反思

厘清高等教育数据治理的目标、行动和方法,有助于提升高等教育数据治理水平。2023年3月,美国高等教育信息技术专业机构EDUCAUSE发布的《2023年EDUCAUSE地平线行动计划:数据治理》,围绕高等教育数据治理的愿景目标、行动方案、未来规划进行具体阐释,为高等教育机构数据治理提供了方向指引。基于对该报告的分析,提出可供我国高等教育数据治理参考的实施路径:塑造高等教育数据文化、建立教育数据治理制度、加强数据治理技术应用、注重教育数据隐私伦理,进而实现数据要素价值释放,提升高等教育治理现代化水平。

我国高等教育系统资源配置效率研究——基于成果化和经济化全过程视角

教育具有服务经济社会发展的目的,高等教育系统资源配置的效率已成为影响经济发展质量的重要因素。着眼于高等教育系统资源配置与经济社会发展的关系,可以构建出“资源供给—教育建设—社会发展”的全过程研究框架,综合运用网络二阶段DEA模型和Malmquist指数对我国的30个省(自治区、市)在2006—2020年高等教育系统资源配置效率进行考察,采用Tobit模型进行分析,可以从政府、市场以及高校三个维度梳理出影响高等教育系统资源配置效率的因素。结果显示,我国高等教育系统资源配置全过程效率呈逐年上升的趋势,但成果化和经济化两个子阶段的效率各异。经济化阶段的效率低下是制约高等教育系统资源配置效率提升的关键因素。为此,我国政府应通过加强宏观调控、提升资源供给质量、制订特色化发展方案、着力排除科研成果转化障碍等举措来提高高等教育支撑经济社会高质量发展的效能。

疫情后时代数字经济对高等教育国际化的影响与对策

新冠疫情的冲击迫使高等教育国际化不断寻求出路。在此期间,数字技术受到高等教育的青睐,也给疫情后时代的高等教育国际化带来新路径。但数字经济将在高等教育国际化进程中发挥怎样的作用?高等教育国际化又面临怎样的机遇和挑战?我国高等教育国际化又将如何应对?基于以上问题,深度探讨数字经济概念以及数字教育的表现形式,分析数字经济给高等教育国际化带来的契机和挑战,指出高校教育国际化过程中,数字经济从疫情时代的应对挑战角色,向疫情后时代常态模式的转变。据此提出,数字经济作为科技进步的必然,是高等教育发展的产物,反过来,数字经济作为技术手段,同时也推动高等教育发展;高等教育国际化既受数字经济带来的技术推动,也面临数字经济带来的安全挑战;我国在利用数字经济引进国际化教育资源时,需要作好应对策略,在推动高等教育资源走向世界时,要有更大的包容性和灵活性。

面向2035:基于我国学龄人口变动的高等教育资源需求预测及配置策略

2024年9月的全国教育大会确定了“到2035年建成教育强国”的目标。为了更好地实现这一目标,就要分析我国从现在到2035年前后的学龄人口状况以及相应的资源政策和发展规划。基于官方数据对我国2024-2040年高等教育学龄人口规模和资源配置情况进行预测发现,未来我国高等教育在学总规模将呈现倒“U”形发展趋势,社会对办学资源的需求不再是单调递增,高等教育资源的调配任务将比以往更加艰巨。按照预测,2035年前后我国高等教育将出现资源需求波峰,波峰期相对于2023年需要增加108.33万名普通高校专任教师。而到2040年,我国普通高校专任教师的需求将减少83.75万人,高等教育总投入将减少6461.34亿元,高校校舍建筑面积需求将减少53652万平方米,高校教学科研仪器设备值需求将减少877.56亿元。基于对高等教育资源配置的动态需求,可采用以下优化路径:“生源充足时期”应抓住历史机遇,做好高等教育多样化改革试验;“持续攀升时期”应多措并举保持原有特色与缓解供需矛盾;“急剧缩减时期”应落实精简优化的战略方针,通过充分挖掘高校自身人才培养潜力、适时缩减办学规模等方式来积极应对未来人口之变;“战略机遇时期”应瞄准建成教育强国的战略目标进行资源配置,正确处理支撑国家战略与满足民生需求等重大关系。

教育信息化背景下课程资源体系建设的研究与探讨

随着“互联网+”向纵深化快速发展,当代大学实体教育体系也迎来前所未有之大变革,传统的教育教学体系与模式已经不能很好地满足受教人群日益增长的对高等教育教学资源的需求。顺应时代发展要求,适时构建和完善网络化、信息化课程资源体系很有必要。本文以高校数字信息化教学平台为主要依托,构建电力院校专业核心课程资源体系,以我校热工自动化专业为主要服务对象,组建灵活多样的网络化线上线下教学资源,实现大学生学科知识与综合能力的全面提升。

产教融合助力高职思政课实践教学的多维解构与创新路径

思政课实践教学是理论教育向信仰内化转变的核心环节,能够有效促进思政小课堂与社会大课堂的交汇融合,兼具课程育人与实践育人的双重效能。高职思政课实践教学应充分借助产教融合优势,着力提升思政课实践教学的“三性一力”。然而,高职思政课实践教学存在内容融合失衡、资源共享虚化、师资结构不合理以及实践管评机制失配等现实性困境。学校与企业应积极构建实践教学“职业导向+理论融入”内容生成新模式、打造“校企合作+共享成果”资源整合新平台、实施“双融型+专业化”师资队伍建设新策略,以及探索“协同式管理+多元化评价”教学管评新机制等策略,推动高职思政课实践教学的深化改革与发展,培养更多德才兼备的高素质技术技能人才。
